My sel[censored]day kumar a k.. N m from ballari (Karnataka). I got a call from the recruitment agency named abel placement services from delhi, she told ur application selected for axis bank as a back office pay rs 2000 for online exam i paid and 6500 rs. For document verification i paid.& they ask for offer letter 15000 after getting payment she give us a fake letter pad axis bank and when i visited there they totally rejected it...

Maxlife insurance: policy no. 35002367 certificate insurance no. Phr[protected]

I received the certificate of insurance via speed post (Eh[protected]in) on 28/04/2017. It has a clause which says, i can return this certificate within free look up period, which is 15 days, or 30 days (If purchased from distant marketing) from the date of receipt of this certificate.

So, it's still in free look up period in either case. I wanted to return it, the reason being false communication by the agent. The agent regularly conveyed me incorrect information. He said the premium would be around rs. 40, 000. After few days he confirmed that it would be rs. 48, 500. Now, the actual premium i see is rs. 73, 448. I am really saddened by this false communication and feeling like being cheated. I don't want to keep this certificate of insurance anymore.

To return the certificate of insurance, i went to loan center (Shanti tower, hawa sadak road, jaipur), where the help desk person gave me contact no. Of insurance personnel, who further gave me other contact no. Thereafter, i went to max life insurance office (Sanghi upasna tower, c-scheme), they agreed to accept the returning, but asked to get the noc from some manish tiwari in loan center.
I went back to the loan center, and had a conversation with manish tiwari. He kept me waited for sometime, then refused to accept my application (Find it in the attachments) for returning the certificate. He argued, "if you didn't wanted this insurance, why did you applied for it?".

If that's the case, what's the purpose and meaning of free lookup period? And, if i had signed on the application for insurance, would i be forced to pay any premium amount? Did i signed on any document which reflected the premium amount?

After all this, my loan agent called me and said bank provided me loan only on condition that i would be taking home loan insurance. That's insane, as i wasn't informed about this. And also, this is in violation of rbi guidelines which says that no two packages can be bundled.

Please help me in returning this insurance certificate, and as i have informed the bank and insurance company (Via email + calling on customer care), it should be returned as per the free lookup period.

Will your GROUP BUSINESS team ever call? Are they on some planet other than earth, the reason they might be taking this much of time?
It's been 20 days since I first called on your toll free no. [protected]. Your executive gave me a call back reference no. 18257029 and assured youe GROUP BUSINESS team will call me in 24-48 hours.

After posting here, I have been called twice(once after my post, second after my comment here), just to give me FALSE assurance that SOMEONE FROM YOUR GROUP BUSINESS TEAM will call me.

Are you all liars, huh?
I don't find you co-operative or helpful. Just junk your so called group business team.

I am left with no option other than going to CONSUMER COURT, or to report your stubborn and deceitful behavior to BANKING OMBUDSMAN

      Greetings,

      This is to inform you that the AXIS bank ATM situated at the Kalanagar, Bandra east Branch is frequently without cash for the past one month. Due to no cash availability here, we have to withdraw money from other ATM's due to which Axis bank also charges us transaction fees for the same.

      When I tried talking to one of the employees of the bank since the Manager did not come to work, he blatantly told me to file a complaint against this issue.

        Dear Axis Bank,

        I have applied for a personal loan at your bank on 26th April, 2017. I have got a message from your bank on 29th April, 2017 and it was stated that your bank has approved my personal loan through loan application id 6398455.

        your executive Mr. Sandeep Miya (Mob No: [protected]) has came to my office on 04th May, 2017 and take my signature on the loan agreement and he has also taken post dated cheque from me for this loan. He has given me a copy of this agreement and as per the signed agreement there is a rate of interest of 11 %. He has promised me that loan will be disbursed within 2-3 days.

        I did not got any communication from axis bank after 04th May, 2017 and they have not disbursed my loan till today. Today When I have Contacted Mr. Sandeep regarding the loan disbursement, he is saying that I have to pay a rate of interest of 15.5 % and I have to reapply for my loan.

        Today (12th May, 2017) I have visited your loan center at Vipul Squre, Sushant Lok, Gurgaon-122001 and meet Mr. Lav Soni (Assistant Manager, Personal Loan, Mob: [protected]). Mr Soni is saying that I have to pay 14% rate of interest for this loan. Mr. Soni has told me that loan has been not disbursed because Mr. Sandeep has taken my signature mistakenly on the wrong location of the document. This is a childish reason.

        This is a case of harassment how can you ask more interest rate after signing the agreement document. This is a criminal offence, Please take care of this matter as early as possible.

        Money is required for medical treatment if anything is happened due to your negligence, I have to take serious step against you.

        Please find the attached acknowledgement form for this loan.

          Inspite of mentioning it's annual this is the second time in a year that this is done. It's weird how axis deducts charges saying they are annual more than once in a year. And this is not for the 1st time but since i was a new customer then i didn't understand things that well, but this doesn't mean you fool your customers for no reason. I hope i get the refund or else i'll surely have to search for a better banking option.

            This is to inform you that I am holder of credit card number [protected] of Axis Bank. It was told that there will no hidden charges at the time of opening of credit card. To my utter dismay after few months I was told to pay minimum charges and a fictitious story was made that charges was for insurance cover done without taking my permission by a company named CPP. Thereafter I was told to pay minimum charges of Rs 6000 and to my shock I was told to negotiate with CPP Company. During conversation with CPP I was told that whole charges would be waived but to my shock again I was forwarded a letter demanding RS 4047.09 .
            I am a law abiding citizen of this country and I know my rights properly. Sending a notice demanding minimum charges for which I was not aware amounts to violation of my human and basic rights. I request you to completely waive of all the minimum charges and close the Credit account otherwise I have to take legal recourse.

