Hi Team,

I booked Apple I-phone 5s Gold on 12th Jan'2016 under NDD (Next Day Delivery) option. I made online payment of INR 22, 110/- My order number is: NDD2657994 Product: Apple I-phone 5S Color: Gold.

I was suppose to get the phone on 13th Jan but now its 16th Jan (4Days) still I have not received the phone.

BEWARE OF THIS CHEATING SITE: I agree with your comment and I would like to share my real experience. Order No.AB8219062 dt.[protected], I got a damaged/air leaking Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in their support on[protected] the same day, and I was issued a ticket No.31456 by their support team. For 2 weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454.  Then  they wanted me to update IFSC Code.   For this, I, E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page.   After that I waited for Refund but all of a sudden they closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, 38462, …... seeking Refund. These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in consumer complaints & other forums. For this I found response in these sites from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that my refund is in process. I waited again for 2 more weeks & understood that this response is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers, an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat customers & viewers. Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity. On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process ..." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team. I only appeal to all not to fall prey by their colourful adds/discounts & don't buy anything from this fraud site and avoid to be a VICTIM like me. The support team know pretty well how to cheat you.     Ask me bazzar making fool to people hello my name is sadik maniyar on dtd. 18.12.2015 i have purchesed wrab rider faux leather biker jacket (rs. 880/- & courier rs. 200/-) with order no. 8466767 but they showed me in other jacket & they send me cheap / local jacket. After receiving the jacket i requested to return but they (ask me bazar) told u r area is non pick up area for us so u courier the jacket & we can return u r corier money also. After that i send the courier by first flight corier & they receved (parcel) on dtd. 01.01.16 after that i m taking countinue followup but they not return my money & they also saying that u r will solve in next 04 working hours on regular basis so please return my money asps….       I have ordered laptop AB7200081 (PREPAID) my order was confirmed .customer care told me that order was cancelled on 16 Nov & ur refund was under process but backup team told me that seller is not giving product so ur order is cancelled on 23 Nov but I was regularly contact with seller he is saying that ur product is ready coy is not picking up .23 is delivery date than again I recd a call from coy she told me that due to our mistake ur order is cancelled we will confirmed ur order on COD I'd AB7867618 but again it was cancelled due to non availability of transport but I got a watch on same address by askme.customer care is not responding only ans is sorry they are not arranging revert call from 23 always said next 4 hour, 4 hours are not coming

        Sir coy rep Mrs/miss Simran([protected]) & Mrs/miss Prerna Katrina([protected]) called me about my query but they both were unable to justify me and confirmed me that they will call in next 4 hrs after discussing the issue with senior and find out who's mistake was that. I think this is coy policy to use the prepaid money of customers and than refund after using one month. If they cancel 1000 order they got 20000000 rs without any interest

              Sir I ordered a laptop and prepay 19399 to coy.After one moth they cancel my order saying that seller is not responding but I regularly in contact with seller he packed my product . I complained many times on their site but they are not giving any and only we r sorry for this. They use my money for one month without interest. Now price of that product is increased by 5600 .who will give this money

Order No.AB8219062 dt.[protected], I got a damaged/air leaking Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in their support on[protected] the same day, and I was issued a ticket No.31456 by their support team. For 2 weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454.  Then  they wanted me to update IFSC Code.   For this, I, E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page.   After that I waited for Refund but all of a sudden they closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, 38462, …... seeking Refund. These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in consumer complaints & other forums. For this I found response in these sites from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that my refund is in process. I waited again for 2 more weeks & understood that this response is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers, an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat customers & viewers. Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity. On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process ..." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team. I only appeal to all not to fall prey by their colourful adds/discounts & don't buy anything from this fraud site and avoid to be a VICTIM like me. The support team know pretty well how to cheat you. First they give me different product with Model No. SR32GTFC10R, after that they said it is same as you ordered don't worry about product.                               Sir,
                              I fully agree with you. I would narrate my recent bad experience with askmebazaar.com. I ordered an Air sofa cum bed and paid Rs.2500/- and received the item on[protected].

