I am holding a citibank platimum card, i purchased a spy camera for rs 2000, 40 days back and it was delivered to me yesterday .The camera is not working . This product was selected from citibank official catalog/ brochure

1. I called delhi service no[protected]

They told me to contact : N R Infotech at no[protected]

2. I called the no but no one picks up the phone

3. I send a email to N R Infotech

They reply saying call up AVA Merchandising, since you have bought it from them .

I feel this is a major fraud going on, and some action has to be taken imemdiately .

All people cheated by this company may contact me at : oswald.[protected]@yahoo.in

we will form a group and put a police complaint .

    I placed an order for Reebok Sunglass which was worth Rs. 4999/- but the offer price for ICICI CC card holder was Rs. 1115/-. It was a good deal I thought. I received the order and when I started wearing it, there was a itching sensation in my eyes after couple of hours. I use RayBan sunglasses, I never felt such in my eyes. The AVA is a fraud company. I request all the readers never buy anything online which appears to be heavy discounted. You are being duped. Beware of such fake supplying companies.

    Is it true even india today is endorsing this product to but thru rediff.com. Thanks for the intimation otherwise i wud have lost money Rs.999/-
    The same product is being offered by AVA-HSBC tie up @1390 for HSBC card holders
    I was abut to avail 1390 offer from AVA and thanks to you guys i am not going to do that. They said sunglasses for 1390 (MRP 4990) and a leather wallet and belt is free with it.

    Yes. I think this is a fake glasses. I checked it in many reebok show room's . They dont have this model at all. Even Gift360 also offers the same glasses. Please dont buy this .

    I totally agree that this is a misleading business. I received a gift of these and I had my doubts that these glasses are worth Rs 4999. I think these are not worth more than Rs 500. I wish there was a law to stop such misleading companies.

So Ny 1 plz let me know is it genuine or no.. I already placed the order but didn't paid the amount... A person called me Nd told tht its on way... May be in 6 dayz he will deliver it...

    Yes. I think this is a fake glasses. I checked it in many reebok show room's . They dont have this model at all. Even Gift360 also offers the same glasses. Please dont buy this
    I donot think this is a fake sunglass, I can agree that its not available in any of the reebok stores, may be not launched in India, there are many such products in markets. At the first comment that there is itching in the eyes thats a personal thing am not finding any such irritation to me. I got it free with my Camera

      I placed order for berg tandoor with Ava merchandising. My order no. is IC 5935 dated 10.3.09. I was delivered defective product (berg tandoor).

      I lodged immediate complaints over their helpline many times over phone but to no avail. Also sent complaints by email to them.

      But till date, they neither replaced defective product nor gave refund.

V v sory to say that i could use it only twice and now it does not get recognized on laptop nor gets charged i guess.         Hi,

        I would like to lodge a complaint against AVA Merchandising Company.

        I own an ICICI Titanium Credit Card. Every month a pamphlet of products is sent to me along with the credit card statement. The products' promotional offer is made by AVA to the ICICI Credit Cardholders who shall be eligible for the offer upon making payments by ICICI Bank Credit Card for the purchase of products specified in the AVA Catalogue.

        Allured by the description ("Made of High Quality stainless steel, Healthy serving for the family, Contemporary design, Silver touch finish") and picture of the product I had ordered (Order# IC1544) a DE’MONTE 101 pcs Dinner Set (Product Code # i013) from AVA Merchandising through my ICICI Credit Card ([protected]). I received the delivery on 1st Week of February. Unfortunately, when I opened it I saw that the Dinner Set was in damaged condition (most of the pcs cracked, few pcs tampered) and made of very poor quality steel. I called up AVA customer care for the second time and got an assurance of replacement of the product in 15 days. After 3 weeks had past, I gave them a 3rd knock and this time with a request to cancelling the order. And after that I kept them knocking by phone or e-mail, each time getting a positive assurance. But till date there has been no action taken by the AVA authority. Every month I am getting my credit card statement where I can see the EMI of Rs. 531 is charged against the product. As per their assurance the product has been kept packed so that AVA can pick up the product.

        In this scenario I am left nowhere but lodging a strong complaint again AVA Merchandising Company and hoping to get back the refund at the earliest.

