Dear AVA Team,

I have placed an order for a leather handbag (product code : i109) worth Rs 1990/- on 26/06/2010.. The money was paid the same day.. The delivery TAT promised was 2 weeks, but its 37 days now i've still not got the delivery for the aforesaid product.. Regular follow-up on mail and through calls have been done from my end, but to no avail.. Everytime they promise that the delivery would happen next week.. you guys have tested my patience to its best.. Its high time that the delivery happens asap or else i would be compelled to file a legal case against your firm.. I would ensure that all your tie-ups with the banks (payment gateway) would be put on hold..

Expect revert and delivery asap..

    Sub: Cancellation of my order No.IC 25240

    I had booked the following order your Gurgaon office on 18.04.2010 against my ICICI Credit Card and the following amount was debited in my account on 18.04.2010:

    At the time of booking your officer have confirmed the material will be supplied with in 25 working days from the date of booking.

    a) Wrist watch Rs. 990/-
    b) Combo Home Theater with DVD (PHILIPS) Rs.5,990/-
    (Order No. IC 25240)
    c) Packing and forwarding charges for wrist watch Rs. 200/-
    d) Packing and forwarding charges for combo Rs. 300/-

    Within 15 days I had received the Wrist watch through courier at my home address. But still on date I have not received the “PHILIPS Combo Home Theater with DVD ” on so many reminders to your office and when ever every time I asked to talk any seniors, but no one has to be contacted on Toll number[protected]:

    When I have booked the material even not dispatched from office till date when the undersigned hardened money transferred to your account.

    As on call the individual has asked the stock is to be arriving within week’s time and we will dispatch as the earliest as soon possible.

    On 14.07.2010 Ms.Sarla has pick up the call and she CONFIRMED that the combo is on stock and will be dispatch positively on 25.07.2010 and will be get the material within week. Today I have called to check the status of combo by Ms Deepika has now confirmed that still there is “NO STOCK”.

    Now it is too much time has linger on by your office, hence you are advised to kindly CANCELL my order and REFUND the money against combo Rs.5990 + Rs.300 = Rs.6,200/- at the earliest,

      I have booked the online order through ICICI credit card to AVA Merchandising and asked for a Swatch wrist Watch for Rs 1990/-.They have send it by courier and when i opened the packet i did't find the warranty card of Swatch Watch.I called them 5-7 times but they said your bill is just like warranty card.but every product has a warranty card.And why they are not sending me this warranty card.

        Complaint: I ordered Blackberry 8830 on 3rd March 2010 through Credit Card EMI Payments at AVA Call Center, My Order number is HD6271, They committed me within 21 Days they will deliver the product.

        But as now 4 + months passed, i still not get any product, when i caller up at their call Center they will not give any satisfactory answer for delivery of product, they always said "sir, we have not any information about this".

        On 13th April I received a confirmation mail from their team leader regarding my refund for product, he committed me my money will credit in my account within 30 days, when i called up on 17th May at their call centers for refund status they confirmed me we didn't receive any request for refund, again on 17th May i gave required for refund, the gave me timeline for refund 45 days, then on 23rd June when my refund timeline period is going to completed within 4 5 days, they called up and told me sir we will give you Blackberry curve instead of Blackberry 8830, we will dispacth this product within in 2 days, after that i am continuoulsy following up with thei Customer care Executiv, neither they confirm about the delivery of product and neither these guys refund my money.

        Please help to resolve this issude on priority.

        AVA Merchandising Pvt. Ltd — Refund not getting

        I have received a booklet with my ICICI Credit Card Bill saying that a product called Digital
        Pocket Recorder is cost 1950Rs. And the booking telephone number is "[protected]".

        I booked that Product and the company is AVA Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. on 1st week of June 2009,
        and i got a order No.IC19213. They told me that i will receive the product with in a week by First Flight
        Courior. And immediatly they deducted a amount of Rs2020 from my ICICI Credit card.

        Till August i did not received the product and i called up to the support team on 18th Aug
        on [protected]. They said i will get the part with in a week or so.

        26Aug2009 Sourabh Jain He said i will receive the product with in the weekend, because they says when couriour guy came nobody was at my address, but in my place there are 4 courior company located and i have checked with all of them by my name and address whether there is any courior in my name and address. But i got the answer that from June to till that date there is no courior in my name is recived them.

        01Sept2009 Noor He requested me to wait for another 1 week as they are sending the product again.


