I ismail mistri, i was getting calls for collection from axis where in i spoke to the bank customer care about the current situation i m in. There is this agency who is calling me everyday, one day i failed to answer the call tee here was an agent who visited my place n disclosed my sister about the debt i owe and started messaging me that we will report to yiur cibil and all. I again called uo customer care of axis they said we'll get this thing cleared uo now just after a week again the same is repeating. I m getting message for an agency threathing that in nect 2 days we will vome at your home as we have not recieved ur payment...

sir total credit card limit was 22000 and 17000 i had pait they saying that to pay 40000 more and i told them iwll pay but theare saying that you had to pay in two installments 20000 and 20000 but now i am not in condition to pay the amount in two installment i told them to break it into 5000 permonth the y are saying no
it cant be done sir from where i will pay 20000 now they are harassing my sisters relitaves and many people my neighbours sir what i should do as my intensions are clear to pay the ammount he saying sell your self to pay 20000 or will do someting bad to me he absuive i cant write what he said to me plz see imto matter

I got a call from the above no regarding the CC payment. This executive is so rude and he doesn't know how to speak to the customer. I couldn't do the full payment because of their issue(Server Problem), because I spoke to the Axis Bank Manager as well. Though I have done the part payment there is no update in their system and he is speaking nonsense. No humanity at all.
I got a call from the ([protected]) no regarding the CC payment. This executive is so rude and he doesn't know how to speak to the customer. I couldn't do the full payment because of some issue (financial problem which is already inform to PNO also), Though I have informed in make the payment on or before 31st Dec but she force to made the payment today or she will call my family members or relatives.

No humanity at all.

    Refund not recieved of my failed transaction. I have done recharge of my jio no. with my credit card. In that transaction my money was deducted but it was a failed transaction. Till now my money is not refunded back. I have also complaint to jio but they are telling that they did not get money and it was with bank only.

    Kindly refund my money back as soon as possible.

      It an complaint against a lady who has fraud with me on paytm by saying she an representative of an axis bank so i gave her my details by mistakly. She con me 5 time a day by withdrawing cash.

      She has con me i dont the use of credit card but still toked it and i have been con

        Dear Team,

        With reference to above just want to complaint that i was using axis bank card since 2010-11 onwards & i was njoying the service also but in year 2015 i got statement saying rs.500 as penalty & same was continuously update in my statement from june 15 to dec 16 alongwith penalty n interest.. I was making payment as per card used against shopping..

        Also want to draw attention that numbers of time axis executive call me to pay but when i asked to explain the other charges none of single person was able to close the issue.

        In Dec 2016 my card was permanently block without any intimation & after that also i was getting calls n mails by saying that so n so amount is payable agst my card..

        Most imp. i got surprise when Rs.17k transfer to lien amount out of which rs.7400 was credited after i visit to axis bank gkp branch & remaining auto debit from my account & till time m following on mail with these fraud people but every time m getting reply from different -different people & none on them are able to close the issue..

        Also want to update you that on march 8th intimation letter was deliver which i got on march 23 which was very much shocking for me that axis debit account & send letter after that..

        Requesting you to help me out to get money which was not actual payable..

          Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 240116. FROM LAST 3 MONTHS

          I'm afraid I didn't explain myself properly. My card is not being used to make unauthorised purchases. What is happening is, I'm being charged small amounts between 5 and 25 rupees randomly and this is in the statements - TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT(DATE). Why that extra charge after a purchase?

          I need my money back.

            I am rahul t from bangalore.. Having account in jayanagar branch
            Few days ago my 675 amount has deducted without notifying any mail or text... I didn't attached any dmat and all
            I dont know why the hell you deducted i want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.
            I spoke to your customer care number as they said to email u for regarding this issue, till 2 years your service was
            Wonderful, i don't know what is wrong with you people now...
            Right now my balance is showing like (-332), i do not why the hell
            I need my money to be refund as soon as possible else i will register the complaint against you people, if you inform before deducting it was fine.
            Understand about poor people sir, dont play with our money... For you its just 675... For me it is 4 days salary

              Dear Lakhmichand,

              I had made a payment on 15 May 2017 of rs.686. But by default i made the payment thrice and then on the same date i asked Bhartiya Airtel to refund the remaining amount of rs.1372. The money was refunded by them on 19 May 2017 along with the transaction id[protected]. But till today the amount has not been refunded from your side. I m highly disapointed with your services as i have tried to contact several times to the customer services.
              I will report to the consumer forum if my amount is not refunded within 24 hours.

                Hello,

                I lost my card. I requested for a new one. I got a message from blue dart with ref no [protected] that as my name was not mentioned on the courier they had returned it back to axis main branch in santa cruz. I reside in nallasopara. I had several calls with axis customer care to deliver debit card at my place. They even issued me a request number 30828555 on 2 may. Its 26 may and i have not yet received it at my place. Am i supposed to go all way around to santa cruz to have my debit card for which i have paid 200 rupees. If it is so, i would like to deactivate my account, if you cant provide better services.

                  Axix bank employee said me it is free credit card for you because you have take loan in axix bank.

                  Why it is too much hidden charges?

