It is already 48 hr passed when askme bazar replied me to address my complaint but no response what so ever from them till now about status of my compliant. Ask me bazar supplied me chinese power bank against my order of Sony Power Bank, this is cheating with the customer. looking for immediate action and replacement of chinese power bank with sony power bank.     Dear sir, i had purchased a powerbank of 10000 mAh capacity of sony make for ₹679/- vide order no.AB 2616301 on 29.04.2015 but have been provided with mi 10400 mAh powerbank of xiaomi company instead.         dear sir, i order two casio watches which cost is above 8000 rs. on 27/5/2015 and 28/5/2015 .and i do the payment online . the order number of product is DGA 2589915 AND DGA 2604853 . BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. and also not refund my money back. i call them several time on [protected] helpline number but it was of no use .so plz. solve my problem . this is fake site.

He also did so many commitments but I found all those absolutely false. I gave cheque of INR 6500 and now I think your executives are in the habit of doing false commitment to complete their targets.                 I have lodged a QRC279149 complaint with request for refund of my extra amount taken.The complained was registered by Mr Deepak.Nothing has been done yet. I have called min 5 times with every time the response is that there will be call to you from ask me and your problem will be solved.I even asked for higher authority contact details but nobody tells the details. Today also i talked to Ms Rachna but no response received yet. Kindly help or suggest what to be done.

                    Hello AskMe Guys, I ordered a sony pwoer bank 10000mAh. But you sent a opened peice, damaged and no functional and which is just dabba. There is nothing in it. Just a sony foil plated around it. I called to your customer care immidatley after recieveing the product, they just simply disconnected without listeneing to me. And I was busy with some other wokr and forgot then again I call after 3 days to customer care. They were saying that they they wont accept any complaint after 48 days and I was just arguing with customer care about this because I called on the day I recived the product itslef, she just disconnecte my call saying that "I will dosconnect your call if dont be cool" I was just asking my moeny back. They really cheateres. My order no is AB2523249 Actaul 10000mAh sony power bank weight is nearly 500gm. But what I recieved is having just 50gm which is fake, non functional, opened piece, and dummy piece, damaged peice. I mailed to "[protected]@askmebazar.com" no body repleying.

                          Sir/Ma'am I had ordered a Sony 10000 mAh Power Bank from your website and it was delivered on the 5th of May. However, I received a fake xiaomi mi(a copy of the original xiaomi mi 10400mAh power bank). This is very shameful for a company of your repute. When you describe a product in a certain way, you should make sure that is what your suppliers deliver to your customers.I lodged a complaint here on the 5th too and you responded asking for my order ID but did nothing about it. Not only is the product fake, it barely works. The power bank discharges in under 30 minutes and barely adds 3-4% to my phone. Rest assured, I will make sure no one I know ever orders something from your website. The least you could do is replace the product or refund my money. AB2605547 is my order ID.Kindly replace the product with an original one that works, or refund my money at the earliest. Thanks

                          Here is a picture of the product promised. It clearly says manufactured by sony and brand sony. But what I received is a fake one, and it isn't even a copy of sony.

                          I had received a call from one of your representatives that my money for this order shall be refunded within 5-7 days. I got this call on the 8th of May, which was a week ago. My money has still not been refunded.This is my order ID: AB2605547.

                            1 pieces of MI Xiaomi PowerBank 10400 mAH was purchased vide Order No. AB885989 from AskmeBazaar. The product was counterfeit. Order date was 22nd January'2015, received on 31st January 2015 and initially, one complaint for the products were registered on 3rd February'2015 by email but there is no response. I made Complaint No.: QRC116828 registered on 17th February 2015 and sending 2-3 email to them but no response. Company executive back called me in next 2-3 days for my bank details, but no further action taken and complaint automatically closed. Another complaint registered on 06th March 2015 with complaint numbers QRC283002 on regular interval i speak to customer care regarding the refund but no response, they always said we will refund your money in 10-15 days. Pathetic customer care, make us wait for long time before customer care executive finally speaks. Takes the longest amount of time to file a complaint. Openly selling counterfeit product, Today, on 07th May'2015 i made fresh complaint no. QRC492431 regarding refund of the product. Askme bazaar company should be closed with immediate effect. Fake Company selling Fake product.

                                Respected Sir/Ma'am, Myself Pranav Kumar Kasaudhan...I placed an order regarding Chennai Super King T-Shirt of Rs. 125+25 shipping charges...means total of Rs 150...on 24th April 2015 After all things done Balance deducted from my SBI debit card but automatic transaction cancelled.. and a message generated from your side which was... Oops! We are sorry! There has been a slight glitch in your payment and we were unable to process your payment. Please Call[protected] to file for a refund. I placed a complaint on your helpline no. ie.[protected]...Complain no. was QRC400016... After this your backand team called me and assured that please wait for 10 days that is 04th may 2015...that was..if your order received and they demanded cash...then pay him or return the product and called us for refund..but I did not received any product... After all thing done I called again on 05th may 2015 on your customer care no.[protected]...Your representative response me that You will receive a call within 24 hours from my side but i did not received any call yet... Today is 07th may 2015 and I again called your customer care but i got again same reply that is wait, wait and wait...Whats going on??? its such like a ridiculous services provided... My Order Id Is : AB2540826 My Transaction Id Is : 423997.. My Request/Complain ID Is : QRC400016 and may more please go through... My contact number is [protected] & [protected] My mail ID is : kasaudhan.[protected]@gmail.com I am so confused regarding your duty, liability, customer satisfaction rules, pending causes, non-availability of toll-free no. non-availability of how to track your order... My product was only Rs. 150...But i also Called on your helpline number that was more than 10 times before and after completion of 10 days from my order date 24th April 2015...and expense for calling charges of Rs.68+ more Its my last request as well as warning to you...Give me your resolution as soon as possible...otherwise i will have to go further for your misbehave and misconduct for the customer satisfaction... Really I am so Harassed and Puzzled...

                                      Hi, I have placed an Order: AB2002478 on 02-Apr-2015 for a Panasonic Mixer grinder and paid full price 2495 using my credit card. Yes, i did that mistake myself by trusting AskmeBazaar, So far i have written numerouse emails and made so many calls to their helpless customer care .. lost additional money in calling them so many time. But still no luck, i have not received my product . I need my money back .they have been fooling me since i have placed the order by saying wait for 6 days will receive it then it turns to new date still they the product is not received. I believe they are earning interest on the money they took from me and have no product with them. I need my money

As per discussion on telephone with firm representative, refund will be done within 10 days after completion of pickup of product.                                         it is help full for costumers.
                                        I purchased LED lamps through Askmebazzar.com (order no.AB1781423). supplied LED lamp by firm was defective same returned to firm (Pickup Receipt no. ASR122787) on dated 28.04.2015. Now two months passed but refund yet not done by firm. I gave my bank account detail to firm through email as well as on phone. please help to refund my money Rs 322/- at earliest.