        08Sept2009 Ankita When i asked about the product they said it is out of stock and they said me to choose another product. But there were no product for the same amount if it is more then i need to give more money. So i choose to get my money back. they assured that with in 21 working days i will get the money back.And they said i will get a call from the account department with in 48 hours But till this date (26nov2008) no calls received.

        14Oct2009 Noor Says i will get the money surely by before 10nov2009. Said i will recive cheque only, they wont re-direct the money to my ICICI Credit card.

        12Nov2009 Sourabh Jain said final date that i will recive my money by 20Nov2009.

        26nov2009 Ankita said we can not commit when can you get your money. Our account department or senior will call you within next 48 hours and will tell you the date.when i asked tell me the exact date she just kept silent, i told her that i am recording all the calls and i have noted all the dates and names she disconnected the phone. Again i called now another Girl picked the phone.

        26Nov2009 Nikita She also said NOBODY can commit when can i get my money. She said senior will (2nd call) call me within 48 hours. And she made this is a special case.

        As i searched about the company, AVA Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. i got many same complaints about this company and everyone says AVA Merchandising is CHEATING THE PUBLIC.

        Kindly take any action.

          This is to inform you that THE EMPLOYEE OF ava merchandising ON THE DOMESTIC AIRPORT OF MUMBAI robbed me of my products after he sold them to me, he showed me the products but took out 2 things from it once he had sold it to me and did not place all the purchased products in the shopping bag, I had bought a jewellery set wid a watch, he took out the watch from the box, also I bought a swiss military cabin bag and a watch was free with it, he flicked the watch. I realized all this when i reached home and took out the gifts.
          I traveled by JET LITE on 2/7/10 and the flight time was 20:50, my flight no was S2 120,BOOKING REF 2V5WSX.
          I want my missing products which are a ladies watch which comes with the jewellry set and the men's watch with the bag.
          Please try to take some strict action against these kind of companies who rob innocent travelers. it was very disheartening to find out about these things. its a shame on them.

            In the month of May 2009 I have placed a order to AVA merchandising for a prodect MP9. I recieved product on time but due to not properly working i complaint at AVA customer care. They pick the product and after repair i got product back, even then that was not working. by again complaint at customer care i request to refund. As per concern executive i send back MP9 at AVA office. After that i called at cusomer care unlimited tines even i maild unlimited times at customer care as well as MD of the company, till now June 2010 i have not recieved my refund. Now please sugest me what should I do.

            I have purchased the same PRODUCT MP9 and got within 3 days while their commitment was for 7 days and I am really impressed with their fast delivery. After few months i accidentally dropped MP9 on the floor and it became unusable and i called their customer care to replace my product even though it was my fault but they still agree to replace. I am completely satisfied with them.

              i treveled from jetlite airlines on 15 feb 2010. during my delhi to ahmedabad flight S2-0123 company offered scratch and win a product at Rs 599.I wined one of the product and I send my request with cheque (ICICI bank) on 17 feb to Haryana office address. Same money was deducted from my account on 19 march , but i didn't received any product yet now. when i contacted with company , they said send bank proof to show my deduction.After mailing my account statment, they are not giving any responce.

              AVA merchandise — not returning money

              Hi sir
              I have placed an order( ic 25725 ) for a kodak digital camera with ava merchantise through phone using my icici credit card no.[protected] [protected]on the month of may 2010 since they did'nt delivered on time i cancelled the purchase order(c/31/05/10/006) on may31st 2010 they told it will repay it within 40 days to my credit card but still they did'nt repaid me, so again called they told again wait for 30days pls find me a solution.

                WE HAVE BOOKED AN KODAK DIGITAL CAMERA THROUGH HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD.
                IT WAS OFFERED BY AVA MARCHANTISING COMPANY BY PLACING AN ADVERTISEMENT ALONG WITH OUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT WHICH OFFERS 6 EQUAL MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS FOR PAYMENT MODE.
                WHEN ORDER PLACED ON 10/10/09 WITH ORDERNUMBER HD2890... IT WAS NOT DELEVERED YET BUT THE PAYMENT WAS TAKEN THROUGH CREDIT CARD. INSPITE OF NUMBER OF REMINDERS THE SAME ORDER WAS AGAIN REVISED WITH NEW ORDER NUMBER HD6408 IN MARCH 08 2010.

