I have buyied a hottech 3270 bluetooth wireless stereo headphone (Blue) from kolkata airport. After coming home i found it was not working even after charging the device does not gets on. Only the light is blinking and gets off again. I have even called the customer service number and have lodgeg a complain. And the biggest prblm the counter boy did is he made the bill with my girlfriend's name as she was also travelling with me. Kindly help me to get a replacement or money back.

hi ! i bought the hottech wireless headphones from the mumbai airport but they do not function properly. There is loads of cracking noise/disturbance while on the phone call and the radio does not work.

    I had purchased this item from mumbai airport on 8th nov'17. This was used for some 4-5 occasions only. Now whenever i start it, it automatically gets off after few seconds. I recharged it for recommended 8 hrs. But still the problem remains same.
    Kindly get me the replacement at the earliest.

        Dear sir/madam,

        I have ordered swatch watch (Product code - c148) the payment of rs. 3696 was made on 9th may 2010 for rs, 3696 debited from my citi bank credit card. Initially the call centre used to say the watch is out of order and it will take some time, slowly the wait kept longer and longer. Finally after few months the call centre no. Was discontinued and i left any hope. But some days back i saw the name of ava merchandising again and need my money back.

        I request your help in resolving above issue at the earliest. I have all the relevant documentary proofs with me.

            Purchased a herman hansen belt and wallet set from ava store at pune airport, around three months ago. I purchased it considering the fact that it was a norwegian company and the belt and buckle really looked good. I infact bought it only to use it for formal occassions and so only used the belt very sparingly. To my utter dismay the outer layer of the belt cracked and is visible if i try and wear it. Since i still believe that it was an odd incident that i got a defective piece i would like a replacement of the same..

              Hi i purchased this hottech smart fitness wrist band from pune airport on 10 december 2016. It was my husband's birthday so i wanted to gift him as my family was waiting outside the airport. When i brought it home and unpacked it, it wasnt having any usb cable. The contents of the box are also not mentioned on it. Now when i charged it with our own usb cable, its not charging only. It is really a defective piece. I had bought many items earlier also from airport, but to my shock this is the first product which is not functional.

                I had purchase the same in the month of august from delhi airport to gift someone and now the watch is not getting started even when i charged it (Charging was done with the usb cable provided in the box) this was a very embarrassing moment for me that i gifted someone a defective product
                Didn't expect that to happen

                    The sample shown to me for the speakers was working perfectly fine... But the product given to me doesn't turn on properly and even if it does the bluetooth doesn't get connected and even through the aux cable the music doesn't play... The light colour doesn't change... The speakers as a whole doesn't work. What am i supposed to do? How can the speakers be made to work and if that is not possible i'd like to return the product.

                    Please share your transaction and register contact number and We would like to inform you that please charge the device 2 to 3 hrs, after powering on a long tap is required to light up the device then double tap would change it to red colour then again single tap is required to set the device on 1 single colour and if you double tap again it would change all six colors automatically.

                        I purchased a shaver/ trimmer from delhi airport on 3rd october. However, i had gifted the same to some one and now i have come to know that it is not working. There is no warranty card either in the pack although i was told there is a 6 months warranty. Kindly let me know how you will replace this faulty device. I am surprised that jet airways has a tie up with such a useless merchandising company.                           Based on jet airways ava marketing offer in flight, i purchased hottech bluetooth watch in ava outlet at mumbai airport on 10 oct 2017
                          I tried to charge the watch but there is isuess of charging this device. I want cash back asap or replacement of product asap.

                              I have purchased a hottech bluetooth speaker with led light and as per the specifications on the product and as explained by the sales guy, the speaker has fm radio functionality. However it doesn't seem to work. The lights are working, the bluetooth works. However the radio does. Also there are not instructions on how to turn on the radio except for the mode button on the speaker. After changing the mode to the fm voice mode, i am unable to tune to a specific frequency. How do i do this and if it still doesn't work, how are you making sure that you are giving me a replacement??

                                This is to inform you that i have purchased one of the same on 20/08/2017 from your store in the delhi airport. I came from mumbai on that day. The product is hottech smart ftness bank. The box dinot had the usb cable for getting it charged and also there is no manual to operate. I did try with other usb's but it never got charged. Kindly arrange for replacement asap.

He is a fraud and debited an amount by mentioning that Rs 10 has to be debited from my account, where in he has wrongly debited Rs 10000/- by taking the CVV number and then now he has again tried to debit from my account .                                 Purchased from AVA shop @ banaglore airport on 12 Aug 2017 Bill No 2123884 Only LED light working, the blue tooth speaker, FM radio and other NOT WORKING.

Power itself is not coming to the piano while switching ON. even I have tried with batteries. It was not working.                                     I have bought the bluetooth speaker from ava retail outlet located at indore (M. P.) airport.

                                    Its been less than a month and i am facing the connectivity issue and the tap sensor issues. When i called your customer service number they asked me to pay 250rs for pickup charges..??

                                    Its not even the one month and the product has a problem and while purchasing your people are sharing wrong info of 6 months free service warranty. Let me know why the false information is being shared and there are no terms and condition mentioned while purchasing your product.

                                    Since its not even a month and your product has issues, what i can suggest you that i will return the product and you return my money as i am not ready to pay any # charges.

                                    Please resolve this issue or i will take this issue to another level where false information and false promise have been shared to the customer.

                                      I am not able to change the Color of LED light of the speaker and I am also not able to play the FM on it. It has got connected to Bluetooth but FM is simply not working at all. Please give me your customer care contact number and your shipping address where I can send the speaker back because it is under warranty period.