        Could you please help me on this regard?

        I had purchased one bluetooth from them but it was defective.
        n no. of times I called them and sent mail but it was in vain. they told me their courier will pickup but no body turned up.
        Ultimately I had sent tgh. my courier it came back that the co has shifted frm Gurgaon, but their people didnot agreed.

        I don't understand why the bankers are sending their leaflates either they are also getting commisssion from them and public is cheated as the bank says they are not responsible for the purchase dispute then why they are party to them.

            As I am not aware of these things.. I have one doubt regarding the same.
            As I received an exclusive free gift for Siodexo Gift Pass Scratch & win offer, Product Code: O005 LOUIS QUARTZ Gents Watch. MRP.:Rs. 3, 990/- but with Rs.490/- applicable against handling charges. they are giving this watch.
            Please suggest me to take step or not.
            Rs.3, 990/- watch they are giving as free for Rs.490/- towards handling charges with 1 year warranty.
            Is it Branded or cheating type of thing.

            There are a lot of complaints against AVA but there are no replies as to what action is being taken against them or how to follow up. Can someone please comment on what has to be done to prevent further cheating by these companies.
            AVA merchandising are one of the company whom we should not trust.

              I won a LOUIS QUARTZ watch with product code O001 from sedoxo scratch card. I could not place my order on the website provided on the voucher (www.avamerchandising.com/sodexooffers.html) as the webpage does not open... (u guys have paid for your webspace!!)
              ava merchandising do not have the goods to deliver.. then stop monkeying around & shut the shop... i doubt such a company even exists...
              If Sodexo cannot share the resposibility of their so called virtual (non-existent) delivery partners (aka.. ava), please keep only your vouchers in the booklet (which get rarely accepted as it is)... so that we don't have to waste our time on such fraudulous gimmicks...

                with due respect I, sukanta kumar jena, working at ICICI prudential, beg to state you that i have got a scratch card coupon from sodexo assuring me a free gift.after I scratched the coupon I won a Pearl Set worth Rs.2990/- only. I had to pay Rs.490/- as taxes and handling charges to AVA Merchandising through my credit card in their website www.avamerchandising.co/sodexooffers.html.I paid the amount on 25/11/2008 & my transaction id is [protected] & tracking no.-SO3476.they promised to send my gift within 21 working days but even after so many days I have not received their gift.So, i request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.please take some serious action..

                  Dear Sir:

                  I got a pamphlet along with my HDFC bank credit card statements containing several products including Foot Massager Rs.1500 and they offer Louis Quartz wrist watch worth Rs.3990 with every purchase. Though I couldn't believe giving a gift three times worth the cost of the product we buy, I thought of buying the foot massager for my mom. The worst thing was I got the foot massager after making so many calls to the customer care where they make us wait for hours together...by this way I lost so much money over phone. I got the foot massager without any proper instruction manual instead contained a paper containing some words in English - I couldn't understand anything out of that manual. I called up the customer care for free watch and the manual, but I got the watch after so many days and it has no warranty or any seal. Even after buying that foot massager, I couldn't use it for I don't know how to operate it :( Since electricity is used for its working, I don't want to take risk! I called up HDFC customer care to tell about this grievance, but the officer who spoke to me never gave his ears instead repeated that the bank can't do anything and I need to contact that company myself.

                  My question is: Why the hell these bank people allow some worst merchandising companies to club with them to cheat their customers in the name of offers? Also, the bank escapes my saying they have nothing to do with those companies if some problem arises!

                  This is to inform all that no one ever buy any of those products that comes partnering with any credit cards.

                    Invariably I end up buying one product or the other every month from the AVA catalogues which come with my bank statement.

                    I have ordered few products vide order no. SB-16258 on 6th march 2009. The payment has been credited in your account through my sbi card on 6th march. It is 26 days have been passed more than the delievery schedule mentioned in your pumplet i.e.3 weeks time of delievery.Number of time i have contacted your customer care center but every time they given a lollipop to me with false consulation that the order will be despached with in a day or so but it is sorry to say you that till today i failed to receive the ordered items.If i could have known your such a atitude then i would have never placed my order to you.Once again i request you to kindly send the ordered items without any further delay within in two days otherwise send back my desposited money along with interest @ 30% p.a.till the date i get the refund.
                    Hoping your close attention on the above specially in sending the ordered items.
                    Due to misleading informantion about a product which I ordered and Paid (through ICICI bank credit card)for, I cancelled the order and AVA later
                    promised to send refund cheque (8500.

