Iam girija. M not at all satisfied with the axis credict card 3611 because inspite of ignoring the card protection plan montly we are getting an amount of 3017.86 rs we have called several times the customer no and they ensure that we will cancle that plan and they are not doing it.. We have to put currency to our moblie and so speak with that fellows really fed up... But this time iam sure that iam gonna raise this complaint in ombedsman sure... I want the paln to be cancled and refund of the money immediately...

    I got amount deducted for the cheque return charges since last 5 months. Amount is rs1100 every month. Why this amount is so high for the cheque return charges in axis bank? And the bank employees are also disgusting. They dont provide any proper answer to this. Infact they are also dont know. Axis bank is really foolish. They just loot peoples hard earned money

      This is a complaint regarding my interaction with your axis bank emoloyees over the past one week which has left me extremely furious. I've never had such problems in dealing with the other banks so far. Such inexperienced staff. I visited the the bank last week requesting to make an rtgs transfer to the other axis bank branch and the staff instead makes a cash transfer which later caused such a huge problem.       Dear team,
      This is the escalation regarding ms. Rajul verma, operations head, avtar enclave branch, delhi.
      Being a customer of your bank, having my accounts in avtar enclave branch (3194) delhi has got my corporate trade remmittance done from my a/c named shri mahavir impex in which charges of ₹7000 was deducted from my a/c regarding which i had a talk with branch head of avtar enclave branch delhi to get my charges reversed as they are inapproriate and also being an old customer of branch and having all our a/cs in this branch of axis bank got no regard. Instead of that ms rajul asked me to transfer my accounts in other bank while i went for cash related services in the bank and i would not then the branch will close all my accounts without my consent and replied in very rude manner & misbehaved and because of her rude behavior i felt so low and insulted. Employees like ms rajul verma think that there is no strict law is made for there illmannerism n the high ranking officials are just for name. Axis bank is a well renowned bank all over india n is famous for it's excellent customer service but employees like ms rajul verma leaves no stone unturned in hampering banks image.. I want bank to take strict actions against such kind of employees so that they cannot further humiliate the customers of the bank and spoils bank image.

              My name is parikshith savanth and i hold an account with no: [protected].
              I've been using forex card linked to this bank account and have loaded more than 15lakhs till date. Every time i i used to get it loaded from mysore kuvempunagar branch. With the change in staff, we have been ill treated with the forex card service. Every time, the exchange rates were reduced for the large transaction i used to make and this time, the rates were not reduced when my mother went there to talk with them in my absence. I'm afraid that your staff are unaware of the working of your bank. I'm currently residing in ireland, with the urgent need of money, we had no other option but to get conned. I am assuring you that i will close my account the day i land back in india, unless any action is taken on this complaint.

                      I am using axis bank multicurrency card. My card got fraud couple of months before. My claim was rejected saying that documents wasn't submitted within 7 days even though i have informed customer care same day when fraud happened. I lost almost inr 11000 because of this. How can you expect to get documents within 7 days when you are traveling to another country where you are not that familiar. This has only happened because of the lack of card security.

                        Cancellation of my credit card my request no : 42688011 for cancellation as with out use of card i paid 4055.82, customers please be careful i[censored] r taking axis bank credit cards. They tell something first and not even call for 4 month later i[censored] see the transaction is not happening they say charges has to pay for taken of card even not utilisation also so please be careful. They play games as they even not share the chat no through internet banking only the payment site is open for payments. They don't have axis bank mail id also which they are using earlier they say those has changed so please be careful. If you try to send mail also they will say we didn't receive the mails and you will get bounce back and it wont take into consideration. There aim is to grab customer make money from target middle class only. Axis bank is fraud.

                          As my credit card expired on feb2018 and i have shifted to other state and new card not recd but two days back i have seen my mail then found axis bank statements where he is asking for rs. 1500 as service charge of march18 to may18.
                          Why i have to pay when i not used. As a middle class man with single hand. Even mail id of axis bank the kept on site that also fraud,
                          Even phone service also worst which phone no given on statement[protected] is ringing but no body receiving i am continuing trying from last 3 days and email id nodal.                                 Please be informed that the axis bank customer care numbers are paid numbers and to get the required details, around Rs.35 to 50/- has been gone.

                                also the layman cannot be accessed the customer care, as it's required language is not available for credit cards.

                                the free cards were issued to the people and they are not using the card, the yearly charges were accumulated and the same were debiting in the SB account linked with it

                                  Respected sir/madam
                                  I have taken a home loan from axis bank, alwar, rajasthan in nov. 2016. At that time they have opened an account for deposite loan amount, bank executives has not told me that which type of account they have opend.
                                  After many months later some charges has been deducted from my account. I have done enquiry about deductions then i came to know that they have charged for non maintenance of monthly average balance i. E 10000. The bank has charged 3-4 to times and 500 rs each time.
                                  After that many times i have requests for changing my account from basic saving account to loan account but they have not solved my problem. Many times i went to beach and meet to manager and bank executives but they are not even ready to listen my problem. They said that "we cannot do anything it i'll be like that only. There is no option to change ur account to loan account"
                                  Sir, i have taken a home loan so i should be a zero balance loan account but the bank executive has open basic saving bank account to complete his target. So please sir try to resolve my problem.
                                  I don't have that much of money so that i am unable to maintain 10000 as average monthly balance.
                                  Please sir it's my humble request to resolve my problem. Thank u.

                                  i have registered complaint against axis bank on 30th june 2018 but till now they have not respond me. i have also provided my account number details. still i am waiting for response. please try to solve my problem sir.

                                    Axis Bank, I opened my account with you with a trust in your bank services, which have disappointed me to a level that now I'm frustrated to shut down my account. At the time of account opening procedure, I was told by your executive that there are no unncessary charges and need not worry about it. I got this text a few days back, 'Deduction of 354rs. 'Consolidated Charges' '. And today I again get another text - 'Deduction of 33rs. 'Tip/scg.visa.pos.dt' '
                                    Can you please explain what the hell is going on? I'm a student. I don't even earn right now that I can recover the unnecessary charges I'm being charged with. This is complete fraudulent activity, which wasn't expected from a bank with such a big marketing campaigning activities and a big name.
                                    I want a refund of all of this money.

                                      I am an axis bank customer from 2010. I applied for a credit card my zone from ur executive mrs savita, contact no.[protected]. She assured me that my credit limit would be more than rs. 1.25 lacs and also the male executive who came to me for receiving of documents also assured same. But after applying of credit card when i checked my credit limit through axis mobile app, i got shocked to see my credit limit of only rs. 25000/-
                                      When i contacted mrs savita regarding this, she told me that credit limit is not in her hands. It's depend upon back end team. But she didn't tell me this thing while applying for new card.
                                      I am having a credit card of hdfc from more than 2 years whose monthly bill is more than 25000 and i alsways clear bills on time. I also had a personal loan from axis bank which i cleared in 2 years without a single late payment. I an having a car loan and a home loan and ni late payments from last 4 years of car loan and 4 months of home loan.
                                      But might be axis bank thinks that these records are not good enough to sanction me a credit limit of rs. 1.25 lacs.
                                      In the end, i only want to say that please deactivate my newly received my zone credit card and also waive off rs. 590 which is showing that me have to make this payment as now i don't trust this bank anymore
                                      And i[censored] don't waive off rs. 590/- i would take legal action for selling credit card with wrong commitment of credit limit. For proof, i do have all call recordings of sale executive for this
