I had placed 2 orders on 14/02/2015. Both the orders were for Samsung power bank 2600mh - WHITE color
Payment option for 1 order was via internet banking and the other for COD.
COMPLAINT 1 -
Unfortunately, the day my orders were sent out for delivery, on top of the box it was written COD - FOR BOTH. I panicked and returned both. Called the askme customer care to file a complaint My order details are:
Order 1 - AB1153943 - Online payment
Order 2 - AB1153123 - COD.

After 2 days both the package were sent bk to me. So i decided to take the one for which i had opted the COD option. Gave 300/- and took the package. To my suprise, the item inside was an OLD power bank scratched and used to its core. The vendor details are - SHIVAN TRADERS & SUPPLIERS, VARUN GOYAL< 419, Sector 14, Hissar, Haryana, Mob # -
0 [protected].
I called the vendor and he refused to accept. asked me to whatsapp him the pics of the damaged used old item and i did. No response frm him end till date 24/02/15. I also called the customer care to lodge another complaint - QRC127620.
No response from there end also past 3-4 days.
Pls help.