                    Now they are intentionaly delaying the refund from last 2-3 months
                    Whenever I call them or send Email they promise to deliver the refund cheque
                    with in next 5 days.They are doing this from last 2-3 months.

                    My bank ICICI is charging EMIs from me beacuse AVA didnot transfer back the paid amount online.

                    Now I am seeking legal remedy for the same through
                    1. Filing a FIR or
                    2. court/attorney notice.My point is that this litigation process is time efforts and money consuming Still I am opting for compensation due to harassment, litigation, disturbance.

                    Your company is not reliable at all. I had purchased a Micro Wave and a Vaccume cleaner last year. Unfortunately the vaccume cleaner got some problem while working. I contacted the AVA customer care. After contacting them for 2Wks they took the vaccume cleaner with them and said that they will return it to me within 1Wk. After 2Wks when I enquired about that the customer care people said that they are not able to repair that piece so I should give them some other order of the same cost. I did so, but they havent take that order. Finally I decided that I want my money back and for that I am trying to contact them from last 3 months and still there is no response from there side. They always say that we will call you back with 24hrs and still I am waiting for money.
                    The customer care operators are so rude and bad spoken, as one day one person said that it is not there headache that I had called them so many times. They never said me to do so. I dont know on what basis they join the customer care. I have decided that if I will not get back my money within 2-3days I will go to the consumer court because they harrassed me so much and wasted my money and time both.
                    Please do not buy any product from AVA Merchandising. Their service is the worst i have ever come across

                    AVA merchandising — Order Swatch Watch on 11th July 2010 not received till date

                    Dear Sir, Madam,

                    I am residing in Mumbai but I have placed the order of Watch on 11th July 2010 with AVA Merchandising and till date I have not received any Watch. While placing the Order they had told me that watch would be getting delivered in 21days time, when approx a month has passed and started following up with AVA they told me that Watch has been already delivered on the address informed to AVA while placing the Order and I checked Inward register of Courier of delivery date mentioned by AVA i.e. 17th July 2010 and no such packet was delivered. This is really a fraud when i asked for POD they told that they will send through and till date no watch and POD has been delivered.

                    Also DTDC Courier is also a Part of Fraud with AVA as they are not giving proper updates.

                    The Indian Consumer Forum Should take necessary actions at the earliest possible to stop such kind of Cheatings as on particular site I have seen lots of Complaints of AVA.

                    Please act ASAP and waiting for sincere reply

                        Dear Sir,

                        This has reference to the Order no:[protected] on[protected] I have Placed with AVA Merchandising Pvt.Ltd, I would like to inform you that I have not received the product till date. I have spend lot of money for STD charges and the interaction with your representative is listed below:

                        1. On 20th October your representative said delivered and I identified through first flight that it has been delivered to Ahmadabad somebody else address, which I informed and it was promised it will be sort out within 2 days.

                        2. On 22nd October Mr. Neetu said a complaint has been lodged and they are in touch with first flight and it will be delivered or the amount refund within week.

                        3. On 30th October Mr.Jagdish assured that he will personally look into the matter and resolve it within 24 hours.

                        4. On 06th November Ms. Neetu informed that the system is down and she is so irresponsible to reply for my queries.

                        5. I made my payment thorugh my ABN Amro Gold Credit Card.

                        I feel that they are cheating all the customers.

                        AVA Merchandising pvt Ltd — Non delivery of product

                        Hi

                        I have ordered for pearl set, amount has been dedcuted from my bank account on 21.August.08 but till date i havent got the delivery of the produt.

                        Whenever i call them they site the reason that product has been dispatched from their end on 2nd Sept and gives me the consignment no. which never appeared in the system of blue dart.

                        This is the fifth time I am ordering from AVA and everytime I have got great customer service. There was one instance where I had some issues with the delivery.

