SBI Cards enclosed a gift voucher with a scratch pad along with its monthly payment statement, advising "To redeem your product voucher through AVA Merchandising Pvt. Ltd." When pad is scratched, I found a code for Louis watch as free gift having item code number 996 showing with much higher cost. When I received the watch I find that the cost of the watch is much lesser than the service and forwarding charges taken by SBI Cards. SBI cards and AVA Merchandising, both is charging an amount of Rs.590 from the credit cards of their customers. The firm SBI Cards of repute is indulging in ugly practices like this to extract money from their valued customers. This is very painful to the customers who are getting into the false promises of such companies. No doubt, this is a kind of licensed loot and may kindly be looked into.

I belive that the cusomer's complain is right.I afraid that such reputed bank can do such type o[censored]gly practices in Creditcard also.Every one should cautious from such money maker.

If SBI management has a little worry of banks reputation, they should punish the officer's behind this money making project.
It is clearly seems there is a personal intrest involves in such project.
when the cost is 4000/- and the item is less than 500/-& charging 590/- what is this!!! shame shame.
Thanks for warning, I was just going to redeem my "prize" - Louis Quartz Watch Item No 1053. Saved the pain of being CHEATED by SBI. That's very shameful.
I aggre with the opinion.
The only recourse is to approach consumer court for the act of enticing the card holder as the handling & proceesing chrges are hefty. Let them explain on which criterions these are toatalled up. I am also in inreceipt of scratch card prize for polo watch The scratch card sent to me by SBI credit card indicated prize of " Polo wrist watch with worth as Rs. 3950 and handling charges as Rs 499/-When tried to contact as per the instruction of M/s Compact International at the toll free no.[protected] on Sept 19, 09 and Sept 20, it was observed that no response for continuation in English/Hindi. It instills a doubt about the quality and its /-. Any way, if the response is proper I will go ahead, otherwise SBI card has to shoulder the responsibilty for the offer, qualty and the worth of the prize as they have send these to me as their cardholder and hooked me reading and spending time.Let us watch and see.

    Dear Team,

    I have placed order for CHARISMATIGUE BUDHA-PRODUCT CODE 9 on 20th August, 2008 & I hhave made a payment for the same from my Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card. On 25th August, 2008 I have got SMS from your side informing me the order no.[protected] & that the product will be delivered in 14 working days.

    But it is sad to inform you till date I have not yet received the delivery of ordered product. I have tried on your toll free no. on 14th September, 2008 the executive has replied me that product will be delivered on 16 September, 2008. But after 16th August, 2008 I have tried calling on your each of helpline no. given on the website but either the no body was picking up the phone or if reply was given by them any of them then the same was not complied. If any body is picking up the phone then just take my mobile no. & tell me that SIR, SOMEBODY WILL CALL YOU IN 12 HOURS IN THIS REGARD.

    This is to inform you that on the same day & same time I have placed placed a order of LOUIS QUARTZ with reference to order no[protected] but the same got delivered on 5th September, 2008 but what happened in this case???

    Pls revert me as early as possible with the status of my order as I have lot my money on phone to calling Delhi as this all the numbers are STD number.

    AVA Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. — Fail to refund and Poor Service

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My name is Amit Narayan Prasad and I have a ABN AMRO Credit Card. I received one offer from ABN AMRO for a free Wrist Pearl Watch against payment of Rs. 490/- handling charges. This offer is being marketed by AVA Merchandising PVt. Ltd.
    On 8th August 2008, I ordered this wrist watch telephonically (tel.:[protected] to AVA Merchandising and my order no. was[protected]. I wanted to present this watch to one of my known on 22nd Aug. 2008. I also received one confirmation SMS on my mobile that my watch will be delivered within 14 days.
    I followed up for its delivery several times by calling the helpdesk tel.:[protected] but the AVA representative used to make false promises for the delivery. Ultimately I requested for cancellation of this order on 22nd Aug. 2008 since I was loosing the day on which I have to present this watch.

    After a week, I called them again to know the refund status, but surprisingly the AVA representative said that no such cancellation request was received from my end. And to aggravate this issue further they said that delivery will take place in the end of first week of September 2008. I spoke to the supervisor Mansi Madan and explained everything to her, she said that my order has been already sent to courier service for delivery and I have to refuse the delivery of this watch, then only I can claim my refund back. The delivery from courier company took place on 13th September 2008 and I refused to take the delivery, I wrote the cause of refusing the delivery on the invoice also.
    I have been following up with AVA for my refund and today I spoke to AVA representative Miss Sonia Gangmei, and against all audacity, she said that I have received this delivery and there is no information regarding my refund.

    I am completely harassed with this poor and pathetic service and response from AVA Merchandinsing Pvt. Ltd.

    I am, therefore, forced to file this complain against them on the aforesaid ground and I want Consumer Forum to take proper action in this regard so that this type of cases should not be repeated in future against consumers.

    I had placed an order for Victoria Jewellery set and received the same defective. Compalint was registered by me on 21/08/08 and as on date no steps has been initiated for replacing the same. Whenever I made complaints., a weeks time is requested and still the request continues.

      i got an offer from ava alongwith sbi credit card statement by way of scratch card. it seems that the offer is co sponsored by sbi cpsl. i scratched the card and it is a free louis quartz watch and i paid rs.590 towards handling chages only. on opening the pack, i saw it is the same watch which my brother purchased for rs.150 onthe footpath of worli junction.

      i feel, sbi credit card holders are cheated by sbi cpsl by co sponsoring such type of firms like ava.

        i have ordered a citole wrist watch from ava via hdfc credit card. till today (15 sept 2008) i have got only the gift wrist watch louis quartz which is a duplicate one.
        when i enquired about it the promised that the watch will reach in 14 days. aftyer 14 days they are not even picking up the phone

        AVA merchandising — Non delivery of the product

        On 9th of October I had order a product from AVA from the leaflet provided by HDFC with my card statement.

        So I believe the responsibility of the same lies with HDFC. I would ve not ordered from AVA if it was not with my card statement. If HDFC is recommending any company, ofcourse I would trust the same.

        I have not got the product as yet(the date of commitment was 14 working days from the order date, which ends up on 29th Oct.) After my reminding them 3-4 times, they replied to my email saying that the product is out of stock.

        I have never dealt with such a bad company or customer service. Now, I need my money to be refunded.
        I believe its HDFC's responsibility to do so.

