Respected sir,
My name is Dr lekshmi, I am holding saving account in your bank with
customer Id no[protected].account no [protected].I was applied for
my credit card on Aprl 1 st week.But till now they didn't issue my
credit card or didn't give me any updates.When ever I used to call
them they will tell like they will issue as soon as possible or else
they will tell, they will check out and get back to me .I even spoked
to the manager too.He also promised me that he will update soon.From
him also no responds at all.
For your kind knowledge I am informing that I went to the bank for
taking the credit card.I asked for the zero balance account as am a
salaried person.They told me that we have only two account which suits
for you one is 10000 and other one is 50000.once you start with the
10000 account, for one week you have to keep this amount then you can
withdraw the amount back.For the starting purpose only you have to
keep this amount.They stipulated me.They had deducted 270.Dont know
what's it for?
For the credit card I had submitted my salary certifacate, salary
slip.I am working in Santhi giri trivandrum.I had started my account
in kollam(my husband home).From kollam to thiruvanathapuram it's
almost 70 km distance .Our Hr department is situated over there .I had
travel three times for this certificates.Why should our precious time
be wasted over such things.If your bank can't issue credit card for me, atleast you can people can inform us.So that we can give to other
bank for processing.Now it's not possible.Now it's been two month
left.We have to request for the new one.
It is an unprecedented lack of service and I have found that the staff
seems this things to be like trifle.They didn't Notice out valuable
time we spare behind this.So I kindly request you to take necessary
action against this issue.All resposiblities Will be for The
manger, Sujin, Praveena of Axis bank, vidya complex, chinnakada, kollam
branch, kerala.