                        AVA merchandising — Non Delivery of Product

                        I purchase a digital camera product code H119 via order No.HD4395 Dated 16.01.2010.The AVA Merchandizing says that he delever this product within 21 days but Ava not arrenge this delevery after 45 Days.

                        AVA merchandising — BLACKBERRY 8110 PEARL

                        Sir,
                        I am Dr.Shilpa Vinit Kshirsagar, Order No. CI10295, had purchased Blackberry 8110 Pearl with Camera On 13th June 2009. it is having some major Problems for which i had contacted NR-infotech service station. They Advice me to Communicate with you to send the handset for evaluation or replacement as per need.
                        kindly treat this complaint as very urgent as this is the second time i am having the major Problem with the hand set.
                        Following are the problems with this handset
                        1. Bluetooth Pairing is not possible
                        2. Does not connect with the computer
                        3. Does not show Media/Memory card
                        4. Does not show data saved in the memory card

                          I had won Reebok Bag worth Rs.1, 199/- on the Sodexo Scratch Card (Sodexo Gift Vouchers were given to us during Diwali). Today i got the bag but i think i got cheated. The bag is not even worth Rs.250/-. It looks like the bag was bought from the footpath and reebok logo was printed on it. It is nowhere near to the image which is shown on the booklet or on your website.

                          I would have not bothered to complain but i am passionate about reebok products and i was forced to write this mail. I do not the brand image of Reebok to get spoiled in the market. I strictly feel that reebok should check this kind of frauds. Otherwise, it will do serious damage to brand reebok for tying up with the companies who are involved in cheating people.

                          Sodexo being a reputed company should take up responsibility by ensuring that they deliver the quality service and product the customers who have faith on them (Sodexo).

                          The product code mentioned on the booklet is O003 but i received a product bearing code no.867.

                          I believe company should make an effort to have this replaced with the geniune product to have confidence of the customer on them.

                          I am dissatisifed with kind of price i had to pay for the product which i received from Sodexo and that too in name of reebok.

                          7 months after your complaints i am facing the same problem. The site is still not up. If anyone of you redeemed it successfully, please reply.

                            We were gifted a set of Sodexho Coupons with a scratch card which defined the FREE gift.

                            Under the silver coating was the FREE gift - a Reebok bag worth Rs. 1199/- . to Redeem this FREE gift one has to Pay Rs. 499 as handling charges, after logging on to the website www.avamerchandising.com/sodexhooffers.html.

                            I have got one coupoun and on scratching found a Reebook Bag. The website is not available and tried to access thru AVA merchandising and also thru sodexo website by clicking all the possible keys.                                 i would like to bring at the notice that i ordered some products from AVA for diwali i was not very sure that i could recive them so early i ordered on 13th oct and was glad to see that i recived all the prods ordered on 16th evening.and not only the bulk order even a gift from them which was so beautiful. i was even glad to see the quality and worth of the prod.. i would also refer my friends and family to order from AVA as per there so much to order and that too worth while.

                                  order placed for a lg microwave with ava. i got the delivery on time but after using the product it started creating some problem.

                                  i called ava for resolution but they refused to assist as the warrenty is covered by LG. I contacted lg but of no use then i again called up ava.

                                  ava assisted me in a proper manner & finally my complaint is resolved. i bless ava for taking care of the customers.

                                  i feel like a valuable customer. i surely place more & more orders with ava for the best quality products...

The co promised that I would receive the product in less than 20 days timeline but I havent received a single thing from the Co till date. This sounds too fishy for me.                                   I placed one order with AVA merchandising for a berg multi steamer. i was really not aware that i will be getting a defective piece. after receiving the product i was shocked that the piece is not at all working.

                                  i contacted ava many times & at last my product has been replaced & its fully functional now. i understand that there may be a delay in service but AVA Merchandising is really a great merchandising co. i wish them luck.

                                  AVA Merchandising/Gurgaon — Non-refund of Money

                                  I ordered a polar bear mixer griner from AVA Merchandising in the month of July. However, when i did not received the product till the end of July, i ordered for the refund of money stating that i have purchased a new mixer grinder and i do not need this product anymore. Since then i have been calling up everyday but have not received my refund till date. Everytime i call up, i get a new excuse from the staff there that but madam this is in process and will be done in one week and so on. today when i called up again to check the status, i was told that there is no request for refund submitted so far.