        If I don't get the refund. I will make the rest of payments, except this one and throw away my Credit card.
        And make sure you are not able to catch me to make the payment.
        I have ordered for a 20 inches strolley bag on 23 Aug 2008 to this company, I got a Confirmation Number against that order placed through SMS in my mobile but unfortunately I didn’t receive that bag as yet. I was committed that I will be receiving it within 15 days whereas last week I received My ABN Ambro credit card statement I found that the quoted MRP amount for this product was already been deducted. When I was escalating these facts to the customer care executives, I found nobody serious about this. I request you all to please pay attention on this matter & guide me to a proper direction

        AVA MERCHANDISE - Delhi — Non delivery of product & the payment was debited on card.

        Dear Sir,

        I have given order to Ava murchandise, for suppling me the Puja Thali as the liflet couriered to me with my cradit card bill. on the basis i have placed the order. but after a month to month passing the material was not delivered to me on my adress, Repitedly every week i am giving a call to their toll free on [protected], saveral time i have spoken to their customer care for delivery status for my order no[protected]. they first told me that the stock is not available, then the material is in transit through their contracted courier Aramax, when after 15 days i was not able to recieve the materila i call ed again they told me that courier has delivered but on inquiry it feels that wrong delivery. once again i asked for the POD but no POD available on aramax site or not compeny was able to provide the POD. after fighting & arguing once again they given me the comitment that the material will be deliver to you in 10 days which was 2 month agao. but no action, so in last they told me that the pooja thali is not in stock & convaied me that they will give refend of my paid money through my HDFC cradit card. till date i am paying for the same.


        But till date the refund was not processed by the compeny. so in last i am puting this complain in the foram if they can help me. my contact no is [protected], [protected]. Please guide what can i do on the same.
        we have not received the ordered items vide order no. SB-16258 dated 6th march 2009.even after the expiry of 26 days.you send the items within two days or refund the amount along with interest @ 30% p.a. till i get the payment back.

        AVA merchandising — Non delivery of Product on time

        Dear Team,
        i have placed an order for Combo of sony Camera & mp9 video recorder in the month of march which was confirmed on 12/05/2009 with order no IC11366 with a comitment of delivering the product in 10 days after confirmation.
        But the product is delivered till date, after several follow-ups, every time i called up they give false commitments.
        Now when i have asked for the my refund they say they cannot process for refund. after several follow-ups, they have agrred for cancellation & refund of money.
        But till time there is no refund done to this and every time i call up they say within 24 hrs you will get a call back, but no one calls up.

        Request you to take corrective actions againsts such companies who are not living up to the commitments and harrasing customers.

        I've ordered a Combo Offer through AVA merchandising on 28-Jan'10, at the time of placing the order their executive confirmed me the the delivery within 21 working days and I'm calling these people from 22nd day of placing the order but they are making fool of me by saying every time that our server is down,we can't tell you anything and now its more than 45 days but I didn't receive my placed Order, now when I receive my credit card statement they'cve already charged me 1st installment of that product which is Rs.265/-.I spoke to so many executive in AVA customer care but everyone is giving a same kind of response. I spoke to Meenakshi,Mansi,Harmeet, Gaurav Jain, , Ritu Sharma etc... but no one is ready to solve my problem at last I'm sending you this mail if you can do anything for me.....Giving you the details of my order:
        I have booked BERG Eletic Tandoor & have paid them by my C Card on 29-6-10 against there Invoice no 02924
        On 31-07-10 I have talk to Gaurav & have said that it will be despatch within 10 working days, till today I have not recived.
        Kindly confirm the current status or cancalle my booking & refund my amount along with the courrier charges.

        AVA merchandising — NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCT

        I had ordered a Berg Electric Tandoor from AVA MERCHANDISING in July 2010 and the Company had debited my credit card immediately with promise to deliver the product within 21 days. Till date (Jan 2011) I have not received the product!
        Not one phone from Ava Merchandising to inform that the product delivery may be delayed.
        I have called half a dozen times,they always give a fresh date for delivering the product...standard answer is next week. Their call center employees strongly recommend that I do not ask for any refund because it will take many months for them to send refund.
        I am convinced that the Company,its promoters and its employees are faudsters and cheats!

          Dear Sir/Madam,
           
          This is to inform you that I had made a transaction for the product "Nikkon Coolpix Camera L14 701" on 04-Jul-2008, from AVA Merchandising, but still the product has not been delivered to me. When I placed the order it was told to me that the product will be dispatched to me within 14 working days. On 21st July, 2008, I received a message from the server of AVA Merchanidising that my product has been dispatched to the courier services (FIRST LOGISTICS) and the docket number is[protected].I called the First Logistics Courier Services (Delhi branch & Kolkata branch) and provided them with the docket number, but after the verification, it was said that there is no product with such docket number.
           
          I again called up the Customer Care of AVA Merchandising and from there it was told that the docket number that has been provided to me is wrong. After that I called up the customer care continuosly and the CRO's went on taking complains. But till date I have not received the product.

            Cheating by AVA Merchandising . Defective Steam Cooker taken back but not replaced.

            I had placed an order on M/s AVA Merchandising, for a "Multi Steam Cooker" on 18.11.2007 over phone, payment was to be effected against my citibank credit card. I received the item on 30.11.2008 under Invoice No. ADV/16/44567/07-08 dt. 19.11.2007.

            The item was found to be defective on first use and a complaint was sent on 07.12.2007, delivered by the courier to them on 08.12.2007. After several reminders, M/s AVA merchandising responded on 14.01.2008, seeking details of the credit card which was provided on 17.01.2008. I was further advised to hand over the item to their nominated courier. The Item was accordingly handed over to M/s TNT courier on 21.01.2008 (Docket no. DO[protected].As per the courier receipt the item was delivered to their office on 22.01.2008.

            Since there was no response I continued to follow up and received a phone call from their office on 18.02.2008, seeking details of the consignment. I had sent many reminders over e-mail since then, but have not heard from them.

            I had also complained to CORE, and they had also forwarded the complaint to AVA Merchandising on 07.05.2008. However there is no response. CORE is also not responding to my queries.

            I feel this is a case of cheating, by an organisation which is spending a lot on advertisements, and something needs to be done so that more people are not cheated. Can you help me. I am willing to pay for expenses, even if it means paying more than the cost of the goods.

            AVA merchandising — Not responding to the phone calls

            I have got a scratch card with my SBI Credit Card Monthly statement, which shows that i won a LOUIS watch . It has been mentioned that I have to contact the telephone numbers given on the scratch card in order to get the gift. Since 30 days i have been dialling the telephone numbers, but no one is responding. When I asked the SBI Customer Care Cell they given another 2 phone numbers of AVA Merchandising. But no one is responding to these numbers also. It is not correct to cheat the valuable customers by giving such false announcements.

