And I purchase, car vacuum cleaner/compressor/Jack. very bad quality thrown in to garbage. 1 month back I ordered LED projector, Not yet received. Please do not buy any from this company.           Sir,
          I fully agree with you. I would narrate my experience with askmebazaar.com. I ordered an Air sofa cum bed and paid Rs.2500/- and received the item on[protected].

          ON[protected] I received a defective Air sofa cum bed and noticed that Air is leaking out and the sofa is not usable. I raised complaint no.31456 dt.[protected] on their support.askmebazaar.com/ticket and followed it up with so many telephone calls to their customer care number[protected], but all in vain. The response received from them was the customer support team and ticket handling team is different. Then after 2 weeks without solving the complaint they closed this ticket. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This also I did with ticket No.38454. I was keep on reminding them for justice. Then I raised complaint in consumer complaints and also in mouth shut.com. They simply responded that the refund is in process and advised to check the ticket for updates. This is a false response to mislead the viewers. It is shocking to note that they have closed the 2nd ticket also and given a response to check the ticket for updates. This itself shows their silly mentality and treacherous attitude. They are teasing and harassing the customers. They sell and in deal in spurious and damaged products. Return/refund claims are tactically delayed by them and after prolonged time the fed up customer will no long go after them, this way they avoid refunds and this kind of practice is adopted by these unscrupulous people. They harass the customers by prolonged delay, and finally we would realize that they have cheated us. I appeal to all the genuine viewers not to buy from this cheating people. Pl. note that after a month I have not received a single paise from from. Pl. go for purchase from flipcart, shopclues, amazon, lotofstock on line sites where you would receive very good customer support.

              My order id is DGA8227533, i raised a compliment on 14th dec 2015 regarding wrong product delivered(Delivered LG tone HBS730 Instead of HBS800) the company promised me to give refund with in 13days, but till now not refund has made, i contacted several times on their customer care but till now they are not providing any kind of details and response they are simply postponing the response continuously. i suffer a lot from this issue

                Sir, I ordered 5-in 1 Air Sofa vide Order No.AB8219062 for Rs.2500/- and got a defective Air Sofa with Air leaking out of it. Soon I registered a complaint in their customer support site and I was issued a ticket 31456 on[protected]. Since there was no response I made several reminders. Then I contacted their Customer Care No[protected] and they asked a series of questions and I answered all these. They told me to wait for 10 working days. After two weeks I got a reply in my e-mail stating that my ticket is closed. It is shocking to note that without resolving the issue how they have closed the complaint. On contacting the customer care they told me to raise another ticket. In my experience this is a fraud site. I strongly suggest the viewers not to go for any purchase cost more than Rs.500/-. You would be cheated by them.

                Dear Sir,

                The defective Air Sofa-cum-bed was supplied by Ask me bazaar on[protected] afternoon. The very next day morning I filled Air and observed that the air is leaking out of the Main Sofa and the product is defective and not in a usable condition. Hence Immediately on the same day I raised the complaint in the askmebazaar.com/ support/ticket and I was issued the ticket no. 31456 on[protected] to my E-mail. After this to review the progress I was constantly logging in to the ticket area and view for further updates. The site was showing "Processing" even after 2 weeks. Then I contacted their customer care no.[protected], and I was told that they don't know anything about the ticket since the ticket serving team and the customer care team is different, but told me to wait for 10 working days. Then all of a sudden they closed the complaint without resolving the complaint nor refunding the money. When I contacted them again they told me to raise another ticket. I couldn't understand the reason for this. So as per their direction the same was done with ticket no. 38454. Every day I use to check the status. Ths status was showing "Processing" all these days." Then 4 days back there was a mail stating that my Bank IFSC Code is to be updated. For that I E-mailed to them my Pass Book Front Page with Photo ID which contain all details regarding my Bank A/c. After that their site shows that "Awaiting your response...". I am unable to understand what response they require from me. Now 24 days are over after raising the first complaint 31456. They are simply prolonging the case instead of solving my genuine grievance. I fail to understand how much time they require to solve my ticket. I strongly recommend the viewers to go for on-line purchase from site like shopclues.com, amazon.com, flipcart.com, Lot of stock.com where the customer support team is friendly, very quick in response and the TAT (Turn around Time) to solve grievances is within a maximum of 7 days. The experience in askmebazaar is, we would be anxious, with much tension, no TAT, no response from the given support phone number and we are wasting much of our precious time in follow up action.

                Dear Sir,

                Please refer the above complaint regarding defective Air Sofa supplied to me by Ask me Bazaar and the ticket raised by me immediately vide ticket Number 31456 dt.[protected] in askmebazaar/support/ticket. This ticket was closed by the customer support team without solving the issue nor refunding the money. When contacted they told me to raise another ticket 38454. This also I did. Now on checking the status in the ticket site I find that they have closed this new ticket 38454 also without solving the issue and refunding the money. This is really shocking and a clear case of ill treating and harassing genuine customers. I strongly recommend all viewers to avoid purchase from this cheating site. Not only we lose money by receiving spurious, damaged/defective products but when we approach
                the Customer Support team with our grievance we would be dragged to unnecessary correspondences and long long delay in redressing the grievance is involved. As you see in my case both my tickets are closed by them, 4 weeks has elapsed and I have not received justice till date. Now I pray God that I receive the hard earned money back and also pray God to close down such filthy on line shops so that genuine buyers would not be put to hardships and subjected to cheating.