                                  Please advise how to do i get my money back as i am sure by now that AVA Merchandising is a fraud company, neither theyb deliver any products nor do they refund money.

                                  I got information about AVA from citibank mailer in my credit card bill. i had purchased pearl set and silver necklace from them through my credit card on 24 Sep 2008. But both the product when delivered were broken. I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money as i was not satisfied with the quality. But the refund is still not done after3 months also.
                                  Consequences Faced : I have been paying the amount to Citibank as the purchase was through Credit Card and also paid intrest on the same. I have been chasing AVA for the refund since last two months

                                  AVA Merchandising pvt Ltd — Photo frame ordered a month ago and still not received

                                  I am an HSBC Gold card holder and receive the product catelogue with special offer for HSBC holders through AVA Merchandising.On 10th June I ordered the 7inch digital photo frame and told them specifically that I need to gift it for a wedding purpose and my parents are leaving for USA on 8th of Aug from Mumbai so need the product asap.On 13th July my order was booked and I was promised that product will be delivered within 10days anyhow to my given address of Mumbai and I received the sms from AVA with the order number.The order number is HS1138.
                                  Just to reconfirm I called up AVA on 20th July again to reconfirm and informed them about my urgency for the product.They gave me a complaint number which I got on sms.The complain no is c/20/07/09/250.After waiting for 10days I started following up with them.My father simultaneously called them every alternate days as the amount is already debited from my account of Rs 4000/-.
                                  For last 15 days whenever I call them they say that there system is down and they cannot check the status and ask us to call back next day.Till today morning the same answer was given by their illeterate customer care executives.As I was in Delhi last week and AVA is based in Gurgaon, I called them from Delhi to check the status and the executive told me that its already dispatched and somebody will call back on Monday to confirm.Monday, I waited for the whole day but got no call from them.Today being Tuesday, first my father called them and again the answer was that their system is down and they cannot check the status.I was really frustrated with the entire episode as after 2 days I need the product as my parents are flying.I called them in afternoon and spoke to Ms.Neetu the executive.She told me that product is dispatched but cannot check the status as system is down.I told her that being an ISO company how could the company's systems are down for the last 15 days?
                                  I asked her to transfer the line to a senior person but she said she cannot do that and even did not give me the CEO's name.I was frustrated and told her that I am putting a complaint today evening if I do not get a call back from AVA about my product update.She promised me that somebody will call back.I waited till 6pm and to my utter shock some new story was waiting my way.I spoke to Mr.Amit and when i asked him about the status, what did he answer??? Sorry ma'am but we do not have this product available with us in the stock so you order some other product and we will dispatch it in 15 days...I was so irritated that I asked him to give me CEO's name or id to complain.But again he too refused to help me and told me that if I want to take a refund somebody from AVA will call back and will refund the money in 20 days time.As soon as he said this he banged the phone down.
                                  I called back and this time another new guy called Sumit was there.Here comes a new story with new executive- I asked him to transfer the line either to neetu whom i spoke to in morning or Amit whom i was already speaking to half an hour back but he did not transfer the line.So I repeated the entire story.He put the line on hold and told me that my product is dispatched and will take a week's time to get it delivered.This time I lost all my patience as AVA do not have educated executives at first place and secondly they are not even aware of the correct status.I asked him that what is the alternative as I need the product within 2 days.He told me to take a hand delivery from Delhi.I think he was not sure that i will agree on this condition also.As its my requirement and my cousins are based in Delhi so i told them to give the address so that somebody can collect it today or tomorrow.Sumit was not even aware about the process and told me that its not possible today and tomorrow being Rakhshabandhan.I told him my urgency but he said the warehouse is at some other place and office at gurgaon.

                                  I asked him almost 10 times to give me the office address so that somebody from my family can come to office personally and talk to senior and get the product.But he did not give the address and said that you call up on thursaday morning at 9.30 am and tell the executive that you need a hand delivery so they will entertain you. Now comes a twist again...When I said that should i call you on thursday morning so that you can directly help me.He laughed and said-MA'AM WE WILL HAVE TO CHECK THE PRODUCT WHETHER ITS AVAILABLE ALSO OR NOT ON THURSDAY" NOW MY QUESTION IS WHY THESE EXECUTIVES ARE SITTING THERE IF THEY CANNOT HELP ANY CUSTOMER.NO UPDATE ON STATUS, NO UPDATE ON PRODUCT AND NO COURTESY.

