    Respected Sir/Medam,

    Let me bring to your notice that i ordered (AB1125069) for Polo Watch dated on[protected]. As it has been already passed one working week still we have not received it. I want to know when i will get the Delivery of watch. I complaint regarding this in past also but i didn't get any positive reply from your side. Consider this complaint as last because if i will not get any positive response then i will go further in District Consumer Court. I have attached proof of Order confirmed by your company.

            I had placed 2 orders on 14/02/2015. Both the orders were for Samsung power bank 2600mh - WHITE color Payment option for 1 order was via internet banking and the other for COD. COMPLAINT 1 - Unfortunately, the day my orders were sent out for delivery, on top of the box it was written COD - FOR BOTH. I panicked and returned both. Called the askme customer care to file a complaint My order details are: Order 1 - AB1153943 - Online payment Order 2 - AB1153123 - COD. Complaint # QRC124029 COMPLAINT 2 - After 2 days both the package were sent bk to me. So i decided to take the one for which i had opted the COD option. Gave 300/- and took the package. To my suprise, the item inside was an OLD power bank scratched and used to its core. The vendor details are - SHIVAN TRADERS & SUPPLIERS, VARUN GOYAL< 419, Sector 14, Hissar, Haryana, Mob # - 0 [protected]. I called the vendor and he refused to accept. asked me to whatsapp him the pics of the damaged used old item and i did. No response frm him end till date 24/02/15. I also called the customer care to lodge another complaint - QRC127620. No response from there end also past 3-4 days. Pls help.

              1. Booked a Power Bank Sony 5000 mah online on[protected]
              2. Received the product on[protected] along with Invoice and paid in cash
              3. The product received was looking dirty and used. It was faulty &amp; defective and not working also.
              4. Complain submitted immediately on[protected] with request for replacement.
              5. Ackowledgement for complain received immediately.
              6. Reminder for Complain submitted on[protected] due to non receipt of any response.
              7.Received a phone call on[protected] for reverse pickup of the product. We requested to send a communication thru mail for reverse pickup and seeking details for refund of money. Askmebazar representative refused to send any communication in this regard.
              8. The faullty product is still lying with us. Please do the needfull.

                            I ordered a Philips HP8309 Hair Straightener for Rs. 845/- on 22nd January 2015 with Order ID -AB885305. I asked them to get it delivered by 3rd Feb since it was urgent. I got a mail from them on 31st January 2015 stating that they tried calling me and my phone was not reachable. I replied them and gave them a time to call. When I called the customer executive they said I will receive a call in 48 hrs regarding my complaint. I received the next call on 11th February 2015 i.e. almost after 10 days and not 48 hrs. They said the order is confirmed and I will receive it soon. Its been 12 days now. No call or product. Very disappointed. They don't reply to the mails. I cant sit and keep calling them. Kindly help.                               after repeated complaints regarding replcement of my order no ftf1101820 they (askmebazaar) did not responded to my complaint. I have complaint on the given no. of the company but the staff of the company cut the telephone. I have wasted almost 30 Rs. on mobile phone. they sent a automatic generated email on my mail id that they tried to contacted me but my telephone was out of reach. It can be checked by my mobile bill that I have received and made call on the said day and my mobile no was activated during the day. I am completely harrassed by the company and their customer care executives. please help me.

                                I had placed the order for Fengshui Tortoise (ORDER NO AB2110687 on 3rd April, and paid through credit card.
                                But today is 22nd April, and it has been 20 days now but the product is still not delivered. As per you policy the product is to be delivered within 10 days, but now days are closed.
                                If you want to send the product please do that or return back my amount.
                                I have ordered goods from askmebazaar. Its more than 2 week and order not delivered. Dropped mail and did not get any reply. I called them in customer care and they just created a service request and said they will get back in some time.                                 i have bought one rechargeable table fan of oxygen 12&quot; on 12th of April 2015 from ASKMEBAZAAR.COM and have not received my product yet. The amount has already been prepaid. After repeated complaints and conversations with customer associates, they are giving false information and fraud commitments and not giving any information about this product and the last delivery date is over and is not helping me out and is also not refunding my money. I have already prepaid the amount of Rs.1699 on the purchase date and still now the product has not been delivered. Treat this as very urgent, as they are doing kind of fraudulent business with consumers like us.
                                I am not at all satisfied with the product, kindly replace it as soon as possible.
