Why its taking this long to activate a account. It has been 10 days now and still i have no clue when you guys will activate my account. your staff has uploaded all my documents and signature online in front of me and now whenever i visit bank they say, your account will be operative till evening. this is story of everyday now i want my money back.

      To all international and national readers …read about a thief and fraud bank known as axis bank:

      • axis bank is cheat bank with extremely poor standards and extremely poor moral and ethics as bank;

      • it does wrong calculations most of times to cheat customers;

      • axis bank does not leave any opportunity to charge customers inethcially and wrongly;

      • axes bank rac gurgaon has misbehaving, rude officials who speak rudely with customers are unhelpful and give wrong commitments to customers;

      • i suggest customer to minimise your relationships with axis bank;

      • axis bank si inefficient and unsupportive to customers; please ensure you do not sign any axis bank documents trusting the officers of axis bank who are lairs and inethcial and will do anything for their petty commission including giving wrong promises.

      • we have written our plea to:

      This is complaint regarding the loan agreement no as above processed at axis bank rac gurgaon;

      It has been 12 days since we emailed the complaint to axis bank:

      Axis bank has not been able to resolve the complaint to we are approaching banking ombudsman and axis bank higher authorities and also blogging this on internet for poor services given by axis bank, wrong promises given by axis bank, and careless mistakes in our home loan application;

      Email response to our complaint by axis bank:

      We confirm receipt of your email dated april 30, 2017 at the nodal officer’s desk regarding delay in loan processing.

      The said complaint is being investigated by the undersigned and we will revert with the status of the case by may 8, 2017. The reference number is 14638011.

      I demand response and resolution of this complaint urgent;

      And i am already putting this complaint for resolution to internet consumer protection forums and banking ombudsman in parallel highlighting poor services and inefficiencies of axis bank processes;

      Cheating no 1) we applied for axis bank loan in march 2017, but without telling me the agent got signed and sued by loan docs verification proofs to open bank account without our consent;

      Cheat no 2) when we got to know that axis abk account si applied for us without our consent, we insisted that the loan should eb debited from our salary account which is with hdfc bank (Hdfc bank si thousand times more ethiocal and moral as compaerd to axis abnk);

      But very clevvery and without our consent the rac gurgaon axis bank aligned our emi with a xis abnk instaed fo hdfc bank;

      Cheating no3) axis abnk custoemr acre caleld su telling su that you have been given wrong information by axis rac gurgaon and your account with incur charegs is you do not maintain minimum balance and if you apply for debit card; so we asked tehm tehat we will close our account but as of now, please do not apply for debit card;

      Cheating no4) my axis abnk ddraft was puleld out from axis bank on 12th april and per information to me, they ahd to give the cheack to idbi abnk on 12th morning itself; but axis bank lawyer in rac noida went on elave and so my cheque was not given todibi and me as custeomra was charged for interest on balanec transfer amount sinec 12th april despite it ebing not my fault that tehe axis bank lawyer went on leave on 12th april.

      Cheating no 5) after all these poor experiences, i was fed up with axis bank and decided to minimise or finish my loan from axis bank, but against rbi policies that customer can prepay loan by his wish and close his account; but axis bank very inethcially have pulled a condition on customers that they cannot prepay a loan before emi date and can do it once a month; this si just to increase their profits at cost of customer comfort and proving again that axis bank si inethcial bank;

      Cheating no 5) i paid axis bank prepayment amount with intention to close axis bank loan on 12th may 2017; but i have been following up for my updated statement with reduced principal despite sharing deposit slip since 12th amy, and extremely poor and harassing axis bank is not responding;

      The issues is escalated to nodal officer named abhishek kargaonkar who could not resolve this case in 3 weeks so the issue is pushed to pno department axis bank but it is still pending since a week;

      Axis bank si shameful bank in india nd full of cheats;

      I suggest every reader to stay away from it.

      Retaliation: since i have taken axis bank loan, i am writing thousands of blogs telling people and raedesr about axis bank and the way they harassed and cheated me not only on indian portal but international portal;and working aggressively against axis bank so that people can stay away and never opt for any axis bank products;

      Even foreigners who read about india will read about shameless and in-ethical bank named axis bank;

      I promise to readers that me as a custom will never open axis bank saving account, will never apply for any credit card or debit card from axis bank; will always say bad about axis bank and will never suggest axis bank to any of my friend and families; i suggest the same to you.

      I am a privileged customer of your bank. I am not able to use my Salary Account debit card bearing last six digits 069128 without giving any reason for the same. It has been linked to Aadhaar and PAN.