              I have been fooled when AVA merchandising has sold me the product for Rs.500/- as redemption charges while flying through Jet Lite.They sold me Louis Watch saying that is a imported watch.The watch is local
              made and having no serial no, warrent details and email of any company

              This is purely a breach of trust, i want you to please take the action against Jet lite and AVA merchandising.

              This kind of frauds must be stopped.

              Please suggest me to take step or not.

              Is it Branded or cheating type of thing.

              I had a similair expression with Jet Lite flight.

              In one flight I got Princess Necklace (pearl)set (Ava merchandising)...

              The market price stated was 2, 990... When I had a closer at the pearls they where pealing off, it was a rip - off. theMarket price of suchg a thing could not be more than 200 Rs. I ended up paying 500Rs.

              2nd time I got a offer on Reebok Bag (stated price 1, 199) or Loius quartz watch (stated price 3, 990) or Pricess necklace.

              I thought of buying the watch but I fortunaltey got to check the items beofre buying... the reebok was so clumpsy the market price wouldnt be more than 150 Rs - I dont even feel it was original reebok bag. The counter did not have louis watch. I thought of further scrutinizing the same since a swatch watch priced at 3, 750 Rs. was not offered why was Loius quartz watch offered which is priced at 3, 990.

              I checked on net & I got your comments.

              PLEASE SOMEBODY CATCH THE JET LITE PEOPLE... they making fool of consumers.

              Same rip off by Jet Lite. I flew Jet Lite a couple of days ago and was pleasantly surprised to win the scratch and win. Who wouldn't be, when you get a Rs. 3990/- watch for just Rs. 500/-. I got the watch at the arrival lounge of Mumbai airport. When I checked-in into a Hotal and closely looked at the watch, and it didn't take me more that a minute to understand that the watch is a total fake! No serial number, no made-in details. At the airport, when I asked the Jetlite fellow on the make, he showed the red booklet inside and pointed to something about "originally components came from Japan." Anyway, I trusted Jetlite and bought the watch. The watch is a piece of s-h-i-t.
              The user's guide was full of grammatical errors and typos - something you wouldn't expect from a Rs. 3990/- watch. Why is Jetlite cheating its customers? Is it becoming so difficult to be honest in this land of Mahathma!!!
              If any others who have suffered like me are willing to take-up against JetLite, I would be glad to join.
              One thing you can do is go to official website of Louis quartz and provide this info about duplicate watches being sold by AVA.
              I am sure they will sue AVA for maligning name of a big brand.

              Even i have been cheated off Rs 500 by Ava Merchandising last Thursday evening on Jetlite on my way back from Nagpur.

              Scratch Card Brochure mentioned LOUIS QUARTZ.However back at home i find that there's no mention of Product ID etc.

              Pls advise / suggest .
              Just three days ago, I win a Louis Quartz / Reebok bag as part of scratch and win gifts while traveling from Jet Lite. Taking into account the price of these products, I am thinking to go for Louis Quartz wrist watch. But looking at the post and people experience on this forum, I am confused. Can any body help me on what should I do now ? Is it worth to go for this gift ?

              I agree with the others. I travelled with Jetlite on 21 Aug 08. Iended up paying Rs 500/- each for a Princess Necklace (pearl)set
              and a Louis Quartz watch. Though these products are shown worth much more ( combined value Rs 7000/- approx ) but these do not GEL as no details are given on the products.

              Ava Merchandising Pvt Ltd and Jet Lite need to come CLEAN on their products and follow the right practices.

              I would like to be associated with this case till its logical conclusion.

              Got a great idea. Let us all individually send e-mails to the real Louis Quartz watch manufacturer about the issues that we are facing. That way, the orginal manufaturer of the watch would come hammer and tongs at Jetlite and Ava. Afterall, the original manufacturer has a lot more at stake than us. Not only is his market being dug into, but his brand credibility is also going down the drain!

              Let us all take it up individually with the original equipment manufacturer.

              Today I got an offer from AVA merchandising for a list of items. I got the offer along with my HDFC bank credit card monthly statement.

              It says that with every purchase you will get a Louis Quartz watch worth Rs. 3990/- as a free gift. The catalogue also has a detail *Terms and Conditions* printed in tiny fonts which clearly says that the bank has no liability in the purchase made by the card holder. I was curious about the watch and did a google search and reached this page.

One thing i noted on board was that many a passengers got some or other free gifts. In almost all th rows people were in their heights of excitement for receiving the surprise gifts. This is daylight looting, by one of the most reputed airline companies in INDIA and must not, in any way, be entertained.Who knows if there is a manufacturer named Louis quartz.I personally feel there aint.

              This watch doesnt contain any Model No., any serial no & no warranty card no.

              If you can, i want you to take a necessary action against the said compnies & do the needful.

Companies with goodwill like SBI and others, must refrain from collaborating with these cheats and take firm action against them.Strong measures must be taken against this fraud case so that others are prevented from falling into their trap.

              I received a pamphlet of AVA Merchandising along with my HDFC Credit card bill stating that if I place an order for any of their displayed products I would receive a Louis Watch worth Rs3990/-. I placed an order and recived watch only. To my surpise i saw that the watch was without any documents of warranty, Serial Nos. etc. A close look at the watch proved that it was duplicate.               AVA license should be cancelled as they don't have customer support on phone. On any time when you call no one will pick up phone. Second option is SMS AVA to 56567 . Even after sending the SMS they are suppose to call in 48 hours. It has been more than 2 weeks now they have not called.

              I have also got cheated by AVA. They are giving all waste products. Thats why they dont have any customer care number, No service center we cant even complain also. Once they can cheat one person andI thinki they dont mind for this.

              Please dont go for these AVA products.

              Untill Unless they give product with valid serial number, with customer care number, serivce center address etc.

              I suggest, AVA should give us a ddress from where we can pick up the product.

              I dont belive on this courier funda. They are throwing the product then AVA is forgetting customers after taking money.

              I hope after me noone should get cheat by AVA.

              AVA is a cheater
              We all have been cheated by Mayajaal. Complex. They are literally taking of our hard earned money. For each movie ticket they are charging Rs.200/-with (a Pepsi & Popcorn). The cost of a ticket is Rs.120/- they are swallowing Rs.80/- per ticket. They are running nearly 40 shows per day, just imagine...? Pepsi has to be banned in the country, they are forcing us to pay this amount, I really wonder, a big corporate company is cheating the public. Tamilnadu Government has to take a proper action to stop this. They have to charge only for the movie ticket.

