My Order No 21904973 for Samsung Power Bank 9000 mAh placed on 4 May 2015 arrived today 11th May. The packaging was of the worst kind. The box itself was damaged and already open. There was a cheap quality plastic holder for the power bank, and one USB cable. No booklet, no warranty card. The power bank itself is fake. It discharges completely after 20 mins of charging my phone. I want to return this fake product and get my money back.

No contact has been made by AskmeBazaar yet. This is shameful. Clearly, these are fraudsters. Please, nobody buy anything from AskMeBazaar. They will just dupe you and never reach back.
Going to file a case against AskMeBazaar for fraud and cheating consumers.

    i have ordered a Sony 10000Mah power bank vide Order No. AB2610854 on 28.4.15 and i received the delivery on 04.05.15. But when i opened the delivery i found Xiaomi powerbank instead of Sony powerbank. On the same day i registered a complain bearing No. QRC 468938 and they have assured me to take action within 7 days. But till now neither i received any call back nor return back my payment. pls make it convenient

        my complaint no. is qrc454335 I have purchased mi powerbank 10400 which is not working at all and appears to be fake. I immediately called back and repeated my requested to take back the product 4 or five times through STD as their number is of chennai and i call from Delhi. My request seems to be going to deaf ears as nobody has contacted me nor i have received any intimation about taking the product through email. my order number is ab2617811 and i have paid 699 rupees for this useless dabba. if somebody is listenting please take back the product and return my money as i have already given my bank details to you. every time they ask that somebody will contact me within 2 days ten day as gone by but without any solution. This company is aspiring to be a Flipkart but its services are very much below par. This type of laxity will not make this company a success.             Hello, I had bought 2 portable charger whose details are Xiaomi 10400 mAh Powerbank Mi My order No :-AB2528205 on 24th of april which was delivered by around 4-5 of may. Seller Name - Shivam Agencies My issue with both the chargers is that it doesnt even charge my phone once not even once it only lasts for 10-15%. my phone battery is approximately 1700 mah . So it clearly shows that the product is faulty and i am not sure about is genuinity .Also that i have not received any invoice copy for my purchase via which i can claim warranty with Xiamoi Mi, which is a customers solemn right and which i had asked as soon as i had received the product when your customer relation offer had called to which he replied itll be delivered in 48 hrs which is done upto date. I feel cheated. I would like to have either complete refund for both the products or a fresh replacement with a genuine product. I even tried talking to askme executives but they say it has to be done within 48hrs which i had done still i din receive any invoice copy for any of the products . Thank you,

              Hi, I ordered samsung bluetooth hm 1000. I received product after 14 days and alsalso tththat product is not complete. So I spoke with customer care abt refund. and he says after returning the product I ll get money after 10 to 15 days and also that will be debited in to my ac. And product will be taken by delivery boy. How I can trust first I didnt get any bill from ur end and now this thing.                           Hi, Order AB2307314 placed on 18th April for Singer PT22 Pop Up Toaster. The product was delivered on 1 May 2015. Since this is the electronic product which comes with the manufacturer warranty against invoice. askmebazaar didn't sent any invoice. the only paper printed with delivery information mentioned as invoice no-0, date purchased-0 and tin no-0. I asked them for invoice and till date they haven't sent invoice. seems like they are doing fraudulent with Govt. of India by not following proper trade practices. They assured me multiple times that they will send me Invoice but no one did that. Can you help me in getting invoice.

                          Hi, I placed an order (AB6788472) on 29th October 2015 for Dell 65w power adapter on askmebazaar.com and received my product on 7th of November but there was no Invoice with the product...I called and mailed them a no. of times but didn't get any response from their side...please help me to get my invoice.

                            Sir, please help me.. please i have purchased a MI power bank ( 20800 mah Rs. 949 ) from Askmebazaar online market[protected] but they cheat me.. the power bank can't charge a single mobile. ( 20800 mah means that can charge 8 smartphones ) then i complined them via phone.. but they told me that they can't do anything becouse of 4 days gone.. ( 48 hours is their chekking period ) in case of power bank; the power bank needs minimum 20 - 30 hours for one time charging.. how could we ensure the product checking without checking two times thats why the time gone.. sir, i need to refund my cash or replace a good condition product.. sir, please make an action for this..

                                  You people are Fake... I am gonna post my complaint regarding order AB 2349552 in consumer forum. I ordered on 20 April and for past 20 days you are telling me that you order is delayed and with the logistics team. And it will reach you in 3-5 working days. On 9 May you are telling me that the order has been cancelled by the seller due to non availability. First you confirmed the order and then after 20 days you are saying the product in unavailable. Your policy says to deliver in 10-12 working. Are you guys SCUMS ?? Also you customer care people are . they don't know how to talk to people and listen. just read what's on computer and english is rocking...

                                        I have purchased a powerbank from ask me bazaar at the time of purchase itself i asked weather the product there are selling is original or not they told me that its a genuine product but when i received the product it was not original and i complaint against it at the time i got the product but since then its almost so many days the customer care is telling me that they have processed the refund and it will reflect back to my bank account but that is not the case as i have not got the refund yet but their agents are telling me just to wait even when i demand for the supervisor to come on the call they don't attend the call saying that they are busy in a meeting or busy on some other call i want someone to take strict action this company who is making only false commitment to their cust