                CALLS WERE MADE THRICE A WEEK TO CUSTOMER CARE[protected] BUT SAME REPLY IS BEING GIVEN EVERY TIME. ( IT WILL BE DISPATCHED WITHIN 2 DAYS ).

                  I got a AVA merchandising catalouge with the HDFC credit card statement. Beleiving it to be genuine, since we got with HDFC, i have ordered 2 blackberry phone worth 26,980 on 25 Feb,2010. But still i have not received the product. When i call the AVA merchandising they are saying that the software is down and cant get the status. They are also not cancelling the order. But i was deducted 26,980 on the day 1 from the credit card. I contacted the HDFC customer care and they adviced me to pay the first month emi to avoid late payment fees and they will try to get the product or revert the money back and that emi can be adjusted with my other bills. I am contacting the HDFC customer care daily for nearly 1 month and they are telling their marketing team is working on this. But they still didnt give a valid response. I even have raised a complanit in HDFC grievences cell. They arWe ordered the product in AVA only because we got the product info through hdfc bank. Why the bank is supporting such fraud dealers? Its a benefit to the bank and the dealer and we customers are the ultimate losers. I am going to file a case against the HDCF bank for supporting such fraud activities

                  AVA merchandising — DEFECTIVE SUPPLY

                  I ordered for one Kitchen Queen brand Toaster (Product Code 931) and was given Order Confirmation No.[protected]. The amount of Rs. 490 along with delivery charges was charged to my ABN Amro Credit Card. The product was delivered but I found that there was a manufacturing defect. The toaster did not function at all. I complained on 2nd July, 2008 and explained the fault. I was assured that the product would be replaced within 3 weeks.
                  I have got no response after that. Attempts to contact their call centre are in vain as they keep me on hold for endless minutes till I am forced to disconnect.

                  Need your help for a solution to this.

                  AVA merchandising/Blackberry — Defective mobile phone

                  I had purchased a blackberry 8100 mobile phone through AVA Merchandising vide thier invoice AMC/41121`dated 14jun2009.

                  The subject handset was supplied and was defective the same was informed to the company representative telephonically on the 06 jul 2009 one Mr Noor attended the call and the company promised to get the set replaced within 14 days.After numerous complaints to AVA Merchandising the set was collected on 09 jul 2009 for replacement/ repairs and has not been returned to date.

                  The company representatives do not give a satisfactory reply nor do they provide any other telephone number on which query's can be posted / addressed.

                  Details of AVA Merchandising are as given below

                  AVA merchandising/Blackberry — Delay in delivery

                  This is a complaint regarding delay in delivery of product ordered at AVA merchandise using the catalogue given by HDFC.

                  I placed an order for a Blackberry mobile on Mar 18 2010 using the HDFC credit card. Since then I'm disgusted with the response and services from AVA to say the least. The product was supposed to be delivered within 21 days but no one at AVA has any idea about the transaction but they were smart enough to charge me the first EMI on my card. This is preposterous and not only absolutely irresponsible but also immoral on their behalf.

                  I'm calling them 6 times a week but the persons answering the calls from AVA have different answers every single time and they keep deferring the date on which the product is supposed to be dispatched/delivered. When asked for a transaction ID to track the process they are clueless and we are left waiting for the product to reach us, also very uncertain about what is happening. The only thing we have is an Approval Code but this is of no use because this reference makes no sense to them and their answers are always inconsistent.

                  It is shameful that HDFC has authorised a merchandise like AVA whose services could not be any poorer. Also how HDFC has allowed them to charge the first EMI without me knowing anything about transaction status is questionable and reflects recklessness on HDFC's part. Already the first EMI has been charged on my statement dated 03/04/10, the due date of which is 23/04/10. So this means payment has been initiated but still nothing has been done regarding the validity of product delivery.

                  I was shocked to learn that I'm not the only person suffering from this indifference towards customers. Here is another person grieving why he placed his order using this catalogue - http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/ava-merchandisingblackberry-c371851.... . I'm sure there are several other people who have been duped into ordering this Blackberry in this method.

                  It looks like HDFC has no care whatsoever towards its reputation and therefore they think it is alright for them to ignore these things and continue to tie up with stupid merchandises like AVA. I hope something is done towards both the status of my order and delivery of the product. Otherwise this would be purely considered as fraud and HDFC - an accessory before the fact (despite whatever legal tripe HDFC might come up with to ignore or negate this).

