My axis account number is [protected] in axis bank branch tilak nagar jaipur. I paid rs 4328 at otb jaipur (On the bar, crystal court, jaipur) from my debit card on 14th may 2017 but the amount is deducted frm my account 2 times ie (4328+4328 =8656). Kindly check and intiate the refund process as soon as possible.

      My father had transferred an amount of S$1010 to my DBS account from axis bank India. This transaction was done on 09-May-2017. Till date I have not received the money. The transaction reference number is: 0741ROR1720670 (sender's reference).
      In spite of complaining multiple times to the bank, they haven't provided any information about the money.
      The money was sent on an emergency purpose!

      After calling several times and giving up on axis bank, I had to call Deutsche Bank Singapore, which is the receiving bank in Singapore for this particular transaction. They said that axis bank did not provide them the nocturnal debit account details. Deutsche Bank did send a swift message regarding the same, to which axis bank didn't respond!
      Such an irresponsible behaviour from axis bank!

      The bank was contacted several times. Please find below the details (written by my father to the bank)

      Dear Sir,

      With deep regret I would like to inform you the following:

      1. I have a Priority account number [protected] with your Bidanasi Branch, Cuttack, Odisha

      2. On 9/5/2017 I had made an outward remittance from your Bidanasi Branch of Rs.49303.04 to my daughters account in Singapore.
      3. The reference number of remittance is BRN-REF NO. 0741ROR1720670.
      4. On 11/5/2017 when my daughter did not receive the amount I contacted Shri Satyajit Das of your Cuttack Branch about my remittance. He informed me that he would inquire into the matter and get back to me.
      5. When Shri Das did not call back I again called him at 11.50 AM - he informed me that he is looking into the matter and would get back to me within an hour.
      6. Again there was no response I called him at 1.39 PM - He informed me that he as put in a query regarding my remittance and would inform me about the status within an hour.
      7. When there was again no response I visited your Bidanasi Branch and met Ms Usha to enquire about my remittance. She spoke to Satyajit and informed me that they would inform me in the evening.
      8. Again as usual there was no response I phoned Shri Satyajit at 5, 27 PM - he informed me that he would inform me by 7.30 PM
      9. Again there was no response I call him at 7.31 PM he requested me to contact Ms Usha.
      10. I contacted Ms Usha at 7.56 PM - she informed me that they are looking into the matter and would get back to me.
      11. On 12/5/17 I wrote to Nodal Officer and was allotted a reference number 31114546 on 15/5/17 with an assurance that the problem would be solved in one working day.
      12. On Monday I again visited the Bidanasi Branch and spoke to Ms Subhashree Routroy regarding my remittance only to be informed that they are looking into the matter and Mr. Satyajit is also looking into the matter. She assured me that request has been raised and she would inform me the status.
      13. I made several calls to your Bidanasi Branch and spoke to Subhashree who inform me that the matter would be settled on Monday.
      14. In the meantime my daughter in urgent need of money ( she is a student) contacted at bank at Singapore (DBS) who informed her that the do not have pending credits to be made in her name. I forwarded her the Swift details so that she could also contact Deutsche Bank (receiver Bank at Singapore). She was informed that they do not have any pending advise.
      15.Today my daughter from Singapore spoke to your customer care center who informed her that the sender of money should talk to customer care.
      16. I spoke to customer care regarding my remittance and was informed that I should visit the branch and speak to customer care.
      17. I immediate visited the branch and contacted customer care who wasted my valuable time and said that they cannot resolve the matter.
      18. I spoke to Ms Usha and informed her the urgency of the matter. She informed me that the matter is being looked into.
      19. My daughter also rang up Ms Usha several times but got no response. I also spoke to Shri Satyajit several times but with no result.

      As on date the money is not credited to my daughters account. Your service has not only given me mental agony but also put my daughter is great distress. The entire episode explains the casual attitude of your bank. Money which should be transferred in two working days has not been credited even after eight days. Your bank does not even know where the money is parked now. My daughter was coordinating with Deutsche Bank Singapore and your Cuttack Branch (through expensive ISD calls) - which is primarily your responsibility.

      Please return my money with interest. I will make arrangement to send the money to my daughter through some other nationalized bank.

      I just got a message from Deutsche Bank that Axis Bank has cancelled the payment!!!

      I hope they have the minimum courtesy to return the money on time!
      Respected sir, my original dob is 22.09.1992, my savings a/c is worng dob..please change my dob.

        Hi,
        I made a transaction of 961.95 rs to more shoping (Aditya birla group) which should reversed to my account but when i contacted to axis bank they told me that it will take time of 120 days to solve this issue. So kindly help me to get it done as they are taking too much time to refund my money back. Here is the complain reference no[protected].

          I was trying to recharge my airtel account. When i completed the amount filling of 345 and conifrmed the otp it suddenly said "recharge request failed". The amount of 345 is debited from my account. This is not first time just 10 days earlier o recharged with 293 and that got failed too. But after complaining about it at consumercomolaints.in i got rs 293 credited to my account after 5 days. It isn't the good way to get money back.
          I want to tell axisbank.co.in to fix this bug asap. Because its been frustating to me everytime. I request to either complete the process of my recharge or credit back me debited amiunt of rs. 345 instantly. Because i am waiting to get my money back and haven't recharged my mobile.
          Pleasw fix this asap.