                                  My request to all if somebody can help me in filling a case against the fraud company like AVA.tHEY SIMPLY TAKE MONEY THROUGH CREDIT CARD and do not provide the product.Also i would like to appeal to all leading banks like hsbc, icici not to deal with such fraud merchandisers as it creates problem for card holders as we trust these banks.

                                    It is sorry status that by using State Bank of India’s brand name, AVA Merchandising, Gurgaon, Haryana, a total white collar fraud company is tarnishing Bank’s good image in particular and all the banking industry as a whole. It also a great blow to the online shopping company, people will loss their faith in them.

                                    M/S AVA Merchandising Pvt. Ltd; Gurgaon, Haryana is cheating valued customers of SBI. I received one offer of scratch card along with the monthly statement (August) of my credit card no.--- . LOKESH SHARMA.

                                    Trusting upon the image of SBI, asked them to send my scratch card offer 'Louis quartz Watch', but they have not send till date, whereas Rs. 590/- was debited to my Credit Card account.( order no.[protected] dated 12.09.2008)
                                    while asking over the phone, they started misbehaving and ridicule by saying that forget about any commitment made by them. The Mobile number - [protected] where from the order was confirmed was remains switchoff.

                                      Complain against AVA Merchandising / AVA - The Dream Merchants : An ISO[protected] Company (Website: http://www.avamerchandising.com/)

                                      Along with ABN AMRO Credit Card statement, I received a catalogue containg products from "AVA - The Dream Merchants : An ISO[protected] Company". These were special offers from AVA - The Dream Merchants to ABN AMRO Credit Card holders. Later I learny that they have similar tie-ups with other banks as well as some low cost airlines. (http://www.avamerchandising.com/tieup.asp)

                                      I placed an order for 101 piece dinner set with AVA Merchandising (order confirmation number[protected] on 23rd August 2008. SMS confirmation said that ordered goods would be delivered within 2 weeks and the agent taking the order said that ordered goods would be delivered within 3 weeks. (Is this how an ISO 9001 company "MAKE PROMISE"?)

                                      Today being 30th September 2008, is the 38th day after order placement. I have still not received the 101 piece dinner set (even after 38 days i.e. beyond 5 weeks). (Is this how an ISO 9001 company "KEEP / BREAK PROMISE"?)

                                      I sent mail to the following email-id once on 15th September and again on 24th September 2008:

                                      They didn't even bother to respond. (Does an ISO 9001 company believe in "SILENCE IS GOLDEN"?)

                                      I tried to track my order through http://www.avamerchandising.com/Tracking_Investment.asp. The site does not even work. (Is this an ISO 9001 company's way of being "CUSTOMER FRIENDLY"?)

                                      Tried contacting them over phone. SURPRISE! SURPRISE! They have a toll free number for taking orders but a chargeable number for tracking orders. They keep you waiting sometimes for 30 mins. or even more, sometimes they just dis-connect, sometimes they say that the goods are with courier company but they do not have any mechanism to check status of delivery. Finally they said that ordered item has been despatched supposedly on 18th September through First Logistics and gave me a reference no. I then checked that at http://www.firstlogistics.biz/home.html and got a message "Sorry Consignment Not Found." In essence, a false reference no. (Is this an ISO 9001 company's definition of "CUSTOMER CARE"?)

                                      Meanwhile, sent a mail to ABN AMRO customer care sharing my experience:

                                      Although you are not liable for this transaction (as per your offer document - terms and conditions), I would like to bring to your notice the unprofessional behaviour of AVA Merchandising - they do not CARE to inform customers in case of delay or provide any explanations. If I call them, the sales guys just puts the phone down without any communications. The experience is similar to what others have related in various websites.

                                      At least, do me a favour - could you please provide an escalation point in AVA Merchandising to whom I can register a complain.

                                      Cases like this will tarnish your image. You should seriously review your associations with partner companies from time to time.