              Please put a pull stop immediately.

              I fully agree with the earlier complainents. My husband got cheated yesterday while flying on jet life flight. He bought three items : LOUIS Quartz WATCH, Princess pearl set and a silk bedshhet set for Rs. 500 each paid as taxes and handling charges. All three items are fake and not of the amount as claimed as their MRP. Can some one take action against Jet lite.

              I am the holder of a credit card and was given a scartch card along with the monthly statement. I got a Louis quartz watch on the scartch card and paid Rs.590/- and after receiving the same I saw that it is worth only rs. 300/- Modern way of cheating by AVA marketing thro credit card companies.

I just don't know what is happening.
              If they don't have stock how come they immidiately credit the money from my credit card? How come a Nationalised bank Like SBI associate with this type of Or ganisation. I am just waiting for the watch to come, I know what to do If it is a duplicate one.

              But before buying it, I checked this watch actual cost on net. And saw all of yours comment about JetLite cheating.
              So now i am confused, whether to go for it or not.

              I was about to go for the Louis Quartz worth Rs.2, 990/- which I have won by the Jetlite scratch card. Luckily I came across this site and narrowly escape from a cheating. The Jetlite is still continuing this fraudulent act and time has arrived to stop this by some one.

                I had placed an order on 6/5/08 and Order Number is:[protected], the product is delivered on 6/17/08 and when opend the box, I found the product is damaged and mailed the same to AVAMerchandise, and I have sent the damaged prouct through "ARAMEX Couriers on 07/15/2008 as requested by them". Now when I ask for the status on this issue, there is no reply till date. I could get a contact number of AVA : [protected] (which I got from HDFC) to which I couldn't get connected anytime.

                I have all the mail proof for the same. I'm fedup with their service. Kindly let me know what to do.

I have sent the damaged prouct and the product which was sent wrongly through "ARAMEX Courier vide Way Bill No:[protected] &[protected] on 18-07-08 as requested by them". Now when I ask for the status on this issue, there is no reply till date.

                Last month, i have place an order of Olympus Digital Camera and your sales representative were saying that sir we will deliver an order within 21 days and you are staying in south delhi so it hardly takes 12 to 13 days, but till now i haven't recieved any product or a word from your side and when i am trying to call you, your salesman said sir your product will be deliver in next week.

                  I had purchased "Monalisa Fresh Water Pears" from AVA on 25/5/2008 at 2:30PM through credit card. I got the delivery on 02/06/2008. In the package I recieved only pearl set and the watch was missing. I immidiately logged a complaint over the phone in AVA customer care. (Name of the executive: Ms. Esther, 02/06/2008 at 2:02PM). She replied me saying that the watch will reach in next 1 week and when I asked her to give me a complaint number, she said that she doesnt have that but she will enter it in her computer. I havent recieved anything till date (28/06/2008). In the due course, I called them several times and even sent written complaints through email but all in vein. I am very disheartened as it was a gift for my mother on her wedding anniversary and want you to take immidiate action. Please note the following details:

                    I fully agree with the complaints. I too have experienced the same. I ordered a Blackberry on 21st Aug. Later I was told that the order was booked only on 26th Aug. They delivered the watch but have not delivered the product yet (15th Sep). The cusomer care guys keep giving false commitments. Today I spoke to their team leader by name Gaurav Ujjainwala. He promised he would give me the courier number on 19th Sep. I am not sure if he wud meet his commitment.

When talking to the AVA people they say pl take up with the Courier as in thier records it say the Item has been despatched on 15/04/2008. Ther is no Tel Ph no available of the courier nor with the AVA people. I have called n no of times to these people but always the same answer ie' your item will reach in 7 days time'. I have got fed of talking to these people but till date no response.
                      Although the value of the item is only 490/= but harassment is immense by talking to them and I feel that they have cheated me for such an amount and thier casual attitude.
                      The customer service people of AVA are not connecting me to the people on top of that group for even talking and sorting out the matter.
                      Hence I request you to please do something so that this type of harrassment is not done to us.

                      in this regard the executive explained hasnt given fair information.

                        I've bought 2 pairs of FOCE His & Her wrist watches from AVA Merchandising Company in Oct'07. The watches were found to be defective. I'd the asked for a replacement which they promptly did. The second set of watches they'd sent was also found defective. These were also replaced with another set. Unfortunately the third set was also found dead. I then got these watches checked with a local watchmaker who to my utter dismay informed me that the watches are not worth I'd paid and that these have poor quality circuits. So I checked with the company to give me something from their catalogues of equivalent value as a replacement against these duds. They were reluctant earlier but later agreed to replace them. I've been following up with them since the last 3-4 weeks and haven't been able to elicit a positive response from the company. However I'm still chasing them...

                        I too facing the same problem.I had booked the order to Indiatimes in Jan-09. I received Wrist watch on dt.21/02/09 & found that the Male watch is defective. I have lodge the compliant immedaitely to Indiatimes customer care but till date no feedback received from them.
                        I had the same problem.
                        I purchased a FOCE watch from the spicejet onboard sale.
                        One returning home, i realised the watch was defective.
                        The number 3, in roman numerals, was missing one of the lines, making it a II ..
                        I would to know how i complain against this, and to whom?

                        the watch is still under warranty and i reside in New Delhi.

                            I've ordered a Sony Digital camera through AVA merchandising on 25-Jan'08, at the time of placing the order their executive confirmed me the the delivery within 14 working days and I'm calling these people from 16th day of placing the order but they are making fool of me by saying taht you'll get the order within next week and now its more than 45 days but I didn't receive my placed Order, now when I receive my credit card statement they'cve already charged me 1st installment of that product which is 1665/-. I spoke to so many executive in AVA customer care but everyone is giving a same kind of response even some time says that you can replace your order with some other product but your Sony camera is not in stock. They not even bothered to give a call back to the customer and give the delayed status.                             I placed order for Monalisa Pearl Watch and Sony digital camera on 21st May. I was promised that it will be deliverd within 14 working days. Still I have not received it. Every time I call AVA customer care, I have bad experience. They just do not know how to Talk. Few names which I remember (Rosita, Vikas etc). Everybody promises to give call back in another 2 hour but never does. If I call then put on hold for long times and biggest thing which I would like to bring to your notice is they never transfer the call to their Manager. I have never seen/heard any agent saying that i will not transfer the line to the manager. I requested if camera can be delivered before 5th June as it's my Mom/Dad's anniversary on 6th but no response. Agents are just not ready to litsen to the customer. I requested them to change the address so that camera can be delivered to my mom directly, it also did not happen but the agent promised that she has made changes.

