I have made imps transaction on 10th May 2017 for the amount rs.28000 from my axis account to pnb account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

    Axis Bank Main Branch at begumpet above pullareddy sweet house people are very irresponsible to their customers when you visit that every bank employee feels like they are the bank owners. I dealt with Branch manager too He would like to listen what ever he wish to not other matters.

    I Had a debate with guy who is not even professional i thought of mentioning his name but its waste.

    I faced similar answers from the Kothapet Branch as well when some one visit the bank branch at lease one should respond or ask.

    What is the point of keeping too many branches and not ever listening to their complaints.

      This is an urgent complaint regarding a fraudulent transaction executed via my Axis Bank Credit Card for total INR 38075 on the 9th May, 2017. Around 12.00 p.m.on 9th May’17, Criminal has called me from mobile no. [protected] said that calling from Pay Back office and by reason of doing credit of my redeem points on credit card taken my credit card details and done total 6 transactions on my credit card. The details of these transactions are as below –

      My credit card got blocked automatically after 6th suspicious transaction. It’s too late. It should have blocked immediately after 2nd or 3rd transaction. I have raised my complaint to customer care of bank and they asked me to go to nearest branch and fill dispute amount form and submit. Accordingly I have done it in Axis Bank Airoli sector 6 branch. And then immediately approached to nearest Rabale Police staion and submitted my written complaint which they acknowledge and asked me to go cyber crime dept. at CBD Belapur Police station. Imediately I reached there and furnished all transaction details for their immediate action.

      I request you to kindly help me with this issue asap. Please help me to get my refund for the said amount at the earliest.

      Dear sir / madam. Yes I appreciate the whole process of Axis Bank for solving customer complaint. Below are the steps I followed as per Axis Bank's customer complaint solving team - 1) I have raised my complaint to customer care of Axis Bank and they asked me to go to nearest branch and fill dispute amount form and submit. Accordingly I have done it in Axis Bank nearest branch on same day i.e. day on which fraudulent transactions happened. 2) Then immediately approached to nearest Police staion and submitted my written complaint which duty police office acknowledged and asked me to go to cyber crime dept.. Immediately I reached Cyber crime dept. (For Navi Mumbai it is at CBD Belapur) and furnished all transaction details for their immediate action. And in front of me police duty officer e-mailed all transaction details to concern bank depts. for further action at bank end. 3) I raised this concern on site www.consumercomplaints.in too. 4) I got sms from Axis bank in week time that bank has temporarily credited said amount in my credit card a/c. 5) Then as per Axis Bank's email ([email protected]) request in the 2nd week of June'17, sent them hard copies of filled dispute form, police station's acknowledged copy of complaint letter and signed incident letter, 6) Finally as per last month credit card statement received, Bank has received complete fraud transaction amount from insurance company and disputed amount showed as credited to my a/c permanently.       Sorry for late reply at my end as I was little busy in my profession work.

      Yes, thanks to you and Axis Bank for immediate response towards my complaint. I got message from Axis bank that bank has temporarily credited said amount in my credit card a/c. And I am sure looking at fraud online site of IDEA CELL - BILL DESK, bank must have immediately stopped credit the said amount in fraud account. And I am very much sure this said amount will be permanently credited to my a/c. Thanks again.

      I forgot to mentioned fraud online site of AIRTEL PYMT - BILLDESK. so pls read as below -

      And I am sure looking at fraud online sites of IDEA CELL - BILL DESK and AIRTEL PYMT - BILLDESK, bank must have immediately stopped credit the said amounts in fraud accounts. And I am very much sure this said amount will be permanently credited to my a/c. Thanks again.

        Sir, i applied 10 days back regarding user id and password for online banking. Till now i did not any email or sms in this regarding. When i go to my bank, there, they are giving poor response. They are telling, we are persuiing. But, no reply till now.

        I swipped 6, 400/- in the last week but till now not got the amount till now. Your executive sadanand sir, just postponing all the matters, we are business people, we could not tolerate dalaying the matters.

        O, pl. Persue it. Other wise, i will choose another bank.

          I am Axis bank priority account holder bearing account number: [protected].Axis bank not crediting my refund of 17799 in my account. Snapdeal.com refunded me 17799 rupees on 20th April 2017 and shared with me the refund reference number: IHMP[protected] but still there is no response from Axis bank. When i contact axis bank to give me update or info about this transaction number they said that we cannot give any details because this is third party transaction number.I don't understand what Axis is telling, If i will make any transaction then i get electronically generated transaction reference number so bank has all information about it.So why Axis bank is denying to give information and holding my hard earned money. I also submitted Card holder dispute form but there is not any reply from there end 10 days passed.

          I request Axis bank to credit my refund which snapdeal has sent to me.

I have call to axis customer care toll free no. They said with in 7 days money will credit. But still now no money has credited. Transaction reference no is inb/[protected]. Kindly do the need full.

              The applicant had got issued the two DD referred as above to deposited with M/s ABLAZE INFO SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. from your bank. The said DDs could not be deposited with M/s ABLAZE INFO SOLUTIONS PVT LTD and were misplaced. Deposite been efforts the said DDs could not be traced. The validity of the said DDs has also expired. On information gathered from M/s ABLAZE INFO SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. it was reveled that the said DDs has not been credited in my account under the aforesaid circumstances it is requested that the said DDs may please be cancelled and the amount deposited with you for the said DDs due please refund to me . here we are willing to complete any formalities for the same .

                The Axis ATM which is located at Oil Mill Road, St Thomas Town Post has only tampared currency notes.
                Please have a cross check.

                  Post paid bill done using Axis bank internet banking on 05th May 2017 and it got reverted back 08th May 2017.

                  just to know what happened the process.

                  notice you that I supposed to pay late fee to my Third party due to the payment process failure.

