Hello i was submitting the application form of CET davv 2017 through MP online in which i completed the procedure and at the end when i click to proceed to payment it show me the oops its error and just a minute i got the message of that amount of 1557/- has been debited from your amount without getting any receipt even i did'nt got any message of transaction ID so its my request kindly take any action and please refund my amount its not a small amount.

      Respected sir,

      My name is dr lekshmi, i am holding saving account in your bank with
      Customer id no[protected]. Account no [protected]. I was applied for
      My credit card on aprl 1 st week. But till now they didn't issue my
      Credit card or didn't give me any updates. When ever i used to call
      Them they will tell like they will issue as soon as possible or else
      They will tell, they will check out and get back to me. I even spoked
      To the manager too. He also promised me that he will update soon. From
      Him also no responds at all.

      For your kind knowledge i am informing that i went to the bank for
      Taking the credit card. I asked for the zero balance account as am a
      Salaried person. They told me that we have only two account which suits
      For you one is 10000 and other one is 50000. Once you start with the
      10000 account, for one week you have to keep this amount then you can
      Withdraw the amount back. For the starting purpose only you have to
      Keep this amount. They stipulated me. They had deducted 270. Dont know
      What's it for?

      For the credit card i had submitted my salary certifacate, salary
      Slip. I am working in santhi giri trivandrum. I had started my account
      In kollam (My husband home). From kollam to thiruvanathapuram it's
      Almost 70 km distance. Our hr department is situated over there. I had
      Travel three times for this certificates. Why should our precious time
      Be wasted over such things. If your bank can't issue credit card for me, atleast you can people can inform us. So that we can give to other
      Bank for processing. Now it's not possible. Now it's been two month
      Left. We have to request for the new one.

      It is an unprecedented lack of service and i have found that the staff
      Seems this things to be like trifle. They didn't notice out valuable
      Time we spare behind this. So i kindly request you to take necessary
      Action against this issue. All resposiblities will be for the
      Manger, sujin, praveena of axis bank, vidya complex, chinnakada, kollam
      Branch, kerala.

        Hello All - Axis Bank and Xrbia,

        You guys are the ultimate and I don't mean it in a nice way!!

        Neither of you as service providers understand the ABC of customer service. My entire experience with you guys (XRBIA) since the time we booked the property in May 2016 to the time we first applied for the housing loan( AXIS BANK) in June 2016 till date has been one helluva frustrating and traumatizing experience ridden with unprofessionalism, lack of commitment, million reminders for everything, delayed responses to no responses at all and REPEATt!!

        The icing on the cake goes to Mr Kishore Patil who is SMSing me to contact Sneha, since she is not answering his call as he is (probably) finally in possession of the DD for disbursement but does not know where to deliver it. He is expecting ME to get in touch with her to get the office address and timings so that he can arrange delivery ( I assume, as we still have NO CONFIRMATION, that the DD is ready). I, as the CUSTOMER in all this has been reduced to a mere MESSENGER !!!

        It is people like you who give their organizations a bad name and push customers like me to move their business to other providers. Take my word, I will NEVER recommend either of your organizations to ANYONE.

        I am usually a very reasonable customer and try to accommodate the other person's perspective but you guys collectively, first the builder, then the bank, have PUSHED me beyond limits and if I were not bound by law, I would have cancelled /annulled the agreement of sale and loan sanction eons ago. The value that I am investing in this property is not worth the effort I have had to put into co-ordinating with you guys.

        I have had enough. I need contact details of Senior and responsible officials in both XRBIA and AXIS BANK and I need this now otherwise I will resort to social media too get this information.

        An extremely irate, frustrated, disappointed and traumatized customer!!

            Recently paypal auto withdrawed some of my money and in the evening of very next day money was in the bank but when i checked my account they sucked 95% of what i have withdrawed. This bank is duchebag, at the time of registration they don'y let you know the toc and what hidden fees are there. They just want to make you register and just runaway asap. Next time beware of these banks and don't put your money in these ponzi'es who want to runaway after taking up your money.

              In this case to make sure I help you, I've thoroughly checked with my available resources and can confirm that we issued a refund for Rs.599.00 on Thursday, 11 May, 2017.

              The reference number for the refund is "[protected]-012612". The reference number will be generated only after the refund is confirmed.

              Sometime you may not receive the refund message from your bank, but please do not worry take the reference number and please check in your bank’s customer service and latest bank statement, I'm positive that you will find the refund.

              If you are still unable to find it in the statement, I request you to please contact your bank customer service with this reference number and ask them to check for the refund with it.

              In case, if they still don't see the refund with the provided reference number, please ask them immediately to file a charge dispute on this transaction. Please use the term charge dispute when you are in call with them, only then they will be able to file it for you.

              At that time, they'll see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund. I'm very positive this will resolve the issue and you will be able to locate the refund.

                To Axis bank, really fed up running behind you for new account opening. We were told that the account will be activated in 2 days. But now it is 10 days the account is till not activated and I have got a message that some error occurred and sorry for inconvenience, and every time we call the branch and enquire they say by end of day the account will be activated. This is actually for new account opening. For account opening they are giving these many excuses. Am thinking how well they treat the customers in future.

                  On 17th May I got a call from a person. He was claiming that he is calling from axis bank. He had all of my credit card information with him. It seems that bank is leaking the information outside. He said that he has some exciting offer for me. Then he one transaction in the name of Axis bank. I want my money back. Only bank is responsible for that as they are leaking information to others.