              From last 5-7 times, when i made payment at petrol pump using my debit card (Visa) an amount of inr 11.58 deducted as a surcharge on payment of inr 200.

              And when i talked to customer card regarding the same they excused saying that amount is deducted because of you have made payment using visa debit card and this amount is charged by visa.

              And in the other case the benefit of 0.75% on payment while we are going to make payment using any cashless process, that amount is also not returned back to the bank account and in reply of that bank customer executive said that amount will be refunded by petrol pump.

              Means bank is totally going to loot just by saying that surcharge is charged by visa and rebate is taken place by petrol pump so what for you are responsible.

              My direct question to the bank "then, why you charge service charge and other charges time to time when user have to pay surcharges to use them?"

              And before delivering such debit card to the user why won't you take permission from the user that we are offering you visa debit card and while you will use it you have to pay the surcharge on the transaction.

              Need a satisfactory reply otherwise, there will no other option then sue the bank,

              One side govt. Is promoting cashless transactions and banks are taking advantages of govt. Rules.

              I am also logging complaint to Axis bank, From my account also Axis bank deducting charges against the use of Debit Card at Petrol Pump. This is just a type of way to collect small- money from the customer, because for such small amount, maximum time customer neglect. But this is not good way adopted by the Bank to loot the customer.

                I am utterly in pain to share the incident that unfolded today (11May07) at CR Park Branch of Axis bank. Axis in my eyes was one of the best private bank until today.
                I went to CR park branch for submitting property tax and to invest in mutual fund on 11May. I was asked to go to branch head's cabin. I waited there for 55 minutes for an attendee.
                After 55 mins, without listening to what I have to say the person started off with his plan of selling insurance and not mutual fund. He tried to change my thought for another 30 mins and when I clearly mentioned that I want to invest only in Mutual fund.
                I was taken aback when he got angry and shouted and started using patronizing tone.
                He did not even take my property tax papers and refused to share his NAME.

                Towards the end he even challenged me to complain or do what ever I can in my power and nothing would bother him. He is the ultimate law at CR park branch.

                If this is what we call customer service at Axis Bank then I would strongly urge all my friends to be cautious of your this branch's manager. He is rude, denies duty and more over misbehaves with women.

                    Econd time also i got call in same way and collected my details and same message to mobile saying declined.
                    Reason saying application score low.
                    I didn't approach axis for credit card that is you people who called me and initiated the process. Wasting my time with collecting document's.

                    If my application score low why you people can't check it earlier and make
                    A call instead wasting mine and your time waiting for that credit card
                    Even others are ready to give i quit because of this stupid bank.

                    Needed explanation else i am going to shift my salary account from axis bank.

                      I have made imps transaction on 11th May 2017 for the amount rs.35000 from my axis account to sbi account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

                        I am writing to dispute a fraudulent debit on my credit card in the amount of (Usd113.5) (Rs. 75720). I am a victim of identity theft, and i did not make this debit. I am requesting that the debit reinstated, that any finance and other charges related to the fraudulent amount be credited, as well, and that i receive an accurate statement. Enclosed are copies of transaction message that was received from axis bank on 07.05.2017 at 12.53pm supporting my position. Please investigate this matter and correct the fraudulent debit as soon as possible. I suffered a lot (Personally, mentally & financially) from this incident. So i want to close the card immediately. Please do needful.

Went to customer care or sanpada loan center 2 times and all are saying that payment builder payment has been successfully transferred from our place but payment has not gone in the builder's account. Payment is stuck in your system please check and the builder is charging me a penalty please solve my problem.

                            And i went axis bank atm with sbi atm card. But i didnt received rupees with slips unable to pricess. But money deduced cash no recived. I went give application in sbi and axis bank but axis bank dont accepted application and behave rudely...
                            Plz sir solve my problem i never seen that type of service in bank like axis if i will dont get refund were i go??

                              I m daily getting calls and message for non payment of emi. My ECS is on 5th od every month even though having sufficient balance in account EMI not deducted and also paid manually on 8th but till now I didn't get any confirmation on pAyment and getting calls on daily basis.

                              Need account statement and confirmation for there is 2late payment charges and will not reflect in CIBIL...

                              I wanted change my ecs from the axis to state bank dindigul for my personal loan since our salary account was transferred from axis to sbi... I asked the procedure for doing it. I was informed to give a blank cheque leaf from the state bank and fill in the ecs form at the axis bank and get it signed by the state bank authority. All these procedures looked fine. But they also ask me to give and get it signed from the axis main branch madurai.. My bank account is in dindigul and bank address is in dindigul and i can't avail leave and i don't understand why i have to go to madurai. I am ready to continue this account in axis but they say it will be closed in three months... Orelse i should change it to savings with a deposit of 10000... I don't understand... Are bank serving people? Kindly do the needful.

                                The band is damaged and also not working properly as having many issues with it so i would like to return the band as this is not the service and product i will accept and expect from top bank like axis

                                  Like mentioned by one of the axis bank customer already i faced the same issue. While i was booking my tickets through irctc my payment gateway page displayed that the transaction was failed yet the amount was deducted from my axis bank account. This incident dates back to 17 the march and even i am highly disappointed with the tat being 120 days. I had submitted a query too but even more disappointing is that there are no clear guidelines mentioned or stated anywhere regarding such issues. A lot of ambiguity prevails and even the customer care executives seems to be confused about the procedure. So firstly i was being told that i should wait for 15 days and then i called again within 15 days only to find out this time that a form needs to be duly filled. The experiences like these do makes me reflect about the sincerity of customer grievance forum.
