Dear sirs

I have purchased a fully automatic watch of foce at chennai air port on 01/07/2014 vide invoice no 1094853 [] it was not working for even 8 hours and they replaced the watch at chennai airport on 06/07/2014 while returning to mumbai but result was the same [] it was not running for again for not even 8 hours [] i have lodged the complaint at their customer care office [ contact no[protected] ] vide complaint no ccbs2081 and their officer mr balbir singh [ contact no [protected] ] asked to me return back the product accordingly i have returned back the same vide tracking no[protected] & form no 0464, dated 07/07/2014 of fedex express and they also confirmed that they have received prouct [] since then i am going contacting mr balbir singh and other officials but every time i contact either they say the product has been despatched or the day i contact that day it will be despatched [] till now i have not received the product []

Now i want the cost of the product to be returned with due compensation for my mental agony, torture and harrassment which i received from them [] i request you to take suitable action agaist them and also black list them in all the air ports so that other will not get the same treatment and we can save our respect from foreigners

    Dear Sir
    I've received AVA merchandising coupon (copy attached) on board flight from Delhi to Hyderabad on 21.06.2014. Today I.e. 23.06.2014, I wanted to encash my offer at Hyderabad airport outlet of AVA Merchandising. Kindly note that a coupon is valid for a month. In the image, the coupon states June 2014.
    The peel & win offer states "congratulations! You won Swiss light his & her watch set 3098 AND Bluetooth speaker- colour choice is yours. " This may be kindly read with reference to the "AND".
    The counter as well as the Ava contact no.[protected], [protected] refuses to honour their coupon at the stated offer price of Rs.999/-. They state that the "AND" is appearing erroneously (printing mistake) and that it should have been OR.
    Also note that in the coupon only one product code is mentioned. It is a clear indication that Swiss light his & her watch and Bluetooth speaker are to be considered as one product (combo) for the purpose of this coupon.
    However, as a customer, I have a coupon which states X AND Y can be purchased at an offer price of Rs.999/-. Now, AVA merchandise states that I can get either X or Y at Rs. 999/-. They have refused to honour this coupon in its letter and spirit. This leads to consumer harassment.
    Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
    In case I don't get a satisfactory reply, I'll be free to approach Consumer Court/ other legal forums available for the appropriate redressal of the issue.

      Sir, I have purchased a Laptop Trolley backpack from your counterat Cochin International Airport, Domestic Terminal arrival hall, on 6thJune 2014 as per the invoice no 9WCOK-14129 along with few other items( the details of invoice attached). Regret to inform you that the LaptopTrolley Backpack were such a poor quality, which failed in the first useitself. Painful to not that I have used the bag, just to put my laptop, its accessories and only three files (which may come to the one fourth of the capacity of similar bags). The failure were in multiple locationsas shown in the attached photograph. Under these circumstances I am notinterested in the product and would like get my money refunded. Kindly instructthe cochin outlet to take delivery of the product and refund the amount. As Ihave paid through my credit card, you may arrange to refund the price of theLaptop trolley Backpack billed as Rs 2490.00 ( two thousand four hundred ninetyonly) through the card.         To The Director i/c Ava Merchendise New Delhi Sub: Cheating in the Ava shop at Port Blair Air Port. Dear Sir, I would like to report an incident that happened with me in the Ava outlet at the arrival hall at the Port Blair Air Port on 27.03.14. While flying in Air India flight no AI 787 from Kolkata to Port Blair with my family on 20.03.14 I had own a gift on spilling the cover on your discount coupon. But on arrival I found that the Ava outlet at the Port Blair air port was closed. An air port official advised me to collect the gift at the time of departure with permission of the security. Accordingly on 27.03.14 we visited that shop with the permission of the security after obtaining the Boarding pass, for which we were in a hurry too. We had chosen the product bearing code no 3070 which he agreed to deliver against the payment of Rs 1, 000/-. We then asked for another item with code no 2410 and wanted to know whether that could be got against another prize winning coupon for Rs 1000/- too. The shop keeper then created confusion – once he said it is possible then says no and created a mess, finally he gave the two products for Rs. 2, 989/-. I then asked for the cash memo at least twice but he did not give rather said that was not required as the security would not do anything - tell them that these were purchased from Ava shop. On return to the departure lounge again and after sometime on a thorough checking we found that he actually gave us the item with code no 2409 (JV 3000) instead of the item with code no 2410 (JV X 2550), the cost difference is Rs 590/-. I am sure he deliberately cheated us seeing us in a hurry, it was also his tricks not to give any cash memo so that he cannot be charged later. I reached my home at Guwahati only on 07.04.14 after touring Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata, hence the delay in making the complaint. I understand without a cash memo I cannot make any complaint but I would like to inform the authority that the man is a fraud please be cautious. Date: 09.04.14.           On 5-02-14I have purchased one FOCE watch from Goa railway station Branch. It was not running when i saw... Then i asked for replacement, they told to give in Mumbai Airport Arrival... I gave the watch n i asked for acknowledgement but he told no need... Now these people are teeling they didnt received any watch...How many times i called these people but they are not responding only. Even i couldnt enter to their outlet coz of security in the Airport. i m fed up of calling them...