                    With HDFC Credit card Statement if found catalog of AVA MERCHANDISING, I found it trustworthy enough to order for Blackberry mobile phone Product Code H128 with six month EMI . The product was to delivered with in 21 days and the order was placed on 24/02/2010 . The AVA MERCHANDISING CO. had received the full payment of RS12990.00 on the same day that is 24/02/2010 and the amount Rs 2165 as first E.M.I. was also debited from my account. And now without receiving the product Iam made liable to pay E.M.I. This is a breach of agreement on behalf of the company as they took the money for the thing they have not delivered, I contacted the company on 16/03/2010 for complaining the same. They assured me to call within 24 hours but to no avail they didn’t call, didn’t give response to my persistent calling. This is an unnecessary harassment and if HDFC BANK is having tie up with such a fraud company and your customer have to go through such things then HDFC integrity and credibility is becoming questionable and if no action is taken on such a company it would free to such fraud with other customer as well. If your customer have to go through such ordeal I think it is time to look for other options in Banks if no timely action is taken and my money is not refunded urgently.

                      I wanted to lodge a complaint against AVA merchandising. This company does impulsive marketing of there products with attractive prices and position themselves very smartly with ones Credit Card bills.

                      I just enquired about a Blackberry Handset from them. They told me that the delivery happens within 21 days of order placed. I placed them the order but as I havn't recived the product after 23rd day I cancelled the order.

                      But to my surprise its being charged again & again on my credit card. The Customer Care sitting there tells a diffrent story every time that it will be done within one week. I have spoken to them not less than 60-70 times but every time the same crap is heard. And now these customer care have started taking diffrent names of themselves.

                      I asked them:-

                      Your Boss no,.........reply was "No....we can't give".
                      Your office address...... reply was "No....we can't give".
                      Your office board no ........reply was "No....we can't give".
                      When I case will be cleared..........reply was system not working from last 7 days so we are helpless.

                      Its rediculous. I am still fighting with them after 60 days of this forgery happend with me.

                      All these companies should be banned for betraying the consumer.

                      Please help me..............

I do not want other people to get cheated the same way. I feel mentally drained and insulted to have been the victim. Kindly take action against the people.                         AVA MERCHANDISING / HDFC bank — Product not delivered

                        I, Santosh Kr. Salampuria, am a HDFC /bank Credit card holder.
                        I had ordered a product from AVA Merchandising on the 1st of June in the EMI scheme, the catalogue being circulated by HDFC bank.I would like to stress that even on repeated enquiries from my side and assurances from their side, the product is not yet delivered.Here I would like to remind you that the catalogue boasts of a 14-day delivery period.
                        I hope that you understand the mental harassment and embarassment that I have gone through since the product I had ordered was a gift for someone special and going by the name that HDFC carry, I thought that the same will be delivered as assured.
                        Also, the EMIs are being regularly debited from my account.There seems to be no conscious effort from the side of bank or the said merchandising group to fulfill their commitment as was seen from their responses.
                        We, as consumers really feel helpless to such callous attitude of the merchants.Kindly help us out.

                          Dear Sir / Madam,

                          Sub: Refund Cheque of cancelled Order got bounced.

                          On 6th June 2009, i had placed an Order for 3 products under Order No. IC18335, the payment of which was made in advance through my ICICI credit card. After one month i received 2 products, however, the third product was not delivered. On several complaints i was told that the third product is out of stock. So on 2nd July, i cancelled the order for the third product and asked for a refund of Rs. 7200/-. The product was a Philips combo DVD player. I had to repeatedly call the customer service department of AVA Merchandising for my refund and every time, i only got a complaint number. I was dejected and felt cheated.

                          Then one day i got my refund cheque from AVA Merchandising for Rs. 7200/-, cheque number - 051285 dated 27th Oct 2009, drawn in Axis Bank Ltd, signed by the Managing Director - Mr. Anil Sharma of AVA Merchandising. Since my payment was made through my ICICI credit card, the refund cheque was drawn in favour of the credit card. This cheque got bounced and my bank issued me a memo stating that the cheque is bounced for ' insufficient funds'. I lodged my complaint several times to AVA on this. Complaint No. C/24/11/09/061 dated 24th Nov 09, Complaint No.[protected] dated 26th Nov 09, Complaint no. C/14/01/10/077 dated 14th Jan 10, Complaint No. C/29/01/10/085 dated 29th Jan 10, and finally last complaint No. C/09/02/10/130 dated 9th Feb 2010. All these complaints were lodged to ask for my refund as the cheque got bounced. None of my complaints were attended and not even once. I FELT BEING CHEATED AND HELPLESS.

