I have online purchased XIAOMI Mobile Power Bank (QTY-02) on 03/03/2015. It has been delivered on 10/03/2015.
When I received it, I have found out of two power bank, One Power Bank was damaged. So i have lodge a complain to return it and for my refund. On 16/03/2015, One power bank has been collected by Ask Me Bazzar Courier Person. I am having the Pick up receipt.
Since after 16/03/2015, I am following up for my refund but i have neither received it in my bank account nor i have received any confirmed status for my refund. I have also complain so many times on their Help Desk E Mail ID. But from thier also i have not received any single reply.
Kindly help me to get my refund at the immediate.
