Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & today have received msg me i.e. deduct Rs. 367.33 & Rs. 66.12 by Axis Bank, than I checked my balance they have deducted 367.33 rs & 66.12 rs, from my account written as Consolidated Charges. Say me, Why without any call or information they have deduct any amount in my account. Every Month they have deduct in some rupees in my account without any information. Please help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples

    I Srishti Dikshit on behalf of Mr. Nikhlesh Mishra writing this complaint to you.

    As Mr. Nikhlesh Mishra took the facilities of Auto loan and home loan from Axis Bank, Shaheed path branch, Lucknow.

    His Auto loan A/c no. is ALR[protected].
    Home loan A/c no. is PHR[protected].

    I would like to tell you that Mr. Nikhlesh Mishra paid every installments timely, there was no delay on his part. As you all can check in your systems.

    Now the problem is, when Mr. Nikhlesh Mishra paid installments timely through cash then also there are some bouncing charges approx Rs. 509/- per month. Why so?

    When Mr. Nikhlesh Mishra has deposited his installments timely, then how these bouncing charges came to his way?

    He personally visited the branch many times, today I also visited the Shaheed path Branch to ask them that from where these bouncing charges are coming? Here I met Mr. Akash Singhal (Deputy Manager)asked him to kindly give us some sort of waiver, he totally denies this statement of mine and said that Mr. Nikhlesh Mishra is not liable for any kind of waiver.

    Am not understanding one point that how Mr. Nikhlesh Mishra is made liable to pay these bouncing charges? when he is paying installments timely? I don't think so that he has made any kind of default during EMIs payment.

    Mr. Nikhlesh Mishra is continuously receiving notification regarding payment of these bouncing charges. Mr. Mishra is a reputed person of Lucknow. These kind of charges from a reputed bank, is not right at all.

    This type of behaviour from bank is harassing Mr. Nikhlesh Mishra.

    Its a request from our side that kindly give us waiver from these wrong bouncing charges and also please clear all these incorrect charges. So that Mr. Nikhlesh Mishra can live without any kind of tension.

      In this bank, My wife has salary account. I and my wife dont know how they have opened deemat account . We came to know about deemat account when they had charged 700 rupees for it. We never done any trading over it. I have also an account in axis bank, They always do unauthorized transaction in my account after complaining sometimes they revert money. There are no support call support to resolve the issue.

        I received a call from Axis Bank on 28/06/2018. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my Axis visa platinum card ending with 8353. It has been noticed that the money already been charged for rupees 1899/- for the same.

        Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. is 4761885. I am waiting for confirmation of deactivation of this service and also refund the money rupees 1899/-.

        I even called the customer care and lodged a complaint and my service request number is 42569329

          imps - transaction status showing as suspect

          I have made imps transaction yesterday (11th July 2018) for the amount rs.40, 000 from my axis account to my federal bank account..The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited till now. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

          I contacted the branch office... but no use.

          This letter is written with full of frustration for the deficiency of services from the Axis Bank.
          I agreed to sell my house property to Mr. Sundaramoorthy. He wanted to avail a loan and he opted Axis bank as I already had a loan with Axis on the property in January 2018.
          The transfer of loan did not happen immediately but took a span of 5 months. For five months, Axis Bank kept saying that they were in the process of closing my loan and had applied for Retrieval of Documents from vault. But my EMI was debited since January 2018 till June 10th. I HAD EVEN SENT AN EMAIL IN MONTH OF JUNE SEEKING STATUS OF CLOSURE. THE REPLY WAS CALLOUS AND THERE WAS NO PROPER INVESTIGATION. My last EMI was debited on 10th June 2018.
          I suffered a lot as total of 5 months EMI was debited from my account.. I wanted to sell this property as I was having lot of financial issues and was finding difficult to repay my loan. But even after deciding to sell the property, Axis bank continuously harassed me.
          By end of June 2018, I had received a No due letter. They did not call me for registration of property to Mr. Sundaramoorthy. I kept mentioning to Mr. Das that they need to inform me atleast 2 weeks in advance to registration as I will have to prior arrangements for travel and stay. Mr. Das promised to keep it in mind.
          On July 10th 2018, the buyer and Mr. Madhu ([protected]) from Axis Bank says that the original home loan documents are retrieved from vault and the registration has to happen on 12th July. All the commitments were in drain and they forced me to come to Chennai.
          I asked for time, but they mentioned that as the dates is fixed by registrar and I had to be there in Chennai.
          I stay in Mangalore, Karnataka and could not book train tickets in such a short span of time. Hence, I had to book flight tickets and had to book hotel for my stay in Chennai. I reconfirmed both with the buyer and Mr. Das and Mr. Madhu if there will be definitely registration of property on 12th July 2018.
          They confirmed positively.
          After reaching Chennai on 11th July mid afternoon, Mr. Das confirms that there is some issue and will get back to us.
          On investigation, we get to know that the original documents which was retrieved from vault is inadvertently sent back to vault again, hence registration of property cannot happen.
          I was completely frustrated, me and my husband left all our work, booked adhoc flight and hotel tickets to complete registration and hand over property to the buyer and ONCE AGAIN AXIS BANK MAKES OUR LIFE DIFFICULT.
          Mr. Das, does not speak to us properly and says “ We are not his customer and the buyer is his customer”. He washes off his hand saying that I need to speak to Mr. Chandrashekar.

