    BEWARE OF THIS CHEATING SITE: I agree with your comment and I would like to share my real experience. Order No.AB8219062 dt.[protected], I got a damaged/air leaking Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in their support on[protected] the same day, and I was issued a ticket No.31456 by their support team. For 2 weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454.  Then  they wanted me to update IFSC Code.   For this, I, E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page.   After that I waited for Refund but all of a sudden they closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, 38462, …... seeking Refund. These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in consumer complaints & other forums. For this I found response in these sites from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that my refund is in process. I waited again for 2 more weeks & understood that this response is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers, an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat customers & viewers. Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity. On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process ..." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team. I only appeal to all not to fall prey by their colourful adds/discounts & don't buy anything from this fraud site and avoid to be a VICTIM like me. The support team know pretty well how to cheat you.       Hi, I bought a DELL laptop on 18th December for next day delivery from askmebazaar website having order no-: NDD2621972 . I usually order from Flipkart/Amazon as they are reliable websites. I was getting a good deal to chose on this website however these guys made my decision wrong on very next day with numerous problems. 1. It was written that this is 5th generation but i got a call that listing showing wrong and it is 4th generation, i still asked them to ship that one. 2. I got the laptop with ubuntu OS however it was clearly written that it has windows 8.1. 3. I called to return as soon as i checked that it is ubuntu and your executive promised me to arrange a call back within 24 hours to process return. I have been calling since that day and today is almost 26th day and nobody bothered to come to pick the laptop and our 25k approx is stuck. THis was my first order from this website and my experience is worst with this website. Please help us to get our money refunded. My complain no on their website- qrc5588 Thank you! Harpreet singh

      Sir,
      I fully agree with you. I would narrate my recent bad experience with askmebazaar.com. I ordered an Air sofa cum bed and paid Rs.2500/- and received the item on[protected].

      ON[protected] I received a defective Air sofa cum bed and noticed that Air is leaking out and the sofa is not usable. I raised complaint no.31456 dt.[protected] on their support.askmebazaar.com/ticket and followed it up with so many telephone calls to their customer care number[protected], but all in vain. The response received from them was the customer support team and ticket handling team is different. Then after 2 weeks without solving the complaint they closed this ticket. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This also I did with ticket No.38454. I was keep on reminding them for justice. Then I raised complaint in consumer complaints and also in mouth shut.com. They simply responded that the refund is in process and advised to check the ticket for updates. This is a false response to mislead the viewers. It is shocking to note that they have closed the 2nd ticket also and given a response to check the ticket for updates. This itself shows their silly mentality and treacherous attitude. They are teasing and harassing the customers. They sell and in deal in spurious and damaged products. Return/refund claims are tactically delayed by them and after prolonged time the fed up customer will no long go after them, this way they avoid refunds and this kind of practice is adopted by these unscrupulous people. They harass the customers by prolonged delay, and finally we would realize that they have cheated us. I appeal to all the genuine viewers not to buy from this cheating people. Pl. note that after a month I have not received a single paise from from. Pl. go for purchase from flipcart, shopclues, amazon, lotofstock on line sites where you would receive very good customer support.

          Hi i ordered a grinder on 4th and still not received my product.Order # NDD2646504 i have spoke to many executives and supervisors Suma ( good for nothing) Srinivas, Soni and even to manage with no luck. every time they give fake promises, i am asking them to cancel the order but your people is not doing that as well.             I was ordered a Unisex Reversible Jacket X size . But today I found one side wearing jacket also small size. This is useless for me. So please return this.
            At start purchase with Ask me bazaar this happen this gave a shock to next purchase.

