I have been trying online transaction but never getting OTP on my registered mobile no. Pop up saying your mobile no not registered with our bank.
Had several conversation with customer care but they all told me to wait 3 hrs and now it's been 3 days. Even I tried verified by visa option but they are unable to authenticate my card.
Im sharing some screen shot for same....

Axis bank Indore branch and AB ROad Dewas branch are not giving support to me and creating lot of mental torture as already request for TOP UP on my current two loan which will help me to build again my CREDIT report as my current salary is 28K and it will be credited on 30th April so on that behalf I want PL TOP UP so its request please help me in this issue

    Hi there, my name is Raju a khilleri. I am from India and currently residing in UK. I had used my credit card at the time of COVID, when there were no flow of income. I had converted my total amount to EMIs and paid few instalments. However I was affected by COVID twice and hence I was not able to pay the EMIs in between. Now, since a month I get calls from different number stating that they are from axis bank and want the payment to be done...

    I deposited cash of amount 22000 at an axis bank ATM of Kokrajhar Assam on 3rd of April 2022. The ATM took all the cash but the amount didn't get credited to my account.
    I visited the branch but the response of the respective person was not upto satisfaction.
    I'm very much tensed with the amount as I have to send it to someone else.
    Kindly help me out with it.

    I had received axis bank credit card but when i am trying to do any transaction it is showing that your mobile number is not update with us for online transaction.
    And customer support is saying that your email is not updated in records and i have to go to axis bank branch and i can only update email from there.
    Whereas i am receiving all communication from axis bank on my registered email address and email address is also reflecting...

    Bank has debited an amount of 885 without any intimation, amount was deducted on Mon, Apr 4, 2022 at 4:28 PM.

    have sent mail to [protected]@axisdirect.in & Amitabh.[protected]@axisbank.com, No reply from their end, The service of customer care executive is pathetic.

    Did not even tell his name when asked....

      Hi Team,

      I have a salary a/c in axis bank JP Nagar branch.
      Today (4th april 2022) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account.

      But i don't have any Demat account in this bank, so i would like to know the exact reason of this deduction and would request my money to be refunded ASAP.

      SMS Received: Hi We wish to inform you that INR 885.00 has been debited from your A/c no. XX3273 on[protected]:43:03 at AXISDIRECT/186624P/[protected]/03 04.

        I have received my credit card on Saturday. But i have facing issues for make online transaction by my credit card as Your mobile number is not updated with us for online transactions, even though it is registered.

        I have been receiving all many messages from axis bank as my mobile number is registered....

        I am a premium account holder and I am unable to log in to Axis bank Internet Banking portal using my user ID and password. I even changed the password, wrote down the new password, and tried to log in using the new password. From different browsers. Tech support says I'm entering the wrong password. How is that even possible!

          So my account was debited with 3927 INR suddenly without any prior intimation and without any issues that i know of. Credit card dues have been paid on time. It was last date on 4th april 2022 and i have paid it on 4th april 2022.what are the charges about.? I need an explanation to this....

            Facing difficulties with Axis Bank .One of the customer care called and told me that 3, 00, 000/- credit limit if you are interested we can process, Thought that with limit as they promised it will fulfill my needs but Card is delivered with only 72k and with card ending 0398.I rejected the credit card because card is not processed as promised .why I need to pay the joining fees 1770/- without joining .This thing happened with other credit...

            885 rupees debited from axis direct without any reason, amount got debited from my salary account, i don't have demat account also. This is just scamming from the bank. I have sent email to support also, there is no response. I need refund of this money.

              Axis Bank — Rs855 Deducted

              I have a salary a/c in axis bank, as informed by the bank while opening the account debit, credit & Demat account was free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. I got an SMS from axis bank informing me that rs-885 has been debited from my account for consolidated dp charges on 3rd April 2022. I want my refund back on priority....

              Axis Bank — Axis Bank axis direct charges - amount of 885 debited

              Firstly i would like to say that Axis bank having a worst service, they levy too much hidden charges without any intimation.

              I have a salary a/c in axis bank zamrudpur branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account.               Rs 885 rs got deducted from my account number without prior notice or instructions and i do not have a trading account too. Can you please let me know why this has happened by you by being a trustable bank.
