I got call from one lady saying im calling from axis bank she asked my credit card details and i got debit amount from my credit card of rs 10000
trascation date 6th may 2017 this was cyber crime
fraud call number +91-[protected] & [protected] & [protected]
these are the numbers i got call from
but i want that police and goverment should take strick action on them
as police are also help less in finding this...

Complaint description : as per the subject, actually i had checked in the lodge in mayura hotel in bidar location, while at a time of check out i had swiped my card.

But while at a time of swiping the amount of 700 has deducted from my main account 2 times in that for 2 times of transaction amount has been deducted from my main account but not yet credited to there account.

I have an a/c in your branch my a/c no. [protected] in axis bank branch sawai madhour. Is that i have an problem with the bank charges so i meet many time to the branch manager about the matter. But they don't give me a right answer. About the bank charges. & miss behave with me. So i am requesting to you please tack a good action with the branch manager and solve my matter and tell me the details of bank charges....

I have purchased a thong and shopkeepr have swiped my debit card but the slip didnt generated and i got a message that money has been deducted from my account but as he didnt get the slip he have swiped again and secocnd time also my money got deducted and he told that i will get the money back in 2 or 3 days. Actually i have faced thisproblem twicw before but i never got money back ? How to get money back...

This is to keep you posted that I am having an AXIS Personal Loan vide loan account no. PPR[protected] for which the EMI amount is INR 1731.

The EMI was getting debited through ECS from my ICICI bank savings account #[protected] on 5th of every month.

Please check my repayment track record so far wherein there is not a single EMI got skipped.

Sir, I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs 10000/- from ATM of state bank of india at 147 AD Regt Ambala Cantt, Haryana on 02 may 2017 at 11:15:08hrs. Due to fluctuation of power the amount was not ejected from ATM but the amount of Rs 10000/-debited from my account no. ([protected]). Hence you are requested to resolve this problem and credit the same amount at the earliest.

I have transferred amount by net banking to may sisters account via imt by net banking but amount has not been deposited to my sisters account. Hello sir, i have applied an credit card in 2007 in uti (Now it is axis bank). It was delivered to one of my room mate and he was used the card without my knowledge. I got transfer and came to chennai in three months.in the mean time i have not received any bills or message. When i tried to apply loan now and came to know that your axis bank credit card balance is there and it affects your cibil scores.
Now i am in an critical situation...

A refund of 15999 rupees was successfully processed on 22 april 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my axis bank account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the axis bank customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied...

When I opened an account, I was told to maintain Account with Average balance of Rs.2500 or Rs.5000.
But, I have observed my account statement recently, I have been charged for non maintenance of average balance. I inquired at branch, I was told that I have to maintain average balance of Rs.10000/-....
