I lodged a compliance issue with my relationship manager. He ignored it for 1 month and when I reminded him said it was being investigated. I asked him to fix a meeting with someone senior which he promised to do by last week. Still haven't heard from him or them. Since I knew the CEO from a previous role, I sent an email for his attention. No response. I lodged a complaint with the service centre. They have come back asking me for info they already have. It appears that their CRM network is based around making it too difficult to actual have an issue heard. As a marketer myself, this is about as bad as it can get for any brand. I am already in the process of withdrawing my pension fund prematurely. I am now compelled to write formally to the IRDA and am considering legal options.

    My mom was signed for a policy with Aviva before 5 years. We have been paying a annaul premium of 50, 000. When we wanted to wtihdraw the policy there is not response from aviva. My policy number is SGA2910470. I am really tired of talking with aviva call centre agents and supervisor and no proper response is given by aviva customer care. The did not tell my mom that the policy period is 20 years as well when we joined aviva. We have been paying the premium in pondicherry indusand branch for last 5 years and when we wanted to withdraw the policy they are telling that there is o branch of aviva in ponidcherry

      Aviva Life Insurance - IMPROPER INFORMATION

      I took the policy LLG.10009882 from AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE through their agent Rambeer Faridabad. At the time he told me the policy has three years locking period and i have to deposit RS-10000/ p/a for minimum period of three years, and after three years if i wish i can get the full payment of my UNITS @ of current N.A.V of the units,
      But now after giving the installments of RS- 10000/ p/a for three years the company is now settling my a/c by giving the payment of RS 6600/-after deducting 70% of my units. Which is very unfair since i have invested my hard earned money to get some good profits and growth.
      TOTAL AMOUNT INVESTED IN THREE YEARS--30, 000/-
      TOTAL AMOUNT OF 100% UNITS --23, 000/-(APPROX. AS PER CURRENT N.A.V)
      PAYMENT BEING MADE BY THE COMPANY -- 6, 600/-
      SHORT PAYMENT --16, 400/-(APPROX)

      THIS SITUATION HAS BEEN CREATED ONLY DUE TO THE IMPROPER INFORMATION GIVEN BY THE AGENT Rambeer AND I HEREBY REQUEST YOU TO FORWARD MY COMPLAINT TO THE TOP MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY AND FURTHER I REQUEST YOU TO PURSUE MY COMPLAINT. SINCE THIS LOSE IS VERY BIG FOR ME.

        Aviva cheats its customers and they were actually stealing consumers money.My policy no. is ALS2386124.The aviva is cutting direct 50% from my fund value after 5 years also in which the locking period for unit linked plan is only 3 years and i have paid premium regularly for 3 years.The company, s agent told me if i should pay Rs.90000 as premiums of Rs.30000 for 3 times and i will get Rs.180000 and what i really get is only Rs.30000.Never invest in AVIVA(THE CHEATER, S COMPANY).

I took a insurance policy named AVIVA DHAN VRIDHI (Premium Rs.14950 for 15 Years) and I paid a premium of Rs.14950/- for Two years(The Agent told me every fifth year you will get a assured bonus of Rs.28000/-) . It is a right policy shall i continue with this or surrender pls suggest me.

              Hello,

              I would like to inform all concern that I have requested Aviva India (http://www.avivaindia.com/) for refund of 3 premiums of amount 9999/- INR, due to huge financial problems, I won't be able to continue with the policy & will not be able to pay premiums of 3333/- INR per month but Aviva India rejected my request & deny to refund me the money. Rather they asked me frequently to continue with the policy by paying the remaining premium amount which is not not at all possible for me at this moment. I have asked Aviva to deduct some fine amount ( if any ) for non-payment of premium and refund me the rest amount but Aviva denied my request. They are not ready to listen my request. Kindly help !!
              Therefore, I request you to kindly help me to get my money back as I need it badly. Thanks for your utmost support & co-operation throughout.

                Hi, I have the policy of Freedom Life Plan RFG1432979 and while taking the policy agent told the same story after 3 years no need to pay.But this is a 20 year policy and huge surrender charges.When call up the customer care they say nothing can be done. This is ridiculous and no proper response from customer care. Even I wan to surrender. Please check and close my case also. Thanks

                  I have Aviva Life Insurance child plan Young scholer, , I paid 25000 each upto 3 years. My net amount was 45000 as mention in the fund. But if try to close these policy, they simply refund me 25000 only ( 1st year priemum ) . I feel it's cheated company, it's Agent are fraud minded. PLEASE AWARE from THESE PVT. COMPANIES.                     Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we have thoroughly investigated your case internally basis the details shared by you with our customer service representative during the telephonic conversation.

                    We would like to inform you that your policy was enforced basis signed consent received from you. The “Your policy details” section of the proposal form contains all policy features like policy tenure, premium payment amount, etc. We also offer our customers “your right to consider” option, wherein, if they feel that the policy does not suit their needs, can request for cancellation within 15 days of the receipt of the policy. We did not receive any intimation from your end highlighting concerns in the policy during this period.