                            Hello Sir,
                            I Prashant Janghel, from Raipur (CG) submitted my documents and application for account opening in Gudhiyari Branch of your bank on 11 May 2017 and got welcome kit and your representative (Mr. Abhinav Kumar) said that my account will be activated till wednesday, but it doesn't. I called your representative and he said it will be activated on friday. But again i got disappointed. Today i got a text saying-

                            "Unfortunately an error was detected in the application to open your account with Axis Bank. We will get in touch with you shortly to resolve this query. Alternatively, you can contact your branch for more details. We sincerely apologize for this error and inconvenience caused."

                            I again called your representative but he doesn't answering my call. Text says i can alternatively contact my branch but they told me they will not help me, only representative can do. And I don't find a single sign of representative helping me. I also called your customer cares but they are also doing almost nothing for opening of account. I'm just tired now due to all this.

                            Sir please kindly do something to open my account or if you also can not help me regarding this then please refund my cheque of Rs.12000 which i gave in the name of Axis Bank Ltd.

                              I had an account in Axis Bank, Majestic Branch Bangalore which was started when i joined TCS, Bangalore. I changed the job in May 2013 and thereafter I withdrawn the amount in the account since i will not be receiving any more funds and not going to use further. And requested for account closure in Home branch ( I had to take half day off from my office for this).
                              I was under impression that my account is closed. But on 6th May 2017, I got to know from Axis bank Gurgaon that I have negative balance in my account.
                              Unfortunately i lost the acknowledgement slip while relocation which was given to me at the time of account closure. Got a call from Majestic Branch Bangalore upon complaint, i received reply that account will not be closed unless i show them acknowledgement slip.

                              Neither I was aware that my account is still not closed, nor any intimation (through SMS, email or call ) was there from bank side

                              According to the RBI notification, banks should not take undue advantage of customer difficulty or inattention. Instead of levying penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance in ordinary savings bank accounts, banks should limit services available on such accounts to those available to basic savings bank deposit accounts and restore the services when the balances improve to the minimum required level.""

                              Also it says clearly that: as per a directive from the reserve bank of India (RBI), banks have been asked to stop imposing charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance once the balance touches zero, the times of India reported. The central bank has also given the customers an option to approach the banking ombudsman in case lenders continue to debit charges on such accounts, creating negative balance.""

                              I will be forced to go through the banking ombudsman and write to RBI about this if no action is taken.

                              Objective of the Complaint was to clear negative balance in axis bank account and close the account. Customer care people did nothing. After escalating the same to grievance handling team through axis bank website (Nodal service), I got response through email that my account has been closed permanently on 31st May with null account balance. However I am still able to login to net banking. Hopefully access to net banking will be revoked soon. Thank you -Mohit

                              Thank you for the response. Please read my complaint carefully. I have already visited Axis Bank, Sector 15 Gurgaon and given complaint about the same and given account closure request again.

                              I had given account closure request in home branch well before time i.e in 2013. So there is no fault from my side if you are not closing my account.

                              Please clear the negative balance and close my account as soon as possible. Else I will write to RBI if no action is taken.

                                I ask customer executive, branch visit and also email about wrong deduction.
                                Actually my account balance is 69600/- after credit 3869/- showing 73469/-

                                After few hours show again in account 69600/- after that i call executive to know this or visit branch so tell him 3869/- showing lean amount available balance 69600/-.

                                After few hours on 20/5/17 again axis deduct balance 3869/- without any information or my transaction deduct in amount from my bank account.
                                Now balance showing till 65731/- then again i call executive say him all in different some say wait 24 hrs, 48 hrs, our system error, technical error our team also work on it now he saying wait till 120days. Now i ask what is digital india, smart india safe online transaction banking etc...

                                So please see and doneedful action

                                  I have my account in axis bank at hotagi road branch. Few day back my account was debited without any reason.

                                  I am in continuous follow up and in regular communication with the branch from 26/04/2017, regarding refund/credit of the same.

                                  Even i have communicated the same with the branch manager regarding the issue. Till now there is no any positive action taken by the branch. Only i am getting the false commitments from branch.

                                  Is this the way you treat your customers. If you are going to provide such useless service, we need to think to close our account.

                                  Axis bank will only be responsible, if any misbehavior happens from my side.

                                  Again requesting you to credit the amount today itself.

                                  Hope you do the same at earliest to maintain your prestige.

                                      I missed on my payment and very well educated why i missed on first call on 20th may, 2017 and i did inform will make an payment on 31st may 2017 and was told its fine number got call from [protected].

                                      Again i get a call on sunday on non working day of financial organisations and first getting lie call saying from axis bank then when asked is it from axis... The executive says on behalf of axis bank from hyderabad... When i asked domt u have notes that i did speak earlier and informed when i can make payment executive says yes i can see that due to medical reasons couldnt make emi but will make bt 31st may 2017 but again threatens saying u wil get calls everyday that too on sunday. Then that executive says ok fine still within minutes i get 3 calls for harresment from numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected].

                                      If this the way axis bank wants to haress cosumers the its legally not right.

                                        I have a savings bank a/c with axis bank. On 20/05/2017 my a/c has been debited 200rs plus 15% tax 15rs also debited. Please look into the matter and give proper explanation for this a/c transaction. I want to know the duration of this diduction. I am using this a/c from past 1 and half month only, before that we were not in India. So should I consider this diduction is monthly? Please explain. If it happens every month I will cancel my a/c.

                                        I along with my wife went to axis bank zirakpur branch and opened saving account with adhar card and paid rs 10000 in cash .
