This is the escalation regarding ms. Rajul verma, operations head, avtar enclave branch, delhi.
Being a customer of your bank, having my accounts in avtar enclave branch (3194) delhi has got my corporate trade remmittance done from my a/c named shri mahavir impex in which charges of ₹7000 was deducted from my a/c regarding which i had a talk with branch head of avtar enclave branch delhi to get my charges reversed...

I have spoken with one of the cibil score agency guy tied up with axis bank regarding my defaulted credit card payment which is 6 months delayed and informed about paying it in installments. But credit card people harassing me about payment in full amount and threatening me if not done so.

Please kindly how to proceed.

This account holder named jitendra singh chauhan did fraud with me.. I have sent money to his upi address and he did not delivered the service and blocked my number. I contacted my bank from where i made this transaction. They have advised me to contact you guys with these details.

I tried to withdraw 1000 rs. From your bank atm on 23/06/2018, the amount was deducted but was not dispensed by the machine. Its been a week now i want refund for the same on top priority.
And as per the rules i am supposed to get 100 rs per day extra above 1 week.

Im putting mails from the past 5 months about the charges that deducted from my account for the demat. I gave a demat closer request on december 2015 itself at himayathnagar branch hyderabad. After many compliments still my account is in active status and deducting money from my account. Kindly close my account and reverse the charges.

Sir, friday 22.06.2018 i was two transactions done from axis bank account no ([protected]) to andhra bank account but amount is not credited to andhra bank account pls rectify.

The amount of ₹ 10000.0 on 22/jun/2018 20:02:00 has been not credited to the receiver’s andhra bank account ([protected]). Utr number:[protected] against the transaction id: p1806222001463485645721......

Please be informed that the axis bank customer care numbers are paid numbers and to get the required details, around Rs.35 to 50/- has been gone.

also the layman cannot be accessed the customer care, as it's required language is not available for credit cards.

the free cards were issued to the people and they are not using the card, the yearly charges were accumulated and the same were debiting in the SB account...

I have taken a home loan from axis bank, alwar, rajasthan in nov. 2016. At that time they have opened an account for deposite loan amount, bank executives has not told me that which type of account they have opend.

As i took asix bank credit card on december 2017 till now not utilised even one traction also not did and pin also not generated when i am asking to cancel the card they says you pay first the amount then we will cancel after 6 month.

I am using axis salary account for last 8 years..

It shows negative balance suddenly.. It shows -383 in the account summary but my real balance is around 11 rupee after my last transaction (4000+)

If i take monthly statement.. It shows correct balance but in account summary it shows - ve..