              I had purchased a overnighter for my Husband from AVA counter at JAMMU few days back, since then around 5 friends have ordered to me and asked the details of AVA, as they also wanted to buy the same product, The price was Rs 3590.00, where as in market it is not available for less than Rs 5000.00. The product packaging was also very good

                My Name is Ravinder Attri. I have purchased One sky line Induction Cooker (Product Code 1937) and Nova Cordless Tea & Coffee maker (Product Code 1963) on 08/02/2012. I had not checked the product at counter. At home when I used the product at home I found that Induction cooker is not working. Immediately I informed to the customer care of the company. They have replaced my product within three working days on 13/02/2012 I got new Induction Cooker.

                  AVA Merchandising is a Cheat Company . They Charge you more than MRP Prices .I have Bought the a Trolley on 21st January 2012 via their Invoice No. JSBLR-11839 @ Rs. 2290/- .

                  Elegant Wooden-Made Beverage Trolley (JSCT JAN12-1801) : 1 No. @ Rs. 2290/-.

                  While The MRP Price for this item over the Carton is Rs. 1790/- only.

                  Both the invoice copy and MRP Sticker was attached and sent to their mail id Twice . Called up their Customer care no. twice with the standard Parrot answer :' we will get back to you' . Charging a customer over MRP price is a Punishable Offense under Indian Panel MRTP Act and I will be dragging these guys to Consumer Court !!

                    I traveled by Air India from Kolkata to Agartala on 31st July 2011. During the journey I was provided a scratch card of AVA Merchandising. After scratching I found that I have got a Paul Phillippe (Exact spelling on the card) wrist watch of original price Rs-34000 and I had have to pay just Rupees 699 to get that. After I purchased and told my brother about that, he told me that that was totally fake, because he has already purchased that watch on his last travel, as there is no such company or brand and the watch purchased from AVA is hardly of Rs 50 to 100 in the market, as it is just an imitation of the original brand. The original company/brand is Paul Philippe (not double "l" as in the fake one). I just want to ask how a big air company (Air India) is allowing this type of cheating to its customers?

                    I am baffled seeing this comment o[censored]rs. And increasingly sad, yesterday only I too have bought this watch. I was in hurry so I did not look at it properly, but now it looks like the dial is corroded. I there a way I could get my money back??? I am highly disappointed and would never want to travel by Air India again. :(
                    Same here but in "Jet airways". you can buy anything which is there in scratch card at same price 699 as i was told by the person who was in AVA stall. ALL FAKE STUFF . May be because of recession they are trying to pull more money for there staff.


                    Guys please help them "by buying fake product, all under Rs.699'

                      I have shopped a Blackberry 8320 on 21 Apr 2011 through JETAIRWAYS Flight no : 9W 2736 with 9999 rupees(Invoice No: JSBLR 5432) which seems to be used handset & moreover camera in handset were removed & covered with black sheet. I have registered the complaint on 22 Apr 2011 to AVA Merchandising & got the replacement from the Ritco Blackberry Customer Support on 12 May 2011. Still i am not happy with Handset which has more issue like panel seems to be duplicate, Handset is hanging, etc. I have all related document. So expecting your consideration lodging a complaint against them getting the justice for Consumer.