                  Adding to above, I am also facing bad internet banking service due to which the payment is going failure

                      Hello sir,

                      I undersigned, prashant h dhage, hold an home loan account with axis bank. My loan account number is phr[protected].

                      On 24th april 2017 i visited kharadi branch, and made request to change my loan to mclr rate. The request number for the same is 11163521. I was promised that the request will be processed within 7 working days.

                      But the request is still not processed till date.

                      On 3rd may 2017, when i called axis bank customer care to inquire about the same, the customer representative told me that there has been a small mistake from branch representative & i need to walk back to kharadi branch for taking my request ahead.

                      On 4th may 2017, i visited kharadi branch again. When i asked the branch representative on my status, then she told me that it is still in process.
                      When i asked for the reason for delay i got answers like —
                      — technical issue,
                      — the approver is on leave,
                      — there are appraisal going.

                      When i asked about when would my request get processed then the representative said that in next 3-5 days but they cannot commit on it.

                      I would like to know that if the bank has appraisals, or the approver is on leave or if there is any other unfortunate incident with the approver, why should the customer bear the consequences of it? These are highly pathetic answers as it's unpractical.

                      Because of the service request being delayed, i have to bear financial loss as i have to un-necessary pay loan on higher interest rate.

                      When i told the representative that i will escalate the issue, then the representative's attitude is unprofessional. The representative doesn't care about escalation & doesn't have sense have a sense of ownership of the task.

                      I've no idea when will my request get processed.

                        My personal loan ppr[protected] requested for a top up which got approved 22/4/17 but the loan amount is not credited till date 8/5/17 for some reason. I am very upset with the service offer by the bank. You can see my payment records there is no bounce ever in my account. If this is what offer to good paying customers. I am been offered loans from other banks as well but i am associated with axis bank for more then ten years. All my impression been shattered by this loan dispossing issues. Hope it will be resolved soon.

                            Last saturday I had recharged through axis internet banking for Rs.148. It gave me an error saying "incorrect denomination". The Rs.148 amount has been deducted. I had called to Airtel customer care they said it will refunded soon. But it was not refunded again I called to the customer care they asked me to enquire Axis bank people. So please help me. Refund the money as soon as possible.

                              I brought a product from Xiomi ki store and paid 1199 Rs by axis bank debit card. Then i cancel the product but my refunded amount is not settled in my account, i talked to mi customer care the said they hav refunded amout with order no.[protected] so contact to your bank. Kindly resolve my issue and refund the amount.

                              There is very pathetic experience with axis
                              For open an account
                              No atm form field up by executive
                              And not even answering properly
                              It takes 2 week for paasbook and chequebook and after thate they takes 4 weeks for atm

                                Myself Suchitra Dutta having savings a/c no [protected] with Axis Bank Rishra Branch from year 2008.

                                I am a post graduate single Lady, living with unemployed, aged parents & trying to make a handsome living by working 18 hrs a day daily. I am self employed in Boutique Saree business for last two years struggling to stand on my feet.

                                In this context & for the business, I opted for a low category Current account to be opened with you as the net banking & cash deposit machine is very useful to me. Despite a bad behavior I faced regarding my credit card with your bank, I wished to open the said current a/c with You.

                                When I expressed my intention to open a CA, Bank send Mr. Navid to initiate the formalities.

                                Due to Demonitisation the account opened a long time after my application.

                                But the incident of debiting charges for not maintaining AMB without my notice shocked me & I am very much depressed seeing my hard earned money vanished like anything.

                                I am a tiny entrepreneur, having no capital, a small amount to You is very valuable for me.

                                When I repeatedly contacting the branch they only saying it is the category account where You have to maintain balance.

                                Confirming that I have opted for Zero balance account with yearly one time charges, whereas executive Mr. Navid deliberately open this a/ c which has balance maintain feature for his own benefit. But the onus is on myself to rectify his mistake.

                                My question is only the bank asking me to close the account not having to my voice & forcing me to compromise for the sake of own benefit.

                                As a Lady & single not worthy everywhere I am feeling second class behavior also in credit card.

                                Please see to my matter. I am waiting for your reply.

                                  Rs 2175 has been inadvertently deducted from my account as card payment on 08.05.2017. At the time i was given card i was informed that card is free with no annual charges. Please remit the amount again.

                                  The grievance mechanism of the bank does not work at all. The toll free no. Is never picked up and the site never opens. You can not lodge any complain online by any chance

                                    One of my order placed at amazon india has been cancelled from the supplier and raised for the refund of my money which has been deducted from my axis bank saving account on may 1st 2017. But i got the mail from amazon team stating my refund has been raised and succeed in the process but i have not got the money back in my account yet. And i have spoken at the customer care of amazon and they have said that i will get it but not yet received. The amount deducted from my ac is rs. 6775 which i need the refund.

                                      I am holder of axis bank s/b account no. [protected], lucknow branch. From dec. 2016 to till date i had filled the petrol through my axis bank debit card. After making the payment a message received me that.75% discount amount will be remitted in my saving bank. But after laps of several days / months none of the amount has been credited in my above saving account till date.
                                      Please look into the matter & do the needful and arrange to remit the money which are lying pending at the end.

                                        I have an account in axis bank relief road branch, ahmedabad, gujarat.
                                        My account name is :- n r bullion and
                                        My account number is :- [protected]
                                        My account was being wrongfully deducted 4 times, after the first deduction i converted my account from rs 1000000 /-to rs 10000/-, but the bank manager did not convert it to 10000 and kept it to 100000, he told us that he will try and refund our amount which is 42000 in total, but we havent got any money back, its been more than 4 months, we are not satisfied with the bank, pleas do the needful.
