Respected sir,
I Rajdip ### customer of your bank my account no is[protected] and my debit card number is [protected].
I have deposited rupees 39000/- on 14th august 2018 on a self deposit atm counter but some time later i got a message on screen transaction time out but i did not get any amount neither that credited to my account.I have contacted to the main branch in Bankura for help they told me to write a application and i have submitted the application.today i tried to contact with the bank but they told me today they cannot help me because they have done everything from there end and now i have to wait.
Sir is it the way to treat a customer...
a single rupee is valuable to everyone

    I did a transaction through my Aixis Bank account using IMPS and the ammount was not credited to the beneficiary account. When I contacted the axis bank customer care they said that the transaction got timed out. The amount is not reflecting in either my or beneficiary account since last 14 hours. I do not know where my Money is. They are not even giving me a satisfactory answer and asking me just to wait. Is this the way services are given.

    If anyone from axis bank is reading this, kindly show some empathy. It is a big amount and very important transaction for me.

      Sir I request to you that I go to you branch to close my account on date 4/8/2018 I pay all dues which are my credit card dues & bank a/c your executive tell me that you pay Rs12000 in your a/c to clear all dues .but 4800 is transection to credit card excess amount . I call toll free no but he say to this amount is not refund to me or my account which is credit to my account .so please solve my problem. do as need full. thanks

        Hi there,

        Recently I had opened ASAP account and also when I did my first transaction i.e I got money deposited into this account from my friend the sum was 2000 but immediately within no time 354rs was deducted with no prior notification and I'm able to reach out to the customer care as well,
        So I demand to explain the cause for this situation ASAP.

          Hi,

          This is this chandan v t. I have been using axis bank credit card for quite sometime now and i have not been able to make payment from couple of months due to loss of job and financial constraints. I do apologize for the ongoing delay. The reason for today's email is because of the torture that i have been put through by your credit card collection department i'm mentally tortured every single day and been petrified by saying we will come to your house every single time. They have truly behaved very unprofessionaly.

          I'm a customer who cares a lot about my credit score and understands the need of making payments on time. It's very unfortunate that i have not been able to make payments in last few months. Honestly speaking i would want to pay the full amount and close the account as i am already paying 3.4% interest with that 750 late payment fee 500 overlimt fee on that 18% gst.

            My salary account is with axis bank and on 11/08/2018 two deduction were made in the name of cons & gst of amount ₹1540.00/- & ₹277.20/- respectively. I have been using this account from last three years and have never suffered such pain. The account was made by an undertaking indian government company, so there is no charges applicable in the name of gst or services or maintenance. Kindly look into the matter and refund for the same. I will be highly obliged for considering this as soon as possible.

              I am registered with dnd. I am not a customer of axis bank nor asked for loan.in spite of this i am disturbed by untimely sms and calls from axis bank.
              When contacted, these rogues at axis bank say the numbers from which sms are sent do not belong to them. I want to know how did the third-party get my details and why are they canvassing for this cheap bank?
              These # are playing the fool with the public. Please stop this nonsense.

                Sir,

                I, agnes antony, holder of account no. [protected] with your bank since january 2014, would like to submit the following for your kind attention and immediate intervention.

                The said saving account was started at your branch at ghatlodia, ahmedabad, (Branch code - 1335) immediately before shifting my residence to surat.

                My last transaction was on 5.12.2016 and no further transaction was carried out since then.

                Incidentally, i have approached your branch at adajan, surat with a request to change in my address and atm card activation in the month of march 2017.

                My requests and several visits since march 2017 were rendered futile as the account was found to be inoperative and ms. Nirali agarwal at the adajan branch couldn’t reactivate my account even after submitting all kyc documents requested by her.

                As my repeated visit to your adajan branch for more than one year failed to yield any result or the branch couldn’t provide any positive solution to the issue, we were asked to approach the home branch at ghatlodia, ahmedabad, by ms. Nirali agarwal, to resolve the long pending subject matter.

                I have approached the ghatilodia branch at ahmedabad, personally on 5th july 2018, and my kyc documents were submitted again at the branch for reactivation of my account. The officer attended me commented that this problem could have been easily solved at adajan, surat itself, as all transactions of the bank are being done online.

                I was assured of appropriate remedy to my plight and reactivation of my account within next 3 working days by ghatlodia branch.

                All these while, i was persistently receiving text messages from june 2018 on my mobile, regarding classification of my account as “inoperative” and to initiate a financial transaction through a branch or alternate channels.

                A week after the visit at home branch at ghatilodia, and based on the assurances, i have tried for a financial transaction by cheque and atm at surat branch, but was unsuccessful.

                Approached surat branch subsequently and the matter was taken up again with ms. Yashvi (Cell no [protected]) of ghatilodia branch by adajan branch.

                When no result was seen again for next few days, ms. Nirali agarwal spoke to mr. Gaurang of ghatlodia branch (Cell no. [protected]) for detailed information and action, on 31st july 2018.

                My request to meet the branch manager at both branches were discouraged by assurances of immediate solution.

                Nothing seems to happen and my predicament is getting mocked in contemptuous manner by the irresponsible and unethical acts of your staff at your both branches.

                My patience is being questioned by the unscrupulous theatric behavior of your staff which is pushing me to a state of perplexity.

                I now request someone responsible and knowledgeable in the bank to take up the long pending issue and resolve the matter by reactivating my account to have further financial transaction with immediate effect or to make an arrangement to close my account with your bank.

                  I cancelled a railway ticket on irctc rail connect app from chennai to hyderabad having pnr number [protected] transaction id is [protected].
                  As i saw the status of refund in refund history of irctc that refund of rs. 285/- has been already made by irctc to bank name with refund id [s21382801/1118] dated 20 july 2018. But till date, 15 aug 2018 i haven't recieved money in my axis bank account... Please look into it asap.

