Sir,
I fully agree with you. I would narrate my experience with askmebazaar.com. I ordered an Air sofa cum bed and paid Rs.2500/- and received the item on[protected].

ON[protected] I received a defective Air sofa cum bed and noticed that Air is leaking out and the sofa is not usable. I raised complaint no.31456 dt.[protected] on their support.askmebazaar.com/ticket and followed it up with so many telephone calls to their customer care number[protected], but all in vain. The response received from them was the customer support team and ticket handling team is different. Then after 2 weeks without solving the complaint they closed this ticket. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This also I did with ticket No.38454. I was keep on reminding them for justice. Then I raised complaint in consumer complaints and also in mouth shut.com. They simply responded that the refund is in process and advised to check the ticket for updates. This is a false response to mislead the viewers. It is shocking to note that they have closed the 2nd ticket also and given a response to check the ticket for updates. This itself shows their silly mentality and treacherous attitude. They are teasing and harassing the customers. They sell and in deal in spurious and damaged products. Return/refund claims are tactically delayed by them and after prolonged time the fed up customer will no long go after them, this way they avoid refunds and this kind of practice is adopted by these unscrupulous people. They harass the customers by prolonged delay, and finally we would realize that they have cheated us. I appeal to all the genuine viewers not to buy from this cheating people. Pl. note that after a month I have not received a single paise from from. Pl. go for purchase from flipcart, shopclues, amazon, lotofstock on line sites where you would receive very good customer support.

    I ordered a gift for mi niece on 23rd of this month.Order ID AB8566149 .Till date it was not delivered and when I called up the customer support, they are saying "It has already been dispatched".No one knows from where to where it was dispatched. Very much disheartened about the service and response pattern of the Company coz it was a Christmas gift for my niece. God bless askmebazaar for their future.

Return/refund claims are tactically delayed by them and after prolonged time the fed up customer will no long go after them, this way they avoid refunds and this kind of practice is adopted by these unscrupulous people. They harass the customers by prolonged delay, and finally we would realize that they have cheated us. I appeal to all the genuine viewers not to buy from this cheating people.               Order Date: November 15 Product received during 2nd week of December (between 8 to 10th) Reported Date: December 18 I have ordered Samsung mobile, mobile was supposed to reach within 2 weeks but it reached after the cut off days as the product was sold out and another merchant shipped the product. The mobile was not working when I went to service center shockingly they said it is not manufactured by Samsung and its a fake mobile. How come someone do this faking mobiles and daringly selling it through online. These kind of sellers should be punished and immediately their license needs to be taken out. I have contacted customer care asking for replacement multiple times but of no use. They clearly said they will not change the product as i reported the issue after a week. Unfortunately I was not at home and opened the product only after a week. If they can deliver the product after the cut off days then why can't I make a complaint after cut off days.                 I had brought a sports mp3 music player from ask me bazaar.Com. Order id:-ab7354846 the product turned out to be faulty/damaged and was not working properly. I asked them to change or refund me asap. I returned my product, but after that there is no reply from these guys. It has been more than a month now. I complained to them on social pages but they have only one reply "sorry for the inconvinence". Tckt no.#8965. Hoping the needful will be done at the earliest. Thanking you. Vishal

                        Dear Sir, Askmebazaar- on line cheating site:BEWARE

                        I ordered for 5-in-1 Air sofa from Ask me bazaar and received the item for which I paid Rs.2500/- Cash(COD).   On filling the sofa with Air I found that the  sofa is damaged and air leaks out of the Air Sofa-cum-bed and the product is not usable.  Immediately on the same day I raised the complaint in the askmebazaarcom/ support/ticket and I was issued the ticket no. 31456 on[protected] to my E-mail.   After this to review the progress of my complaint I was constantly logging in to the ticket area of askmebazaar/support/ticket/31456  and view for further updates.  The site was showing  "Processing"  even after 2 weeks.  Then I became anxious and contacted their customer care no.[protected].   I was  told that they don't know anything about the complaint ticket since the ticket serving team and the customer support team is different.  When I requested for the ticket team's phone number they could n't provide it. They  told me to wait for 10 working days and assured me not to worry. Then I was checking in the ticket site for updates.    Then all of a sudden they closed the complaint "stating whether I am happy with the resolution of the complaint" . I was shocked to read this since they have not done anything to solve the complaint nor refunded
                        my money.  When I contacted them again they told me to raise another ticket by filling all mandatory columns.   I couldn't understand the reason for this since my earlier ticket contained all the details including my Bank details.   So as per their direction a new ticket was done in their support site and I am provided with ticket no. 38454.  Every day I use to check the status. The status  was showing "Processing"   all these days."  Then  there was a mail stating that my Bank IFSC Code is to be updated.   For that I E-mailed to them my Pass Book Front Page with Photo ID which contained all details regarding my Bank A/c.  After that their site shows that "Awaiting my response.".  I am unable to understand what response they require from me since I have provided all the details including my Bank a/c. details.  So I mailed to them regarding their site error. Then I understood that they are simply prolonging  the case instead of solving my genuine grievance. However I was checking the ticket site for further updates. On day surprisingly I noticed that these unscrupulous people have closed the 2nd ticket also without redressing my complaint. I protested against these closure of tickets and raised a series of tickets in their support with ticket Nos. 38461, 38462, 41836, 41835, 41833, 41832, 41828, 41827,[protected], 42900, 42899, 42863, 44121, 44191, 43713... These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue.

