    I have ordered three pappers XL. My prepaid order ID no is AB8553652. After receiving 1 packet out of 3 i contacted customer care exicutive and he assured me to refund my balance amount within 13 days and I started using it. After 2 days i got a message from Ask me bazar if i donot return the product, they will not refund my balance amt.

      Hi, I ordered a Philips mixer grinder "Order Id: AB8677898" with COD option cancelled because seller wont provide the COD to my area. So I reordered same product with full payment. This time order got accepted Order Id: AB8760102, payment got accepted and got a sms for order acceptance. So to confirm once again I called askmebzaar customer care and they said order got cancelled on the day order has been placed. and she royally said why you worry, sir we will refund your money in 7 to 8 days. I am suspecting some kind of fraud, because if product was not available then why payment got accepted. And in very short span 2 order got cancelled for same product with different reason. Is it a plan to make money to by posting product with low price tag?

          First i ordered Portable Shoe Rack from ask me bazzar. My Order is comfirmed i got email as well as mobile comfirmation that we are dispatching your order AB 8300014. i Wait Too many days i didnt get dispatch details. so i contact customer care through their web support. it takes four days to reply that your order is cancelled. its already ore than 15 days . they didnt inform me that your order is cancelled untill i contact them ... i said okay again i placed order AB8587366 Same product from same seller and also PAID. Again i Got ail that your order is confirmed . after 6 days i call customer care they told me with in 10 working days you will get product delivery surely. Such a FAke Customer Care till the time they didnt dispatch my product and telling That in 10 days you will get product. Then i Told my previously Problem that complaint . she sured me that this it will not happen . i said oky. after 10 days again i contct customer care. they didnt have FREE CUSTOME CARE service. Having Landline [protected] too much costly. i contacted them. told me that Your order Is Cancelled. Sh## It Happen... this also they didnt inform me unless and untill i contact them. i asked him give me higher authority i want to talk them also asked him drop me email that my order is Cancelled and reason . He simply told me that Sir we have only Call Access dont have email access that we cant drop you mail. 1) IF YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE FOR FULFILL CUSTOMERS ORDER THEN WHY ARE YOU TAKING ORDERS. 2) THIS SELLER HAS STOCKS. THEN WHY DIDNT DISPATCH ORDERS. 3) IS IT TAKING 10 DAYS TO KNOW ( YOU NOT CONTCTED TO CUSTOMER CARE OTHER WISE I DONT KNOW HOW MANY DAYS) TO COMFIRM THAT THEY HAVE STOCK IN STORE. THEY ARE JUST TAKING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS FOR MORE DAYS AND JUST TAKING INTEREST ON THEM FROM BANK AND JUST REFUNDING PRODUCT AMOUNT TO CUSTOMER. ALL OVER INDIA HOW MUCH AMOUNT JUST CALCULATE. GUYS THIS IS FRAUD SITE EVEN THEY DONT HAVE HIGHER AUTHORITY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM ISSUES. WE CANT ARGUE WITH THIS CALL CENTER EXECUTIVES. THEY ARE JUST REPEAT ROBOT ONLY HAVING FEW LINES "SORRY SIR " '' sORRY SIR FOR THIS ISSUE' . THEY DIDNT HAVE PROPER SOLUTION.

              Sir,
              I fully agree with you. I would narrate my recent bad experience with askmebazaar.com. I ordered an Air sofa cum bed and paid Rs.2500/- and received the item on[protected].

              ON[protected] I received a defective Air sofa cum bed and noticed that Air is leaking out and the sofa is not usable. I raised complaint no.31456 dt.[protected] on their support.askmebazaar.com/ticket and followed it up with so many telephone calls to their customer care number[protected], but all in vain. The response received from them was the customer support team and ticket handling team is different. Then after 2 weeks without solving the complaint they closed this ticket. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This also I did with ticket No.38454. I was keep on reminding them for justice. Then I raised complaint in consumer complaints and also in mouth shut.com. They simply responded that the refund is in process and advised to check the ticket for updates. This is a false response to mislead the viewers. It is shocking to note that they have closed the 2nd ticket also and given a response to check the ticket for updates. This itself shows their silly mentality and treacherous attitude. They are teasing and harassing the customers. They sell and in deal in spurious and damaged products. Return/refund claims are tactically delayed by them and after prolonged time the fed up customer will no long go after them, this way they avoid refunds and this kind of practice is adopted by these unscrupulous people. They harass the customers by prolonged delay, and finally we would realize that they have cheated us. I appeal to all the genuine viewers not to buy from this cheating people. Pl. note that after a month I have not received a single paise from from. Pl. go for purchase from flipcart, shopclues, amazon, lotofstock on line sites where you would receive very good customer support.