          I contact Mr. Chandrashekar ([protected]) and he says he is responsible for managing my account but he cannot do anything for this mistake. I asked him who will take care of my expenses. He says, he is not responsible and tells me to contact his manager.
          I have come all the way from Mangalore, Karnataka to Chennai to hear all this nonsense. Later, both Mr. Das and Mr. Chandrashekar confirms to me that I need to visit Kodambakkam branch to discuss the issues. I need to complaint to customer service and not to him
          Now, my queries are
          1) Why was there a delay in transferring a loan to the buyer of 5 months?
          2) Why did the original documents retrieval take 5 months?
          3) Why did they commit that they will give me time for registration and did not?
          4) Why was I promised registration of property on 12th by Axis bank and asked me to come down?
          5) Why did they show negligence, deficiency of services and sent the original documents back to vault?
          6) Why is each and every person in Axis bank wading off their responsibility and shouldering to someone else?
          7) Who will refund my 5 months EMI?
          8) Who will refund my flight ticket charges of both mine and my husband?
          9) Who will refund my hotel stay charges?
          AXIS BANK HAVE BEEN IRRESPONSIBLE IN ALL THE WORK TILL TODAY AND HAVE CONTINOUSLY HARRASED ME. THEY HAVE NOT SHOWED ANY DUE DILIGENCE IN CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT AND I HAVE SUFFERED A LOSS OF 1 LAKH BECAUSE OF THEIR CARELESSNESS.
          I NEED MY REFUND AND COMMITMENT FROM THEM THAT THEY WILL RETRIEVE DOCUMENTS AGAIN AND GIVE ME TIME TO COME TO CHENNAI
          I ALSO WANT THEM TO BOOK MY FLIGHT TICKETS AND HOTEL STAY AS I CANNOT DO THIS EXERCISE AGAIN FOR THEIR MISTAKES.
          I SEEK AN COMPENSATION FOR THE NEGLIGENCE, UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES AND MENTAL AGONY AND HARRASMENT WHICH AXIS BANK HAS METED TO ME

            I got a job offer from shine.com, i had applied for the job after all they are started askin money for registration rs.2500 i have paid the amount then they told me you will undergo through telephonic interview once i finshed the interview they asked me rs. 16850 as a interview security amount fortunately i have paid that amount too, but after that they again asked me rs.21500 for the interview hard copy .. ????

            how much money i have spent for a job?

              I have purchased Sovereign gold Bond (Application No :[protected]. I wanted to know its status.Till date there have been no communication.
              Can you please let me know the following..
              1. What is the current value of these two bonds?
              2. Why 2.75% interest payable every six months is not given so far?

              I was booking train ticket using irctc website and used axis bank upi gateway for the transaction and amount of ₹240 is deducted from my paytm payments bank account through UPI but ticket not booked and the amount is not refunded yet.