                          In order to avoid my loss of hard earned money, i decided to place another order against my money lying with AVA Merchandising. However, they have refused to accept any fresh order against this money that is not refunded to me. This is strong case of intensional cheating - first delaying the refund and then boucing the cheque which is breach of trust and is an offence as per law.

                          I need your help in getting my refund and to expose such organizations unethical business practices of cheating customers.

                          AVA merchandising — No Refund

                          Due to misleading informantion about a product which I ordered and Paid (through ICICI bank credit card)for, I cancelled the order and AVA later
                          promised to send refund cheque (8500.

                          Now they are intentionaly delaying the refund from last 2-3 months
                          Whenever I call them or send Email they promise to deliver the refund cheque
                          with in next 5 days.They are doing this from last 2-3 months.

                          My bank ICICI is charging EMIs from me beacuse AVA didnot transfer back the paid amount online.

                          Now I am seeking legal remedy for the same through

                          2. court/attorney notice.My point is that this litigation process is time efforts and money consuming Still I am opting for compensation due to harassment, litigation, disturbance.

                            I bought a BLACKBERRY Pearl (8100) from them (Invoice # AMC/19596, Order # IC13275) on 7-May-2009 which started giving problems after a few days, probably in September so I called them several times for the same (Few Complaint numbers: C/23/10/09/113, C/18/11/09/020) and every time they kept on saying that they will arrange a pickup but wasn't done for a long time. Finally they picked it up after like 40-45 calls via AWB # D[protected]DTDC Courier) on 23-Nov-2009 and since then they are not giving any reply nor even returning the same handset, as a result I don't have the product I paid for. When I call them for the status, they say that they will arrange a call back (for more than 20-25 times at least) which has never been done till date and it has been almost 3 months that I am without my handset and they are not showing any interest in repairing, replacing or retuning me the bad one also. I have told them that I will go to Consumer Court but still no response and no help from these guys. Please help.

                              I spoke to Executive Anuj / Team Leader Yashpal / Manager Saurabh Bannerji
                              Saurabh Bannerji the bigggest liar told me that sir your order will be delivered in a day or two.
                              I again called up on 24th Jan'10 and this time I spoke to Gaurav Jinwal (Executive) and I got the same answer your order will delivered in a day or two.

                                when a placed the order then executive said to me that you will recive your order in 15-20 days .and i placed this order on 21st dec. 2009.
                                through this comitment i was wating for my product to come ..
                                on 11th jan 2010. again i called ava merchantising for enquarey abt my product status then the executive said that it will be recived within 2-3 days . your order is delivered and it will come through "blue dart" company. then after 4 days i.e on 15th jan 2010. i called and again the executive said to me that your product is not in the stock and a new dock will come on tommorrow then your product will be delivered within 3-4 days . after 4 days i.e on 20th jan 2010. i again called and then an executive said to me that your product is not ready for deleverd it will be recived within 7days ..

                                so now these executive's every time giving me false statements . iam highly dis satisfied with this company services ..
                                so in the end i didn't want the product .. please refund my money ..even the first instalment is come in my credit card statement but still i hav'nt recive my product.

                                Today I heard from gentle lady that due to non availability of stock the product was not send to me & therefore I requested for refund for the same. I had not made any request for refund, the co. is wiling for refund.

                                The call centre is so rude that when I tried to ask order taking persons for my order status, the she told me "yaha call karne se kuch nahi hoga Complaint cell me bat karo." Your complaint no puts customers always on Hold, but order taking nos. are working.

                                It is clear case of fraud that you are making with customers by collecting money in advance & not sending goods.

                                Again I would like to remind you that the company has breached the trust of customer therefore I have decided to take the help of LAW for misguiding & cheating me.

