There is wrong material received from askmebazaar.com (order no.: AB2600539) I have ordered : Sony 10000 mAh slim power bank – black coloured (as per pic P5050121.JPG) But I received : MI-10400 mAh big size power bank – white (as per pic P5050123.JPG and P5050124.JPG) I have sent complaint with pics to '[protected]@askmebazaar.com'. But there is no response. I request you to replace me the correct one or refund.

        I ordered a Sony 10000mAh Power Bank on 02/05/2015 and the product was delivered on 07/05/2015 for COD. I made the payment as the product on the packing was written the same what I ordered for but after opening the packet it was found that the product differs and they sent me mi company Chinese power bank. The company I ordered was sony and the bill was also of sony, the power bank sent is not working and not getting charged even. The seller name is MY LIMO TRADING, C-23, OFFICE NO 3, GROUND FLOOR, SEC-63, NOIDA, UP, INDIA, 201301. I Request for replacement of the product and provide me a genuine SONY product.                 Dear All, I had ordered for sony 10000MH Power Bank on 26th of April 2015. When I enquired on 30th to know the status about my order, I got an information that it will get delivered tomorrow or on 2nd May as the product has reached in my city. On 2nd May I called to know the status of the same, I came to know that my product will get delivered till 5th as per 10 days committment of delivery. As I didn't receive the same, again I called to customer care. I came to know that it will get delivred on 7th till 12 noon. But again I failed to get delivery. Now when I called to know about my ordered product, I came to know that now it has gone to complaint department as within 10 days I haven't received the product. I am now helpless as well clueless about my placed order.

                At least after 3 days you replied my query. But sorry to say that I haven't received any single call (Even missed call) from your end to give feedback for my complaint. Today is 17th of May whereas I had ordered on 26th of April.

                Its more than 21 days and I am still awaiting for my order status. Is this a regular practice of your organisation with customer's?

                Or one you get money, you forget your customer whereas forcibly he should consider that whatever he spent is as donation to your organisation?

                  hi i m Ramesh from Bangalore i have order 1 MI20800 power bank from the ask me bazar but when they delivered the product that time i m out of station i came back after 2 days then open started using one day only it is used next day charger is not working, when i called the customer care they are confirming that they will take complain with 48 hr. I feel ask me bazar open keet 48hr to sell the only DUPLICATE PRODUCT. Dear customer pls don't buy any product from ask me bazar.

                        Hi, I have purchased Power Bank on 10th Of March 2015. Order No. AB1471597 Which when delivered on 16th March, I that the product is DUPLICATE and also found faulty and dead. I have reported the same immediately by form on their site on the very same date BUT i have never received any update to that email. After that I have called to customer care number and i have been assured for reversed pickup and refund. REf.# QRC198421 To which my reserve pick has been done. I have again called on the customer no and they asked my bank details after that they have told me that i should get call from them about refund confirmation. I have received the confirmation call and they have said refund has been approved and should be credited to my bank account within 7 to 10 working days. After 7 days i have again called to know the status so they told me within 4 days i should get refund. But since 7th of April it has been almost a month and EVERY TIME THEY SAY FOR SOME TECHNICAL REASON IT IS STILL IN PROCESSING. I WILL GET IT IN 2 DAYS... 4 DAYS... BY NEXT DAY EVENING.. ALWAYS FALSE COMMITMENTS. This is clearly cheating. How can refund process can take more than a month and still in processing? Are you guys having STONE AGE SYSTEM which is taking such a long time and still having TECHNICAL ISSUE FOR WHICH YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT? ASK ME BAZAAR IS CHEATER COMPANY. THEY ARE SELLING CLONE, DUPLICATE, FAULTY AND THIRD CLASS QUALITY PRODUCTS AND THEY ALWAYS LIES AND GIVES FALSE COMMITMENTS BUT THEY WILL NEVER REFUND YOUR MONEY... DONT EVERY USE THEIR SERVICES... I AM GOING TO CONSUMER OFFICER WITH THIS CASE AND WILL BE SURLY REPORTING THIS AS CHEATING CASE TO THEM SO THAT REST OF THE BUYERS DONT FACE SUCH AN ISSUE FORM SUCH A CHEAP COMPANY...                             I purchased one powerbank and one earphone from askmebazar.com order number of which are AB1400985 and AB1535646 respectively placed on 13th and 7th March 2015 respectively. Both the products were delivered to me around 23rd March and I found out that both were duplicate and I registered a complaint in their customer service department . Complaint numbers are QRC208053 and QRC208075. Among both these products, they called reverse delivery and took it back, Now they are not paying me anything. Its been over a month now. I have called them many times in this duration and they have been giving me false commitments.

                                I had purchased NIKE brand shoes from AskMeBazaar.com #Order Number : AB2316530 on 18th April, 2015. On getting delivery I was very much shocked to see duplicate shoes. It was stinking and felt like I purchased it from some roadside hawker. Such mal-practice is not fair. I was more disappointed even after requesting twice for return of the same I didn't got any reply from customer care. I have lost my faith in AskMeBazaar.com. It is also spoiling brand image of AskMeBazaar.com.Would like to know about steps Nike can take again such unfair business.

                                You got courier for cash on delivery I told I have aalready paid through credit card then he told I will return the product. Still I have not received my cash back amt
                                Its been nearly 20days I haven't heard from AskMeBazaar.com neither have got my money back. Infact after looing my patience have got it touch with NIKE about duplicate product (sent photographs of the duplicate shoes).
                                Amar, try to get your money back - Have seen 1000s of complaints for duplicate product sold on AskMeBazaar.