              My account has been freezed without any notification.and i am in out of states.and need of money.but the account had been debit freezed and in big trouble.                 Subject:- Regarding Harassment and abuse by Axis Bank employee.
                Today a woman employee from Axis Bank Loan recovery team called me 2:36 pm. First she told me that her name is miss Priya and She is from Delhi police’s HR department and asked me a one year old neighbour's contact number. I told her that call me after 2 minutes because I use feature phone and not able to tell you the contact information while calling. She called me again at 2:40 pm but this time I inquired that why Delhi police would call me. Then, she abused me in front of my whole family. She said me thief and misbehaved in a very derogatory manner. Harassment was so cruel that one of my family member is a psychological patient. The patient afraid and still going through mental trauma. Because of her abuse and harassment my whole family is suffering and going though mental stress.
                And this all happened because of this unknown neighbour. She resided in our neighbour hood some year ago and I don’t know her now even she is not my distant relative. Then how could a bank employee can abuse and harrash me over phone when I don’t know the person which the employee inquired about my old neighbour.
                Please Sir, I want a strict action against this employee, who does not have any behavioural or professional code of conduct.
                Pay a one lac compensation, because I suffered from metal harassment and so my loss of reputation because she abused and harassed in front of my relatives (as they all came for a function organised by our family).

                  With ref. to my last cheque book complaint. I have made a cheque book request this Monday (16/7/2018) through axis bank app with the help of branch manager (operation). Today again I called the customer care to follow up the status of my cheque book. customer care representative said there is no request has been created. You have to make request again he said, then I told him ok. Later I checked with branch they saying two cheque book request has been made. the customer care personnel made a mistake and he issued the second one it can't be cancelled. I have to pay. This is how axis bank works. Poor service and in competent guy who made the request. Simply taking money from the customer even the error from bank side. Thanks.

                        I applied for credit card over of 10 days got verification call as i thought to make change of address to make it to permanant address suddenly they disconnected without confirming anything during verification call. later after 2 days of verification call i recieved a message as credit card declined.. need reason of declination without any proper confiming as i was waiting for credit card from past many days with positive expectations.. Really axis bank troubling us without proper confirmation enquire, .

                        Axis bank really putting into hell trouble. from past few days getting call for credit card and applied everything with details. At enquire verification call thought change of address to permanent address he didnt even verified anything properly. after 2 dats got message as decilned. hopefully waited for credit card now totally they putting into hell trouble..

                          Axis Bank Upgrade my credit card with out my permission and when axis bank send new credit card with the welcome kit. on welcome kit clearly mention joining fees is Zero and Annual Fees is Zero. but in my Last Three Transaction Annual Fees show Rs-500 + Tax .

                          I complaint on customer care and Send scan copy of welcome kit to Axis bank two time with axis bank portal but no solution of my problem .

                          When i told please closed my Credit Card the customer care representative Miss Sajia (introcatin id[protected] told me clear your outstanding amount Zero (with Annual Fees) then we can close your card.

                              I had booked a hotel via booking. Com in 2016 March using the AXIS bank credit card, for some reason I had to cancel the booking, the refund was sent by the website it also reflected my credit card statement but they are not using that credit for the my further expenses done thru the card .
                              My account has the auto debit system so what ever expense I am doing now they are directly debiting my savings account and using the credits, this how they harrase honest customers and give loans to defaulters.

                              I had also visited the zaveri bazaar mumbai branch and spoke to the manager he said we can't help you please go to the credit card department.

                                Dear Axis Bank / Indian Consumer Complaints forum,

                                From my Axis Bank Credit Card ending with number 1892, there were 4 Unauthorized Transactions happened, totaling to INR 32, 990/- on 19th March 2018. On the same day I have blocked my Credit Card with Axis Bank. On the very second day on 20th March 2018 have filed an FIR with Police and submitted a request to Axis Bank on 21st March 2018 with Service Request number 39793601. Dispute Form with, FIR Copy and Incident Letter were properly submitted to Axis Bank via Courier and via Email on Axis Bank Website.

                                I received an acknowledgement to Email from Axis Bank on 27th March 2018 acknowledging the receipt of document and tells a 30 Days to resolve on investigation. There were many calls made for checking the status of the case with Axis Bank Call Centre. I was given a Temporary Credit Limit for the said amount in March 2018 itself. On 19th June 2018, the said temporary limit was revered without any intimation to me. When I enquired with call center the said temporary limit was reversed on account of 90 Days have completed for the case filed.

                                I have been continuously following with Axis Bank since 19th March 2018 but still the query is not being resolved. It’s being more than 3 Months.

                                Request you to please refund the claim amount of INR 32, 990/- to my Credit Card. I will not be paying any Credit Card Bill unless and until the said amount is being refunded to my Credit Card. Any delayed payments to bills till then (generated till refund) would paid be without any interest charge or penalty or delayed charges.