                                AVA merchandising — Damaged microwave not received

                                I had ordered a a microwave combo vide order number[protected]. The microwave was received in damaged condition and was returned bck on 18.10.08 and received by AVA by 21.1008 . SInce then I have not receive the replacement microwave an am still paying the EMI. No service is being given to me and there is absolutely no use talking to the sitting in the customer care. They have no info on the stataus and they just give excuses. Now I am contemplating takin action against the Company and HDFC that gave me that offer. Please guide me on how to go ahead with it.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I received an advertising slip about AVA Merchandising Gurgaon that accompanied my HDFC BANK credit card statement in Oct 2009l.
                                  I responded and opted for item product no H095 being Fido Ladies
                                  handbag & Fido ladies wrist watch for Rs 2,988 deducted at an EMI of
                                  Rs 498.
                                  In end October, they have despatched by courier , a different company Ladies handbag &
                                  a GENTS wrist watch, which was contrary to what they promised and
                                  what I opted for. So I have not accepted the same product.
                                  On trying to contact their company on telephone on numerous occasions
                                  , they did not pay heed to my complaint, giving no response and cutting
                                  off the phone.
                                  I requested HDFC bank to stop their payment of EMI and retrieve the EMI
                                  already paid with immediate effect but the bank just kept sending emails without satisfactory response.
                                  My mails were dated 30 October and 06
                                  November 2009 and HDFC emails dated 30 October, 31 October, 07
                                  November, 17 November, 26 November and 29 November 2009 regarding transaction with
                                  AVA Merchandising of Gurgaon and non-receipt of product, debiting of
                                  EMI amount from my credit card account inspite of my notice to HDFC BANK and
                                  apathetic attitude from them as well as fraudulent business by
                                  the above mentioned company which is being advertised by HDFC BANK..
                                  I have been getting phone calls from AVA Merchandising every week
                                  since without any apology or explanation asking me to accept their
                                  goods which are not what i had opted for initially and stating that
                                  refunding my money would take 4-5 months (which is not understood by
                                  me as companies like HDFC BANK do not accept even one day of late
                                  payment without a high rate of interest being levied or threatening
                                  calls and letters being sent).
                                  I do not understand as to how HDFC BANK can allow such fraudulent companies
                                  to flourish through their office without checking their credentials and
                                  worth.
                                  I have received 04 SMS es from AVA Merchandising Gurgaon to-date telling me my
                                  complaint has been registered by them since the past 10 days with
                                  different complaint numbers as follows:-

                                  In Jetlight Flight in the month of May 2009, Jetlite had given "Shoplite" scratch & win and I got the "Princess Pearl Set 9Code - T-159). I had debited my account for Rs. 599/- towards Taxes & handling Charges but I am surprised that till date I have not received the product. It is indeed very surprising and also the employees take people for a ride.

                                  This is in reference to my recent transaction with AVA MERCHANDISING for buying a combo offer from your company using my HDFC credit card. I ordered for a combo offer to buy Swatch Ladiees wrist watch (Model No. YIS 112) and a Fido Ladies Bag(Model No. H095) with a Reebok Shoes (H094). The customer care booked my order and sent me a ladies watch which was fine along with Fido ladies bag which was totally different from what I ordered after seeing in the promotional brouchore of HDFC bank. When I called the customer care of Ava Merchandising, the executive told me that the model I ordered is out of stock. He then gave me the option to choose any other item from the brouchoure. I then asked them to cancel my order as I initially booked the order just because of that good looking bag in the brouchore. Then he told me that the order cannot be cancelled and again asked me to place some other order. I then ordered a Transit Strolley Bag (28”inches) Model No. T501 + 15” inch strolley bag which was free with that along with jwellery watch set (code- T021) and Reebok travel bag for Rs. 200.



                                  The executive also told me that the product of the last order will be collected from my place and the new products will be given with in 7-8 working days and its been a month now and nobody has even contacted me for that.



                                  Now I don’t want any transaction from Ava and want my money back and I advice Ava to collect all the products from my place and give my money back. I am writing this mail after trying all the possible options to successfully close this deal but in vein, due to unsatisfactory services given by AVa.



                                  I REQUEST all consumer not to deal with this company for any online shopping.

                                  This is regarding order number IC-24664.

                                  These people are doing very dirty business in the market. I am writng you on the basis of my experience with you in the last 3 months. I had placed an order on 24/08/09 for the MP9 pocket video recorder. The product was not dispatched to me however they chraged the money from my card. There was no response from their side. On repeatedly asking about the product status they told that the product is out of stalk. Now I have received a defective peice their side. The device which has been sent to me is on first opening looked as if it has been used several times and has been returned from some other customer before. That is not even functional (out of Order). I know those people all know this. The kind of mistrust and cheating they are creating in the market in association with ICICI bank card is not going to have any success. God is there to look everything. All those who are working in the process of deciving people by fisrt creating trust through advertisement will have to suffer.They may be very happy that from a distance they are cheating and there is no body to see their activity.They have played with my hard earned money. You cannot imagine how much pain and agony I have undergone since I have been in the process.