                    Iam a holder of saving account no. [protected] and this account was opened as either or survivor (Jointly with my wife) during the year, 2001. It is further submitted that a loan of rs. 3 lac was sanctioned with installment of rs. 8285 monthly for 48 months and the said installment was due on 1.7.2018 against loan account no. Ppr[protected]. But it is surprised that without giving any notice in advance, my saving account has been freezed, due to which the said installment could not be automatically deducted on time, for which i am not at fault. Despite making efforts, the said account was restored and said installment was deducted from my account on 5.7.2018. Besides, a sum of rs. 590/- has also been deducted on 26.6.2018 from my above said bank account due to failure of payment of account. Besides, another rs. 250/- has also been deducted on account of break up of consolidated charges for july, 2018 for a/c no. Xxx57758 si bounce chrg. Loan emi cc on 12.08.2018. Please reverse back the said amount in my saving account at the earliest.

                      Every month my account balance is reducing, every month axis is debiting my amount.
                      In between i lost my job and i was unable to keep balance in my account.

                      Last few months back i thought of keeping axis alive and thought my money will be safe.
                      As i thought why to keep in house, i credited my account by 10, 000 rs but in three months axis bank debited 3500 rs from my account.

                      I am unable to trust axis.

                        I tried to booked a railway ticket on irctc rail connect app on 02.08.2018 and transaction failed but amount of rs. 1310/- debited from my axis bank account. Failed transaction id [protected].

                        As i saw the status of refund in refund history of irctc that refund of rs. 1310/- has been already made by irctc to bank name paytm m with refund id [protected] with bank reference id: [protected]. But till date i. E 14.08.2018 i haven't recieved money in my axis bank account.

                          As i saw the status of refund in refund history of irctc that refund of rs. 1370/- has been already made by irctc to bank name paytm m with refund id [protected] with refund status: amount credited to bank with reference no. 85215228217830384090260 dated 03.08.2018. But till date i. E 14.08.2018 i haven't recieved money either in my axis bank account.

                            I have two saving accounts in axis bank. Bank has provided me a credit card in 2013 on my account no. It was clearly told that it is zero charges card. All of sudden on 5th july 2018 bank has deducted 1421/- as annual maintance charges for the period 2013 to 2017 i. E., five year. Why these charges were not recovered on due dates. How you can recover them after 5 year. Even i have not activate this card till today.
                            I request you to refund the charges deducted by you and cancel this card immediately.in future please don't provide any offer on my account. From your side you have declared this account as priority account. I maintain
                            Average 5 lakh balance in this account. Such type of deductions will compel me to think on some other way.
                            Kindly look in to the matter as early as possible.

                              I have received the following sms from axis bank:

                              Dear customer, mandates reference no: utib[protected]xxxxxxx issued to birla sunlife insurance company india pvt ltd with value 36500 and frequency adhoc is received today for processing account number ending with xxxxxxxxxxx0321.in case of any issues please get in touch with your branch.

                              I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue.

                                I have changed my communication address in Axis bank saving account details. Still Axis bank is sending Bills to my old office address which i left 6 months back. I have requested several times, still they are not updating mu communication address. In stead they have launched 2 number on which calling is chargeable at substantial higher rate. we cant afford to call on those number to axis bank customer care. Please Update address as soon as possible.

                                  I am a long time customer of your bank perhaps one of few who was first at bhilwara branch/ i was satisfied customer and even recommended to many. But for last 6 months or so i am finding difficult to do internet banking. Every time i log in it gets session invalid. Even i have visited your branch and did physical transaction. Earlir your complain no were very good and was getting all call attended promptly but not now
                                  As a result i have switched over to sbi which is giving good service but as a loyal customer i do not like to switch in anticipation that its a temporary phase.

                                    I received funds on my axis bank account ending with 44777954, today and when i try to transfer that fund or to use the fund for some argent online transaction. I saw that my account status is debit frozen account. I have all the documents attached and verified with my account pan/aadhar. Talked to customer service they said visit your branch. I am traveling to another city. And unable to use my own funds. Please can you activate my account?...

                                    Sir/madam,
                                    I am a customer of axis bank mg road lucknow, on 31/05/18. I got a message that my account is debited 10000 which has not done by me. I have compiled in my brach but no setisfy response come from them.
                                    Sir, i kindly requestt you to kindly help me get back my money. I am very much in need of it. Plz help me get my money back. It is hard earned money which i earn.

                                    Today I had used debit card for payment of Electricity bill Rs.4526.99 and 3194.79.
                                    When I see my bank statement than found that bank had taken Rs.4572.25 and 3226.73.
                                    means bank had charged Rs.45.26 and 31.94 respectively.
                                    I had paid more Rs 77.20
                                    Which is very high.
                                    Please refund me Rs.77.20

                                      I am a account holder from axis bank, ayothiyapattanam branch

                                      Sir, i have some problems of their accounts

                                      Sir last month and this month (14.07.2018 & 11.08.2018) that day was debit the consolidated charges and gst 18%.

                                      14.07.[protected].87 rs debited
                                      11.08.[protected].34 rs debited and (Minus (-) balance is 412.14) total: 1798.48
                                      These two days totally charged : 3834.35 rs
                                      These account have bank charged many months in lot of amount,
                                      But the above mentioned date bank will be charged the many lot of amounts sir.

                                      Then another problem is i have the paid icewireless (Internet) bill (Rs: 1178.82), debit the amount quickly, but not paid the amount in internet office, and then stillnow not refund the amount sir.

                                      I am very poor people, i have pay the monthly wise tneb bill payments for
                                      This account. Monthly monthly these amount will be bank charged, how i can live sir,

                                      Please sir, consider my apology and help to refund all the amount sir.