                            Fake promises to end the call.
                            Refuses to transfer the call to supervisors

                            I don't know why have you appointed Managers if they cannot take care of the repeated issues made by their agents.

                            Bad experience. I will never order any product in future from AVA.

                            I have book a sony Camer on 10th Sept 08 which i recived after 10days in damaged condition by Aramex Courrier than i contact to AVA, and has a talk with Mr.Amit Dhandola for the Replacement, i m really appricate him for the help and i got a New Camera with in 5 days.                             i ordered a prod from AVA mercahndising p ltd last month i received the prod but in a damaged condition. i was so angry that i spent so much on that and recived the prod in a damaged condition. i called AVA and asked them to send me the new prod the rep on the line made me feel so comfortable and made me trust on them that the prod will we replaced on priority and beleive me after that i was not given a chance to call back any further till the new prod was sent to me i had a continous folow up with them as per they called up every day and updated me for each day. that was so nice of them this is what is called customer service ...really appreciate you guyzzzzzzzzzz
                            I have placed an order since more than a month and still I have not recieved the complete order.(14 working days are already over)

                              I've ordered a Blood Pressure set Auto Wrist KD737 CEO 197 from AVA and they charged my Citibank credit card and after recieving and checking it we found that it is defected.
                              Contacting there customer supports also could not solve the problem as they say they could not do anything and as they have delivered the product.

                                Even after making so much call to them I haven't received the product. On 3/01/08 they provided me the docket# but they didn't provided me the courier company phone#. I tried to get the number from them but they never provided the courier company number and luckily today I got the number for courier company. The strange thing is that courier company is telling me that they have not received any shipment from AVA Merchandising.

                                When I am asking to refund the money they are saying that it will take more than one month to refund the money so it would be better if you wait for the product. I do not understand it takes a minute for them to charge the money and it takes a month to refund the same money. I have paid my first installment to the bank but I haven't received the product. One more intresting thing that they are charging me Rs 250 for the delivery and they are taking ages to deliver the product becuase I paid the delivery charges.

                                I had a word with their Floor Manager - Lalit who committed me that I will receive the product by Thrusday but again that was a false committment. I have been trying to get a hold of Lalit but now he is not coming on phone or his Agents are making excuses.

                                Please help me and provide me a solution!

                                I have ordered for Kitchen Queen (Product Code-826) and have received it yesterday. Before ordering the same i had spoken to one of your representative in AVA Merchandising (name unable to recall) and enquired about the product mentioned above. I specifically asked if i can cook rice and pulao and she confirmed the same. But when i received the product i find the lower trays are perforated and not fit to cook anything. I am sorry to say that i have been misguided by your representative. Now it seems that the product is of no use to me. There is also no demo guide. How could you be so callous to your customers? Please see to this and resolve the problem.

                                AVA merchandising — Order Not received after more than a month

                                I ordered Louis his and her watch on 14-feb-2008. First of all there was double debit on my HDFC credit card because of mistakes from Amit and Vinayak, Then i have to followup with Ms. Ritu -senior to get complain addressed, she has send mail saying it will be credited back to Card in 10-12 days but till today it's not been credited. Next i have not yet received product in spite of following up everyday(i have talked to almost everyone in call centre). There answer is only one -- it will be delivered as soon as possible.
                                This is not a first instance with AVA for such lapse in committed deliveries, I have tried to find out on website any option to raise this concern to Sr. Management but couldnt find any details.
                                Please help me in getting the details.

                                I have ordered a Louis wrist watch on 15th Feb..... still haven't received the watch.
                                Whenever I call them, I get the same reply... "Product not available" and "you will get it within 5-6 days."

                                I flied from Delhi to Jabalpur on Air deccan flight number 505 dated 12/03/2008, my seat number was 7D. I purchased GS sun glass on inflight auction. I paid Rs650.00 cash to the crew Name Megha and I got receipt for the same. The receipt number is 406944 by AVA.
                                The intresting thing is when I want to know about this international brand "GS" as I was not aware of this new brand. The official website of Giromy Samony says they are not manufacturing any sunglasses as the product is not in their product list. When I furthure searched the GS sunglasses I found some Giromy samoni Pvt limited in Devli village (New Delhi) and another one is in Tuglaka bad. I was cheated on brand for less.

                                Dear friend please dont purchase any thing from Airdeccan flight or AVA merchandising pvt ltd. It is a cheat.

                                Monalisa Pearl Set--AVA Merchandising — Set not received

                                order was placed with AVA ON 6.2.2008 FOR THE PEARL-SET.Till date the set not received. Ref no.[protected] and Blue Dart no.[protected]. Various complains over phone did not yield any results.The sum Rs. 490 has been debited in my citi bank statement of February 2008. The product code is 802.
                                I was also cheated by AVA. I had ordered a Monalisa Pearl Set and I received the courier on 20 Mar 08. When I opened the box, box is emtry and there is no Monalisa Pearl Set.

                                I sent a mail as well as spoke to various AVA customer service (include Shveta who is their supervisor). My order ref. no is[protected]

                                She promised me to investigate and get back to me by Thursday, 27 Mar 08. (In all complaints against AVA, I see that every one is promised that Thursday some action will be taken)

                                Today is 2 April 08 and no response from them. When I called them, same answer that they are looking into it.

                                I am going to file a compliant against AVA in Consumer Court as Stanchart has already deduced the money from me for this set.

                                Amit kr basu of Kolkata had ordered AVA Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. for a Nokia mobile phone, but they supplied a Nokia N70 p after taking the order of Nokia N70 M (music version).

