Dear sir/ma'am
I have recently been charged R.s. 1899 for one assist on 30.08.2021.You have been charging me the same for last 4years. And last year i have contacted axis bank and they give service request and i have cancelled the service. But yesterday same thing happened.
And so, I want to cancel my subscription and want a refund of the same amount.
Please refund it as soon as possible. I am waiting for the cancellationbr...

I have Opened my account in Axis bank on 18 Aug, till today I have not received my welcome kit like passbook, cards and details . The only thing I received through email is my account number. Tell me one thing, what I will do with this . I was asked by my company to open a salary account in Axis bank.. I opened a Liberty salary account and provided all the relevant personal details and the video KYC was also conducted successfully... Then the next day I received an email saying the account activation was unsuccessful.. They did not even provide any reason for this.....

They simply convert salary account to normal sb account without notice and deduct huge charges. ConsumerComplaints.in kindly help in return of my deducted charges....

I initiated transaction on Govt site via Axis Easy pay.
Transaction was success full at my end and my money got deducted but transaction got failed at Axis Easy Pay end.

I have not got any refund neither Govt site has received any amount.

Your mobile number is not updated with us for online transactions axis bank, even though it is registered. Everything like Gpay, Phonepay, works fine but the moment I go for international banking, the message pops up.

I have been receiving all sorts of messages as my mobile number is registered. I even face issues while logging through the customer-id on the axis website. The same message pops "your mobile number is not updated...

This is in reference to the ECS NACH transaction fees charged by Axis Bank.

I noticed these charges being applied in every month's consolidated charges.
It is always 25 rs and going through my bank account statement for the last
1 year I found that these charges are applied since November 2020.
