I have my account in axis bank at hotagi road branch. Few day back my account was debited without any reason.

I am in continuous follow up and in regular communication with the branch from 26/04/2017, regarding refund/credit of the same.

Even i have communicated the same with the branch manager regarding the issue. Till now there is no any positive action taken by the branch. Only i am getting the false commitments...

I missed on my payment and very well educated why i missed on first call on 20th may, 2017 and i did inform will make an payment on 31st may 2017 and was told its fine number got call from [protected].

Again i get a call on sunday on non working day of financial organisations and first getting lie call saying from axis bank then when asked is it from axis... The executive says on behalf of axis bank from hyderabad... When...

I have a savings bank a/c with axis bank. On 20/05/2017 my a/c has been debited 200rs plus 15% tax 15rs also debited. Please look into the matter and give proper explanation for this a/c transaction. I want to know the duration of this diduction. I am using this a/c from past 1 and half month only, before that we were not in India. So should I consider this diduction is monthly? Please explain. If it happens every month I will cancel my a/c....

The edc machine is not working over the last 7 days and the same has been intimated to your mumbai toll free no. from where we have got a reply to contact the local axis bank, where again i have been instructed to approach mechant.helpdesk where it is not available any where, the contact head at branch mr ashok singh no.[protected]. is either very busy or simply does not pick phone leaving the customers with no choice to get there complaints...

To all international and national readers …read about a thief and fraud bank known as axis bank:

• axis bank is cheat bank with extremely poor standards and extremely poor moral and ethics as bank;

• it does wrong calculations most of times to cheat customers;

• axis bank does not leave any opportunity to charge customers inethcially and wrongly;

Axis bank, siwan (Bihar) branch approached me to open account and i gave him cheque of 40000rs. For opening dated 17-5-17. But still i am waiting for activation of my account and already i mentioned account in buisness which was provided in welcome kit. I am residing in chennai and I bought axis active band in Apr and till now i could not find one single outlet that accepts non contact payment.

None of the outlets indicated in website "https://www.axisbank.com/axisactive/index.aspx" are aware of axis active band non contact payment and all of them have only conventional POS.

In addition, many addresses are wrongly indicated....

Paytm have made refund for one of my order cancellation and I have received the msg from paytm stating your refund process is completed and axis bank have given reference no for successful transaction of refund. But axis have not credited the amount to my account. Please help.