            We filed an application form, along with all required documents, in month of december 2016 for opening of current account with axis bank, b-6, lajpat nagar-2, new delhi-110024. But even after period of 5 months neither account has been opened nor we have been provided with reason for delay. We are customer of the branch from the day of its opening and already have 2 current accounts and 5 saving bank accounts. We fail to understand this indifferent attitude of the branch manager and staff.

                I am an account holder of berhampore axis bank. Everytime i visit the bank your stuff doesnot cooperate with anything.. i have paid visit over 7 to 8 times last month but they didn't update my passbook.. every they gave excuses that link is disabled or stuff is not available. Their dont care attitude make other customers irritated. Kindly take action. Otherwise i will have to close my account.

                  I had availed personal loan of amt 125000 rs for the tenure of 36 month dated on july 2012 having agreement no ppr[protected] my customer id is[protected].
                  From july 2012 to july 2014 i had paid all emi on time but later on due to my personal reason (Medical) i was unable to pay future emi on time.
                  Then mrs sarika from axis bank br mumbai call me to close the loan as it impacting my cibil score & she provide the amount to close the loan which is 25000 rs. With the commitment of my cibil will not reflect negetive
                  As per talk with her i paid the said amount of 25000 rs in 2 part which is 20000 rs on 30 nov 2015 & remaining 5000 rs on 11 dec 2015. As well i have the closer statement of axis bank in which it shows current status closed. But even after made the payment & close the loan still loan is showing active in cibil with negative remark
                  Requesting you to update the same &clear my cibil record.

                    I am in receipt of credit card statement showing amount payable rs. 4025/- as joining fees. I wish to state that, when your representative mr. Shailesh agrawal came to our office for application of said card, he clearly told that there is no joining fees and that why i had applied for said card. But when monthly bill received then you have charged joining fees. So i request you to reversing joining fees otherwise cancel said card with immediate effect because till date i have not used the same and obliged

                      Consolidated dp charges are being deducted from my account with out any notification. What are these consolidated charges for which the bank is charging me on. I dont even use a demat account from axis bank.

                      These charges vary from time to time. The screen shot for the deductions have been attached. I have been charges rs-407.54 once and other time it was rs 747.50.

                      What are these charges? If they are genuine why is not beimg intimated to the customers and why do they vary every time.

                        Credit card incorrect billing

                        I have a credit card with axis bank. I have an emi on the card for 18k for 6 months. When i received statement for may, i have 2 emis in a single bill for same amount.in case if i didn't check, i might have ended up paying the incorrectly generated bill. Upon complaining, they told they would resolve within 24 hours. 3 days passed and no action yet... Disgusting axis service....

                        The refund was processed from amazon on May 6 2017 and this was supposed to be processed maximum within 3-5 business days and it still has not been processed never experienced it with axis bank and this hectic and there are like two customer care number and whenever i contact them some random agent picks up the call and says this is the wrong department and he tells me to disconnect and call again and more over he doesn't have an option to transfer the call to appropriate department then next time i call the number it states that the number does not exist

                          Dear axis bank,

                          Iam a customer of your bank science a long time account no [protected].
                          Now iam facing an acute problem regarding the service of axis bank, 7, shakespeare sarani, kolkata - 71, west bengal.

                          On november 2016 one bank representative came to my office for approaching home top up loan of my excising home loan. Bank representative name mr. Dilip khesari, mob no [protected]. He explained me that iam eligible for 30% of my existing loan amount and i have applied for that according to his guidance. After that i have completed all documents which is required for that loan, and he took a cheque (No 220001) on 03.12.1016 from me rs.5750/ for service charge and that money debited from my savings account on 16.12.16.

                          On december 21st i received one massage in my mobile from axis bank that “ asset power loan has been sanctioned and amount is rs.220000 (Two lakhs twenty thousand only). Application id is – 5708505. I was shocked to see this sanctioned amount and i informed to mr. Dilip regarding this but he has no proper explanation about this matter. Again he assured me that he will try to increases this amount and take this issue to higher authority to resolve this problem. He has came to my office on 26th february, 2017 and take my signature on the loan agreement and he has also taken post dated cheque from me in favor of axis bank ltd (Cheque no-220016 to 220020). He has promised me that loan will be disbursed within 2-3 days. But he did not give me any copy of this agreement.

                          Till today i did not receive any amount from axis bank which is already sanctioned for me as asset power loan.in between several times i called that person (Mr. Dilip) but he did not respond. I informed this matter to mr. Munir ahmed, branch manager, kolkata (Mob no -[protected]) over phone but iam not getting any satisfactory answer from him till today.

                          It is so ridiculous that your staffs are not responding properly after my processing cheque cleared. This is a case of harassment.
                          So in this condition please do the needful as your earliest. Otherwise i have to take serious step against you.

