Dear Team, We had ordered a Mi Power Bank 10400 mAh of Rs 699/-.We had ordered the same from your website on 10 February 2015, which was delivered to us on 21/02/2015. After checking the Power Bank, it was found that it was not working. Which we had duly conveyed to Customer Care Executive. The same customer care told us that it would be collected by the courier company in a week time.Which is not yet collected from us.We would like the cask back to us. We dont require the Mi Power Bank now. After that on[protected] delivery boy has come to delivered the product & he was demanding from me 174.00 Rupees for this booking. He said that the product is booking for COD. For this issue I'm refuse to accept this. I had already launch a complain regarding this issue[protected]. Kindly solve this issue to refund money or resend the delivery.       I've bought this product in 27th Jan 15' and since then I've booked a complaint twice that it's a fake product and i need my refund. My first QRC generated on 4th Feb 15' i.e. QRC80520 and then i again made a complaint on 9th Feb 2015 and they said we'll make the refund on priority and they gave me a new code QRC120839 and they said with in max 3-7 days everything would be in place. And then when i made a call on 4th March 2015 they said this complaint no. is for some Reebok shoes. and when i shared the earlier QRC no. on the basis of which they shared the new no. customer care executive disconnected the call. It has been ore than a month when i registered a complaint but nothing is moving at their end. Askmebazaar has a pathetic customer support. I need my money to be refunded immediately.

        I have odered two qty of power bank .At the time of delivery, that delivery boy gave me only one qty . So i return that and logged a complaint . My complaint no is 122385 which is registered on 19 feb .There is no reply and no feedback for this. I called everyday but the customer care person cut the call. Please dont make the people mad.Stop this online shopping portal. If you are welling to solve my problem call on this no [protected]

              I have already paid for the below mentioned Order i.e AB1085048 and after 13 days i have received the order message that too COD for which I have already paid and have to returned the order .In this e-commerce days your services are not up to mark... Already complaint Number "QRC124488" and I would never refer this site to anyone...

              i bought one Samsung power bank march 16th order no AB1073905 is while dispatch i found damaged in that material so i return it(pick up receipt[protected].

              Still not get my replace material or refund.

              i called lot of times customer care.when i calling, they are saying i have get complaint u will get our customer complaint verification call after that u will get refund".

              i am giong to consumer court about this problem.if i not get amount no problem but i will make big issue in that
              i have bought one ear phone. my order no is AB 1547161. I have refund this item on 2 April but my amount not back to my account. i have called many time but executive told me that your amount refund your account, till now i have not received my amount. today i have spoke Mr. Salman he told me that i refund your amount on your account on 4 may. so i have send my bank statement on [protected]@askmebazar.com. i have not received any amount by you.

              i am very disturb due to very bad service. i am waiting last two month regarding my money.

                    My order id is AB1222911. I have ordered for MI 10400mAh powerbank for Rs.699. The powerbank is duplicate. It is not working and not even charging for 10 minutes since the day I received it. I immediately filed complaint against this order as soon as I received the product and got to know that it is faulty. Moreover, the product is fake. The original powerbank has only mi.com written over it, but the one I received from AskMeBazaar has xiaomi.com printed on it. This is real fake. The whole company is fake. They do not have any mechanism to track the product. User/customer cannot create any account on the website. There is no transparency on this site. I request the concerned authority to take strict and timely action on this company otherwise it is going to be a great scam for which we will repent later. They are selling all chinese fake products in Indian market. Please look into this matter at the earliest else you will run out of space to take complaints against this company.

                    I request the concerned authorities to take strict action against this company. This company is a fraud. Check the consumer complaints and you will go mad reading negative comments and complaints against this company. Please shut this company at the earliest. Moreover, AskMeBazaar customer support is lazy and not supportive at all. I have not yet received my money back and even the faulty product has not yet been picked up. There is no proper customer care interface apart from just one phone number.
                    I request and beg the concerned authorities to look into this matter at priority and please please take serious actions against this company.

                          This is with reference to the purchase of Samsung Powerbank
                          from Askmebazaar. I had received the product in damaged state moreover it was
                          not original Samsung brand.


                          I had asked for refund of my money and collect the product
                          back. The complaint was registered on 18th and till date I have not
                          received any call back regarding the refund . I have been calling your call
                          center but no one is able to help me on this.


                          I request you to collect the product and refund my amount

                              I have placed order for 1 MI power bank via order no. AB1078554, item recd but the power bank is defected. It is not working at all. I had lodged a complaint for refund on 23st Feb-15. Executive assured me that their executive will call within 7 days. It is almost 10 days passed but I have not recd any response from ASKMEBAZAAR, even after sending reminders 2-3 times. I will wait till this Friday and if no Ask me do no respond then will lodge case in consumer court Vashi Navi Mumbai on statuary.

                                      I ordered an samsung power bank from AskMeBazaar.com on 5th Feb 2015 (order no. AB1058662) which I received on 19th Feb when i tried to use the power bank is get Charge very fast and discharge very fast, Not up to the mark. I immediately called up the customer care and lodged complaint against it and asked for refund (Complaint Number QRC124594). I have been told that the reverse pickup will happen in next 2 working days and refund will be made in max 7 working days. After 14 days when nothing happened I took a follow up and called again to customer care. The executive again assured me that I will receive a call from backend team on reversal pickup in next 2 days. But its almost 4 days and I havn't received any call. I am irritated by this company. This is the biggest fraud company I have had ever dealed with. i will take action if i will not get my money refund within 7 days.

                                        I just request to all who read this. just banned this site it is 100% Fake. Please board your complain to consumer court. I had order for the power bank of Xiaomi 10400 mah on[protected] & received on[protected]. After that I checked it & found it was fake & damaged from Inside. After that I complained it, they provide me a complain No. QRC127493 & assured me that I received verification call from ask me bazaar under 7 days or till[protected] I had recording for that call as proof). he also said after verification in 4-5 days I received my money which you hold it for last 25 Days. saurabh [protected]