But still i am waiting for activation of my account and already i mentioned account in buisness which was provided in welcome kit.           My name is neeraj kumar khare and I am your customer from 2010 to till date. Earlier I was a Personal loan with you which I have completely paid to Axis Bank and recently I have applied one more personal loan which amount 540000 and interest rate 13.49% but now the time I am very disappointed with your fake commitment and now we are going to take legal action about this.
          My loan process was began on date[protected] at 6:03 PM through Ms.Somaya who is my account RM. She is called me and I request to them for Personal Loan. She is shared my number someone Mr.niranjan who is taking care personal loan in Delhi and he is called me on same day at 7:00 PM with the mobile no. [protected], telling that you have shared only PAN Card & Addhar Card because your pre approved loan and you have paid 1.5% processing fees and I am ok with 1.5% processing fees and next day, he has received my documents and on date I got the message from axis bank you account no …..04 has been credit xyz amount on date 18.-5.2017 when I checked that it is all most 12470 deducted u when I called on customer care that he is telling that we have charged 2% processing fee.
          I have not received any call from Axis bank that we have revised your processing fee and also mr. nirjan who is employee of axis bank is cheating with us and wrong guidance if you want to call recording so, i will shared with you. I have all the recording which I have received by axis bank. Kindly wave up my processing fee otherwise, I will take legal action against the same.
          One more point which I want highlighted that Mr.Nirjan is trying to sell HDFC Policy and he is telling that it is mandatory when I was telling that it is not mandatory then he is agreed but he is behave like rudely. So he is employee of axis bank but selling the policy of HDFC Bank and when customer is not taking the policy so, he is behave rudely.

            I am residing in chennai and I bought axis active band in Apr and till now i could not find one single outlet that accepts non contact payment.

            None of the outlets indicated in website "https://www.axisbank.com/axisactive/index.aspx" are aware of axis active band non contact payment and all of them have only conventional POS.

            In addition, many addresses are wrongly indicated.

              Paytm have made refund for one of my order cancellation and I have received the msg from paytm stating your refund process is completed and axis bank have given reference no for successful transaction of refund. But axis have not credited the amount to my account. Please help.

              "AXIS just gave us a reference number 75503727134013293275610 for successful refund of Rs 5867 from Paytm to your bank account for your Order ID [protected]. Your bank could take few more days to credit the amount to your account. Please contact your bank's customer care for any further query quoting this number. "

              When contacting axis customer care I have been informed that they will check the status is 14 working days and create a ticket for me that will take again 21 working days to process​.

              What is issue I don't understand as paytm have already credited the amount to axis they should have credited to my account.

              When ever i try to connect my card for UPI payment, i am unable to set my password.
              Sir my refund having transcation id1813982 is not reached to me. It was send by Yatra.com almost 6 days ago. Please kindly look in this issue

                  Dear sir I am an bamul agent at Bangalore where as our payments will be deposited at the nearest branches I regularly deposit my billed amount at axis bank Srinivas Nagar branch Bangalore in here as on 18-05-17 the Cashier told me that no cash will taken for deposit from bamul agents after 3pm where as other deposits are taken till 3.30 pm but they will only reject these bamul agents payment if asked for some notices about this issue an asst manager may says what he says is final and what he fixes is the time for bamul agents he speaks in an arogent manner and shouts at the agents with an improper language and these people have coated some of the IPC section no and sticked some print outs to the Cashier counter and also a printout which clearly says videography is an offense with this mishandling the customers and disrespecting many of the bamul agents. I hope these people will be treated well for there misbehave at this branch

                    My father did a transaction on 20 may 2017 money has been deducted but he has not received money and bank is not helping him same thing happened with my friend axis bank is one of the worst bank their service is so worst i want justice.. I request rbi to sue this bank i will close everyones account registered with axis in my family and will suggest to my friends and relatives to do same this bank should be closed they are ripping of innocent people am so much angry i hope this message will help me somewhere if not i will talk to authority i will post this message on all social websites... They should be shameful doing this with innocent people its all politics i want you people to reslove this issue

                      I am receiving all merchant copy in this mailId, then how bank is sending all emails to an unregistered mail ID

                        Hi, i do not wish to receive anymore telemarketing calls from axis bank. I have been receiveing this call since the last 6 months and usually 2-3 times everyday. I have repeatedly showed my disinterest in the products pitched for but the calls just wont stop. I want my name to be removed from the call list else i will have to take this complaint higher up.

                          Dear team,

                          I transferred imps transaction on 16th may 2017 for the amount 30000 from my axis account to indian bank account. The amount debited from account and didn't credit indian bank account. I called the axis bank call center and they said other account is not in active so i check with other account person and his bank manager. They clearly said account is active but i didn't what is the major reason for the problem. I waited for two days and writing this complaint. Please do needful to resolve this issue.