                        Dear Sir, I am sunil joseph from Bangalore,I have Bank Account at Indusind Bank Ltd ,When I Had Walk-in to the Branch at Jakkasandra for Some Issue They Explained me the Aviva Life Insurance Plan,and they told me i have to pay ₹ 7650 as premium for Sum Assured was ₹ 20 Lakh after many days they asked me to attend Medical test without Prior Notice without any other go i had go for it after a month when i called them they told me to have one more medical test still i agreed for it and again after one month when i did not get my policy bond i called back again then they had new story that i need submit self declaration Health Report i even gave it ,After all this i got call from Asrafi [protected] that i need pay extra premium of ₹ 4143 which i denied doing so after that one Hanumesh[protected] called me and told me that as per my medical reports does not suffice for amount assured after which he commit ed satiating that he would adjust the sum assured to the premium Paid and also to send me my medical reports and i shall get my policy bond within 7 days from 13th Aug but when i call him today he does not have a answer it is already 4 months now please help us people like us getting cheated with this kind of thief’s and fraud

WE FAIL TO UNDERSTAND WHY THIS AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN REMITTED TO OUR RESPECTIVE BANK ACCOUNTS.                             Sir This is Pawan Kumar. Sir I had done an insurance of Aviva and my policy no is WLG1421272 and my D.O.B is[protected] but due to financial problems After the 3 years I was unable to pay the installments and each installment is of Rs 15000 and I have paid total Rs45000 . I told the company to stop my policy and pay my amount to you but now they are not giving me my money and they just say that we had send ur check to your home but I hadnot received it till now and they are saying that we had send ur check in 2010.                             None of the office I contacted are functioning. When there will be end to their strikes?

                            If you have the policy documents with you, please take all the docs and show them.
                            Is the policy in paid mode as you stop the payment of the policy after paying for 3 years.
                            Call the customer care and take help from them and then go to thier office.

                                  I joined AVIVA in Sep 2007..., earlier to this i was working with ICICI Bank

                                  ICICI Bank transfered my PF settlement amt. of Rs. 39751.00 (Ch. No. 723562) to RPFC, Delhi (New Organisation : Aviva Life Insurance Com. India Pvt. Ltd.) on 24-Jul-08. the said cheque got cleared in ICICI Bank dated 22-Aug-08


                                  In month Jan 08 i left AVIVA and joined Kotak,... since then i am asking AVIVA HR to understand me where is my transfered PF amount parked, but till date they have no answer to it

                                  There are number of mails exchanged between AVIVA HR, but in vain...till date i have not got any communcation mail from them


                                  Request to look into said matter on priority..., since amount of 40k dated Aug 2008 got parked in AVIVA as per ICICI bank confirmaiton mail and letter, today its almost 5 years i have not got the amount from AVIVA....and the same is needed now with interest amount


                                  I request you to please take necessary action against such companies who give very less attention against such important avenues of employees

                                      This is regarding PF claim not settle, Delhi north branch claim subbmitted by Manpower consultancy for Prashant Soni PF no DL/24754/33721 which the consultancy submitted on 24th Sep, 2009 after constant follow up, kindly any concern to this please help me out to release the said as early as possible otherwise it will be taken upto the higher authority as i have all the evidence related to it.

                                      As informed by the HR team, you have to submit a signed cancelled cheque, which is mandatory in case of withdrawal of PF. You have not yet submitted it. Request you to submit the cheque at the earliest.

                                        This is to inform you regarding the mis-selling done to me by Aviva's representative, taking undue advantage of my trust and faith. (Ref - Pol No: AFP2931003).

                                        Infact, I am holding two policies with Aviva (Pol No: AFP2931003 in my name and Pol No: AFP2931464 in the name of my wife Amita Kapoor). But I feel extremely sorry to say that false information had been conveyed to me at the time of sale, which in turn has put my hard earned money at stake now. AVIVA'S representative's mistake and breach of trust are costing me very heavy here.

                                        AVIVA'S agent informed me that this policy requires me to pay for 3 years, and the money can be withdrawn at the end of 3rd year with a return of at least 10% per annum for sure, may be even more.

                                        But to my utter shock and disbelief, when I wish to withdraw the money now, I get to know that withdrawal can only be done after 5 years, & also that the return is not assured. This for me is completely unacceptable since I have already made commitments assuming the money as promised would be available to me at the end of 3 years, i.e. now. I guess it is needless to say how one would feel when on the verge of losing his hard earned money, that too with some unavoidable commitments lurking over the head.

                                        Last but not the least, I do not enjoy being taken for a ride like this. It was the trust in Aviva's brand name that made me invest with it, trusting their representative as the face of Aviva. But if any cold response will be reciprocated for my trust I surely cannot take it in the right spirit. And their agent's misdemeanor will only end up causing me to lose every bit of faith I had in Aviva.

                                        As of now, my demand is very simple. I wish to have my compensation right away, and as per the terms promised and mentioned in the policy document
                                        AVIVA is the worst among all.