                          I have been asking asking the bank personal (deepankar, M.G. Road bangalore) to do an outward remittance from my current account, he doesnt provide all the details and keeps asking me to come back with new things and doesn't do it at all for months, if you are opening a current accout from axis please dont do it. They are a lot of trouble.

                            I have received coupon code through which i have booked Benetton watch by paying shipping cost of Rs.399/- & the amount is debited from my axis bank account. Reference id is generated of the same but as soon as i save it went back to home so i am unable to save it. Further no message or email has been received that you have placed the order.

                            But after that i have not received further communication regarding confirmation of order.

                            I have a call to customer care also, but no response from anyone regarding the same.

                            Can you please look into the same & help me out.

I got a call from the recruitment agency named abel placement services from delhi, she told ur application selected for axis bank as a back office pay rs 2000 for online exam i paid and 6500 rs. For document verification i paid.& they ask for offer letter 15000 after getting payment she give us a fake letter pad axis bank and when i visited there they totally rejected it...

                              Maxlife insurance: policy no. 35002367 certificate insurance no. Phr[protected]

                              I received the certificate of insurance via speed post (Eh[protected]in) on 28/04/2017. It has a clause which says, i can return this certificate within free look up period, which is 15 days, or 30 days (If purchased from distant marketing) from the date of receipt of this certificate.

                              So, it's still in free look up period in either case. I wanted to return it, the reason being false communication by the agent. The agent regularly conveyed me incorrect information. He said the premium would be around rs. 40, 000. After few days he confirmed that it would be rs. 48, 500. Now, the actual premium i see is rs. 73, 448. I am really saddened by this false communication and feeling like being cheated. I don't want to keep this certificate of insurance anymore.

                              To return the certificate of insurance, i went to loan center (Shanti tower, hawa sadak road, jaipur), where the help desk person gave me contact no. Of insurance personnel, who further gave me other contact no. Thereafter, i went to max life insurance office (Sanghi upasna tower, c-scheme), they agreed to accept the returning, but asked to get the noc from some manish tiwari in loan center.
                              I went back to the loan center, and had a conversation with manish tiwari. He kept me waited for sometime, then refused to accept my application (Find it in the attachments) for returning the certificate. He argued, "if you didn't wanted this insurance, why did you applied for it?".

                              If that's the case, what's the purpose and meaning of free lookup period? And, if i had signed on the application for insurance, would i be forced to pay any premium amount? Did i signed on any document which reflected the premium amount?

                              After all this, my loan agent called me and said bank provided me loan only on condition that i would be taking home loan insurance. That's insane, as i wasn't informed about this. And also, this is in violation of rbi guidelines which says that no two packages can be bundled.

                              Please help me in returning this insurance certificate, and as i have informed the bank and insurance company (Via email + calling on customer care), it should be returned as per the free lookup period.

                              After posting here, I have been called twice(once after my post, second after my comment here), just to give me FALSE assurance that SOMEONE FROM YOUR GROUP BUSINESS TEAM will call me.

                              Are you all liars, huh?
                              I don't find you co-operative or helpful. Just junk your so called group business team.

                              I am left with no option other than going to CONSUMER COURT, or to report your stubborn and deceitful behavior to BANKING OMBUDSMAN

                                  This is to inform you that the AXIS bank ATM situated at the Kalanagar, Bandra east Branch is frequently without cash for the past one month. Due to no cash availability here, we have to withdraw money from other ATM's due to which Axis bank also charges us transaction fees for the same.

                                  When I tried talking to one of the employees of the bank since the Manager did not come to work, he blatantly told me to file a complaint against this issue.

                                    Dear Axis Bank,

                                    I have applied for a personal loan at your bank on 26th April, 2017. I have got a message from your bank on 29th April, 2017 and it was stated that your bank has approved my personal loan through loan application id 6398455.

                                    your executive Mr. Sandeep Miya (Mob No: [protected]) has came to my office on 04th May, 2017 and take my signature on the loan agreement and he has also taken post dated cheque from me for this loan. He has given me a copy of this agreement and as per the signed agreement there is a rate of interest of 11 %. He has promised me that loan will be disbursed within 2-3 days.

                                    I did not got any communication from axis bank after 04th May, 2017 and they have not disbursed my loan till today. Today When I have Contacted Mr. Sandeep regarding the loan disbursement, he is saying that I have to pay a rate of interest of 15.5 % and I have to reapply for my loan.

                                    Today (12th May, 2017) I have visited your loan center at Vipul Squre, Sushant Lok, Gurgaon-122001 and meet Mr. Lav Soni (Assistant Manager, Personal Loan, Mob: [protected]). Mr Soni is saying that I have to pay 14% rate of interest for this loan. Mr. Soni has told me that loan has been not disbursed because Mr. Sandeep has taken my signature mistakenly on the wrong location of the document. This is a childish reason.

                                    This is a case of harassment how can you ask more interest rate after signing the agreement document. This is a criminal offence, Please take care of this matter as early as possible.

                                    Money is required for medical treatment if anything is happened due to your negligence, I have to take serious step against you.

                                    Please find the attached acknowledgement form for this loan.
