I asked that representative multiple times, but he is not replying.

It is not allowing me to Chat, as my mobile number is not registered.
It will be great if you can check the account status at your end and let me know if any document/other issue.

I have used Axis Bank ATM At Badlapur (w) Near Bharat College Road, The amount is not dispensed but I am billed for an entire amount. The ATM machine got hang and there was no one to attend or help in such situation.

    Hello

    My name is kamal gangwar and i am customer of axis bank for past 4 years and hold a saving account last 4 digit 9488 and personal loan account.
    I was also holding axis bank credit card which got expired last year (August 2017) than i raised a request to close the credit card through phone banking but now i get to know that it still did not close when my saving account got blocked due to just 1 paisa due on credit card which is really rediculous.
    I am continuously talking to customer care for past 4 days and everytime they informed me that they have raised a escalation and your account will be released within 1 hour but now it's more than 3 days t's showing freezed while i made the payment of 1 rupees as per customer care instructions.
    I also visited the bareilly pilibhit bypass branch and they informed they can not do anything in this case and talked very rudely.
    Now i am trying to communicate customer care but they disconnected my call without listen me properly.
    Please look into the issue asap and get release my account immediately as there is auto debit of my personal loan emis. Please do the needful otherwise i have to go banking ombudsman for this unnecessary harrassment done by axis bank.

    I have given a application about 20 days before for extend of my PPF account .
    branch could not extend my PPF account yet so please look in to the matter and solve it as possible as early .

      Unfortunately my company is having salary account with your stupid bank.. Where almost all the employees are useless. I have sent a mail related to my money got locked in lien balance by 22nd june and till today havent got the reply. Spoke to call center twice and they referred loan department who has locked my amount in lien balance. Loan department not picking up the phone for the past 2 days... Especially the no[protected].. I tried this no from 11.30 am till 1.30 pm today.. No is picking up the phone, but most of the times its busy too... I dont which is misusing the bank no... All nos ringing but all not picking up.. The nos i tried are[protected], 5663, 5662, 5670.. All in vain...

      Please wake up and do job for wht you have been paid.. Its pain for customers like us...

      If i am not getting my money cleard i will be posting this to all websites and will be taking this to consumer court soon,,, please move

        Hi the atm in front of kamala nehru park is not working since 21st june.
        The terminal no. Is spcno3739.
        There is no way that you can complain about this to axis bank. If you call the help line nos. The ivrs doesnt have any option for atms.
        Can axis bank do something to rectify this immediately? There are no other atms with a kilo meter of this atm.

          I have received a call from Axis Bank today[protected]. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my Axis visa Card ending with 6539.
          It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
          Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money @1899....

          Hi Team,

          I have a Credit Card with Axis Bank and have recently received a credit card bill of Rs. 76000, and I'm really not in a position to pay off this amount due to grave financial difficulties I'm facing.

          My family has landed in a terrible financial situation and I wish to get rid off this Credit card so that you get the money you deserve. I've ended up paying more than double of what I have spent through this card though. I can offer to pay off 20% of this amount within 5 working days if I receive a confirmation from your end.

          I've tried to sort this through your representatives but have been misled by some of them, and was also cut off abruptly from your chat forum once, although I appreciate and thank most of your reps for being patient and helpful.

            Dear sir

            I went to the axis bank, branch - hisar today on 11.00 am. I wanted to deposit rs.10284 in cash in the a/c of housing board haryana, bahadurgarh against a/c no.[protected]. Which is the installment of our flat no.1729 ff.

            But the operational head of that bank mr. Amarjeet singh refused to take the money in cash and cashier did the same. And didn't give me understandable reason why he didn't deposited my cash and mr. Amarjeet singh behavior's was not good. I felt harassed. I am a senior citizen and that was not i expected from a well educated officer of the hisar branch. Please not my complain and take appropriate action on it.

                Iam r. Selva sudhakaran working in m. S. Foundations pvt ltd as an manager, using axis account ([protected]) past 4 years as an easy access salary account in chennai poonamalliee branch (Ch 56). Iam mainting this account for my salary and for my personal business also. I didnt know it will changed for cash deposite. I have charged 2567.50 for consolidated charges & 462.15 for gst from my account. I didnt have any knowledge for this charges. Past 4 years i have using this account for my personal use also. I cant able to digest this charges. Please take action for this charges and kindly refund my amount for this time. Another one time i didnt use this account trasaction like this. I have filling it by this account also. Kindly please refund my amount to my same account

                Consolidated charges deducted rs. 3868. MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].

