I purchased one U-globe Digital Luggage Scale and one 10000 power bank from AVA outlet at IGI T-3 New Delhi vide transaction No;1942004 on dated 06.12.2016 on my return from Mumbai.
on 18.01.2017 I opened the pack of digital luggage scale to weigh my luggage, as i was to board the flight to Chennai on the same day, but found that the scale was giving erroneous readings.
Called the AVA toll free number [protected] many times without any response, again while my return from Chennai on 21.01.17 contacted the AVA out let at IGI, i was told to contact on toll free number only, with hopeless response. I dont know what to do?