                      If any body can help me to give the latest telephone number of AVA Merchandising, Gurgaon. I placed an order for some household items with them one and a half months back & paid an amont of Rs.5000/-. Earlier, when I inquired about dispatch of the items they used to give some excuses, but for the last one week they are not attending the calls also. If any body have their right contacts like contact person, telephone no., cell no. etc., pls provide. Thanks
                      I just placed an order for a watch for my daughter, i hope i dont face the same problem. Their numbers are:[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. I called on the last number and got through in the first shot.

                      AVA merchandising — CHEATING by AVA merchandising

                      AVA merchandising is probably a fraud company. it was associated with ICICI, i got a paper along with my credit card statement about this fraud company, not knowing that it is fraud company i purchased one dinner set and they took the money from the ICICI credit card and i didn't receive the product even after 3 months ., so i cancelled the order and they said the money will be returned to the credit card, now it 4 months after the cancellation and they haven't done anything , now if i call the tall free number i hear a song only , will not be able to contact any human being in the company. I don't thing such a company exists. Only ICICI has to be blamed for this and why did they send the pamphlet containing the products and advertised that they will be associated with that company. anybody will believe if it is done thru ICICI. The CEO of ICICI should take necessary steps to stop this fraud and return the money to the customers.

                          I flew Jet Konnect, AVA merchandising had tied up with this airline and had a in-flight promotion where we had to bid and collect the product on dis-embarking the flight. I arrived in Mumbai airport, armed and happy with my BID, collected my black berry paying rupees 10,099 through credit card. I was on an onward journey, the black berry could never be re-charged - on checking it was found that the entire hand set was a fake. Now, AVA merchandising is neither contactable nor reachable through email. I am exploring options of filing a case in the consumer court. first of all WHY DID JET AIRWAYS tie up with such a fraudulent company, ICICI too had tied up earlier i heard, why do reputable organisation tie up with such BAD ORGANISATION. Both these organisation have in FINE PRINT that they are not responsible for these promotions, BUT THEY ARE THE ONE INDUCING the consumers....paise bhi gaye aur chen bhi, as someone stole 10k right under my nose....                           Hi Francis,

                          Even I am a victim of this fradulent scheme run by AVA merchandising in collusion with Jet. My story is exactly similar and the set is not functional. And there is no recourse either.

                          Firstly, I think it was negligence on my part on not checking the handset properly and blindly trusting the vendor.

                          That said, it's unfortunate that there is no response from AVA merchandising. And, a reputed organization like Jet Airways associates itself with such fradulent partners and promotes their offereings.

                          Not only are they duping the customers on the price front but also on the quality and the product.

                          I am not sure what I can do but I'd like to initiate some action against this.

                            Please be informed that I have placed an order Swiss Military Overnighter cum laptop bag 0n 23 June 2010 the company AVA Merchandising was promoted by ICICI Bank through credit card statement. The product has not been delivered till date and request for refund is also not made.
                            This company has cheated many customers and hand in glove with ICICI Bank credit card department, We in the present world are still being cheated by such companies which survive on fraud and also these Company gets promoted by banks like ICICI who deliberately cheat the public its time that such organisation are removed from operation on clauses of fraud and cheating and the management are prosecuted.

                                Dear Sir,

                                During the month of February I have seen a display of Coffee Maker on Tata Sky active mall. I shown my interest to have such one. Accordingly M/s AVA Merchandising Agency, Delhi have contacted me and took the order I made payment of Rs.4490/- on 17Th February and the Coffee Maker which was to be received to within 10 working days has not received in time, after making so many phone calls made by me at last they sent a coffee maker

                                The coffee maker sent by them was in fully damaged condition, intensively they sent dispatched a damaged piece only, because it was packed in thermocoal moreover the original cartoon was again put in another big cartoon. This cartoon was sent through air cargo service and surprisingly there is not a single scratch or damage on cartoon. It shows that they have sent damaged coffee maker only.

                                Again with so many phone calls they asked me send the coffee maker to their address accordingly I sent the coffee maker by paying the courier charges of Rs. 500/-, and after delay of about a month or so the coffee maker received back this time it was also partially damaged piece which is negligible, I got it repaired by applying some Fevicol and Feviquick.

