I have bought this product today for Rs.999 from T3 terminal of airport. I charged the headphones for 2 hrs till the red light went off. However the headphones are not switching on after 3 sec long press as mentionec in the manual. Please replace the product at earliest. This is third time i have bought sub stantards products fron AVA and lost faith on your company.

    Dear sir,

    I purchased on 22nd april, 3 ladies night suit for my wife at an guwahati airport ava store.

    I asked the assistant about the returns policy and i was told that i could return the item if not fitted well.

    But as feared; the garments were found too small for my wife. On 8th june’16, i tried to return the item at the same store but was asked that i have to go for other purchase of the similar amount instead of money refund & the previous bill was taken back.

    Left with no choice i went for portable battery pack 15000 mah (Flasharge) for that similar amount; the episode took place on 8th of june ’16.

    The battery functioning was doing fine till only 7days back it was found to be non operational.

    To my utter surprise, as against everyone’s advice ; i believed on the ava store but now feel very disappointed to find that my 1900+ bucks gone to waste unless you authority come forward to help me getting it replaced.

    While writing this mail i can only presume ava must response to this concern with utmost priority keeping in mind the customer satisfaction against all odds.
    Attached, the print out of the debit card bill for relevant information since no other bill got generated or given to me towards the replacement.

    the very next day or two AVA called me & directed me to visit any ava counter with the mail copy that they have mailed me with reference NO & take the replacement. I got the replacement without any further hassles.

      I buy a bluetooth headphones from airport and it come with 6month replacement warranty and the charging port can't work properly and when i on the charger headphones light get on and after few seconds the light gets off i think the problem is with the jack of the headphone plz solve my problem as soon as possible. Im very disappointed with the product plz solve the problem as soon as possible

        I bought a power bank - U-GLOBE - BLACK at Mumbai on 1st Aug with bill no. 1811380 at time 11:49 am. This is not working and not charging the phone. I am not able to switch off the unit also.

        I have returned to Bangalore on 5th and showed the same at your Bangalore outlet. They have told me to log a message and after the acknowledgement is received, they will replace the instrument. They wanted a complaint number.
        When I have given the same for checking at Bangalore outlet on 5th, as they refuse to replace due to want of compliant number, I have collected my power bank but left the charging cable with them.

        I would request you to replace the instrument which is faulty and give me the cable which I have handed over at Bangalore.

          I bought a bluetooth speaker with fm facility in ava shop at chennai airport on 9 july 2016 for rs.999/-. i was told that fm signal inside the airport is weak and could not be tested. but while reaching home, i found that fm is not working at all. whenever i call the customer care, they are reluctant and repeatedly say that i have to try the button provided for fm. it amounts to cheating.

            I bought food warmer last week from Chennai airport from AVA outlet. The heating wire does not fit in the pins provided hence it does not get switched on... How it can be returned and how can the money be refunded?

              I bought multiple products today from ava outlet in bangalore airport (Newly opened). Out of this when i tried their hottech bluetooth speaker at home today, it failed to pair with my phone and then all of a sudden started making sounds (Like a siren sound). This is after i had fully charged it using the usb cable provided with the product. Now imagine a siren like sound coming from a speaker and no way to switch it off.
              Kept pressing the powerbutton to make it reboot or soemthing but no luck. . Actually none of the buttons are working. Really bad quality product.

              I called up customer support and they say go back to airport to replace it or send it to their new delhi office!!! Imagine the money i need to incur to send it back or travel back to airport. They dont want to help their customers for faulty products and own up their responsibility to replace it.

              Dont fall for their fancy pricing, these are bad quality products with an equally bad customer service. I lost some money but you can be careful.

              I am still talking to their customer support, lets see if they get this picked up. I am not planning to waste any more of my money on them.

                This is dr s n iyer rtd. Manager airindia. Procured one spypen with usb on arrival from cochin by ai 510 on 13 may 2016.
                As i have taken it as a gift to my people in us just kept after buying into my bag.
                On 15th after reaching usa i find that it is not full unit and does not work at all
                Have paid rs 999/=by citi bank credit card
                I will be back in india by july last week

                      While returning from manglore by flight no 9w 0436 on 2nd april 2016 by jet airways and my seat no was 22f i got scratch card through i got free gift which i got by paying rs.1000/- from mumbai airport ava shop. But after that i reached my residence at chittaurgarh, rajasthan on 4.04.2016 and after that i gave this gift to my nephew, s son and on 6.4.2016 we found that it is not working at all. Please look in this matter and arrange to replace the car and remote which are not working. If you want i can send you the photo copy of my boarding card.

                        Hello, Currently I am staying in Tokyo. On 3 Jan 2016 ; I have bought Hot Tech bluetooth stereo headphone at Delhi Airport. As per the information it has get get charged for 2 hours to use. When its connected with Laptop and power is on then red light will be on and its fully charged red light will go off. However its not working. Whenever I tried to charge the battery its not showing red light. Am I missing something? Kindly help as I am not able to use it as of now. Thank you.                             Hi! I purchased a power bank 6000 mah (Pebble Power bank white) today from Netaji Subash Chandra airport, Kolkata at 8:20 am . It was around 25% charged. I used it to charge but when I connected the power bank for recharging, I found that it ws not charging at all. The power bank has a 6 month replacement guarantee.                                   Dear Sir, While going to Dhaka, I purchased above mobile during transit in Kolkata airport. On my return to Mumbai, I opened the mobile packing on 13th December, 2014 and connected the battery charger for charging the mobile battery. There was a small noise with a burning smell inside the battery charging adapter as there could be inside short circuit. I was also finding difficulty in playing songs from my memory card. I have not tried playing radio on this mobile so no comments. With the above problem, while travelling to Russia via Delhi, I went to Ava shop in Delhi and asked for replacement. The manager at the shop asked me to lodge a complaint first and then come to the shop again for product change. Thus, I kindly request you to give me the complant no. so I can visit any Ava shop and change my above mobile with any other product.                                       This is to bring to your kind notice that i brought a toy stunt car at AVA shop and collect at Hyderabad, Rajiv gandhi international airport on 30th Saturday August 2014 at 7.15pm . Invoice No:[protected]/majorette-RC stunt car 2 asstd) paying Rs.1499 and a body art for kids (8488/sparkle body art) for Rs.249. When i came home and opened the stunt car, i was shocked to see the rusted parts. I kept the battery for charging as mentioned in the user guide and i am shocked to see that the car is not working.I made sure that all the parts are in place and tried again and again, as per the manual given, but of no use. The return policy says the item needs to be returned in 48 hrs but the AVA call centre works only till Saturday 5pm. Since i brought it on Saturday night, i have no clue now what to do. I expect that the issue be resolved by replacing the goods or returing the money, failing which case will be filed in consumer court.

                                        I am a frequent flier in Air India and have purchased quite a few items form AVA sky shop at airports.Howeer while the quality of house hold goods ids OK electronic goods are becoming defective very early and there is no outlet to repair or replace.

                                        One month back i had purchased a HOTTECH blue tooth speaker model no DF-B01 from IGI airport at Delhi.However the speaker has become defective please let me know how to get it repaired /replaced