                                      My self Sudeep Panda working in IT sector in Sec V Salt Lake Kolkata. I had ordered 3 products in AVA Merchandising on 12th August 2008 through Standard Chattered Credit Card. I had received a SMS immediately from AVA that I will receive the product within 14 days. They had send a confirmation number for these products as[protected]. Today is 16th September 2008, still didnot receive any product from them. I had called AVA many times (may be more than 100 times), but everytimes their customer care says you will receive the product within 4 days, sometime says 2-3 days, even sometimes they said within 24-48 hrs. I had raise the complaint to Standard Chattered Credit Card dept also, they had lodge the complaint but no response till date.
                                      Nowadays AVA customer care contact number is also not responding. Their contact number as per given by Standard Chattered Bank is[protected].
                                      Although I had paid the credit card bill for avoiding fine.
                                      Kindly help me...looking ahead for your response.
                                      Tell me what to do.

                                      However, after repeated reminders, follow-ups and swearing over phone for a minimum of 12 times, I finally received the goods on 17/10/2008, 55th day after order placement.

                                      Not happy with the overall quality, though. But I am too tired and frustated to pursue any further.

                                      Kindly note same thing happend with me, I have purchased morning walker, which was faulty one, they took the same for repairing, returned without repairing.

                                      When complaint again, they took it again and almost two- three months have passed they have not returned the money to us.

                                      Govt.Should ban these kind of organization, as they cheat us by tieing up with bank, they take our money and supply non standard product.

                                      WE have to fight for this, even Banks are involved with them.

                                      I placed an order for Kodak Digital Camera M380 in 10.2 Megapixcel in Black Colour with AVA Merchandising (order confirmation number HD5308) on 10th February 2010. SMS confirmation said that ordered goods would be delivered within 21 days. (Is this how an ISO 9001 company "MAKE PROMISE"?)

                                      Today being 21st March 2010, is the 39th day after order placement. I have still not received my product (even after 39 days and make payment). (Is this how an ISO 9001 company "KEEP / BREAK PROMISE"?)

                                      i have made sevral call.
                                      complaint no issued to me are c21109005 , c61082 , c7109068

                                      i had made a call for camera i062 on june
                                      i was offer several other product with other benifit, i recived those product soon or later
                                      but camera has not been deliver.
                                      i have spoken to Sourab, Rohit & Reena they all gave false commitment never turn back
                                      Recenty also i made a call they told there servar is down they get back to me in 48 hrs but no one turn back.
                                      They are bussiness partner to icici credit card and because of there irresponsible attitude i have to stop the payment, though i got a promise from icici credit card executive that after i make apayment they will solve the problem so i month of november i made the payment of 35000/rs but still nothing happen.
                                      now almost a year no reply or mail from there side . it has been a mental
                                      stress after making a order to AVA merchandising i have send them 20 mails but no reply.

                                      AVA merchandising — Non delivery of items

                                      I had placed a order with Ava merchandising for a Swatch Watch on 28/4/10. The order no is HD 6667.They said they would deliver the product after 21 days.
                                      When I did not get the watch after one month I contacted the customer care and I was told that they would dispatch the item within 10 days.
                                      Got the same reply again from them after 10 days.
                                      Finally in July they said that the product was unavailable and I had the option to select another product, I opted for a Swiss Military overnighter cum laptop bag & Verona Duffle bag via mail on 1/7/2010.
                                      Ever since I have been following up with them on regular basis and I always get the same reply that it would be disptached by next week. None of theie senior managment is ready to talk. I had spoken to their team leader Mr Gaurav Ujjainwal once and he assured that I would get the products at the earliest.Ever since he has never come on the phone nor have they replied to the nuerous mails that I have sent.
                                      I think the company if a big fraud and their executives are well trained to fool the customers .
                                      i am from mumbai. i am also facing the same refund problem from the company AVA. they are cheaters.

                                        The merchandise, M/S AVA Merchandsing Pvt. Ltd; has send the low cost travel bag whereas had confirmed the order confirmation number no.[protected] for sending LOUIS QUARTZ WATCH 1053 via an SMS from Mobile No. [protected] on 12.09.2008.
                                        Kindly ask the merchandise to fulfil the commitment and do not tarnish the image of State Bank of India, the great Bank
