      I have placed order on March 13th. Askme delivered incomplete product and I have raised for reverse pickup.Called to customer care for more than 30 times no help. Every time they are telling give us 2 days and give us 2 days.

      They also delivered incomplete and FAKE PRODUCT.

          Hi People, I placed an order from askmebazar.com and was promised to get the delivery with in 10 days, its been 14 days now and the customer care personal say i have to wait for 2 more days. When I said I'm no more interested in the product he says its not possible. Gives me all nonsense answers. -Delay in product -No proper response -Says i cant cancel my order -When asked for order tracking says thats not possible -If any questions asked, says thats my company policy (this company even has policies i wonder) -Worst website i have ever seen.                     Hi Sir, First time I have order an item (OrderNo# AB2673365) from a site (askmebazaar.com) other than Flipkart and Amazon by seeing the attractive offer and which made me fool.When I received the Samsung power bank 9000 mah for 599 and I was very happy that this company is not a cheater.And I started charging it and completed charging in 10 min(felt received great product).Then I connected with my mobile (my mobile battery was 42%, 2000 mah battery) for the performance and felt very great while charging with bank after 65% charged the power bank switched off automatically.again I repeated above step then found the same thing happenned. Then I went to Samsung shop for quality check of this Power Bank, they confirmed that this is a duplicate china piece will available on roadside footpath, I got shocked. I dont know how to return this product and get my refund back. But I want aware everyone that AskMeBazaar.com is a fraud and cheating company and please do not buy any product from this site. @AskMeBazaar: Rs.599 is a not a matter for me, but I request you please don't cheat the people by doing these things.There are many ways to make money.If you really want to be in this business field please maintain some standards like the Flipkart and Amazon.                       Hello Team, My name is Karthick and my mobile numebr is [protected]. I have received email from askmebazaar with the offer for MI Power bank. I have placed a order on 13 April 2015 AB2231036 and they have i will receive the product within 10 days. But i didnt received it hence i called the customer care on 12 days from the ordered date and they confirmed i will receive in 2 days but i didnt received. I called the customer care again and they said your order was cancelled and you will receive your money in 10 working days. Still i didnt receive my money. Again i booked MI powerbank from askmebazaar and the id is DGA2852911 and it is also cancelled. I still didnt received the reason for cancelling my order. Kindly escalate this issue and i never had this kind of cheap and pathetic customer service from any online shopping. Regards Karthick

                          QRC 274557/ QRC 396183. These are the complaint numbers i have raised with AskMeBazar. By far this is the worst online store i have ever come across and sure there cannot be a worst online store than AskMeBazaar. 45 days since i have returned their fake and rubbish product which is order to test the quality. I was shocked to see that they products which are picked from footpath, absolutely crap and believe not exaggerating at all. To my horror, they are not refunding my money as well after picking up the product. Its been 45 days now and every time i call they say witting 7 working days they will refund but that doesn't happen. I am planning to file an official complaint please guide me on the procedure. These kinds of company has to be brought to terms.

                          Horrible!!!
                          This is pathetic...nothing has changed even after lodging a complaint here. No one from ASKMEBAZAAR either called not replied my emails or refunded my money.

                            Hi All, Today i received the Samsung Power Bank (9000 MHZ) with Order No: DGA2605728 from Askmebazar.com. It is noticed that the Power bank is not working properly. It has been charging itself in 10 minutes and when we tried to charge the mobile phone, it discharge itself in 10 min. Also the manufacturing date of the product is 2012 and the product is having lots of scratches, it seems that the product is second hand. Please help to cash back my money as soon as possible.                               same happen to me yesterday i receive the same xiomi power bank of 10400 mah insead of sony power bank of 10000 mah. pankaj nagpur [protected].Pls resolve immediately.

                                I had ordered a Adidas sports shoes but they delivered local made sports shoes with very low quality. I returned the product one month back but still my money has not been refunded. Every time I call them they say we want 10 days more to refund your money. After waiting 20 days I didnot receive my refund then again I called them but they said your complaint will be resolved in next 7 days, then after 10 days I again called them and asked to refund my money but then they started excusing that they called me for some clarification but i didnt pick the phone but the fact is I didnot receive any call from them. ASKMEBAZAR is just misleading people and not selling anything but inferior quality products and donot refund money. These guys think that out of 10 only 2 will keep calling them for refund as the amount involved is not so much and nobody will bother. I would like to mention here also that there is a facebook page where more than 300+ people have the same problem. ASKMEBAZAR is cheating common people and they are gonna to run away with our money. I STRONLY RECOMMED NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM ASKMEBAZAAR.COM AS THESE ARE NOTHING BUT THEIVES AND CHEATING PEOPLE.

                                  I ordered a Power Bank MI 10400 mah vide order no. AB2632870. I charged the power bank for 15 minutes and it was fully charged and it could hardly charge my mobile phone for 5-10 minutes. The cover was broken when it was delivered to me. Please pay heed to my complaint asap. I'll make sure that no on that i know order from askmebazaar after this. Please arrange the right product as agreed or return my money as soon as possible. This is a fake company and should be winded up and must be legally penalised for misrepresentation and providing false claims. Not even a proper consumer grievances redressal exists.

                                    I buy a power bank of 10400mah of mi through ask me bazaar but its faulty so I return back, I got the returning slip this whole process is completed before 1 month and I always got the date that on this date we return your money and after lot of discussion his executive says that on 10th may we definitely return your money in your account also take my account details.

                                      My Order No. is AB2506810 Dated 22nd April 2015 Item Details : 10000 MAH Power Bank of Sony I received delivery on 28th April 2015 Product id not Sony Company it is any other China Company Power bank i, e, IME Company and still it is not working I call to customer support regarding that they not solve my query So, i request you either give me Sony Company 10000 MAH Power bank or refund my Money or i will sue for that in consumer court.

                                      I receive the call from ask me bazar Customer Service for Pick up Product from my Home in 2 days and refund the Money within 7 days from the date of pick up that product but its already 7 Days left no one is come to pick up that product.

                                      Please do the needful and oblige on urgent Basis.

                                        Hello Sir,

                                        Here is my invoice of my order. As I have com paint regarding this in 11th may, still no reply received from ask me bazaar.

                                        I have called many times I.E. every alternate day. But no one has came for reverse pick up.. They are just promising me to resolve my complain within 48 hours, still no updated received from there side. Its been a month. I have spent aprox double my mobile bill due to this ask me bazzar... And still there is no process is going fron there side..

                                        They are not giving me my refund and my money is wasting day by day on phone to take following my compain status...


                                        Pls.help me with this matter.