                  I had booked a ticket on irctc but for some reason had to cancel it.
                  Irctc has credited the amount of rs.3840 to the bank with ref number: 85215228169824232663244
                  But the amount has not been credited in my account with acc number:[protected]
                  Please look into the issue.

                  There was wrong transaction done in the amount of 67000 from Axis Bank to ICICI. I have been tried multiple times to talk with Bank rep. and getting a run around every time i call them. My dispute was closed without any communication to me and everytime i call the customer i have explain the same scenario multiple times without any resolution.

                      Axis bank misguided me, cheated me, harassed me and won't help at any point of time.
                      Writing this so that no one else get trapped by axis bank.
                      I have all the proof in emails as hard copy (For all the misguidance by sales manager and regional manager) and i have shown from lower level to higher level but instead of helping me they misguided, harassed and cheated me.
                      I have reached to sales manager, regional manager, avp, nodal officer, principal nodal officer through emails, call and lots of emails. They treat you very badly and won't reply to your calls and emails.
                      1. Sales manager of axis bank, goregoan branch given the confirmation in email that i will be eligible for pmay yojnna with all the data that i have provided and so i transferred my home loan from xyz bank to axis bank. The interest rate was same near about in both the bank.
                      2. After that the transfer process starts they took me lots of money in the name of pmay yojna, processing fees, 0.2 percent of loan amount, two many cheques... Login was done in november 2017 and disbursement was done in january 2018.
                      2. After 8 months when i checked with customer care then i was shocked and come to know that my home loan has not even linked to pmay yojna.
                      3. When i talked with sales manager again then he said axis bank has stopped giving pmay yojna benefit for balance transfer cases without any documents or proofs.
                      4. I then took my concerns to regional manager (Goregoan branch) and stated the whole story, she asked for 2-3 days.
                      After that she never picked my phone nor replied to any of the emails.
                      5. After few days i got a call from sales manager that nsb has rejected my case.
                      When i asked for reason then he said do whatever you want.
                      6. I then took my concern to avp of axis bank goregoan branch and then i was more shocked when i come to know that all my documents are there in the axis bank goregoan branch itself and there was a huge mistakes from there end as they has not completed even the basic formalities of pmay yojna.
                      7. Avp has promised me that he will helped me as far as possible as there is a mistake from there end.
                      8. Now what he said they will reapply again and during that process now they are saying i am not eligible for pmay yojna as one of the criteria has not met after 8 months.
                      9. I then dropped an email to nodal office, principal nodal officer but no reply.
                      10. Then i went to worli branch to meet the nodal officer, they are not allowing me to meet. After lots of request one of the nodal officer met and again she promised to helped me as far as possible as there is a mistake from there end.
                      11. After 15 days i got an email that we are sorry as you are not eligible we can not do anything.

                        I had fraudulent transactions happened on my debit card with out my concern or otp as below on 21st june 2018.

                        I lost total inr 8, 000/- with out my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.

                            I am writing this with regards to settle my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-yyyy-zzzz-555. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 57119.95

                            This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                            I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                            I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                            At badarpur tanki road axis bank atm when i withdraw money it's give me damage note which is half teared the same problem is many more time. So please solve it many people and my friends also got teared note from the the same axis bank atm that note is not accept by anybody

                              My name is Jai Prakash and took a personal loan from axis bank mi customer I'd is[protected] and register mobile number is [protected], from last 3 months axis bank applying 500 above like 590, 560 and some other charges on me by saying that EMI nonsense charges for march month but I had sufficient funds in my account at that time then why these charges has made, I requested them many time by mail and phone calls but they are unable to provide appreciate answer or refund to me . I also shared my statement as proof with them but they just doing thus they want to do.

                                My SB A/c No.with Axis Bank, Periyar Nagar Branch is [protected].Axis Bank didn, t include my mobile number [protected] under edge rewards menu despite requests and complaints since January 2018.This prevents me from availing rewards points at my credit.I usually recharge my mobile number with rewards points.The bank may be advised to help me .

