    Dear consumer forum I have ordered a Valentine ear set on February 11th of 2015 from askmebazar.com and I have made the payment in online at same time itself through debit card. Till now I haven't received my product. I have complained for 4 times, that 4 times responded with new answers, the funny thing is that last time I have complained on 28th Feb I think, so they said sorry sir for inconvenience the product is still showing as started for process. As per their Company terms and conditions that the products should be delivered within 10 days. But now what happened 20 days have finished after that 10 days but still I haven't received my product. atleast they haven't provided any type of communication, regarding the status of my product The details which I order in askmebazar. com is Orders item: Valentine ear phones Order id: AB1114853 ordered date: 11.02.2015 Payment date: 11.02.2015

      I have purchase a power bank My order is AB115198. The day I received product i complainted about it within 15 min of delivery that product is of different product than what i order and i have received bill of the different color product bill. but after 4 days that they said it to me that they dont have any registered complaint. Then i had to made that complain again. they said that they will call within 7 days. Now it has been 9 days but i havent received any revert back. I call them after after two days they say to me they will call me tommorrow . My Complain no is QRC132919

        I recently purchased GEOME MI power bank 5400amp, Its not even work single day. Duplicate products only available in askmebaazar website. This is a worst and completely waste site. They are selling china goods only. My friends too faced same issues. Its attracting the online buyer with big discounts and provide useless products

          Dear Help disk, I have ordered a product on 16 feb which i received on 21 feb 2015 order no is AB1177870 (Sony power bank) i had payed through my credit card and the payment was also successful. But it was sent to me as COD when i cal ed up askme customer care they sed me to pay the cash and collect the product and they will refund the amount which i payed through card.As per their instruction i payed and i got the product. after receiving the product when i open it was wrong colour i have ordered for a black colour but i received a golden colour i have complained on 21st feb still now no one has responded from ask me basar (Compain No : QRC128089, QRC127613) No refund don still now also not replaced still now very worst service and customer care Regards...           When ever i cal to ask me bazar customer care they say to wait 7 to 10 working days i am waiting for more than 2 months still i am receiving the same reply only

          when ever i cal ask me basaz customer care they say to wait for another 7 to 10 working days more than 2 and a half months has got over still the amount is not refunded

          Really i feel very bad that i had order a product in ask me basar

          Who every study this pls do not order any product in ask me basar such a cheeting website is ask me bazar

I have not received till the 5th mar 15, I have registered a complaint on the 12 th feb-15 Complaint num is QRC106269. Since from 20 days i am calling to the customer regarding this issue, they are saying 2 days on everyday, this is the fake company no one should purchase goods ask me bazaar, i am recommending dont go for it.                 This is regarding Order number AB885136. I have given the order on Jan 22, 2015. But today is March 05, 2015 and my order is not delivered. I called 100 times on customer care but every time they give stupid reason . Many time they have loged a complained and tell that askme associate will call you in a week time. But I never get a call. Even when I call next time my previous complain closed without informing. In short, Askme don't want to deliver the project and even dont want to give my money back after so many calls. This company is worse e-commerce company that I have gone though. -Amit Mittal

Dear Team, I had ordered a Mi Power Bank 10400 mAh of Rs 749/-.We had ordered the same from your website on 4 February 2015, which was delivered to us on 14/02/2015. Opening package in front of deliver boy i found 5200mAh power bank and that too fake one, it was found that it was not working. Which we had duly conveyed to Customer Care Executive. The same customer care told us that it would be collected by the courier company in a week time COMPLAIN NUM QRC112833.Which is not yet collected from us.We would like the cask back to us.                         Hello, I have ordered a "Handicraft Wooden Brass Wall Clock"' on cash basis in 1st Week of Jan'15 for Rs. 775/- The payment of Rs. 775/- was made at the time of deleivery. On receipt of the product, I found the same not up to the mark and decided to return the same. I called up on the customer care and asked them for the return pickup of the product. The product was picked up by Mr.. Gopal ([protected]) of the logistic company on 22/01/2015 against receipt no.[protected]/Getitbazaar (DGN013012) After one week of the pickup I followed up for the refund on which i was told that i will get a call for the bank details for direct credit of refund in my account. I got a call for my bank details, and the same was provided, but nothing happened. On 18/02/2015, I called up on the customer care to check the status of the refund, against which i was told that your complaint has been registered with us (Complaint No. QRC118256) and i will get a call within a week. On 25/02/2015, i again called up to customer care to check the status (as i could not get any call last week), for which i was again told that your complaint has been forwarded to the supervisor and you will get a call with a week. Now again a week is passed and no body has called up and neither i had got the refund. I dont know whether i will be successful by writing this complaint and get my refund. Neeraj Bhatia [protected]

                        Hi this is Satyabroto, ... I bought a product namely samsung power bank from ask me bazaar on cash on delivery basis but the product was faulty so i complaint the same to ask me bazaar about one and half month ago from now, and product had been re picked within 7 days but till date i have not received the refund till date despite of several call and complaints... It is highly unsatisfactory performance from ask me bazaar..

                        I have placed a order on 10th of april with order id AB2190923 using my state bank of india Debit card. i haven't received the product so i have asked for the refund of amount. i have got a call on 24th of may stating that the order will be canceled and the amount will get refund soon. Today is 1st of july and i haven't received the amount. every time when i make a call i have been listening to the answer that " YOUR AMOUNT WILL REFUN TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITH IN 7-10working days . as days are passing by i havent received my refund. i am fedup with the customer service. i need my refund of amount 1, 199.

                          Hi, I purchased samsung power bank but its totally defective product(Order Id:AB1027860). even I called to customer service helpline but not getting any reply from them don't go for askmebazar. very poor service. when i got product, its open condition. very very poor service. don't go for askmebazaar...!... I have complained earlier then they provided me a complain number QRC105075 but after that When I again called for my complaint status they provided a second complain number saying that your complained has been damaged. Please take a solution otherwise i will send limitations on your web daily. My second complained number is QRC138772. Thank You !

                                Hi, I purchased samsung power bank but its totally defective product(Order Id:AB1053201). even I called to customer service helpline but not getting any reply from them.also I sent email as well as written query on askmebazar site but no response. there is no any option for tracking order on site.totally waste of money. don't go for askmebazar. very poor service. when i got product, its open condition. i charged the power bank fully but when I connected to mobile, only 25% battery charged. very very poor service. don't go for askmebazaar...!
