I am an account holder o[censored]nited bank of india. Today at 20.03.52 hour i have tried to withdraw rs.10000 from the atm of axis bank situated at sankrail station road, sankrail, howrah, west bengal using my debit card o[censored]nited bank of india. The process completed and money has not came out of the machine but the message came to my mobile that the amount has been withdrawn and my account has been debited with rs.10000/-.

Please refund my money.

    We are a genuine customer of Axis Bank Ltd. since last 10 yrs we have 3 accounts with your bank in 3 different branches, our Company/Account names our as below:
    M/s. JAI LAKSHMI CONSTRUCTIONS( SV RD ANDHERI)
    M/s. L V INFRA LLP ( RAM MANDIR, GOREGAON)
    M/s. J L INFRA (DINDOSHI, GOREGAON)

    We have always given your company business in WC insurances and many staff account openings but it is not always possible for our company to open accounts or take insurances frequently. We are not given good services when we have to make our staff salary which is around 100-150 people every month. So for which we are kept aside and told issue with software and our payments get delayed, Which effects our planning and also we loose faith of good service from you guys.We have never had the intention to change the bank but when our work is not done on priority we feel the change is necessary.

      I've got soiled notes from your atm located at zip code 520012. I have drawn 5, 000 from my andhra bank debit card. After getting my money, i got to know that i received two soiled hundred rupee notes. Depressed with the action. I am also a banking aspirant and knew rules of currency. Also i showed the notes to security camera. I request you to kindly take action to eliminate these kinds of actions by security agencies.

        Our machine display get damaged and not working. For past two week it not working. It shows some error. And tower signal very poor. So customer get tension and uneasy to wait for its time of signal. So it affects our business. So please what was the cost of it service and please provide immediate resolution for my swipe machine.             Internet banking of axis bank is the worst service of any bank i have ever used,
            Server is too slow, i am trying to pay my credit card bill but server is not allowing me to do that, again and again it is navigating to the error page. This is very frustrating. As a customer, i'll never suggest anyone to open an account in axis bank just because of pathetic internet service. Its a request to the network team please try to improve the server and also do the performance testing of this server

              I had used it for my salary purpose.
              But after my job replacement. I didn't use that account for a while. So it had some negative balance (-680).

              The ATM in the NGGO Colony, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu was non operative for one week as it's in the main area most of them use it for the cash deposits now we have to travel around 8 km to the base branch for deposit of amount. Please take necessary action in this regard.

                        I recieved a call last year with from axis bank for my bank details, telling me its for account verification and rs 1899 was debited from my master card without my permission which was refunded later on. Today, one year later my account was debited again with rs 1899 without my permission. I want to deactivate this subscription and refund the money immediately.

                        It has been over a month and I have got no reply or any messages about deactivating and refunding the money yet after assuring me that it will reflect in my bank account after 7 or 8 working days.I'am now going to make a formal complaint to axis bank for the inconvenience One assist have cost me.This is very unkind for a consumer solutions company to act unprofessionalally.As stated earlier I want to deactivate one assist service and I want the money which was debited from my bank account unwillingly to be credited as soon as possible.

As per the instructions it was mentioned that transctions above rs.1000 will be charged Rs.5 for 4 transctions or above but even when my transction was less than 1000 i have got transction charges deducted from my account and as well as that consolidate charges are being getting deducted from my account. i wish to get clear statement regarding deducted amount in my account transction. if not provided the clear statement for the deduction sever action is going to be taken.

                            I’m Roben Joseph hold a credit Card with Axis bank. I had used my credit Card during my marriage Dec 2017 since Jan 2018 I’m jobless and right now My situation is so miserable. I had told collection guys to give me 2 months time to settle the amount but they’re talking to harshly and threatening on my family, using all abusive language. They started calling my church friends n telling abou my credit Card due with correct amount. Why my bank details are being shared to outside person??? Is this a way to do the collections? I’m just asking for 2 month time that’s it.

                            Felt so bad of takin credit Card from Axis bank. Writhing this letter to consumercomplaint.

                              Axis bank associates have done fraud with me in the name of personal loan. they have misused my id proof and other documents. A loan of 10 lacs have been disbursed in my account at ROI of 11.49% without my consent. They have created a fake application form on which they have pasted picture of some other person and have tried to copy my signature on that. It clearly shows the difference from original. After this they have disbursed loan in my account and are now saying that i have to pay additional processing fee if i need to cancel the loan.

                              Please help in this.

                                My name is arvind jain. I have a account in axis bank.On 27 july 2017 time 12.30 pm i sent my staff to deposit some amount. My staff met assistant manager regarding deposit of amount. But assistant manager rejected my staff proposal. The reason was deposit amount is 100 rupee note. But what can i do i can deposit whatever amount i have in my hand right. Then assistant manager rejected and told my staff to meet manager. Then manager also rejected saying it will take more time counting your money so you come some other day. Is this the way they treat a reputed company in town? i felt so bad and insulted. Then i asked my staff to come back. I was worried because of the risk bringing back cash from bank is high. So i request to take necessary action against axis bank tiruvannamalai branch as soon as possible. I felt so bad that i decided to surrender my account.

                                  Last month before 22nd, one of your dealer in shine (name akash) called me and said that there is an interview for axis bank. First round will be telephonic interview. For that he ask me to pay 2500rupees and he told me that it is refundable. Then one person (name:Ashish Roy ., he told me that he is the HR of axis bank) conducted the interview and told me that I'm selected. Then after 2, 3 days again they called me and inform me the date of final round interview. But they ensure me job .they told me to pay 16850 as security amount. And they told me it is also refundable. Ashish told me to pay through shine. Then again aakash called me and said this. Then again I paid the amount. But after few days they told me to pay 25000 for sending offer letter. Then I told them, I don't want the job. And please refund my money. At that time aakash told me it will take time. Within 45 days they will repay the amount. But for last few days his phone number is not available. It is switched off. So please help me to get back my money.

                                      I received a call from axis bank. They told me this is for. Card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank they told me this is anathor service.. So we cant help u.

                                      I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks..