                                I put it for use it has worked for almost one month,not even a month, the coffee maker stopped working. Again there was a big conversation with the firm for months together with CV ( Miss.Soniya, Miss. Vandana and Mr. Amit ) and with technical team head Mr. Dharmendar.I asked Mr. Dharmendar that there are only two major parts like 1.Heating element 2.Pump & to send those parts to me for which I shall make the payment.In later days they were very reluctant to speak in this matter.

                                I became very wild and said that you are constraining me approach consumer forum, then they said that in Bjapur there is no pick up arrangements by their courier people if I can send the coffee maker Hubli from where it will be taken back. Accordingly I sent the coffee maker securely packed to my relative and intimated to them. Further the courier people lifted the coffee maker on[protected] .

                                Further after so many calls the coffee maker received on 16th of Sept, as I was to leave for Char Dham Yatra on same day I could not test it. After returning from Yatra my first job was to test the coffee maker as the AVA merchandising is not trust worthy. and dream came true the coffee maker in question did not work.From last of 6th Oct. I am in constantly in touch with them as well as with E-Mails also. Once they take 48 Hrs. time, once they say Mr. Dharmendra will contact me, once they say Mr.Dharmendra left the job.Lastly on 14th I asked Miss Vandana regrading this issue and Miss Vandana said within 48 Hrs. problem will be solved. Again when I tried to speak to Miss. Vandana she could not speak to me.

                                  Hi,

                                  Based on the Offer pamphlets enclosed along with my Platinum Credit card statements from Imy Bank,I had ordered for a Berg tandoor through online seller in the month of June'2010 (21st June'2010 ). I have been told at the time of booking that, My order will be received in 21 working days. its was more than 2 months and I haven't received my order. I have made several calls to their customer care (Ph Number: [protected]), every time I call them they say that my order will be dispatched in next week. When I asked them to cancel the order also, they said it'll take one month for the process.I have asked them to cancel(on 21st July) and credit the amount back to my credit card ,but till date it has not been done.

                                    I gave an order for United Colors of Benetton wrist watch Order No. IC25429 to AVA Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. on 30th April 2010, As per their terms and conditions they gave me 21 days time for the delivery of the product and for which they deducted Rs. 990 (Price of the product) + 100 (Shipping Charges) from my credit card.
                                    Till date they are just postponing the delivery by giving me some non-sense reasons. I am really frustrated. Please Help.

                                    (I received their pamphlet i.e product catalog with my ICICI Bank Credit card statement.)

                                      I have ordered Watch and Jwellery from AVA Merchandising Catalogue Pvt Ltd catalogue which I received with my ICICI Bank Credit card statement on 29th Jun'10 by telecalling. My credit card was debited for the order. I had ordered 3 products, out of which I have received 1 watch per my order, 1 watch I have ordered was not per my order and even was not in working condition. I have made complaint about that in the Company and ICICI Bank, Company tele caller agents asked me to courier it to their place. I have couriered the product on 24th August'10 and Company agents have confirmed me the receipt of the watch.

                                      My complaint is till date I have not received the 3rd product I have ordered i.e. Jewelry Box, and the watch in replacement of the order which I have return to them,
                                      Company have closed down there many telephone lines and even they are not replying my emails.

                                      Request you to please take the action against the same.

                                      i had ordered one watch and it was through the offer from citi bank credit card .myorder no is[protected] dt-13/02/ 09 total value is 600/- order was place to the online shopping co deal4all(compact international mumbai)

                                      I have booked ( Wrist watch and reebok shoes,and sunglasses) order vide Order no.HD4048 on 23rd December’09, that your customer care executive insured me goods will be delivered within 10 days from date of booking. My all goods still not received by me, and EMI debited in credit card statement, .

                                        Based on HSBC special offers by AVA Merchandising, I have ordered for DE'Monte Dinner set (101 pieces) for an offer amount of Rs.3,190/- on 8th July 2010 thru toll free number for which payment already made thru HSBC credit card. But, almost 2 months over, same was not received by me. For my various complaints with AVA merchandising thru phone calls, repeated answers like... within a week you will be getting and no stock. Hence help me to get the product positively.

                                        I have also booked the same product using ICICI credit card. They did not deliver the product within the promised time period. Whenever I tried to contact them, the reply was that it was a "product procurement problem". So I cancelled the order on 22 September 2010. Their customer care official assured that the refund will be done within 75 days. But I have not received that yet.