                                Seeking urgent revert on the matter. If this is the way, the Axis Bank delays then I would be definitely switching over to another bank.

                                  Hi team,
                                  I had a pending credit card with Axis Bank. I went to there noida branch office which they call AXIS HOUSE..huge office it is..

                                  Regarding this card I spoke to someone whose name was Ruchi she said to me please pay the entire amount pending because this way your account will get closed and it will not show as a settled account I trusted her and made payment in full however later when I checked my CIBIL report nothing was changed.

                                  So then again I went to the same office and tried approaching this girl but I was told that she has not come today I spoke to many people there none of them was able to give me a satisfied answer then I requested for a letter stating that I made the payment they didn't want to give it..after great struggle I was able to get this letter

                                  On this letter it was mentioned that no balance you have to pay to Axis Bank however CIBIL report is not going to change

                                  I felt cheated because I paid the amount in full which Ruchi suggested me no one was there who could take ownership

                                  Even the manager was trying to convince me that this is the best we could do and don't worry about CIBIL nobody cares I request you team please please help me because I had a similar kind of card with Citibank I paid in full to them and they closed the account now if I check my CIBIL report it clearly says that Citibank credit card account been closed why this did not happen with Axis Bank please please help me

                                    Sub: Lethargic Communication Quality Of Axis Bank and Your Customer Care Cell...

                                    Respected Ma'am/Sir
                                    This is to notify you that you Customer Care Cell and Axis Bank, (Landran Branch) is very Disappointing for many reasons. The Incident is as following
                                    On 5 July 2018, I got an call from Axis Bank Customer Care, The employee name was Vijay Shankar with the contact No. as +[protected], he called and said that my A/C KYC has not been updated, he also said that I can update my KYC through any Bank, so I went to Axis Bank, Landran, as my Residential address was near to Landran Branch now.
                                    • I went to The Axis Bank, Landran, where one of your employee at the branch said That the KYC has been updated already when we had opened our A/C, Then I had told them to update my residential address, I gave them the Updated Aadhar print out, The Aadhar card is made once and given in the form of a Card by post, so they can't give original card every time, So for that reason I had given my Print out, The 1st Bench Employee said we need the original card, I gave them the original card with the Old Residential address, Then the First Bench employee went to the 3rd Bench Employee and then he said we need the color print out of Aadhar card otherwise we won't update your address, I then asked them to search my Aadhar details in your system, Then he said Yes I can do that. Then they got my details.
                                    • As I had finished filling the form for updating my Address and other formality which took 40-45 Minutes of my Precious time, the 3rd Bench Employee came and said " this is a online A/C for that you have to go to Phase 11, Axis Branch and Verify your Signatures and the get a stamp and then you can update your KYC" I said why did you waste my time he replied Sir our bank has different policy from other bank and then he tore my Address Updation Forms.
                                    • I told him I will write a letter to your Grievance cell he replied " You can do that, Sir, I am not afraid of complaints.
                                    Let me remind you that If you had such policies then you could have told me earlier, I wasted my 40-45 minutes in your Axis Bank, Landran, your employees Such casual attitude with customers is not worth it, and neither its written in your bank policies.
                                    • There were many mistakes from your Side as your customer Care cell Mr. Vijay Shankar (+[protected] said that address and KYC can be updated from any bank, but my KYC was already updated, I think your employee should have full information & then he should contact, It was for like disturbing the customer.
                                    • Your 3rd bench Landran Branch employees in Landran had very casual attitude toward your customer, Like bring color print out for you Aadhar for updating. and the reply that " You can do that, Sir, I am not afraid of complaints.”
                                    • Other banks have a simple process to provide you Identity proof and you address is updated, But like you employee said our bank is different, he was true your bank does not want to serve your customers, they just want to torture them.
                                    • My branch was in Axis Phase 11, Mohali, PB, but as per Mr. Vijay Shankar's Statement you can update your address and KYC from any branch, I had come to you Landran branch.
                                    It is never easy for someone to give 40-45 minutes to someone and still the work is not done.
                                    I expect you to look into this matter and I hope for a helpful reply.

                                    I had written the same Email to customer.[protected]@axisbank.com on 6 July 2018 but there is no reply, as you have migrated your email address.
                                    I will not recommend Axis Bank to other, as your employees don't want to help and give fake information.
