Hi team,

My account which is a salary account, and i am using this account for past 3 yrs and i am in need of cheque book for the purpose of loan but when i tried to apply for new chequebook by net banking or through atm. It was showing lien reason code.

Even i am getting my salary everymonth in this bank account. So can check and resolve this issue asap

Please help me out there.

    As i took asix bank credit card on december 2017 till now not utilised even one traction also not did and pin also not generated when i am asking to cancel the card they says you pay first the amount then we will cancel after 6 month.
    Why i have to pay when i not used. As a middle class man with single hand. While giving card they told not to pay any thing now every month putting charges. Even mail id of axis bank the kept on site that also fraud,
    Even phone service also worst. Simple they talk hours and making money of it. And when i said i sent mail they didn't recive because those are old mail ids its not there headache.
    They are seeing there only so place help to come out of it

    Credit card services very bad simply doing fraud to customer, BE CAREFUL WHILE TAKING AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD. THEY TELL SOME THING AND PUT ON YOU HAND. WHILE PAYING AFTER NOT DOING TRANSACTION YOU HAVE TO PAY

      Hi.

      I am using axis salary account for last 8 years..

      It shows negative balance suddenly.. It shows -383 in the account summary but my real balance is around 11 rupee after my last transaction (4000+)

      If i take monthly statement.. It shows correct balance but in account summary it shows - ve..

      Why discrepancy?

      Do i need to visit near by branch?

      Any help..

        I have deposited some cash in the axis bank deposit machine on 26/6/18
        But the cash got stuck in the machine. So i went to the axis bank, laljipada branch kandivali west to register complaint about this, but they refused to accept my complaint, i cant understand what to do for this.
        I kindly request you to help me and do the necessary.

          I am using axis account since 2012 and clearly mentioned no charges, no annual fee in the beginning when i took this card but suddenly 2014 onward every year started debited annual fee of rs 885/ without any notification to me which is almost rs.4308/- over last 5 years and moreover i am salary employee and till today my salary is crediting to axis bank account only.

          I request to refund the debited amount as annual charges. This is not fair to cheat the customer without any communication and notification.

              I have opened a asap savings account... I got account number, virtual debit card and even set atm pin also... Even my aadhar verification also done.. Even i am able to login to mobile app everything set so i deposited 1000 in that account now they are saying account not got activated even my aadhar is not registered u need to close the account etc etc... No intimation regarding account state.. When i cal to customer then they are saying it is only debit phase where u can put money but cant withdraw...

                I senil shah have swipe my card on 21.06.2018 two time one was for the petrol and one was for payment to the vendor and for that transcation my account was debited with 65 rs which was wrongly debited and the same case has done with me i want my money back please look into the matter seriously and how is this thing happening why is the merchants charges debiting from our acount it is serious matter of concern

                  This is to inform you that this recent axis bank credit card statement for the current month (Ended 15 june) which has been sent to me is totally wrong & inflated.
                  My credit card number is
                  45145600*5391

                  From axis bank itself, the below five transactions were converted into emi' s and the billing cycle will start from 15th july for all these transactions.
                  There is written proof of these emi conversions from axis bank to me.

                  So then these transactions should have been removed from the current month bill which has not been done at all! All these transaction full amount are included in this statement.

                  I really do not understand how axis bank can do such irresponsible act & it does not have virtually any coordination between it's various sections to make a proper statement of a customer.

                  I asked for a remedial action & a clarification call from axis bank to me for amendment & making everything crystal clear & send a revised and correct bill.
                  But since then even after 3 reminders, no clarification, message or amended bill has been sent to me so far.

                  I need strong action against this bank & need the compensation for this harassment against this & all delayed payment charge debited to me has to be reversed.

                  No trace of any response from Axis Bank against this complaint so far ! Only some vague unclear standard replies as evident from above correspondences.