                        I reviewed this cheating site highlighing my bad experience with Askmebazaar in mouthshut and consumercomplaints. It is surprising to note that this unscrupulous askmebazaar has responded to my review apologing for the delay and stating that the refund is in process. This is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers and again an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat viewers. On scrutiny of various complaint against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have responded similarly without solving their issues by pretending &responding in a positve manner. Dear buyers and product viewers. Pl. understand that askmebazaar is a customer cheating site. They have dump of spurious and damaged products, which they want to sell by colourful advertisements and offering huge discounts etc. I appeal to all not to fall prey to these ads. Once you pay, your money is lost. The customer support team consist of a team of cheaters who know pretty well how to cheat and how to earn profit at the cost of others. My experience with  on-line purchase from on line stores  like shopclues,   amazon,   flipcart,   Lot of stock and other TV ad sites like telebuys   is that the customer support team is very friendly,   very quick in response and the TAT(Turn around Time) to solve grievances is within a maximum of 7 days. The experience in  askmebazaar is very much indifferent,   we would be anxious, with much tension, no TAT, no response from the given support phone number and we are wasting much of our precious time in follow up action and finally we would realise that they have cheated us.   Pl. don't go by their resolution wording such as "To have better insight to your complaint raise another ticket in our support...", "we apologise for the delay and have taken up your case seriously", "your refund is in process and soon you would receive.." all these are false responses given by this cheating team. If anybody has received one paise back from this cheating site pl. respond for my information and noting for my records.

                        In my experience they have closed the First Main ticket 31456 dt.[protected] and subsequent tickets raised with nos. 38454, 38461, 462... and so on without solving the issue and refunding the money.   Now God only knows whether I would get back the hard earned money lost more than a month back.

                            I had purchased a combo product deal in 22nd April 2015 as advertised on "Times of India" Bangalore edition newspaper and the "AskmeBazaar" website for "Backpack, Card Holder + Belt combo" from store name - "United Shoppe" Order number "AB2038534" First, I did not receive the product at all after initial follow up calls. Everytime, I hear "backend team" is working on it and ticket is in progress..Call was dropped couple times specifically when call centre person was searching for details.. They didn't even have an option to track order number/shipment status back then. Till date no refund of money and only time is wasted in calling the Call centre where every person to whom call lands, repeats same thing - we will get back to you or moving case to Escalation team Before making this compliant, I have tried sufficient number of times calling the company using the PAID Toll number +[protected]Chennai Call centre), followed up 6-7 times since May 2015 for getting order cancelled and amount refunded I have been given 3 QRC numbers listed below QRC[protected]Received - Dec 28, 2015) QRC33041662 QRC532199 (oldest) Yesterday(Dec 28, 2015) again tried calling them up for refund, the person mentioned this issue would be moved to Askme Bazaar Escalation team, who in turn would give me a call in 4 hours...No call from Escalation Team since yesterday. I was informed by him that order did not go through because product was not available but the biggest surprise was that he mentioned that I was contacted by people from Askme bazaar regarding same. If this were the case, why would I take so much time to follow up on this refund??? Also have not received even an sms or an email mentioning the same to me. When I asked for refund related details(such as Amount refunded, Refund Date, Transaction number specific to refund, Bank account to which refund was made -- I was told that information is NOT available to the call centre personnel) When I try to login to their website using registered email id - it says no account with such user name..have all the screenshots used in placing this order online as proof When I Tried to submit a ticket to get a response..after filling all details (System has Windows 7 OS with Firefox and Chrome Browsers) and clicking on "SUBMIT" button, Ticket is not getting submitted. When I informed the Call centre person, he says it could be technical issue..and mentions..is there any other thing I can be of help???? My request to ASKMEBazaar is simple - PLEASE REFUND purchase amount (email id :[protected]@yahoo.co.in)

                              First of all it is surprising that there is no option to Track/exchange/return products. i have ordered a jacket (Order ID: AB8477050) on Dec-18. the product is nowhere near matching to the one posted for the product. this is really bad and the shopping experience was pathetic, i'm trying to submit a ticket today(29-Dec) and the ticket is getting submitted which is horrible. i would never buy/suggest any product from the site ever again. i dont know how to return the product and get my money back. Please help..!!

                              The concerns are as follows
                              1.The product was said to be brown but was delivered a Black one.
                              2.No match with the product described in website.

                              was only able to see the product after 48 hrs, so the customer care folks say that its not under policy anymore to replace or reimburse .

                              ask me bazaar they are making fool to the customer, they will offer u product at a cheap price and once u buy that product it will not last for one day, and they will give u warranty also but the warrantly value is zero, and once you will call to the customer center they will tell you sir with in 4 working hours your issue will resolve, ( but my dear friend i am sharing my personal experiance from last 3 month i am fighting for my refund 3 month gone but there 4 working hours had still not finished, i dont want your money should get waste so plz thing before buying any product from ask me there are other company also iwil not take other company name, if i will take you will feel like i am doing advertising for that co.

                              Requesting you plz dont be fool like me, dont waste your hard earned money, say no to this site. i can warn you but i cant final decision is your . dont buy any thing

                              There is no minus rating, if it was there i had given.
                              Let follow the chain and aware other people not to buy any product from this site they are fraud .
                              1 They will sell you warranty product which dont have any warranty
                              2 Product will not last for even one day
                              3 customer care are good for nothing
                              4 Backend Team does not exit ( what i feel)
                              5 They think that we are fool, let show them and make this co. shutdown there business.

                                I have done a payment of Rs 3325.00 on askme bazar.com in order no DGA 7965378 date 29.11.2015. askme cancelled my order in date 07.12.2015 and they says, your refund will be come back 5 to 7 working days. But askme do not relesing my refund amount. I approched askme bazar muti time but they are not provoid my refund. It is not way sir.