                      I have placed a order through PAYTM on 31 st Dec amt Rs 3471 /- got deducted for micromax tablet p290 but when i called cust service they says its COD order no - so i cancelled my order # AB8728291 .i want my money refunded asap.i m very disappointed calling ur helpdesk multiple times its been 5 days but no one seems to be helpful.its worst website and u should try to have payment options on 1 page instead of having on multiple pages.i have also emailed PAYTM they says payment was successful.kindly look into it asap. Plz find the Paytm wallet txn id - [protected].which will help u to track my amt...reply asap.my contact no [protected].dont do shopping on ask me they r fraud.i hope someone look into it seriously.

                          I have purchased an item with the Order Id: DGA8401065 and there is no response till date. Do not know where to check the status. sent them many mails but no responses. do make your service transparent!! If it is fraud, please ban the site, why should people fall in this trap!! Paid for a product on 15th Dev but till date no reply/no order tracking feature/no customer care feature. how to contact them and get their reply to send my product.

                          Horrible guys..!!! still now am yet to receive my order... send me the order asap..

                          Am not willing to cancel, coz i still don wanna wait for another 6 months or more to get my money. Expedite my Order package immediately.!!

                              I ordered a book n my order id is DGA8592196 on 24 dec 2015 which was supposed to be delivered till 4 jan 2016. I called on 4th jan i.e. today to know the status of my order. I was really surprised to know that my order had been cancelled without asking me. They didn't even bother to ask or inform me before cancelling my order. I am really diasappointed. Pathetic site n experience.

                                  Hello, This is to inform you I have ordered 12 watt LED bulbs from ask me bazaar whose order AB8700307 ON 26/12/2015 worth rs 329. and got delivered on 2/1/16.In the pack of 5 led bulbs 3 bulbs are defective.so I want refund for that. I have called on toll free number [protected] executive have registered my complaints and taken my account number and ifsc code of my bank account.but I have not get any message or mail regarding my complaint even i have asked about this matter to their executive but he have told me that this facility is not available we cant sent send anycomplaint confirmation msg mail.

                                      Sir,
                                      I fully agree with you. I would narrate my recent bad experience with askmebazaar.com. I ordered an Air sofa cum bed and paid Rs.2500/- and received the item on[protected].

                                      ON[protected] I received a defective Air sofa cum bed and noticed that Air is leaking out and the sofa is not usable. I raised complaint no.31456 dt.[protected] on their support.askmebazaar.com/ticket and followed it up with so many telephone calls to their customer care number[protected], but all in vain. The response received from them was the customer support team and ticket handling team is different. Then after 2 weeks without solving the complaint they closed this ticket. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This also I did with ticket No.38454. I was keep on reminding them for justice. Then I raised complaint in consumer complaints and also in mouth shut.com. They simply responded that the refund is in process and advised to check the ticket for updates. This is a false response to mislead the viewers. It is shocking to note that they have closed the 2nd ticket also and given a response to check the ticket for updates. This itself shows their silly mentality and treacherous attitude. They are teasing and harassing the customers. They sell and in deal in spurious and damaged products. Return/refund claims are tactically delayed by them and after prolonged time the fed up customer will no long go after them, this way they avoid refunds and this kind of practice is adopted by these unscrupulous people. They harass the customers by prolonged delay, and finally we would realize that they have cheated us. I appeal to all the genuine viewers not to buy from this cheating people. Pl. note that after a month I have not received a single paise from from. Pl. go for purchase from flipcart, shopclues, amazon, lotofstock on line sites where you would receive very good customer support.