                  I hereby request Indian consumer complaints forum to be more proactive regarding this complaint lodged by me.
                  I know the nature of the Axis Bank service providers. They NEVER do anything to solve the problem of consumers.Always their intention is to confuse the customers by dragging them into various form of regulations & formalities & ultimately just stopping any communications.
                  So please take some strong steps to solve my problem
                  Dear sir, today i bookhad try to book online railway ticket through paytm wallet in which money is debited from acount but ticket not booked and it show bank error. But still not get back my money so please look for that.

When i take out the monthly statement, there is no ifsc code and micr number, because of that i'm unable to use the bank account statement to open a demat account with a private broker. Please rectify the issue as soon as possible so that i can open an account with the stock broker or guide me through the process of getting it done.

                      I p k sidhu visited bank branch phase 7 mohali along with my uncle as i was suffering from severe migraine. My uncle explained the work needed to be done. But dealing employee manjot kaur insulted me using unparliamentary language that why i have brought my uncle and why i am silent. I told her that i am not well but she laughed insultingly then responded angrilly that she does not do any work of such sick people and sat on next table. My uncle then requested another employee who finished the needful work in amicable manner. Later my father told me that she is habitual offender in mistreating people including senior citizens like him. My father who is a psychiatrist and has dealing of 13 years shifted to phase 5 branch due to her insulting behavior, he has both saving and current account. But he goes to phase 5 branch of axis bank who are very cordial employees. Please do the needful so that other customers do not get such rough treatment. P k sidhu [protected]@gmail.com

                        Dear sir/ madam
                        This is to bring to your notice that i did the below-mentioned transactions through my mobile app to recharge my vodafone number:
                        5hxjyv504340 - rs 458 dated 05.05.2018
                        J240y9ti2070 - rs 458 dated 07.05.2018

                        Kindly note that the money has been deducted from my account but the transaction was not realized as the phone did not get recharged. Knowing that your bank mobile app is prompt to customer service i expected retrieval of my money it did not happen. I also got the complaint registered through customer care by calling them, still, no action was ta taken. Please justify why was the amount deducted if the phone was not recharged??

                          4 months before i had personally submitted filled in signed format for the "change of mobile number" and issuance of a "cheque book" at the axis bank, lansdowne road, kolkata. Again recently 2 weeks before i have submitted similar filled in signed fprmat for the "change of mobile number" and issuance of "cheque book" at the axis bank, supela, bhilai. But the bank irresponsible staff & management is not attending it so far.

                          In both the above rather all cases every customer, the dealing staff teared off the acknowledgement strip from the format and throws down in the dustbin instead of filling & signing it properly and never bothered to hand it over to the customer.

                          Further, i have not been provided a atm debit card despite several reminders. The first card issued to me expired long back, but i didn't receive the new card upon its auto-renewal as yet. When enquired at the supela branch axis bank, they simply charged rs.200 for the card, and since it was just a renewal card, therefore i refused to pay. Since then i am left out without atm card since last 7 years.

                          They have deliberately charged and deducted rs.750 for missing quarterly balance by few hundreds just for few days, on my 11 years old salary/savings account with regular balances over one lakh. They are very careless and least bothered of the customers. Their own staff wrongly advice to cancel the existing account and to open a new through them.

                          I have submitted 2 applications (read TWO/TWICE) in your prescribed format, duly filled in & signed in, for my mobile number update as above to your Bank worthless staff appointed by you, after discussion with him/her personally handed it long back as directed there, and provided both the Active Account Number, Registered eMail as well as Mobile Number. Haraamkhors "Throw it in Dust Bin" and ask to submit again... Where is my application ??? See it and attend it immediately, the matter is pending since last 5 months at Kolkata, and since 1 month at Bhilai branches of your worthless Bank.

                          I have already given the new mobile number twice in the prescribed format at Kolkata and at Bhilai. But even after months together lapsed and the matter remained pending, this Axis Bank Customer Service is foolishly asking my number yet ! Where is the Application Formats submitted twice duly filled in? What action you have taken so far in the last 5 months?????