                                  Aaj mujhe axis bank ke dwara kiya jane wala ek scam k bare me pata chala jisme lakho logo ko sikar banaya gaya hai. Ye bank customers ko bina bataye uske account se jitna chahe amount lock kar deti hai. Aur wo bhi mahino tak. Chahe wo insaan 8000 mahine hi kyu na kamata ho ye bank kisi ko nahi chodti. Ye uski poore mahine ki kamayi jabt kar leti hai. Wo bechara phone kar kar ke pagal hota rehta hai. Pr unki kan pr koi asar nahi. Wo branch jata hai to wo log use ye bolkar bhaga dete hai. Wo bechara bhagta rehta hai. Ab wo mahine bhar ka kharch kese chalaye. Uske baccho ki school ki fees kon bharega. Uske gharwale kya khayenge. Kya karenge wo kya kare. Modi ne bahut accha kam kiya. Saare beksoor logo ki aisi halat kar di ki bank jaisa chor ko bol diya jao aur gareebo ke paise khao. Jane kitne log is ka sikar hue. Me bhi hua. Jab thoda pata karne ki koshish ki to pata chala ye to is bank ka dhandha jane kab se chala aa raha hai. Jane kitne paise dabaye hai is bank ne. Ye bank notebandi pr businessmen se ghoos lekar unka blackmoney white karti rahi. Aur baki log bechare line me marte rahe.
                                  India ki sabse badi chor bank hai.
                                  Mere saath kya hua batata hu. Mene loan liya tha sister ki marriage k liye 3 lakh ka. Mujhe 12% bolkar loan diya. Aur baad me jab agreement mujhe mila to usme likha tha 20%. Itna late bheja loan agreement jab tak me paise bhej chuka tha. Fas gaya 20% me. Dusri baat mujhe bharne hai 4.8 lakh yani loan 3 lakh ka aur interest 1.80 lakh yani 50% se upar. Chalo aur dekho do baar meri salary late aayi jis wajah se me emi late se diya. Wo bounce laga diya cibil kharab ab kahi aur se transfer bhi nahi kar sakte. Aur mere ek dusre account se jisme mera koi loan account link nahi hai usme se paisa lien me dal diya jabki jis account se emi jata hai. Us account se saara amount kat chuke the pahle hi. Koi outstanding na hone k wabjood. Mere dusre account se paisa kat liya extra. Aur aisa pahle bhi kiya in bank walo ne jis wajah se meri do emi late hui. Are bhaiyya hum blackmoney wale nahi hai. Sirf salary ek baar aati hai mahine me. Wo kabhi kabhi do mahine me ek baar milti hai. Aur aap log poori salary kat kar apne pass rakh lete ho. Bhaiyya gharwalo ko roti khane doge ya mar jaye. Bata do. Modi g satyanash kar diya hai. Desh ka. Ab mahine bhar se chilla raha hu bhaiyya paise wapas kar do. Par koi matlab nahi. Hum kya karenge. Agle mahine ki 5 ko loan ka paisa bharna hai. Pr salary to 15 ko aayegi. Aur ye log mera paisa bhi wapas nahi karenge to kaha se bharu. Mera paisa to ye rakh liye dawa ke. Ab kya chori karne nikal jau.
                                  Aise case jane kitne ho chuke hai. Pr sab log ye sochkar reh jate hai ki loan liya hai. Account band bhi nahi kar sakte. Aur bahuto ko to pata bhi nahi ki ye kyu kat liye. Meri seedhi baat hai bhai. Mera paisa wapas karoge to emi bharunga. Agar nahi karoge to me koi extra paisa nahi dunga. Hadd hoti hai. Late charge bounce charge. 4000 rs. Wah bhai. Aise to loan pad gaya 6 lakh ka. Loot lo. Ghar aa jao. Bhais ka gobar bhi utha le jao. Sharm kar lo.

                                      I hold current a/c in axis bank botad, gujarat branch. There are casher had behaved like rude. I gone for cash deposit at 2.50 pm date 20 june 2018 that time casher said i hvae go for lunch and i requseted to take my cash because me also not have time. This branch timing is 9.30 am to 3.30 pm not considering lunch time in this duration. I and other people who stand in line for cash deposits are requested him to take cash. But casher conversation like collector and rudely behave. He said you take any action for it. I met branch manager for this mater and manager behave good manner. I requeste to you dismiss this person whose name mr. Dhandhukiya because all customer are troubling.
