Hi,

I ordered an item on 2-Feb-2016 (AB9416698). Till today there is no update on the order shipment status. There is no toll-free number to call or you cant check any online status of the order. There was a support link to submit a complaint and just submitted it. So far no response. This is not the first time, I have seen lot of customers facing this kind of issues. This would simply encourage customers to stay back from this website and no one would recommend it to friends n family.

Finally received the packaged with several followups with the seller and courier. There is long way to improve the service, particularly in keeping the customer updated on the status.

Five working day has crossed. Still there is no reply on the status of the order. 17 days since I placed the order with immediate payment.. :(
Really very frustrating situation.
Finally got a reply from askmebazzar with courier tracking number on Feb-22nd. Tracking status is very weird. package is bouncing to various cities since Feb-13th -> Rajkot -> Ahmedabad -> Chennai -> Erode -> Coimbatore -> Erode -> Salem -> Erode -> Salem (as of Feb-23rd). Not sure when I would get the package.. :(
Package is still not arrived. No status change since 23 Feb.

Finally I received the package on Feb-27th. But product doesn't seems to be genuine, It was stainless steel towel holder rod. I don't see the brand name "Morsel" either in the pack or on the product and it doesnt appear like the one I saw on the shop. But not bad.. so decided to keep it.

Definitely Askmebazzar has long way to improve their service... I am really afraid to order one more time with this website. Sorry to say that...

    I placed an order for a Juice machine on 27th January vide Order ID NDD2676225. The order has still not been delivered, nor is there any indication from them about a problem. I have spoken to their Customer Care[protected] at least a dozen times, and each time they apologize and commit a same day delivery. This has been going on now for over two weeks. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. If they are unable to supply the product, they must tell me so.

                        I had ordered a product of 13500rs. From Ask me bazaar. They promised me to deliver on 10 working day. But at last moment on before one day of delivery time they cancelled my product. I really need that product on urgent basis. And I had already called to ask me bazaar before 3days continue but nobody inform me that my product is cancelled. Ask me Bazaar have not any customer policy and they don't understand the customer's feelings. It's really disappointed behavior. Now I want my money today itself to buy from other.                           ask me is worlds worst service providers, buyed nokia 105 a singal sim phone for Rs1299 which costs 949 on other site, this guyed provides cheap quality free gifts and charging rs300 more from customer, i returned my product them on date 16 jan to get my refund but stll today they have not refunded my money, last 8 days i am calling them for my refund spending more the 50 rs on std call to customer care, from last 8 days they are telling that my issue will resolved with 4 working hr but still their 4 hrs not completed, i have sent all document to this site including proof of delivery but still they are doing bull on me.if admine of this page wanted to check m right or wrong [protected] is my registered mobile no. for my order.i request customers to not to buy from this site.and ticket you people are generating for our complaint are of no use as your dont reply 7-8 days on our complaint even on our mails, or msg on ticket

                            Hi,

                            I have ordered Two jacket on 26th of January i was told that i will be receiving the product on 9th of February, i have to to go out of Delhi today and because of this only i had ordered well in advance so that i can carry along with me and only because of you i have to purchase a different jacket from a nearby shop.

                            i am not at all satisfied with the services that i have received

                            today around 10 am i have called one of the agent name Avantika hung up on me, when i have asked her to connect the call to supervisor
                            second time i have called again luckily i was not disconnected and call got transfered to one of the supervisor name HARIOM the worst services ever received, it was worst from the agent, he was not even able to communicate well.
                            .he cant even give me a guarantee of a call back then how can you guyz give me a surety that i will receive a call back, these are the few reasons why you are way behind from flipkart, amazon and lot of other websites

                            i will never use your services again in future i will tell all my friends and family not to use ASKMEBAZAR and will write a blog and bad reviews about this if my problem is not resolved

                            i still want the product to be delivered, i would appreciate if you can acknowledge this email.

                            they also give wrong information tgat their complaint email address is support.askmebazaar.com which never works

                                  This the second time i have ordered from askmebazar.com
                                  This site is the worst time i have ever seen. Last time i have ordered power bank. They gave me power bank in damaged condition. I complained about it too. They noted the call but they didn't respond. I wrote them 2-3 emails too. Still no response from them. They need to stop fooling people. This site needs to banned for doing fraund. Even this time i have put the complaint on very first day. Only 3 hours passed as i got the product. I know my money is wasted. They will not give me refund. This askmebazar.com is the most worst online retailer i have seen.

                                    I have purchase 1 set of white milk energy saving bulb 9w order from askmebazaar its order no is "AB4688525" dt:- 20/08/2015 i had return this order when i purchase this order i had make the payment credit card by online & also make the payment (COD) cash on delivery. i have received online one time payment but COD payment had not received but they ask payment is done 30/11/2015 with the Reference number:[protected]. but i am sanding many times update my bank statement i have no received the payment but they are no any response and I have many complaint but I have not received my payment. My last complaint No. is "QRC63984222" they have no response my complaint i request you to kindly return my payment. for your reference invoice copy is attached.

                                        I had placed an order for i-phone 5S on 3rd of Feb(order no:AB[protected] and ASB Redirected My order to a new seller on 10th of FEB as my original seller ran out of stock and it would take another 10 days to reach me. so guys before you order anything on AMB be ready to wait for at least 30 days. I have cancelled the order now hope my refund will be at the earliest.