                            Hi sir,

                            I am nandini chimakurthi from chennai. My axis bank savings account (Salary account) was freezed on 29-april-17. My home branch is noida sector 12. I went to chennai perumgudi axis branch and i submitted some customer service form and id proofs for their reference to unfreeze my account. They told that they will courier these documents to home branch noida. There is no update or any information from them.
                            After a few days i mailed to customer service. They raised a request on this issue, and the same thing no update.
                            I contacted noida axis branch team and i told the matter and to unfreeze my account 2 days back. They told that they will check and revert me. And again the same thing no response from them also.
                            Its almost a month. Please check and solve as soon as possible sir.

                              Sir, This is to inform you that I have my salary a/c with your Axis Bank branch Sector-9D Chandigarh. Your bank officials met me and suggested to open the under gurdian saving accounts of on ZERO balance policy being Salary Account. Accordingly I have opened two under gurdian saving account in August-2016. But later on bank deducted the charges for low balance maintenance for I complaint to the dealing officials. Who assured me that the deducted amount will be refunded shortly.

                              A long time is elapsed but no action was taken on the matter. Kindly do the needful in the matter otherwise I will do the other needful as per law.

                                We have been maintaining one current account in the name of Harmesh Agritrade Pvt. Ltd with your sri ganganagar Jawahar Nagar Branch. The current account No. is [protected] Cust Id[protected]. There was a change in Directors of the company and we have informed to your branch but they had not made necessary entries in their records. Now finally we again submitted the documents in march 2017 alongwith all evidences for change in the directorship of the company but till date no updation was made in our account. Almost 60 days had elapsed.
                                We are very sorry to inform about the service of the esteemed Bank and we are now bound to shift all our acoounts to other bank. We have not availed any services from your bank but had around 2 crores of fixed deposit with your bank in jawahar nagar branch.

                                  In Medavakkam Axis Branch went to deposit rupees 27000, In the cash deposit machine have placed the amount but twice few notes were not accepted hence placed again with the option Add cash, finally at the end got the slip with 24000 rupees credited to the account. Hence checked with the bank person who is responsible for this he told me at the EOD they will check if any excess amount we can revert that to the account, so I have called the person in the evening but no luck he said no excess amount. Next day I went to the branch and have spoke to the person he confirmed me the same. Have checked from my end that have deposited rupees 27000 but got only 24000, Holding this Salary account for more than 6 six years but not faced such kind of issues previously, not sure how to proceed please help me out if you can. Instead of going for cash deposit machine I would have gone for the counter this wouldn't happen.

                                  Why the amount deducted 11.5 rupees from saving account under the above mentioned slab.Please tell me reason.

                                    I am writing this due to all attempt made by me to get my money, i am so disappointed and so helpless as neither axis bank and nor sbi bank is trying to resolve my issue (On 13 feb 2017, i have tried to withdraw 3000rs and ended up with 500rs due to last currency available in atm; sad part is i got msg alerting me withdrawal of 3000rs which worried me 😩. I have already inform security person that how to do now, he told me to report the problem which i did at the same night to axis bank thinking it might resolve but i was wrong they are writing the email to sbi and sbi deynig to provide me my money i have told them to ask for cc footage which will clear every ines confusion that i have not got my money) sadly my father has to enter into this picture to resolve the issue but unfortunately he is also not able to due to both bank is not ready to take any action. I am so so so dishearten, disappointed with bank procedure, ultimately my money is lost and i am not happy, planning to close account so soon!!! Really sad procedure to tourcure customers!!!

                                      I am paras kumar khullar my account no. is [protected] at firozepur punjab I had book 4 tickets from book my show on 29th aprll my account debited Rs. 928.24 but transaction failed I call BOOK MY SHOW and they said amount charged for the failed transaction dated[protected] is not claimed by Bookmy contact the concerned bank authorities.kindly look into matter

                                        This complaint is regarding my ongoing persoanl loan with agreement no. PPR[protected]. Everything was going all well but since Nov'16 the bank is not auto debiting my EMI of Rs 3043 on time and then putting it late charges on the customer that is me.
                                        This is really affecting my credit note my cibil score.
                                        Due to all this i m not eligible to apply for any other loan as per RBI guidelines.
                                        This is the worst bank ever to deal with.
                                        I[censored] investigate about the same through customer care on phone they ask u to visit the branch. Once u visit the branch they will ask u to visit the loans head in Cannaught Place if this is so then whats the point of having branch in loacal areas.
                                        I will really very thankful if bank can help me out on this and solve my this problem.

                                        What was the resolution for my complain regarding axis bank
                                        Dear Sir, I have salary bank account no.[protected] at Axis Bank Kalyani Nagar Marigold Premises, 15, Vadgaonsheri, Kalyani Nagar. On 10/05/2017 at around 10:11 am I tried to withdraw Rs. 2000 from SBI bank ATM in Vadgaonsheri, CASH-ATM/16818001 but the transaction failed with error and the balance had been deducted .