                                Monalisa Pearl Set — Earnings Damaged twice

                                I have placed the order in the month of Janyary 2008 for Monalisa Pearl Set and Louis Quartz Wrist Watch after that I have received Monalisa Pearl Set but earings were damaged, after the compalin the same was replaced in February 2008 but even that was damaged. Phtotgraph all 4 damaged earings were emailed to yoru comapny but but it seems that company's policy is not to reply to the customer. AVA comapny takes full money for the product and deliver the damaged product. Since January 2008 I must have done atleast 50 calls till now but still my problems is not resolved. Is their any responsible and sensible person in the company who can talk to the customer. One Mr. Ravi floor manager had promised that the replacement of third set of earings will be sent within 15 days but that is also false, he has even not botherred to ffed the same in the system and all the new staff who picks up calls in your call center are not able to reply the customers. I want to ask your Managing Director that is this your company's policy to harrash the customer. I have now decided to move to consumer court in Mumbai against your company for which all the expenses will have to born by your company.
                                I placed order to avamerchandising "order No[protected]" I didn't get the order no. until I dint call them three times. My amount was debited from my creditcard. When I called to customer care for the status of the order this product is not yet dispatched, even after one month. Whenever I am asking the status their answer is like this only these people are not even clear when they dispatch the product and not even creating complaint for my problem.                                 Monalisa Pearl Set — Order not delivered yet to me

In this regards I got a msg from AVA "ur order has been dispatched via vide AWB No. [protected]. expected delivery date 13 Apr 2008. For tracking visit www.bluedart.com" on 6th April 2008. When I tracked my product on Blue Dart site, I found that product was deliver to someone esle instead of me. Immediately I called customer care and intimate the issue. They said that they will contact the bluedart people and track the order and they will redispatch the product. they assure me that I need not to woory and I will receive my product by the next week. I wait for one more weak then call...each time I call I get same answer and excuese like earlier that they are co-ordinating with the bluedart, you will get your product by the next week. I have called several times say 20 times...but no result at all... Now you tell what should I do????????? Should I forget the order or call every week!!! If I'll not receive my product still I have to pay the EMI?

                                I've also in your group. I've ordered Philips DVD home theater for Rs. 6990/- and one Reebok sport bag cost of 500/- in the market but they calmed as cost of 1000/-. I booked the order on 14/10/2008 and received after 1.5 month on fallowed up regularly. The product was in damaged condition. Immediately I had contacted them with in 24 Hrs. and the told me go to nearer Philips service station.

                                When I went to service station he just denied taking the complaint. Again I called to AVA and they arrange for pick up. After fallowed up for last two month I received it yesterday but it was in worst damaged condition. I really got fed up. I warn them for consumer court the just took it cool. The same set of people which is mentioned in Abhinav's reply above was there. The language they are using also very arrogantly.
                                Really AVA is the big cheater & we need do something to save other future customers money. I am now getting the refund (don't know within how many days/months).

                                Now in the same situation i am to getting my product back i am calling you each week and i am getting same news that you will get this product in 4 to 5 working days with some reasons.

The brochure distributed in flight claimed that it is an italian unisex UV sunglass. On searching internet I found that it was manufactured somewhere in Delhi or Jammu.

                                Has airdeccan flying so low below Indian railway by allowing cheating vendors to loot passengers?

                                I wanted to buy that Ganesha Diya, fortunately I didnt buy it.
                                dont beleive AVA people they are fake, make sure u immediately file a complaint at your nearest consumer forum and get your product or money along with a suitable compensation, i have done the above and got my product along with my compensation, dont wait sue these people.

                                Coffee — faulty delivery

                                A consignment consisting of 2 packets of Coffee (in two packets of 1 kg each) was booked from Kalasa (Karnataka) for delivery in Hyderabad. Only one packet was delivered. This is a serious case of pilferage.

                                AVA merchandising — Non receipt of free gift

                                I had purchased a sony digital camera from the company under a tie-up with HDFC Bank credit card. The company was providing free gift (a reebok bag worth Rs.1099) along with purchase of the product. First of all I got the product very late. As far the free gift is concerned, I have not yet received it. I had placed the order for the product in February 2008.                                 This is very sadly I am briefing that I did booked 2 no of product from AVA Merchandising through phone on 15th Aug 2008. The guy (who booked the order) did inform me that "you will received the order with in 14 working day", but instead of 14 working days, 18 working days is all ready over and still I do not receive my ordered materials.

                                These people are simply cheating, with hdfc gold credit card i ordered blackberry, and i was forced to order another product LOUIS wrist watch for Rs.490/ by AVA stating that they have swiped by mistake in addition to blackberry order & if they refund the excess swiped amount it will take a long time, even after a month i did not recieved either item and keep calling AVA several times, you know what they do ..? they barr the phone numbers of the customers who call repeatedly .. yes its my experience, either they did not reply or they just put it on hold for as long as 1 hour and hung up. if any others are willing to come along with me am ready to take the signatures of the suffered and submit a memorandum to some govt institution and media who can take action and make public aware of this cheating, and moreover am thinking of severing all my accounts and cards with HDFC.

                                AVA Merchandising & HDFC — False commitment

                                This is regarding AVA Merchandising, i placed an order with AVA on[protected], ordering the Blackberry mobile instrument for which value is indicated Rs.5990/ and i was told that it has to be paid in 6 EMIs, each EMI amounts to Rs.998/-.next day on[protected] i recieved a call from AVA stating that the product ordered by me was out of stock and if i wish i can order for another upgraded version of the Blackberry mobile phone which costs Rs.8450/ and the EMI would be Rs.1498/- per month, i gave my consent and confirmed the order, next day on[protected] i recieved a call again from AVA stating that an amount of Rs.8490/- was swiped from my credit card instead of Rs.8450/-, they said that it was by mistake and for that they are offering me a LOUIS wrist watch for which i have to pay Rs.490/-, as they have swiped already Rs.40/- from my credit card in extra to the first orderd product, they will swipe Rs.450/- more and will send me the LOUIS wrist watch, the person who took the order assured that both the products will be delivered with in 14 working days along with a free gift (ladies wrist watch Louis brand). After lapse of 20 days when i did not recieved either of the products i made several calls to the provided numbers to enquire about the order, either i was kept on hold for more than 30 min each time on an std call or i was assured that the product will be delivered to me within next week, when i was asking repeatedly about the time when it will be delivered or making requests for cancellation of the order the person who was online either keep me on hold for a longer perion or hung without proper response. Feeling disguised with the response of AVA i made request to cancel both the orders on[protected], the person who spoke to me said that the orders will be cancelled and the amount charged will be refunded to my credit card account with in a period of 14 days, but to my surprise the EMIs for both the orders were reflected in my credit card statement, when i try to call AVA with my regular number from which i was making calls to them it was either not being connected or if connected it was disconnected immidiatly after i speak out the order number regarding which i want to talk, it is a clear indication that they have barred those numbers, it is for sure as when i try to call the same number from another phone it was connected, i tried this several times and assured mself that they have some provision to barr the numbers which they dont like to answer. these are the order numbers provided to me by the AVA.[protected] for Blackberry mobile[protected] for the Louis wrist watch