                            Unauthorised withdrawal of money from ATM
                            On dated 25/06/2018 in midnight I have received SMS from my account that 20000;20000;10000 withdrawal happen
                            With same time my ATM card is with me in Navi Mumbai and withdrawal happen from Kolkata.
                            The location of withdrawal track in axis mobile AAP but I am Navi Mumbai and card is with me only and pin is in my mind it is farudlent activity by someone
                            Please help me out same incident is reported in axis bank also with complaint

                            All formalities complete regarding old card blocking.visted to axis bank and all formalities completed charge dispute form filled and submitted incident latter also submitted to bank.
                            Called customer care of axis bank they says it's under in process as on today
                            I am a new account holder in your bank.
                            I am waiting last 3days for verification but ajest is not coming

                              I have used Axis Bank ATM At Badlapur (w) Near Bharat College Road, The amount is not dispensed but I am billed for an entire amount. The ATM machine got hang and there was no one to attend or help in such situation.

                                Hello

                                My name is kamal gangwar and i am customer of axis bank for past 4 years and hold a saving account last 4 digit 9488 and personal loan account.
                                I was also holding axis bank credit card which got expired last year (August 2017) than i raised a request to close the credit card through phone banking but now i get to know that it still did not close when my saving account got blocked due to just 1 paisa due on credit card which is really rediculous.
                                I am continuously talking to customer care for past 4 days and everytime they informed me that they have raised a escalation and your account will be released within 1 hour but now it's more than 3 days t's showing freezed while i made the payment of 1 rupees as per customer care instructions.
                                I also visited the bareilly pilibhit bypass branch and they informed they can not do anything in this case and talked very rudely.
                                Now i am trying to communicate customer care but they disconnected my call without listen me properly.
                                Please look into the issue asap and get release my account immediately as there is auto debit of my personal loan emis. Please do the needful otherwise i have to go banking ombudsman for this unnecessary harrassment done by axis bank.

                                I have given a application about 20 days before for extend of my PPF account .
                                branch could not extend my PPF account yet so please look in to the matter and solve it as possible as early .

                                  Unfortunately my company is having salary account with your stupid bank.. Where almost all the employees are useless. I have sent a mail related to my money got locked in lien balance by 22nd june and till today havent got the reply. Spoke to call center twice and they referred loan department who has locked my amount in lien balance. Loan department not picking up the phone for the past 2 days... Especially the no[protected].. I tried this no from 11.30 am till 1.30 pm today.. No is picking up the phone, but most of the times its busy too... I dont which is misusing the bank no... All nos ringing but all not picking up.. The nos i tried are[protected], 5663, 5662, 5670.. All in vain...

                                  Please wake up and do job for wht you have been paid.. Its pain for customers like us...

                                  If i am not getting my money cleard i will be posting this to all websites and will be taking this to consumer court soon,,, please move

                                    Hi the atm in front of kamala nehru park is not working since 21st june.
                                    The terminal no. Is spcno3739.
                                    There is no way that you can complain about this to axis bank. If you call the help line nos. The ivrs doesnt have any option for atms.
                                    Can axis bank do something to rectify this immediately? There are no other atms with a kilo meter of this atm.

                                      I have received a call from Axis Bank today[protected]. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my Axis visa Card ending with 6539.
                                      It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
                                      Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money @1899....

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I have a Credit Card with Axis Bank and have recently received a credit card bill of Rs. 76000, and I'm really not in a position to pay off this amount due to grave financial difficulties I'm facing.

                                      My family has landed in a terrible financial situation and I wish to get rid off this Credit card so that you get the money you deserve. I've ended up paying more than double of what I have spent through this card though. I can offer to pay off 20% of this amount within 5 working days if I receive a confirmation from your end.

                                      I've tried to sort this through your representatives but have been misled by some of them, and was also cut off abruptly from your chat forum once, although I appreciate and thank most of your reps for being patient and helpful.