                                  Today ( 09/11/2009) at 10.30am I have talked to Mr Saurav Jain who told that a new product will be sent within a week.

                                  Even I had the same experience with AVA merchandising and HDFC Bank. This is something ridiculous!!We guys trust AVA coz of HDFC bank. I had ordered a Ladies Hand bag and a pearl set through the same and now even the company is refusing to cancel the order after a month of non-delivery and the bank is saying that they can't stop the EMIs. This is like a clear fraudulent!!

                                  I would say that the bank is equally part of these frauds with these small and distrustable merchandisers like AVA.

                                  as i have ordered a watch worth 3500, and waiting as a fool for saving few hundreds, and spending the same to call ava and courier people

                                  I am 100% confident that we have be cheated by our HDFC BANK ONLY in association with AVA

                                  AVA is bogus company, and incorporated for hi tech fraud only. They use big names, like HDFC bank, JET AIRWAYS, etc, to trap the customers. They are only DALAL of few cheap product manyfacturers OR chinies product importers. It is 4 men company, with 4 Phone lines, 4 computers, and managing their bread and butter by making easy money. Every one should help to these type of poor companies, to run this type of business, so that at least low garde people also pull their life, as they can not do any thing in their life, good.

                                  I have also came in their trap, by JET AIRWAYS. they have collected money from me and not send any product. After contacting their call center, mechenical answer came.

                                  i have been faced with a similar situation. I placed an order for an electric grill
                                  in April 2010 based on a flyer received thru my Card issuer. Several phone calls
                                  and a mobile message giving me a complaint number is all that i received. Empty
                                  promises that stock is not available. Caution to all not to fall for this trap.
                                  SAME FRAUD DONE BY AVA MERCHANDISING WITH ME I ORDERED THE KODAK DIGITAL CAMERA ORDER NO.IC25695 DTD.08.05.2010.THROUGH MY ICICI CREDIT CARD TILL DATE NO INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM THEIR SIDE. I HAVE ALREADY CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER CARE REGULARLY BUT THEIR EXCUSE TILL LAST MONTH THAT SYSTEM IS DOWN SO THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO TRACE THE STATUS OF DELIVERY OF THE ABOVE ORDER.ITS A TRAP FOR ALL PVT BANKS CUSTOMERS IN INDIA .WE PROUD THAT WE ARE INDIAN.

When ever I call there customer care toll free number, they tell me that the order is under process.... The invoice nos. are 1664, 1665 & 1666.....please do some thing and help me.

                                  AVA MERCHANDISING GURGAON — PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I have placed an order for a BURG TANDOOR with AVA MERCANDISING on[protected] . The price amount for the said product of RS.1750/- was deducted from credit card on the same day itself. My order no. is IC26272. Even though several attempt was made to realise the status of my order , the company failed to deliver the product or contact me on my contact no. [protected](m). till date[protected]. Please help me out to realise my product or my money back.
                                  Even I have joined the team, thanks to AVA and ICICI credit card. I had placed a order for Swiss Military bag order no IC 26082 in the month of May 2010 and have yet to receive the same. Have made repeated phone calls to their team members and received only false assurances.Every time I call up, the team members kept giving me new set of dates for receiving the consignment which I am yet to see even after more than 05 months of payment.

                                  I was told that they have issues with their courier company and therefore the delay but that this is an internal matter for them and I was in no way interested knowing the same. They hold us ransom only because they are sitting in Gurgaon and follow up for me gets difficult from Mumbai. It seems as if I have no other work but to chase them for something that I should begetting automatically.

                                  The worst is that I have left innumerable messages for their team leader Gaurav Ujjainwal to call me back which has still not happened and their customer care cannot transfer me to him either. Today I came to know that even he has left. This is simply “Customer service at it’s worst” !! I really feel amazed and shocked at their lackadaisical approach approach to our request.

                                  I agree with all of you that the banks should check the credentials before partnering with such dubious companies. First it was HDFC and now ICICI. We de not know if Ava is now trying to partner with any other credit card companies to cheat many more with such fake transactions. I have given up hope of getting my consignment... so it will be pure magic if I get to see it someday.

