    Actually I bought xiaomi 10400 power bank from ask me bazaar but its literally fake one, I complaint more than 10 times but there is no response, they are totally waste fellows and cheating indians. so pls don't buy any product from ask me bazaar. I quarelled with them but all were telling the same slogan " thanks for being patience" and " sorry for the inconvenience My product ID is AB896205 Complaint ID is qrc88674

      IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT "AskMeBazaar" website. Again note that, this is information is from expert. And after knowing the fraud report from hundreds of customers. So, do not take this LITELY. If you are planning to purchase anything from ASKMEBAZAAR. DO NOT purchase. This is completely FRAUD website. And Unresponse. This is not like reputed companies like eBay. Amazon. Flipkart. Snapdeal etc. If you want to purchase. I prefer you use above websites. Where you face less issues. Even if there is any issue they have customer care. For each complaint they take seriously and resolve it. Above customer care. They have supervisors. Managers etc. And they have toll free number. You will not be charged for calls. Whereas Askmebazaar is completely fraud site. No toll free number. Website shows another address. Their phone number is Chennai number. Again after knowing details information from customers. Who have spent lot and lot of time on calls. Spent hundreds of rupees on STD bill. But, issues not getting resolved. For any company take flipkart of any one. First of all this kind of issue do not occur. Even if occur it get resolved within 2-4 days. But, on Askmebazaar I can show you proofs where customers suffering since 2 months. Same kind of issues with on previous Fraud website. Timtara.com Timtara.com later stop by government after receiving serious cases. And their owner too arrested. If you are not sure just type timtara.com in google and you will find complaints and news about this site. That website too do not have toll free number and same customers were put on hold for hours. Then no response. Again customer call. They say we have escalated and nothing. No item. No refund. Or get item partically etc. Make important note. If you purchase from any website in India. They should be able to ship within a week. Unless time extension required to get some important products as you find on Amazon and eBay. You don't have to worry about eBay and Amazon. You are 100 percent protected. Now what to do, if you already purchased from AskMeBazaar. 1.) Immediately make a note of all the details of your order. And lodged a complaint with Delhi police, Because they have registered this address. (( Getit Stores Private Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the (Indian) Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at 8B, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, 1st Floor, ITO, New Delhi -110002, ("Getit Stores") )) Another story is on their website they mention contact address as this. Getit Stores Pvt. Ltd. GYS Heights, Plot-10 & 11 2nd & 3rd Floor Tower-C, Sector 125, Noida (Gautam Budh Nagar) Uttar Pradesh India - 201301 Email: [protected]@askmebazaar.com So, directly lodge a complaint. You can send email or send post to the commissioner office. 2.) If you are not getting proper response even after complaining. Send email / post to Delhi police commissioner office. At least as of now, due to AAP government Delhi police working promptly. If not getting response do not sit back. Write to Commissioner office. 3.) If you do not get the response you can also lodge a case with Cyber police. But, do not leave this FRAUD fellows at AskMeBazaar. You purchase, invest money. Not to wait for months. That's everyone expectations. 4.) You may also get emails and calls from 'AskmeBazaar' saying issue will get resolved or in process and will take 3-4 days. Do not listen to any of their calls or emails. Hundred person this website is just going beyond patience. I agree few buyers are even getting products. Because, if all the buyers get stop. Their site may stop immediately. So, they are sending to few people. And collecting money. They have BAD intention like, people are purchasing low price items. And again they call 1 or 5 times. After that they get tired and also fear of STD call rates. They leave hopes. And this fraud fellows take your hardly earned money.

          I have ordered a Valentine ear set on February 11th of 2015 from askmebazar.com and I have made the payment in online at same time itself through debit card. Till now I haven't received my product. I have complained for 4 times, that 4 times responded with new answers, the funny thing is that last time I have complained on 28th Feb I think, so they said sorry sir for inconvenience the product is still showing as started for process.
          As per their Company terms and conditions that the products should be delivered within 10 days.
          But now what happened 20 days have finished after that 10 days but still I haven't received my product. atleast they haven't provided any type of communication, regarding the status of my product

Your stupid customer executive is giving me the Air Way bill no 18691545 delivered through red express. I had checked the tracking status it is showing Airway bill is wrong and not exist. I had made a complains THRICE and they are telling that I had forwarded your complain and they will call you within 7 days and one customer care executive is telling that we will call you on NEXT DAY giving false commitment to the customer. Please close your company if you are not able to fulfill the order please stop the bloody business making fools to the customer. If you still feel than my number is [protected] please call me or deliver my product.
          Please dont take Bollywood Actors and making fool to us.
          You bloody company deliver my product within 2 days otherwise I need to file a complain in GRAHAK SURAKHSHA

              i had bought a Power bank from your website. The product was broken and the power key was not working.The order no. was AB892396.