                    Dear sir

                    I am having Housing loan account NoPHR[protected] With your Bank.I have been sanctioned loan of Rs 65 Lac on 13.10.2014.Rate of intt was 10.25%p.a. Amt disbursed Rs 5357394 only.At the time of sanction @10.25 and for rs 65 lac EMI was 78622/-P.M. Now in April 2017 I have switched over MCLR @8.50%P.a and Amt of Of Rs 4895261/-
                    My EMI has been deducted Rs 76840/-I have applied for MCLR and reschedule of my EMI on Outstanding balance for remaining balance period which should be very low. I have never been informed about my EMI after reschedule . I have tried to contact on your phone given to me[protected] many times but No body is taking care of and is ready to inform.

                    Please intervene and get my EMI rectified under intimation to me.

                      The transaction made on 27/04/2017 for rs.1404.28 and same day i complaint for this reference number for the same is 30782263.

                      Now the 28 days has passed away i mail regularly for this dispute. And in return mail they just send me the this reference number and still not action has been taken by him.

                      I am in very critical condition not able to understand to whom i mail for this.

                      And even they are not providing me any compensation for the day they are doing.

                      Kindly help me to come out from this.

                        Hii, i applied for the opening of sukanaya samridhi account of my daughter myrah bhatia in axis bank, derawal nagar branch, delhi-110009 in last week of march... Its been over two and a half months but still the account is not opened yet... No response from bank officials... Everytime i call they say its in processing... Kindly look into the matter...

                            Hello, Ten days back I had opened my salary account in Axis Bank, still it is not activated, Although I have submitted all the required documents, i dint recieve any updates from your end.I have to update the account details in my company within a specified date.

                            Debit charges of Rs.172/50 as Annual fee was done on 23/02/2017 and again on 17/05/2017 Rs.172/50 debited to my account. Is it annual fee or monthly fee. No bank charges except SBI Rs.100. SMS charges of Rs.15/- These kind of charges is done only by Axis bank. Pl ease reverse those amount or else I would close the account once and for all.

                                Hello i was submitting the application form of CET davv 2017 through MP online in which i completed the procedure and at the end when i click to proceed to payment it show me the oops its error and just a minute i got the message of that amount of 1557/- has been debited from your amount without getting any receipt even i did'nt got any message of transaction ID so its my request kindly take any action and please refund my amount its not a small amount.

                                    My name is dr lekshmi, i am holding saving account in your bank with
                                    Customer id no[protected]. Account no [protected]. I was applied for
                                    My credit card on aprl 1 st week. But till now they didn't issue my
                                    Credit card or didn't give me any updates. When ever i used to call
                                    Them they will tell like they will issue as soon as possible or else
                                    They will tell, they will check out and get back to me. I even spoked
                                    To the manager too. He also promised me that he will update soon. From
                                    Him also no responds at all.

                                    For your kind knowledge i am informing that i went to the bank for
                                    Taking the credit card. I asked for the zero balance account as am a
                                    Salaried person. They told me that we have only two account which suits
                                    For you one is 10000 and other one is 50000. Once you start with the
                                    10000 account, for one week you have to keep this amount then you can
                                    Withdraw the amount back. For the starting purpose only you have to
                                    Keep this amount. They stipulated me. They had deducted 270. Dont know
                                    What's it for?

                                    For the credit card i had submitted my salary certifacate, salary
                                    Slip. I am working in santhi giri trivandrum. I had started my account
                                    In kollam (My husband home). From kollam to thiruvanathapuram it's
                                    Almost 70 km distance. Our hr department is situated over there. I had
                                    Travel three times for this certificates. Why should our precious time
                                    Be wasted over such things. If your bank can't issue credit card for me, atleast you can people can inform us. So that we can give to other
                                    Bank for processing. Now it's not possible. Now it's been two month
                                    Left. We have to request for the new one.

                                    It is an unprecedented lack of service and i have found that the staff
                                    Seems this things to be like trifle. They didn't notice out valuable
                                    Time we spare behind this. So i kindly request you to take necessary
                                    Action against this issue. All resposiblities will be for the
                                    Manger, sujin, praveena of axis bank, vidya complex, chinnakada, kollam
                                    Branch, kerala.

                                      Hello All - Axis Bank and Xrbia,

                                      You guys are the ultimate and I don't mean it in a nice way!!

                                      Neither of you as service providers understand the ABC of customer service. My entire experience with you guys (XRBIA) since the time we booked the property in May 2016 to the time we first applied for the housing loan( AXIS BANK) in June 2016 till date has been one helluva frustrating and traumatizing experience ridden with unprofessionalism, lack of commitment, million reminders for everything, delayed responses to no responses at all and REPEATt!!

                                      The icing on the cake goes to Mr Kishore Patil who is SMSing me to contact Sneha, since she is not answering his call as he is (probably) finally in possession of the DD for disbursement but does not know where to deliver it. He is expecting ME to get in touch with her to get the office address and timings so that he can arrange delivery ( I assume, as we still have NO CONFIRMATION, that the DD is ready). I, as the CUSTOMER in all this has been reduced to a mere MESSENGER !!!

                                      It is people like you who give their organizations a bad name and push customers like me to move their business to other providers. Take my word, I will NEVER recommend either of your organizations to ANYONE.

                                      I am usually a very reasonable customer and try to accommodate the other person's perspective but you guys collectively, first the builder, then the bank, have PUSHED me beyond limits and if I were not bound by law, I would have cancelled /annulled the agreement of sale and loan sanction eons ago. The value that I am investing in this property is not worth the effort I have had to put into co-ordinating with you guys.

                                      I have had enough. I need contact details of Senior and responsible officials in both XRBIA and AXIS BANK and I need this now otherwise I will resort to social media too get this information.
