i have purchased Samsung power Bank. My Order number AB1241073 I received the product but it was wrong. This is not fair Raised it for return, they picked up the product but till date no refund. When i call Customer care says it will be done. When i call again and again they always says wait for 2 days...Every time they are telling give us 2 days and give us 2 days. but i did not received the refund till now after calling so many time to customer care.This is not fair. why are you making fool of peoples please inform me where i can complaint for this to "Govt. authorities". your company is very cheap which is making fool of people and wasting time and money of peoples...

    Sir, i have ordered one USB data cable which converts your phone to mini PC this attached to the phone & connect items like pen drives, card reader, mouse, keyboard directly to your phone to data transfer but when i was connecting it was not working i m shocked that new data cable is not working ... it is not fair i want giving back my money ... The description on the packed received is right but when I opened the packed some Chinese product i.e. MI product is. This is not fair. When you received the order for Sony Power bank of 10000 MAH why this product has been not delivered. This will hamper your marketing.         I have ordered SONY 10000 MAH POWER BANK from ASKMEBAZAAR.COM (Order no.AB2798565) on 7th May 2015 I receive the order on 12 May 2015. Instead of sending me SONY 10000 MAH POWER BANK they send me MI POWER BANK (which was also tampered and not working as well) The description mentioned on the package SONY 10000 MAH POWER BANK in product details (see in attached proof) immediately I call to customer support for a replacement & they told me that as per our company policy we don't replace the product you just tell us your Bank details on phone only and we pick the product and refund the amount (How can anyone give his full bank details on phone) when I ask them to send me the email regarding this then they say as per our company policy we don't send any email regarding this. When you received the order for SONY 10000 MAH POWER BANK why this product has been not delivered.

        @ASKMEBAZAAR.COM 48 hours are over till now I didn't receive any call or email regarding that issue. Please tell me how much I have to wait more
        i have received a call from ASKMEBAZAAR to send them my bank details on 16-MAY-2015 i have send them my bank details on 18-MAY-2015 till now no one came to me for a pickup and no call from ASKMEBAZAAR

        If they have this kind a slow process then you can think how much time they take for a refund to transfer ????????
        It's almost 1 month now no pickup person came me and no refund yet.

        It's prove that ASKMEBAZAAR is a Fake company they are only send persons defective products or wrong product and make the people fool.

                    I have online purchased XIAOMI Mobile Power Bank (QTY-02) on 03/03/2015. It has been delivered on 10/03/2015. When I received it, I have found out of two power bank, One Power Bank was damaged. So i have lodge a complain to return it and for my refund. On 16/03/2015, One power bank has been collected by Ask Me Bazzar Courier Person. I am having the Pick up receipt. Since after 16/03/2015, I am following up for my refund but i have neither received it in my bank account nor i have received any confirmed status for my refund. I have also complain so many times on their Help Desk E Mail ID. But from thier also i have not received any single reply. Kindly help me to get my refund at the immediate.

                      sir i ordered XIAOMI 10400mah powerbank order no.AB2566430 which i received in a very bad state that too delayed delivery of 13 days. i was handed this powerbank in a damaged case with no user manual booklet.i called consumer care but they didnt responded properly..sir this power bank even though fully charged, it can just charge my 2100mah phone battery mearly upto 62% ...and it gets heated up quickly and gets discharged...Sir what should i do in this case of mine...???should i opt. for consumer forum or wait for your delayed action...plz be fast in taking appropriate decision ... waiting for your reply.

                        I have purchased MI XIAOMI 10400mAh Power Bank from AskMeBazaar.com order No: AB1291456. 2.5 months back.The case of the product was completly broken and the product too tampered.Have already raised complaint #2125228 on 13 march 2015 with akosha.com but no luck.The faulty product handed over to askme two months back ..Still am struggling to get the refund..the customer services guys not picking call and when picked they are not aware about the status of the refund and giving false assurance . Please help me out to get my money and to disclose the truth of askmebazaar who supplies garbage procudcts.

                        Could you please expedite the refund as am waiting for my refund since last 2.5 months .Also, do you understand what "service" word means as always you are giving me false assurances and on top you says that for other customers also you are holding payment.I dont think you guys has any customer satisfaction dept or customer query analysis team.On what basis you guys opened this portal(So called Ask me) its rediculous as far as product and service concerned .

                          I purchased a alarm table clock from askmebazaar, but ever after 15 days those have not delivered my product and when i called the customercare, they dont have a litle idea about the whereabout my product, instead they are saying it might have been delivered to you. Even their packaging is one of the worst. One of my friend ordered a clock but after 20 days he received a chineese made cheap night lamp. These guys know nothing about e commerce and customer satisfaction.

                                  Worst shopping experience with Askmebazaar.com. I have ordered (powerbank) dated 30/03/2015 with the order number AB1842797 . I have received the damaged product on. And on the next day I have registered a complaint and I have mentioned that the product is not working properly. One of your customer care executive registered a complaint and told me that within the amount will be credited in my account as he has taken already taken my banking details. Later on I have contacted again with the customer care executive and ask for the refund again same answer...again i called[protected] and one of your executive (Sandeep Gore) told that you will get your refund on today evening...But today that person was not coming on line...bloody askem Guys never every but any product from this site

                                      i placed two orders from my registered number [protected]. but i did not received the products till now after calling customer care i came to know that my orders were cancelled due to non stock of products. if stock was not available why you accepted the orders . why are you making fool of peoples please inform me where i can complaint for this to Govt. authorities. your company is very cheap which is making fool of people and wasting time and money of peoples

                                        Please help me in returning my money. I have placed order on March 13th. Askme delivered incomplete product and I have raised for reverse pickup.Called to customer care for more than 30 times no help. Every time they are telling give us 2 days and give us 2 days. Details: order no:AB1554504 Complaint Number: QRC389689, QRC480990 They are telling first reverse pickup then refund but how many days. They also delivered incomplete and FAKE PRODUCT. Product cover says beats by dr dre and it is not real Beats product.
