Dear axis team,
My name is vikas gulab pawar, my credit card no. Is [protected], i have taken home loan from axis, so axis provided me 0 zeo charges credit, as on date i never used it, but i saw on app there are charges for me, i called to call center they said that on 2.4.2018 choose card protection plan, i remember i got call on that day & i always said i am not interested & don't any charge for me for any plan. Pl. Check call records on that day. Finally i never paid for that & i want to closed my credit card account for life time. Pl see in this matter & revert asap. I have called & chat with your customer care for many times, no any response for the same.
