We had purchased Hottech 3270 Bluetooth Wireless Stereo headphone Blue from AVA Merchandising stall from Delhi Airport on 6-10-17 at 7:34pm having the bill number as 00000VA[protected]. The power on off key is not working. Since the product is under warranty. Kindly guide us on further steps to get the device rectified under warranty.     First of all i was excited when i purchased the herman hansen convertible laptop bag on 24/7/2017 at your ava mumbai airport outlet

    After reaching the hotel when i transferred the laptop to the herman bag and while lifting the bag i got a tearing sound from the bag and i thought there could be some stitching issue, but when i looked very closely i saw the bag material itself were tearing off at both the ends of shoulder points. The photos are attached for your reference

    But i was shell shocked on seeing the quality of the bag that has been given. I never expected such a bad quality of a bag from a reputed brand.

    Also, when i tried to contact pawan sales new delhi (The number is given along with the bag and attached with the email for your reference) immediately on seeing the plight of the bag, the number never got through (Until now) and hence i could not make a complaint immediately.

    Hence i request you take back this bag and return the money to my hdfc card account immediately.

      Warning :
      pleaso do not buy any ava products. First of all their quality is really pathetic. Over that the customer complaint cell is not at all responsive and they have no after sales support.
      You will just end up buying the product and they are just use and throw at the mercy of their quality
      i am a sufferer myself of the product and am just shuttling between their contact center and outlet with no response

              I had purchased a Fitbit from Delhi Airport cost 999 I guess, it worked only for 4 months and now it has stopped working. I would like to know if they are selling goods with some guarantee or just fooling customers.

              I would like to know whats the solution for this. Coz i have spent money on it.
              i had even purchased a power bank named U-Globe. Even that seems to be non working mode. I just want to know how come someone sell such products with high prices. Even though it is high price there should be some customer care number to resolve such concerns.

                At Bombay international airport terminal 2, Mumbai

                I bought the smart watch - attached pictures. You can clearly see that the flap covering the port for charging does not fully close - this is the state when bought new! I am sure, this is a design flaw. One can not wear a watch where the charging port is visible with a flap hanging outside.

                I approached their service helpline and even escalated further. I was told that I will have to live with the flawed smartwatch. I am sure, consumers are being taken for a ride.

                Please guide me how I should return the same for full refund. Thanks!

                As informed earlier please take the Bangalore AVA outlet.
                It is not connecting to new device after changing the device. Old phone damaged. Not connecting with new phone.
                I tried to connect it to a new device or new mobile set but not being detected by new mobile.
                So How to connect this smart band to a new device or where is your servicing centre located in Delhi or noida region

                  I purchased laptop bag from AVA Merchandising at Bangalore airport. The bag is from international brand called Herman Hansen and that has damaged part (refer attched photo) which I realised after reaching home.

                  AVA does not have shop in Bangalore city except airport so they asked me to come to airport (around 60 KM from my home) to get replacement or repairs !!!

                  Alternatively asked me to pay Rs. 250 for door delivery based replacement which I agreed --- even though it is completely manifacturing defect.

                  They initially agreed to provide replacement at door step but that is not happening now (even though I am ready to pay Rs 250)

                  FYI - AirAsia gave pamphlets to me to buy from AVA when I got down from flight.

                    I had ordered for rice bran powder, in the website I had selected rice bran powder and invoice generated has wrongly bran rice powder but these people over that have coureired me bran rice I spent 388 on wrong product

                    But there is a flaw in the software that in the invoice, it show Rice bran powder
                    and these people have sent Bran rice, their customer care number always rings and no one picks up

                      I purchased one U-globe Digital Luggage Scale and one 10000 power bank from AVA outlet at IGI T-3 New Delhi vide transaction No;1942004 on dated 06.12.2016 on my return from Mumbai.
                      on 18.01.2017 I opened the pack of digital luggage scale to weigh my luggage, as i was to board the flight to Chennai on the same day, but found that the scale was giving erroneous readings.
                      Called the AVA toll free number [protected] many times without any response, again while my return from Chennai on 21.01.17 contacted the AVA out let at IGI, i was told to contact on toll free number only, with hopeless response. I dont know what to do?

