Worst online shopping experience i had ever, worst service, I have been chasing them for my order( DGA2564046) which i placed on 26 April 2015, They don't have nay update regarding whether seller has shipped my order or not, simply they are saying that i will get my ordered product within 10 days. It has been more than 10 days when i call them again for my order status the are saying wait for few more days, when i am asking for shipment details so that i can track where is my courier -they are saying that they don't have this information too. Yesterday i got message from Delhivery courier service like below:- @10:32 AM Your askmebazaar shipment with Delhivery AWB[protected] is out for delivery. Please keep Rs. 499.0 cash ready.For any queries contact 012****500 @6:20 PM Dear customer, Your shipment from Askmebazaar with ID AB2573557 was attempt today for delivery. we were unable to deliver to you. When i called delhivery courier servises for enquiry( also i tracked on line through web portal of delhivery) i found that delivery address is of hydrabad ( mine is pune), shipped Product is something different which i have not ordered and even shipment is booked with different name. Immediately i called costumer care of Askmebazaar and informed these all things but still they are not agree, they are saying that don't worry you will get your product by end of day today. Dealing with the customer care of askmebazaar is really a nightmare..I don't know why are they even running the business if they don't have any information. Don't know what is their real business model ..i have doubt on their business, it seems this is a fraudulent company.

          A sony 10000mAh power bank ordered (AB2566717) from askmebazaar online shopping on 26 Apr 2015. After several calls and follow up Today I received the courier and when opened the box the product is different which is JBL power bank and the product is damaged as well. When I asked to the customer care the executive said he is not aware of the product sent and assured the complaint will register for refunding not for replacing as per their policy. The team will contact within 07 days and reverse pick up the product in another 03 days and after that the money will be credited in my bank account after 10 to 12 days. This is for your information and needful. Thanks in advance.

              Hi There, I have purchased 9000 MAH Samsung Power Bank, delivered yesterday on 5th May 2015 to me, I was happy to see this power bank and expected around 6000 MAH Power should be there max, but when I checked the power bank after full charging as indicated, it took just 2 hours for full charging. I was shocked to see the same because brochure indicated that it will take more than 65 hours for full charging. Then I charged my mobile phone which has 1800 MAH power and noticed that even than mobile is not charged fully and power bank power was 0. My 1800 MAH Mobile battery just charged 60% so it looks it might have just[protected] power and not 9000 MAH Power. so my sincere request to you guys that please either give my money refund or give me the correct power bank which should have minimum 5000 + Power in it.               i face the same problem from same seller.balaji mobiles is cheater and askmebazaar is supporting him.we cant write any review for the product we purchased in askmebazaar.com

You(askmebazar) said you will refund the amount soon taken my account details and Same product have been reverse picked from me on 16April and till now 6may no refund and no product has given to me.                         I have purchased MI Power Bank 10400 mAh for RS 699 from askmebazaar.com on 18-March-2015. I got the product on 28-March-2015. When I opened the packet, the product was second hand, damaged one. I called to askmebazaar.com customer care executive. They told me that first reverse of product will be done then after reversal we will refund your money within 7-10 days. I called then so many times but they always told me that your refund is in process and you will get refund in 7-10 days. but their 7-10 days never ends. Not even this after reversal of product the closed my complaint number(QRC220834) by theirself without giving refund. When I did argument they created new complaint number(QRC329967). Whenever I called I always heard of their pet lines “Your refund is in progress and you will get in 7-10 days”. It too much. I am frustrated and harrassed now. Being a common man, They are just playing with our money. Please take some strict action against them. Otherwise then will continue to play with innocent common people.

                        My Order Id is AB1664774.

                        But I have no hope now. I am totally disappointed.

                        I think what ever comments are written here by Askmebazaar customer care, just to show others they are very active. But this is not the case. Askmebazaar is making people fool.

                        I have decided to take legal action against this company. I have already told this thing to the bloody customer care people who always cheated me
                        and one more thing I am not joking. I am damn serious about to file a court case.
                        I am surprised WHy they are asking for Order Id here. I have already mentioned complaint nos - QRC220834, QRC329967.

                        Everything i.e OrderID can be find with these complaint numbers. This simply shows they are just doing show off that how they care for customer, which is not in actual.

                          dear vasudevan, you r a lucky fellow that you didnt received ur product from ask me bazaar... i[censored] receive u feel shock... why bcoz i ordered same product (2 pieces) on 23-04-15, but i received two xiomi mi powrbanks instead of sony and also those r fake products, not working properly... i[censored] would have same problem after receiving ur product please lodge a complaint to customercare with in 48 hours otherwise u will loose ur money... this is my sincere request becoz iam a victim of this fraud website... thank u...

GYS Heights, Plot-10 & 11 2nd & 3rd Floor Tower-C, Sector 125, Noida (Gautam Budh Nagar) Uttar Pradesh India - 201301 Email: [protected]@askmebazaar.com Order No is :- AB1472297 AB2187994 After my many follow up I received the order no AB1472297 and AB2187994 on dated 21/03/2015 and 16/04/2015 in DAMAGED CONDITION, I opened these product in front of the delever boy and I complaint immediately to the customer care assure me that product will be pick up on next day and refund will be process in next 7 days, but till date no communication from Ask Me Bazar. I again complain about this matter but till date no solution made. I complain many time my two complain No is QRC209564 & QRC341238 I called almost 60 times to them also talked with the seniors many times they also told me that payment will be back withn 7-10 days but till date the situtaions is same Now its almost 2 and 1/2 months . This is totally disgusting company. I called again and again but the same result that you will get your two refund but i still wait for that. Please help me to process

                                      I had ordered Nike shoes (product id-325294) on 17/04/2015 through online payment and i received the same on 23/04/2015. But I have not received the same product, which was ordered by me as mentioned on website. I have also filed a complaint against this through telephonically[protected]and through Email also([protected]@askmebazaar.com). Complaint number given by Mr. Amit, is QRC389743. They called me from[protected] against this complaint number and told that we will picked up back your product in 2-3 business days and afterthat we will refund your payment in your account. But still my product not yet picked back. Then I have again filed a complaint QRC466098 given by Mr. Rajeev against my order refund. He told me that you will receive a call from our side in 24 hrs. But i have not yet received any call. Please help me to get my refund back and also try to ban this type of fake website.

                                      Today, I received calls form [protected] at 12:39 and 13:08. He said that he is calling from Askmebazaar customer support. He was asking my debit card detail of any bank except Axis Bank and HDFC bank. He also said that we cannot transfer your payment in Axis bank due to some Network problem. I told him that you can take my account number of SBI bank. But he refused to take account number. He said that your amount cannot be refund if you will not provide your debit card detail. Please get check and try to ban this type of website.
