Dear sir, With reference of captioned order number I would like to express you my concern that I have been order for kemei men amp 39s rechargeable shaver and trimmer amp 45 . The consignment got delivered on dated 16/11/15 in absence and delivery was taken by my relatives. As it was not expected your company will do this type of fraud and will deliver different items ( arial packet and olay cream) in place of my ordered for kemei men amp 39s rechargeable shaver and trimmer amp 45. The consignment checked by my self when I come back from my tour as I was not expected this fraud that well known company shall do cheating with their customer. I am enclosing shots taken of the delivered items accommodated in the cartage of rechargeable shavers & not the right items. Hence I do request you to replace the delivered unwanted items with actual orders item ASAP. In case there is no corrective action to be taken within 2 day, I shall be processed for consumer forum to take up appropriate action for the claim against cheating happened with me. Best regards! Sir,
I fully agree with you. I would narrate my recent bad experience with askmebazaar.com. I ordered an Air sofa cum bed and paid Rs.2500/- and received the item on[protected].

ON[protected] I received a defective Air sofa cum bed and noticed that Air is leaking out and the sofa is not usable. I raised complaint no.31456 dt.[protected] on their support.askmebazaar.com/ticket and followed it up with so many telephone calls to their customer care number[protected], but all in vain. The response received from them was the customer support team and ticket handling team is different. Then after 2 weeks without solving the complaint they closed this ticket. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This also I did with ticket No.38454. I was keep on reminding them for justice. Then I raised complaint in consumer complaints and also in mouth shut.com. They simply responded that the refund is in process and advised to check the ticket for updates. This is a false response to mislead the viewers. It is shocking to note that they have closed the 2nd ticket also and given a response to check the ticket for updates. This itself shows their silly mentality and treacherous attitude. They are teasing and harassing the customers. They sell and in deal in spurious and damaged products. Return/refund claims are tactically delayed by them and after prolonged time the fed up customer will no long go after them, this way they avoid refunds and this kind of practice is adopted by these unscrupulous people. They harass the customers by prolonged delay, and finally we would realize that they have cheated us. I appeal to all the genuine viewers not to buy from this cheating people. Pl. note that after a month I have not received a single paise from from. Pl. go for purchase from flipcart, shopclues, amazon, lotofstock on line sites where you would receive very good customer support.

        Sir with reference to the subject note above and my order no. AB3688117 dated 21st June, 2015, i have to say that i had made online payment but product received COD, for which i had paid and assured to get back my double payment refund within seven days. after that i had made more than 100 CALLS and several mails but couldn't get the refund till yet. every time i was made call to their helpline they made the complaint new and my previous complain was said to be closed either i have verified the same by return call or not and after several attempt a massage was received in November 15 that my refund will be credited in three days but the same was not received. on 20 th Dec 15 i made call to their helpline i was told to mail to them with scanned copy of passbook and i mailed the same to them. but not get any response. again today i have complained to their help line again they said that they will made new complain and i have to send again mail, and i forwarded the same to them and i have been told that in two or three days i have to receive a call after that they will proceed. and if i haven't pick up the same due to my office hour as i worked in the court where picking call is not allowed. they will close my complain. i want to know that how many times i have to verify their call, . as earlier i have verified their call several times. and when i will get my refund. as i have already spent more than 300 rupees on calling them some times more than half an hour as they hold my call for the same period. so pl look in to the matter urgently and punish them as per law for harassing me mentally and financial.

        not sir,

        the matter has not been resolved since i didnt get my refund of Rs. 740/- yet. i have checked my account today and found that the amount hasnt been recieved.
        it is the nature of ask me bazzar helpline that they always closed the customers complain and they treat their close complain as resolved.
        kindly ask them that when and where they have refunded my refund. as i have given my SBI account on which i didnt get the same

        so after a lapse of eight months and several phone calls to them and more than fifty complains to their helpline and several mail i couldnt get the refund yet.

        they always close my complain as i couldnt get their phone call since i was in office
        inspite of recieving the call they couldnt dispose of the same and close the same. every time i call their help line they register a fresh complain and said that they will verify the same by phone and on several verification call i got one massage in november 15 that my refund has been processed and i will get the same in a week. but since then three months more lapse and i could not get the same yet.

        so pls look in to the matter atonce
        other wise i will go the court of consumer.

