I saw an offer on askmebazzar of sony KDL-43W800C 109.22 cm Full HD Smart LED TV
Just Rs.2450, So i ordered it instantly.
confirmed my order through message and email.
And after 2 hour they sent me a message saying
your order has been proceeded. But now they
cancelled my order AB9769785 saying we are unable
to process your COD order {AB9769785} as we
experienced a technical glitch on our website. i was
very excited about my order but by cancelling my
order they they played with my feelings.
I want justice.
I hope i wil get justice as soon as possible, they did
this...
i have a full proof of mail messages amd screent shot of product

    I have an order for Sony KLV40R562C 101.6 cm Full HD Smart LED TV.
    at the price of Rs 2199, they send me a confirmation email regarding this after call customer care no. [protected] they say sir, your order is confirm; its deliver in under 10 days; but today ask me bazar has now cancelld my order and is saying that it was out of stock. so i called the toll free and asked about the cancellation they replied that the seller does not have stock so it was cancelled .also they stated that in my area the seller does not have stock, i wasted a lot of time for this and after placing the order and conforming the order they are cancelling the product after 1 day. take action against this matter and for any quires call me on.

      I saw an offer on askmebazzar of Sony KLV-40R562C 101.6 Cm Full HD Smart LED TV In Just Rs.2199, So i ordered it instantly. They confirmed my order through message and email. And after 2 hour they sent me a message saying your order has been proceeded. But now they cancelled my order AB9769682 saying we are unable to process your COD order {AB9769682} as we experienced a technical glitch on our website. i was very excited about my order but by cancelling my order they they played with my feelings.
      I want justice.

      I hope i wil get justice as soon as possible, they did this just to increase traffic on their site.

            I had ordered a 40inch sony led smart tv on 18/02/2016 and now they had cancelled my order. I don't want any excess i want my product any how this is not fair at all. This is not accepted at all if i will not get my product i will take you till the court i want my product. I will report this in local as well as national press and media they are refusing my order by saying that it was a glitch.

                  18th Feb 2016 around 8 PM, i saw Ask Me Bazaar offers. they offered free of cost in Samsung Bluetooth head phones, sony hear phone and Ray ban glasses at only INR 35 for shipping charge on cash on delivered.

                  above the offer i order 3 ray ban glass, 2 sony hear phone and 1 Bluetooth head phone.

                  i got order conformation to my mail above mention 6 products. but Ask Me bazaar denied my all orders. they send text massage of - Dear buyer, we are unable to process your COD order. we are experienced a technical glitch on our website we regret the inconvenience caused due to the same.

                  regarding this issue i want rise the complaint.,

                      I ordered some products online at a very low price.i also got the confirmation emails of the products. A day later the shopping site canceled my orders saying either it was technical issues or the product was out of stock. This happen on 18-2-16.this happened with the every customer.and now a days this is also a common practice of this online shopping sites. Due to these customers got inconvenienced.and also the way of treating their customer on customer care numbers is also very bad. The do not behave properly.nd also don't clear our queries.

Now don't tell the confirmation was also a part o[censored]r so called technical issue... Nd u didn't canceled sone orders... U canceled all the orders which were of that offer... Nd this is not the first time u r saying such things... Nd not I m new to the online shopping world...nd by the way I don't have only 2 orders that got canceled... I have 15 that got canceled...

                      Ask me bazar is pathetic site ... don't think they deliver any product ... even I ordered one on 19th Feb 2016 and still haven't received .. I just keep getting non-sense reasons from customer care .. no tracking details nor updates provided till now ... customer care executives have standard dialogue to say to everyone .."sorry for inconvenience, your order will reach by tonight and asap.." their Tonight never comes and asap definition seems infinite..
                      Very very very pathetic services... some one should take strict action against this website/company..

                              Recently I ordered a Sony 40 inch led TV. As it was on a great discount. So I ordered it and then I got a confirmation email from askmebazzar. And they said that your order has been confirmed. And today I received a message from askmebazzar that the order has been cancelled because they were unable to proceed.
                              But that's not my problem. So I request you sir please solve the problem.

                                  at the price of Rs 2089.05; and they send me a confirmation email regarding this; after call customer care no. [protected] they say sir, your order is confirm; its deliver in under 10 days; but today ask me bazar has now cancelld my order and is saying that it was price error. its very wrong to coustmers that ask me bazar is always making fool to people. And when called to coustmer care they are talking very rudely and not giving proper reason to question. ask me bazar is always making fool to people. please give me my order and contact as me bazar regarding this matter. and let me know as soon as possible. i wasted a lot of time for this and after placing the order and conforming the order they are cancelling the product after 1 day. take action against this matter and for any quires call me on.

                                    On 18th February, 2016, I placed an order No. AB9770303 on ASK ME Website, After that I received a message on My Registered Mobile No. : [protected] as well as my Email Id : [protected]@gmail.com regarding the confirmation of this order. After that I call on customer care No.[protected], they also confirmed the order and told me that you’ll get the order within 10 working days.

                                    On 19th February, 2016, I got a message in my mobile that your order has been cancelled due to technical glitch. This is totally your problem or you will to have manage at your end only.

                                    I request you to please dispatch the same order ASAP.

                                      Still I dont accept. This fault was from your side. If I will re book the same product I wont get the same Offer. Kindly give me proper support or else I will go to Consumer Court.

                                        I saw an offer on askmebazzar of Sony KLV-40R562C 101.6 Cm Full HD Smart LED TV In Just Rs.2199, So i ordered it instantly. They confirmed my order through message and email. And after 2 hour they sent me a message saying your order has been proceeded. But now they cancelled my order AB9767933 saying we are unable to process your COD order {AB9767933} as we experienced a technical glitch on our website. I spent a lot of time in tracking my order and i was very excited about my order but by cancelling my order they broke my heart and they played with my feelings.
                                        I want justice. I want my LED TV in the price which was written there at the time of placing my order which is Rs. 2199.
                                        I hope i wil get justice as soon as possible, they did this just to increase traffic on their site.

                                        they also cheat me and cancel my pre paid order,
                                        technical issue with pricing...
                                        but thats your problem, what about the time and money i wasted in ordering and tracking my order...
                                        I don't know any thing i just want that led in 2199...
                                        or else pay to me for my lose of time and money...