                              ON[protected] I received a defective Air sofa cum bed and noticed that Air is leaking out and the sofa is not usable. I raised complaint no.31456 dt.[protected] on their support.askmebazaar.com/ticket and followed it up with so many telephone calls to their customer care number[protected], but all in vain. The response received from them was the customer support team and ticket handling team is different. Then after 2 weeks without solving the complaint they closed this ticket. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This also I did with ticket No.38454. I was keep on reminding them for justice. Then I raised complaint in consumer complaints and also in mouth shut.com. They simply responded that the refund is in process and advised to check the ticket for updates. This is a false response to mislead the viewers. It is shocking to note that they have closed the 2nd ticket also and given a response to check the ticket for updates. This itself shows their silly mentality and treacherous attitude. They are teasing and harassing the customers. They sell and in deal in spurious and damaged products. Return/refund claims are tactically delayed by them and after prolonged time the fed up customer will no long go after them, this way they avoid refunds and this kind of practice is adopted by these unscrupulous people. They harass the customers by prolonged delay, and finally we would realize that they have cheated us. I appeal to all the genuine viewers not to buy from this cheating people. Pl. note that after a month I have not received a single paise from from. Pl. go for purchase from flipcart, shopclues, amazon, lotofstock on line sites where you would receive very good customer support.

I waited again for 2 more weeks & understood that this response is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers, an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat customers & viewers. Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity. On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process ..." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team. I only appeal to all not to fall prey by their colourful adds/discounts & don't buy anything from this fraud site and avoid to be a VICTIM like me. The support team know pretty well how to cheat you.                                     I had placed a order of set of wrist watches for my friend in Jodhpur in name of Ashifa naikwadi on 30.9.15. Product was not delivered but i got message that product already delivered. When I inform this to ask me bazaar helpline, they told me that due to damage in transit your order is not delivered and refund will be given by them. Now 3 months has elapsed since I have registered complain but not received refund. Now every time i call them they give me new complain number saying that u will receive call within 24 hours but not received any call yet.                                     I would like to tell you that I have already registered a complain .How many time complain needs to be registered. It seems that you are only delaying the matter like you are doing since last 3 months. I need my money back or I will take this matter further. You cannot do fraud to buyer like this. Ask me bazaar have to take this responsibility.
                                    BEWARE OF THIS CHEATING SITE: I agree with your comment and I would like to share my real experience. Order No.AB8219062 dt.[protected], I got a damaged/air leaking Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in their support on[protected] the same day, and I was issued a ticket No.31456 by their support team. For 2 weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454.  Then  they wanted me to update IFSC Code.   For this, I, E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page.   After that I waited for Refund but all of a sudden they closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, 38462, …... seeking Refund. These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in consumer complaints & other forums. For this I found response in these sites from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that my refund is in process. We send approx 15 emails and 1 written notification about that but no response yet. We are getting daily SMS notification from " D-ASKMEB" that Your Verification code is ... Also Daily EMail notification at our registered email id: that Product Out Of Stock Alert.                                         I fully agree with you. I would narrate my recent bad experience with askmebazaar.com. I ordered an Air sofa cum bed and paid Rs.2500/- and received the item on[protected].

                                        ON[protected] I received a defective Air sofa cum bed and noticed that Air is leaking out and the sofa is not usable. I raised complaint no.31456 dt.[protected] on their support.askmebazaar.com/ticket and followed it up with so many telephone calls to their customer care number[protected], but all in vain. The response received from them was the customer support team and ticket handling team is different. Then after 2 weeks without solving the complaint they closed this ticket. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This also I did with ticket No.38454. I was keep on reminding them for justice. Then I raised complaint in consumer complaints and also in mouth shut.com. They simply responded that the refund is in process and advised to check the ticket for updates. This is a false response to mislead the viewers. It is shocking to note that they have closed the 2nd ticket also and given a response to check the ticket for updates. This itself shows their silly mentality and treacherous attitude. They are teasing and harassing the customers. They sell and in deal in spurious and damaged products. Return/refund claims are tactically delayed by them and after prolonged time the fed up customer will no long go after them, this way they avoid refunds and this kind of practice is adopted by these unscrupulous people. They harass the customers by prolonged delay, and finally we would realize that they have cheated us. I appeal to all the genuine viewers not to buy from this cheating people. Pl. note that after a month I have not received a single paise from from. Pl. go for purchase from flipcart, shopclues, amazon, lotofstock on line sites where you would receive very good customer support.