                I placed an order for Micromax Q324 Smartphone (Order# NDD2643253) on 31st Dec 2015. Order was supposed to be next day delivery. I have provided an address with PIN code - 628002 while placing the order via their website - http://ndd.askmebazaar.com/next-day-delivery-bangalore At that time, there was no message on the website that shipping address provided was not serviceable. However I received a call from Customer service on Jan 1st that the provided shipping address was not serviceable. Hence they asked me to provide different address for delivery. I provided my office address with PIN code 560052, which they confirmed in the call is serviceable and mentioned that the item will be delivered on Jan 4th. But I did not receive the ordered mobile till 4th Jan. I called the customer care and inquired regarding that and they confirmed that order is still in confirmed status and will be delivered to the address in next 24 business hours. Same was confirmed again when I called again multiple times even when I escalated the call to the floor Supervisor named Sobha. Today, 12th Jan 2016, I received an SMS that PIN 560052 is also not serviceable and the order is cancelled. When I asked for email id of her superior to escalate the issue further, she refused to provide me with the detail. Instead she asked me to write to their support email. I already had created a ticket (http://support.askmebazaar.com/helpdesk/tickets/39618) using that, which was closed without providing any useful information. I am highly unsatisfied with this behavior of ask me bazaar support team and their misleading website. Apart from paying the money in advance I have to now wait for another 5 days to get it back. This jacket was from a local product named shaan . so i probhighly requested you to palace my order or cash me back.                       Sir/Madam, I have purchased online, CONTROLLED HELICOPTER of Rs.674/-.The ADARAXX 3.5 CHANNEL REMOTE is broken inside, after I saw opening the box. Their reply in this matter is "Apologies for the delay in response. This is to inform you that your product will be picked up in 6 days and the refund will be done within 5-7 working days after the product is picked up." Till date the product have not been replaced. They are now saying that my order is cancelled and the refund will come to my account in 3 working days but there is no mail or message regarding this. Please send the refund asap.                                 I places an order for Samsung LED tv via order no AB7672331. The delivered incomplete set without chord, remote, Screws, remote or anything else. Lodged a complaint in Nov. They said they will get it picked up. Their courier company told me that they dont pick up TV's. and submitted to askmebazaar that i was not interested in getting the product picked up. I called again to be informed that they have closed my complaing. Since then i have lodged sever complaints. I have the voice recordings. I had raised a complaint through ticket no 14441. They closed that also without resolving and saying that it has been resolved. They are not getting the reverse pickup done and nor refunding my money. Pls suggest. I am planning to file a consumer case against them along harassment charges... Regards [protected]

                                Sir,
                                I fully agree with you. I would narrate my recent bad experience with askmebazaar.com. I ordered an Air sofa cum bed and paid Rs.2500/- and received the item on[protected].

                                ON[protected] I received a defective Air sofa cum bed and noticed that Air is leaking out and the sofa is not usable. I raised complaint no.31456 dt.[protected] on their support.askmebazaar.com/ticket and followed it up with so many telephone calls to their customer care number[protected], but all in vain. The response received from them was the customer support team and ticket handling team is different. Then after 2 weeks without solving the complaint they closed this ticket. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This also I did with ticket No.38454. I was keep on reminding them for justice. Then I raised complaint in consumer complaints and also in mouth shut.com. They simply responded that the refund is in process and advised to check the ticket for updates. This is a false response to mislead the viewers. It is shocking to note that they have closed the 2nd ticket also and given a response to check the ticket for updates. This itself shows their silly mentality and treacherous attitude. They are teasing and harassing the customers. They sell and in deal in spurious and damaged products. Return/refund claims are tactically delayed by them and after prolonged time the fed up customer will no long go after them, this way they avoid refunds and this kind of practice is adopted by these unscrupulous people. They harass the customers by prolonged delay, and finally we would realize that they have cheated us. I appeal to all the genuine viewers not to buy from this cheating people. Pl. note that after a month I have not received a single paise from from. Pl. go for purchase from flipcart, shopclues, amazon, lotofstock on line sites where you would receive very good customer support.

                                  I have placed an order for pack of 5 t-shirts (order# AB4278821) on 25th July'15. I have returned the t-shirts as they are not the sizes that I have ordered. Till now they haven't processed my money return though I have returned the product. They claim that I haven't returned for which I have submitted pickup receipt also. But still there is no action happened from askmebazaar.com.

                                    I placed an order NDD2648829on 5 th Jan...lodged a complaint on 8th...still not recd the product...my complaint is. ::: 1. Not recd the product yet 2. No msg from ask me askme bazaar with the status...it takes four hours to get updated in the system...same day I have ordered in snap deal...total I got 5 msg from them stating the status of the order...with the persons name who is delivering it and wen...so I knw I vl get my product surely...but askmebazaar has forgotten the customer...no update...I'm scared that my money has gone...in brief...NO UPDATE OF THE ORDER STATUS TO THE CUSTOMER... 3.VERY BAD SOFTWARE --- TAKES 4 HOURS TO UPDATE IN THIS COMPETITION AND DIGITAL WORLD 4.                                       See i ordered one comb pack on 2nd jan'2016 order code is-AB8753931 received on[protected] that courier person came and telling me 1st give me amount and open it later so i agree and given amount then he went,

                                      Shocking news when i open the box there is no mobile only box i receive and 2 t-shert one memory card but no mobile this is the way you people cheating to customers ah y the ****!!! i have to purchase on line am not suggested ASK ME BAZAAR again in my life .