                      Hottech wrist band battery performance is very bad. It gets discharged in 2 hours itself
                      The very first they fired me without explaining any proper reason and also did not release my 1 month salary.
                      now they are playing with me by giving fake promises i also informed all this to HR department but they are also ignoring it.

                          they have a proud marketing slogan saying that AVA is available only at airports. THIS in itself is negative for customers, that means the customer is inconvenienced at a scale never seen before. the customer cannot go inside the airport unless he has a valid airline ticket .
                          the AVA sales executive gives assurances that they will come outside and meet you for replacement, which is far from the truth.
                          Can AVA bring the whole shop outside the airport in case the customer doesn't have his choice from the limited choice he brings outside the airport ?
                          At this time the customer starts to panic as it happened to me, and wonders if he will get his money back .. AVA sneakily smiles and says "NO MONEY BACK EVEN IF CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED"

                            I have recieved a watche set however the ladies watch band is roken from the dial of the watch and needs immediate replacement. This was a gift for my friend wedding and I need the replacement urgently by Mon-Tues 5/6th Dec 2016 or else I cannot gift it to them for their wedding. I have already got a complaint no. but they are not sure if this can be provided within time when I am in the same city as the AVA shop in Delhi. Please resolve this.

                            I have purchased a herman hansen rose gold ladies quartz watch from AVA shop at Lucknow airport, India on 13.01.2018 for rupees 1299/-. After purchase when I came back home I noticed that the watch is not working. I have got the Invoice receipt with date of purchase 13.01.2018 from the AVA shop at Lucknow Airport.

                            I purchased Herman Hansen ladies watch from IGI Airport. Right from the 1st week I started facing problems as it used to slowed down and eventually stopped working! I got the watch replaced and to my surprise they provided me with the faulty watch again. This time the product was in fact cheap and duplicate because it's adjusting pin came off and it started shedding colour. Don't get fooled by AVA MERCHANDISING!!! They are cheating and fooling people at the airports by providing so called gift vouchers in flights. I will escalate this matter to the consumer court because it not just about the money I spent but the frustration that they've caused!!!

                              I bought the hottech wireless headphone on 31st december from your shop in the kolkotta airport. They have broken and I am not finding any service centres/ repair shops in Mumbai. Kindly send me the details of the same .
                              I brought hottech bluetooth stereo headphoneon date 29-09-17 on which i had a warranty of 1 year but it is broken. I took it from airport of nagpur. After my plane landed . please tell me what should i do and would i will be able to exchange this or not

                                I bought a HOTTECH bluetooth speaker at Chennai Airport especially for the FM facility mentioned in the brochure. The FM could not be checked at the airport as the signal was not available. So i tried outside the airport and at home, but FM is not working at all. After telephonic complaint, I exchanged the product for a new one and FM in the replaced product also is not working. All these process took 3 months and since the product warranty is only for 3 months, AVA is not replacing it. Since the AVA shop is inside the airport, it is not possible to visit the shop. Invoice No. 1785834 dt.[protected] and replaced on[protected].

                                There is no use of making a complaint here. If these cheaters are not punished severely, i dont see a solution to the problem. India is India with full of cheaters, robbers. Frustrated.
                                Not working. The bluetooth is not working. It is not getting connectd ti my phone. I may be given another item of similar amount.

                                  Sir on 5 oct I bought wallet and belt from AVA SHOP at pune airport...but he told me that his system was not working then...and told me that he whould give me bill after 1hr..but he did not do that...and made excuses and told me for come next day...next day I went but he made again excuse and did not give me bill...

                                  this sort of cheating is rampant, mostly at non-metro airports . the sales executive makes an excuse saying "the system is down, so no bill can be given at the spot" . Buyers beware, if your product is defective then the buyer is at fault !! they give various excuses to blame the buyer.

                                    I have bought hottech fitness band vide invoice number 1884888 on 7-10-16 at terminal 2 at mumbai. Instrument was totally faulty and i can not able to pair the same with bluetooth.

                                    When i approached one of ava shop in mumbai at domestic airport, they told me to contact customer care

                                    I am trying to call the customer care but no one pick the phone which adds more frustration.

                                    Can some one please look into the matter.

                                      I have purchase one Herman Hasen watch from Ava Shop at Chennai domestics airport. When i reached at home i start the watch & it work hardly 20 mints. after that the watch is dead & its not working. i m having a bill/ box warranty card which has been received along with the watch.