                                I have a very bad experience with this co. they gave me the complimentry gift Louis watch duplicate one & the other products which I ordered, they are saying out of stock, I placed the order on 22nd August & hey said within 14 working days i will receive the prduct but till date 12th sep no deliveries are made and even these customer care guys are making fool of customer by giving the false commttment & even false name too. If the product is out of stock, they should not take the order, they debited the amount on same day & no product delivery yet. nd their site tracking is poor no status display only the product information, We know wht we orderd but where is the product.                                 Ava Merchandising — Non-receipt of ordered products and fraudulent activity

                                I ordered for four products (Products and Codes:Digital BP Monitor(808), Victoria Jwellery Set and Watch (719), Polyrasin Fountain Buddha (913) and Monalisa Pearl Set(Code N/A) - Order No.[protected] on 31st July 2008. I was informed, after repeated long phone calls, that the products were despatched through First Logistics (Ref:[protected] on 9th August 2008. Since AVA Merchandising failed to deliver the products beyond a stipulated time, I requested for cancellation of the order on 08.09.08; and I was informed that the cancellation was made, although the executive did not give me any cancellation number. I was also told that the money against such order number will be credited to my SCB Credit Card Account. However, surprisingly, as on today the money has not been credited to my Card Account.

                                In the event, either AVA should make arrangements for re-despatching of the four products, or make neccessary arrangement immediately to refund me my money, amounting to Rs. 3, 730 to my SCB Credit card Account.

                                It appears that AVA Merchandising, which claims to be of highest standard regarding consumer service, has been worthless, failed to deliver proper service, and has taken fraudulent activity, which I think demands information be given to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch, Delhi.

                                i have placed an order of digital blood pressure monitor having product code no 808on 25/08/2008 having order no[protected] and they told me that i will receive that product with in 14 days till up to now one month gone and i have not recieved any product and the amount is also debited from my credit card in EMI. i have written 3-4 times mail to the company and called them more then 10 times to there coustmore care but i have not received any proper answer abt my product delievery. i donot know how they got an ISO[protected] when they are not obeying the ISO rules.

                                Dear all It is really a matter of disbelief that AVA Merchandising is cheating the people so fearlessly. I have also booked a kid laptop-1069 order No. CI108 on 30/09/2008, cost of item with delivery charges Rs.250 have been charged through Credit Card but I have not received the item.I have also applied Citibank (credIt Card) to investgate in the matter and do not charge for the item which I have not received, as all the credit card banks are endorsing the marketing of products through AVA and alike agencies, as such they are also equally responsible if consumers are cheated.
                                I am very consistent user of SBI credit card. Trust you will find positive transactions history on my relationship with SBI cards.

                                Few days ago I have received my card statement enclosed with a Scratch and Win voucher from SBI Cards and from the same I have won Reebok Bag worth Rs.1299 at special price of Rs.590/- only.

                                Since this offer was made from company like SBI Cards without any hesitation or sort of a doubt in my mind I had called up M/S AVA Merchandising Pvt Ltd to complete all formalities including payment of Rs.590 from my SBI credit card. At the same time AVA call centre agent successfully sold me Luis Quartz Watch worth Rs. 3990 at Rs.590 only. Again trusting on SBI I have ordered for that product also with payment of Rs.590/-.

                                I have received the delivery of Reebok bag yesterday - 10th November 2008 and observed that received Reebok bag is totally a DUPLICATE bag with no qualities of original Reebok product. This bag has no manufacturing details, country where the bag is been manufactured, product bar code, etc. Also material of this bag is a very low quality plastic with a very irritating odor.

                                Now I am terrified on even accepting the delivery of Luis Quartz Watch and I am sure this will also a duplicate product with low quality features.

                                I am really disappointed and surprise to learn that SBI Card is promoting fake products for its loyal costumers which is not accepted by customers like me as well expected from company like SBI. I would like to know how authorities of SBI Cards are going to take action on this issue and compensate me for my losses? Is SBI Cards interested in creating more and more dishearten bunch of customers with the help of AVA Merchandising Pvt Ltd?

                                Ava Merchandising — Shipment not made more than a month but product billed to my credit card

                                I had placed an order on AVA Merchandising product (order# ST1486) Laptop cum Overnighter bag on Nov. 29. I have been following up since then and everytime i call up the customer service, the info. i get is the product has been despatched and on the way. In mid Dec, after my continous follow-up i got the info. that the product has been wrongly delivered and that it shall be despatched immediately. I again started my followup and till now, i have not got the product. When i called today (2nd Jan 09), i was informed that the product shall be despatched on 5th Jan. This is going on and on. I am not being provided any senior personnel contact number at AVA. I have not got one courtesy phone call from them informing the status of the product or giving the despatch details. This is the worst customer service, i have ever seen. I would strongly advice Standard Chartered Bank with whom AVA have a tieup to stop advertising along with their credit card statement.

                                As per AVA merchants Company saying that it is ISO certified company, but the way they commits and the BAKWAS product they have i thinks so it is not certified company. I purchased a product but the product was not working due to this it get repaired but aging the problem same. NOW WHERE IS ITS STANDARD

Today on enquiring from AVA, they told that out of 3 orders, 2 have been despatched today only through DTDC. They have given me despatch no. D01597474 And 75. But on DTDC shipment position finder there is no record of such consignment.

                                I seriously doubt the authenticity of the products sold by AVA merchandising. They seem to be products from the streets of Chandni Chowk with an imaginary MRP of high amounts and imaginary high discounts which sound like a very good deal.                                 Very very poor service and commitment. Since 19.09.2009 when the material was booked till today (15.09.09) 2 months they have not been able to deliver the material. Money was charged through credit card 3 months back. Shame on AVA Merchandising. They are taking so much orders from customers but 90% customers are suffering because of non delivery of materials.                                 and today is 13/10/2008 but yet the product has not been delivered to.                                 AVA is a complete FRAUD. Every agent at the call center is most definitely trained to lie. Order no. is cc43. Due to non-delivery, I asked for a refund. The cheque is supposed to have been written out on the 3rd Oct & despatched through DTDC. The Docket No. is not recognizable even by the staff of DTDC!!!

                                Every time I call AVA, they need more "time" to sort this issue. People I normally speak with are Jenna (who specializes in promising a call back that never happens), Sonia Singh (who is happy to pass the buck on to someone else) & the floor supervisor Mr. Harmeet (who always needs more time to look into the issue). I have ordered this product through Tata Sky & I am disgusted with AVA. Surprising how a TATA company with high morals is associating itself with a Fraud Company like AVA!!!