              I had lodged a complaint against it on 02.02.15. under reference no. QRC77689.
              After daily follow up from customer care, i recieved a call from askme, saying we are giving you coupon for the amount value or you want the money. i said i want the money, post that they say that my complain has already been resolved on 09.02.15, whereas i have not received any refund on the product.

                Myself manoj m ghanekar purchased samsung power bank 9000 mah for rupees 599.

                From the day i received that product it is not charging it is faluty.

                On 11th february 2015 i received that product from them, from that day i am calling (Care no.[protected]. Twice or thrice a day to check my compient status and that executive always told me that we are forwading your complient on top priority to our back office and u will receive call today our tomorrow.

                ON 25th february 2015 i recived call AT 7.30 PM regarding my complient.

                THE EXECUTIVE TOOK MY CARD NO. PIN NO. & THEY DEBITED RS. 10, 698 FROM MY ACCOUNT.

                My complient no. Are dated 11th febuary 2015 is (Qrc 99768) on 25th february 2015 is (Qrc 136224) name of the person whom i spoke are (Aadarsh & ashutosh).

                I have requested them for refund of my money for the same product.

                Please do the needfull at the earliest

                  I have ordered a Samsung Power Bank 2600 mah vide my order no AB839029 but I have received fake and duplicate product from Ask Me Bazar . I have registered my complaint QRC 81580 and I was informed that I will receive a call and reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days but it has 20 days passed till now and no call has been received by this company. Many times Ihave I have called on customer care no and always they assured to make arrange for call but always failed. This is a total fraud and cheating with us us . This is my complaint again to ask me bazar to reverse pick up the product and refund my money at the earliest otherwise I will go in the consumer forum to file a writ against this fraud business.

                          Askmebazar is cheating customers, I had ordered Sony 10000 mah power Bank on 15th February order number DGA1163311, today on 25th I received the delivery with a fake power bank. When I called Askmebazar & confirmed the order - I was informed the originality of the product. On receipt of the product when I again called the arrogant executive first put my call down, on repeated calling at last I registered a complain QRC137612. Askmebazar don't have the sellers details like contact no. I strongly suggest don't buy any products from Askmebazar. Chances you also get cheated. I am uploading the photo. Opened packet with a blue colour Product. I repeat Askmebazar is a cheater company. In tension I had a low bp.

                            I ordered a combo deal with them and they delivered the products which looks like to have been taken from the street vendors. The quality of the product is so pathetic that the deal was a waste of money. I prefer making online deals and have also ordered products with other brands like Flipkart, Snapdeal etc.but have never had a horrible experience like this. I already complained twice on their customer care number with the SR number qrc107901 and order number ftf1037882. Both the times they said I will be contacted by them within a week and the problem will be solved. I just wanted my order to be replaced with other product. I never demanded the refund.
                            Ask Me Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            No assistance yet from the AskMeBazaar customer support yet. Got a call once when they asked about the convenient time to talk, but never got back at the agreed time.
                            Last week the customer support from AskMeBazaar contacted me and said that they would process my refund in a weeks' time and it's been over 8 days and neither I have received the refund nor I have received any notification from them.
                            The last comment was made 5 days back by me. I do not think the company AskMeBazaar is serious about this complaint. I also have recorded my last conversation with the customer support of the company. I think, now I should leave the online participation of this complaint and do something serious about it. They are hardly bothered about this complaint forum. I am also feeling that this forum is not that effective as I thought it to be.
                            It has been around 40 days the product has been taken back but I am still waiting for the refund. It seems they respond only if a client gets into their back.

                            Now, I guess it would be feasible for me to file an official complaint against them as I also have the reverse pick-up proof and their customer service voice recording.