            Today i got my order of sports mp3 player from ask me bazaar . it was like i waste my money on this product, i open the package and piece of music player was broken. AND i order for black colour of music player, even on package black colour is printed, but it is white colour broken sports mp3 player. i want to replace it or refund my money back..i am still thinking that how this international company can do this silly mistake. HOPE you peoples could see my complaint and do something for this.

                I just received my mp3, music player. i thought that it is very good product available from ask me bazaar but reality is totally different., when i open the package i found the broken mp3 player, it is running but how can i listen songs, it is broken. i am really thinking that how the big company like' ask me bazaar ' can do this mistake.Please replace this product or refund my 300 rs.                             I have ordered revarsal jacket 2pcs blue & black (combo offer) order no. AB8638278 dated 26/12/2015 at 05:08 P.M. which i got after 13 days. It was not the same as i ordered now when I contact them over telephone[protected] and told to return it, they simply refused. it is not good for online marketting just they cheated outside customers. Please look into the matter.

The product which i have received was a local cheap unknown brand delivered by them.                                 Order AB8706688 placed 10 days ago and no updates came after that. Ticket raised and then also no comments on it. Company should be informing customers on the status of the order if they cant deliver.

                                no status came and one day it got delivered to the courier office. have to go to that office and collect the courier by ourself

                                  Hi, i placed an order first time in askmebazzar...just want to see the online service in askmebazaar.. i order many stuff through online 1. order MP3 player(Rs -99+ship charge 35)with headphone but my point is when i order after 8 to 9 days that person delivered the product then i received the product..i opened that MP3 player first thing--headphone is damaged 2nd MP3 is not working when i pushed the button it should start but when i leave the finger...song is automatically stop..so i tried many time but not working.. just let me confirm i placed an order of rs 99 thats why you delivered damaged product if i order rs 1000 product then.. money is not matter..product quality is factor... also i wrote this story that need to create patience so please honestly reply what i will do.. regards rana mukherjee [protected]

                                    Product name-836923 piston earphones for mi gadgets and other smartphones from singla group order -DGA8635444 the earphones that i got are totally fake, the original one have left and right (L and R ) written below the bud also inside the box no metal plate between the buds.buttons does not work properly, earbuds provided are of small diameter does not fit the earphone. worse is the sound quality absolutely terrible hurt my ears badly. i want my money back it was my first time shopping askmebazaar and worse experience ever. please solve this issue return this product

                                      Sir,
                                      I fully agree with you. I would narrate my recent bad experience with askmebazaar.com. I ordered an Air sofa cum bed and paid Rs.2500/- and received the item on[protected].

                                      ON[protected] I received a defective Air sofa cum bed and noticed that Air is leaking out and the sofa is not usable. I raised complaint no.31456 dt.[protected] on their support.askmebazaar.com/ticket and followed it up with so many telephone calls to their customer care number[protected], but all in vain. The response received from them was the customer support team and ticket handling team is different. Then after 2 weeks without solving the complaint they closed this ticket. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This also I did with ticket No.38454. I was keep on reminding them for justice. Then I raised complaint in consumer complaints and also in mouth shut.com. They simply responded that the refund is in process and advised to check the ticket for updates. This is a false response to mislead the viewers. It is shocking to note that they have closed the 2nd ticket also and given a response to check the ticket for updates. This itself shows their silly mentality and treacherous attitude. They are teasing and harassing the customers. They sell and in deal in spurious and damaged products. Return/refund claims are tactically delayed by them and after prolonged time the fed up customer will no long go after them, this way they avoid refunds and this kind of practice is adopted by these unscrupulous people. They harass the customers by prolonged delay, and finally we would realize that they have cheated us. I appeal to all the genuine viewers not to buy from this cheating people. Pl. note that after a month I have not received a single paise from from. Pl. go for purchase from flipcart, shopclues, amazon, lotofstock on line sites where you would receive very good customer support.

                                        The Wrab Rider Faux Biker Jacket which was shown in the display pic of the product site(http://www.askmebazaar.com/Wrab-Rider-Faux-Leather-Biker-Jacket-JKT-BROWN-p... is completely different with that of what is delivered. The one which was delivered is very low quality, very loose and its smelling like a cheap jacket. I am attaching the photos with difference of product online and the one delivered. I have also raised a complaint in AskmeBazaar portal(complaint id:36619) but no one is caring to respond to it even after 10 days have gone. http://support.askmebazaar.com/support/tickets/36619 I want to reject this package and get a refund. Please help me with this.