                                    used products being delivered to the customers

                                    on 12 august i got the stmt of my credit card in which i saw the details of the AVA MERCHANDISING i thought it will be brand company because it is being recommended by my Company STANDARD CHARTERED..they told me it i will be delivered within 21 days maximum but it was delivered within 2 days..but adding to the problem one it was unsealed and the other no invoice in that and one of the product not working..which made me anger and later also came to know that it is a used product being delivered after having a detailed check of the product and i ahve the proof....

                                    it was from then they assured me it will be cancelled and still the conversations is going on with them i have the complaints no in my mobile being sent to me..

                                    so i would request the concerned authority to check the matter on this and help me out....

                                    AVA merchandising — Product delivered to someone

                                    I have placed order on 2 products worth Rs.2580, and they have charged extra Rs.250 as delivery charges., on 2nd week of August.
                                    One Mr.Prasad gave me the order number and told that I will be receving the same message to my mobile in next 1hr.
                                    Fortunately I noted the order number what he gave me.

                                    It was almost 2 days I did not receive any message.
                                    Just to check my delivery of the products, I called the customer care[protected], one lady shwetha picked the call, and asked for my order number.
                                    Shocking to me was, Order number existed, but it was booked for some one else, and they have charged my Credit card (Rs.2580 +250), and they have already dispatched this product to sme other guy.
                                    The Executive Shwetha told that, it will be solved in next 3 working days.Its almost more than 15 days, there is no response.
                                    When I call the custome care, every time I need to discuss the sme issue, and the person who is attending the call, will just put me on hold, and abruptly disconnect the call.

                                    Hello,
                                    In october 2009 I had placed an order for(Ladies Swatch watch and Fido Ladies Bag). After 2 weeks I received the courier which did not have the product I had ordered for. It had a different Bag (very dirty) and a Men's Watch delivered . With this different product I also received a letter that said since the items I ordered for were not available they have delivered some other product . This is unacceptable , without any intimation how can this merchandising firm delivere me whatever they want to be cleared from their inventory.
                                    I am not ready to accept this product. After this I have called them more than 10 times in last 1 month and each time they tell me that they willl send some courier guy to pick the stuff from my home but till date no one has ever turned up. Please advise me what step I can take against these people. I have already paid for the product when I had placed the order.

                                      Flying Jetlite, we were lured into purchasing products from Ava. After paying for the product and bringing it home, we got concerned about the authenticity of the products sold to us.

                                      One was a Reebok Watcc- which screams 'fake' once unpacked. The watch belt was of so low quality that it came off aftre a few wears.

                                      The mixer grinder that we had purchased had tonnes of issues. The jars leaked, the rubber washers provided ripped when you tightened the jar lids and last but not the least, the mixer switches did not work.

                                      HAve sent it back for rep;lacement a month ago... and still no clue about the replacement dates.

                                      I want to fromally lodge a complaint againsg Jet lite and Ava for selling propogating inferior quality products and also selling fake copies of branded products.

                                      Anyone from Kitchen Queen and Reebok reading the post, please mail me back. I will be able to provide you the product sample.

                                      The range and quality of products with AVA are better than any comparable merchandising company that I have known
                                      All i can say is HA HA HA HA HA.

                                      The only thing pure about them is that their products are pure crap...
                                      A watch brought by me through AVA in a Jetlite flight stopped working the day it was bought also the battery was replaced but still no use. I bought this watch as a gift and regret the decision completely.
                                      Also it was confirmed by a watch dealer that the said watch is probably a fake. This is completely unacceptable and outrageous

                                        I had placed an order of Berg Electric Tandoor through Tata Sky Offer of AVA Merchandising on 2nd August 2009, order no. CC13, despite a delivery commitment of 14 days, recieved the product on 24th August through Elbee Courier.

                                        On opening the product it was found that the product was damaged, both handles were broken. I had registered a complint on the same day with a commitment from the customer care executive that the product would be picked up within 7 days and a new product would be delivered within the next 7 days. Till date the damaged product has not been picked up and the customer care executive are only giving false commitments to me, and most impotantly for the last few days i have been trying to call the 2 no.'s available to me but despite rings no one is picking up the phone, the no.'s available with me are[protected] and[protected].

                                        One more thing that is surprising is that a company like Tata who focusses only on customer satisfaction is associating itself with companies like AVA who in return are misguiding its customers.

                                        I would request you to please help me to get my product replaced and sort out the issue at the earliest.

                                        I had also ordered for the Berge Tandoor and it was with a offer of free Rbk watch, but I received only the Tandoor and that also was in damaged condition. Also it is not working well...I have been cheated by AVM/TATA SKY...