                                you r right AVA customer care people are polite because they are working for there need but there managers are forcing them to give false comitment to customer.
                                Yes I also give order to AVA Sony Digital Camera on 24/10/2009, and second day is Sunday, So on Monday (26/10/09) I give a call to AVA that they cancell my order She Said Ok Sir we Cancell your Order, but Next day in the morning She call me and said that this could not cancelled because it is already forward.
                                Now what should I do they also take my money from my creadit card.

                                I had placed an order for TISSCOT watch through HDFC bank and my order no is HD 2758 on 30/09/09 (thru Mansi Madan ) but till date I have not received the watch and every time I contact them which is attended either by Saurabh Jain, Saurabh Gupta, Noor, Gautam and I get the same monotonous reply ( seems as pre recorded ) that the delivery shall be made within 5-6 days as the watch was out of stock.I dont know if and when I shall get the watch.
                                I purchased an MP3 player through my Citibank card [protected] . The product was delivered to me but was found to be defective . As per the advise of your officials I couriered it back . After some time I got a call asking me to optfor any other product . I opted for travel bags Qty 02 with some extra peyment . My complaint no is C/16/07/09/352 DATED 7/16/2009.kINDLY LET ME KNOW THE PRESENT POSITION.
                                Yes am facing same problem. They are not giving my money back. I booked my product on 5 june 09. They send faulty products twice after long follow up. After that I asked money back. They took my complaint. But till date I not received single rs from them. I thought they are Lootere. Cause they know you can't do anything against them. Basters sitting in office & using Call centre employee to attend the complaints. do one thing just give lot of gali through phone for personal satisfaction.

                                i am one among the people who is cheated by AVA Merchandising
                                i was ordered a swatch watch AYDS4010AG code-1063 (product code -HD3392)through HDFC bank on 20th nov 2009, i received the order on 07thjan2010 almost 50 days, i was disappointed, they sent some other model saying that the model you requested was out of stock, so we are dispatching you a another model, i have not informed about this decision taken by them,

                                i called ravi customer support guy, who spoke to me and i was asking him to refund my money and cancel the order, i am advised that they will call me after 24/48 Hr, still i am waiting for their response this peoples are cheating the public should sue this people

                                AVA merchandising — Product not delivered yet

                                My order number is HD2761. On 1st Oct 09 – I placed an order for following combo offers:

                                1. Swatch Ladies wrist watch (Model No. YLS 112) & FIDO ladies Hand Bag (Product Code – H095), &
                                2. Reebok Shoes (Size 9 – H094) & Reebok Sunglasses

                                Out of which I recieved the first combo which is Swatch Ladies wrist watch (Model No. YLS 112) & FIDO ladies Hand Bag but the Bag which I received was totally different (in terms of size, colour & looks) from the one which I received. So, I spoke to them for that & they said it will be exchanged. But the very next day, I got a call from other executive saying that they don’t have that purse with them so I have to order something else in place of this order. So, in place of that combo offer (which was returned back to them), I had to order something else (forcibly) & I ordered following products:

                                1. Transit Strolley Bag (28” inches). With this, 15” inches Transit Strolley Bag is free – Model No. TS01
                                2. Jewellery Watch Set (Product Code – T021)
                                3. Reebok Travel Bag for Rs. 200/-

                                BUT I HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED ANY PRODUCT AGAINST MY RETURNED PRODUCTS. After 2 mnths, they said you have to order some other product again & then, I ordered Verona Trolley Bag & requested to reverse my balance amount whihc they said will be done in 15-20 days. BUT AGAIN ITS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH NOW & I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY PRODUCT. EVERY MONTH, I AM PAYING THE MONEY (THROUGH CREDIT CARD) FOR A PRODUCT WHICH I HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED. HALF OF TEH MONEY HAS ALREADY GONE WITHOUT ANY PRODUCT.

                                So, you are requested to kindly help me out in getting my product & refundable money ASAP.

                                I have placed an order on Nov.18th, 2009 for a Swatch wrist watch Model no. AYDS4010AG Code-1063, Product code is H100. The order no. is HD3337. After several calls made to them, finally I got the product on Jan 5th 2010, but with a different product code ie YGS12006E with a code no.H068, where as I have ordered for code mentioned above.. I got shocked by seeing the product. Firstly I dint get the same product which I have placed an order for, secondly the one they have sent to me was pathetic, no one would like to wear that wrist watch. Its so ugly.
                                When I called them, they said they will lodge a complaint but I dint get any mobile confirmation regarding this. I again called on 13th Jan, they apoligised for the same and requested me to accept the order and offered me a BEAUTIFUL REEBOK travel bag worth Rs.300/-(beautiful according to them just like this wrist watch they sent me). When I dont like the product they sent to me and that was not my ordered one, why should I accept it. Mean while EMI of Rs.498/- got debited for consecutively 2 months from my HDFC Credit Card.
                                My only suggestion to all of you, Please dont beleive AVA Merchandising people, and help your friends and relatives too. They are a Big Big Fraud. i dont understand how come such a big organisations and banks like HDFC and SBI have got tie ups with such a fraud company.
                                I will file a complaint agianst AVA in Consumer court and seek my money back..

                                AVA — waiting for a Refund

                                I have orders a swiss watch form ava inthe month of november. As ther was delay in shipment i called and requested to cancell as the product was not shipped yet.
                                the advisor said will take a request to cancell the orrder and afeter few days i was suprised to see a mesage which confirms the shipment and after receving the product even more suprised it was totally a different watch with an apology letter saying the product is not available.If the product in not available why am i not informed abt it what is bbig deal in cancelling the order when it is not availble.

                                I called them and requeted to collect the product the advisor (AVA) asked me to adjust with watch as it is the same brand and same price.After making so mant phone call i spk to a floor manger Gourav who confimred that it will be taken back by courrier in 22 days it been a month noone has turned to collect the watch.

                                And every i call like hieghts of custmer service i get complaint number to my moibile phone and nothing happes.I dont know what to do. Pls advice.

                                I wish i had visited this website before i placed the order on AVA merchandising. I can clearly see that that AVA merchandising does not ever deliver materials ordered on them on time or provide information correctly.

                                I have ordered for a blackberry handset on 22nd of Feb.10 and as on date, which is 10th of Mar.10, i have no clue on the status of the shipment. Not to mention i have been charged for the same promptly by them.
                                same happened to me too...worst merchandiser...don't know why HDFC partnered AVA

                                I ordered UCB purse and Monolisa Perl set on 16th of jan, the commited for 21 days, , today is more than 2 months hvnt got anything, , and the alredy charge money from my credit card... There is no responce of complain .. they only gv complain #... Wish no one to deal with this co..No one is redy to transfer your call to supervisor too.This company Sucks