                                this case, 3 complaints have been created but I have not received any
                                single call from your end. pls. let me know is this the term of service.Every time CC executives assured me that I will got a call with in 72 hours but unfortunately not received till date.My complaints going on without any platform from 10th Feb the next day I have received the product. This feels like cheated.My new raised complaint on 15th Feb. is QRC111455 on which I interacted to Mr. Abbas on 25th Feb. and he assured me to take my case to higher officials.Waiting for positive response !!!

DGA2973089, seller AARAV STORE. The actual Sony packaging says 'Made in Thailand' but on the earphones it's written 'Made in China' and the earphones are not even compatible with any mobile phone. They did work but only with my laptop and produce very low quality audio.
                                I request the seller to either replace the product with the original one or return my money, else I'm afraid I'll have to file a complaint against AARAV STORE with the Department of Consumer Affairs and I can assure you that the end result will not be in your favor as you have delivered a fake product.

                                  I ordered Samsung 9000MAH Power Bank FROM askmebazaar.com but they delivered me a fake duplicate product which is not genuine. I received no warranty card & bill along with it. Moreover, I went to the official website of Samsung which confirmed that the product that I have got is duplicate. I registered a complaint on phone many times but they are not serious about this. I am quite fed up of them. I want my refund asap from them and I had a very bad experience. Kindly look into this matter and solve my query asap. Order ID: AB946557, Complaint no. QRC107906, Your vendor is serving duplicate material, why should i suffer. Kindly make this material pick up. This is my 3rd purchase from Askmybazaar. This power bank charges my mobile phone only for once after full charge, my phone is 1560 MAH it should charge atlest 4-5 times.
                                  "I received this power bank 15 days before. But found it is not working, one night full i plugged it for charging. Full charge indication is seen, but when mobile is connected within 30 seconds battery low indication is shown followed by switching off power bank. Being myself an Electronic Engineer I opened the power bank, to my surprise I had found 4 batteries in it of which only one no is connected to the circuit. I checked the 3 batteries with multimeter and found that there is no voltage. When the batteries are opened I found that it was filled with river sand in it. But they are not picking back my order. I have contact 13 times to customer care but they are only fooling. My complain no is qrc29127361.

                                    Order no. AB1119123 have ordered a 2600mah samsung power bank on 11.02.2015 seeing next day delivery service on the website. I was eagerly waiting for the product to be delivered but I had received the product on 22.02.2015 meanwhile they didn't even informed about the expected date of delivery. That too after marking 4-5 phone calls. After receiving the product, I observed It not with a original packing and not even with a bubble wrap.I doughted the product to be duplicate. After charging it fully for 2 hours, I then connected mobile to get charge, again after 2 hours when I see my phone it was just 20% charged and the phone was sooo hot and even the power in that was complated. It didn't even gave the performance of 260mah. It wasted my valuable time .leaving me to afraid of purchasing any product online.

                                      I ordered MI Xiaomi-10400 MAH Power Bank FROM askmebazaar.com but they delivered me a fake duplicate product which is not genuine. I received no warranty card & bill along with it. Moreover, I went to the official website of MI Xiomi which confirmed that the product that I have got is duplicate. I registered a complaint through mail & also on phone many times but they are not serious about this. I am quite fed up of them. I want my refund asap from them and I had a very bad experience. Kindly look into this matter and solve my query asap. Order ID: AB869362 ON askmebazaar.com . Also I contacted them on phone twice but they did not picking my item back . Kindly look in this matter. They have a very bad reputation and they sell fake products.

                                        HI, I have ordered on 27th Jan 2015 and My Order no is AB930498. But still I did not received my shipment nearly one month now...Still how many days required to get is delivered. Very Poor response from this team., I am really feeling now...so many online shop is there, why I have selected this vendor...

                                        Still there is no response from AskMeBazaar Vendor. I did not expected like this way of response from this online shop vendor.Very Poor and very bad... I will not recommend this vendor to my colleague sure, .I am really unhappy...
                                        I got the call from askmebazar, they told, this order already got cancelled. But still I did not received my payment also. This is really very bad and very Poor response from askmebazar. Making fool on the name of discount and offer, after cancelled from askmebazar the order payment also not yet received more than 30 days. Still how many days it will be take?????????