                Please refer the above detailed complaints on damaged/defective Air sofa supplied by askmebazaar. The original ticket 31456 raised on[protected] was closed by support askmebazaar team arbitrarily without solving/refunding the money. When I protested for such a closure I was told to raise another complaint, which I did with ticket number 38454. I was constantly checking the status for updates. Now it is really shocking to note from the site that they have closed this new ticket 38454 that too without resolving the complaint or refunding the money. Now 4 weeks has elapsed, and I have not received justice. It appeared from their previous mail that they are about to do refund. Now this is not done. At least before closing a complaint the support team should ensure that the grievance is redressed. Here it is not so. After 4 weeks they have simply closed the 2nd ticket also. I strongly recommend the viewers not to go for any purchase from this cheating on line store. Let my case be an example to others of how genuine customers are put to such hardships and long prolonged silence by their support team and finally closing the tickets without solving the issue or refunding the hard earned money. Now God only knows whether I would get back the hard earned money.

                Sir, Defective Air Sofa-cum-bed supplied on[protected], ticket raised on same day No.31456 dt.[protected].(in askmebazaar/support/ticket) They have closed the ticket without solving the issue. The 2nd ticket 38454 was raised on the same issue also was CLOSED by them without solving the complaint. Till now justice is denied. They have never picked up the item nor refunded the money. One month is over. I appeal the viewers to go for purchase in flipcart, shopclues, amazon, lot of stock on line shops where the product is good and the customer support is very excellent. No such harassment like askmebazaar.

                Vide their response posted in this site on 11 th and 12th January 2016 (Viewers may pl. see their response) the AskmeBazaar.com has committed that reverse pick up would be done within a weeks time and also refund would be done in a weeks time. So many weeks has passed by after that. They never kept their word. They are simply harassing the customers. Now I have lost faith in them.

                  Complaint closed by ASk Me bazaar without refunding the amojnt Even after 1 Month my money is not refunded and they have closed the complaint. Never seen this type of worst service from any of the ecommerce company. Ask Me Bazaar is the worst company which does not give any proper response to the customers. First they are despatching the damage product. After complaining and reminding they do not have courtsey to solve the complaint. I think they have appointed some fools in their customer service department who does not care for any compliant.                   First of All they have not solved the primary complaint and and again you are asking to raise another ticket? for what purpose. Either you refund the money or accept that you people are fraud. If you have any courtsey act fast and credit the amount which you have stolen from me.

                    Dear Concern, I regret to inform you that this is my first experience with ASK ME and i experienced that ask me bazar is fraud and not fulfilling the consumers satisfaction. I ordered a music player and 8 GB memory card in combo offer, when i used it, i found that none of the product is working. Music player is getting off in 2 minutes, no sound is coming .                         Hi Team, I'm Adithya resident of Hyderabad. I have raised a complaint in regards to an incomplete order for which a refund was initiated. (Complaint no# QRC[protected] for a refund of Rs. 1208/-. When a follow up was made with the company; Per them the refund was already done on 8th of December. I confirmed back that I didn't receive any credit & neither my bank statements reflect any credit. The supervisor of the company Mr. Srinivas BK said "' This could be because of the technical issue & in addition he added he would escalate the issue & see to that the issue would be resolved with in the agreed TAT of 13 business working days. I have made more than 20 follow-ups. But still the issue is the same. I wan't to file a complaint on the company on breach of the promise made & for giving the same answer on every call.                         Received immediate response from the Ask me bazaar refund team. But Over the phone i was requested to reveal my debit card no# & OTP that was received. I revealed at the first instance. But they said it is not working. The employee of the company Mr. Ravi Kumar (Assistant Manager) requested for another card. I didn't entertain since I still believe that was a fraud call. No person would ever ask for OTP.

This is a false response to mislead the viewers. It is shocking to note that they have closed the 2nd ticket also and given a response to check the ticket for updates. This itself shows their silly mentality and treacherous attitude. They are teasing and harassing the customers. They sell and in deal in spurious and damaged products. Return/refund claims are tactically delayed by them and after prolonged time the fed up customer will no long go after them, this way they avoid refunds and this kind of practice is adopted by these unscrupulous people. They harass the customers by prolonged delay, and finally we would realize that they have cheated us. I appeal to all the genuine viewers not to buy from this cheating people. Pl. note that after a month I have not received a single paise from from. Pl. go for purchase from flipcart, shopclues, amazon, lotofstock on line sites where you would receive very good customer support.

                            I fully agree with you. I would narrate my experience with askmebazaar.com. I ordered an Air sofa cum bed and paid Rs.2500/- and received the item on[protected].

                            ON[protected] I received a defective Air sofa cum bed and noticed that Air is leaking out and the sofa is not usable. I raised complaint no.31456 dt.[protected] on their support.askmebazaar.com/ticket and followed it up with so many telephone calls to their customer care number[protected], but all in vain. The response received from them was the customer support team and ticket handling team is different. Then after 2 weeks without solving the complaint they closed this ticket. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This also I did with ticket No.38454. I was keep on reminding them for justice. Then I raised complaint in consumer complaints and also in mouth shut.com. They simply responded that the refund is in process and advised to check the ticket for updates.                                   Again courier team came today and denied to pick the order back as it is only 2. In the list it is mentioned 3. I received only 2 jeans. Such a poor response. I don't know why you treat your customer so bad.
                                  Everytime they tell that the complaint is resolved but actually it is not. I still get my refund back. I feel that they are cheating. One of my courier guys told me that don't expect refund from askmebazaar as they are cheaters and they will tell some reasons and make ppl fool. So I decided to take your help. Do some needful

                                        I ordered two books on askmebazaar.com...on 16th december 2015...they messeged me that my courier is shipped with dtdc courier...more than a week has been passed but i have not recieved my order as yet...i have talked to computer service but they are not able to tell me anything...also the tracking number provided by askmebazaar is invalid when i enter it on the tracking option of dtdc, , it shows that tracking number is invalid...please resond to my query as soon as possible...my order numbers are ab8436827 and ab8436860...
