This is to keep you posted that I am having an AXIS Personal Loan vide loan account no. PPR[protected] for which the EMI amount is INR 1731.

The EMI was getting debited through ECS from my ICICI bank savings account #[protected] on 5th of every month.

Please check my repayment track record so far wherein there is not a single EMI got skipped.

In April, 2017, I have visited Axis Bank Loan Centre at Kolkata for submission of a request on ECS swapping. I have requested for the ECS to be swapped from my ICICI Bank A/C to SCB A/C and have done all the necessary formalities related to swapping as directed by the customer service desk officer. I have submitted one request letter along with SPDCs and 1 cheque of INR 575 on account of ECS swapping charges. I was given a service request no 11070948 for future references.

I was being told by AXIS bank customer support desk that the EMI for the month of May, 2017 would be debited from ICICI bank account only and the same will be taking place from my SCB account with effect from June, 2017.

It is extremely unfortunate that today I have received a call from Axis Bank collection team that my EMI for May is overdue and need to be paid immediately. I was surprised by this issue and have explained the collection team about the ECS swapping details. They have understood the issue and asked me to make the payment online to the Axis PL loan account no PPR[protected].

Now please let me know that where is my fault in this EMI getting into overdue string though I have kept sufficient balance in my both the savings accounts ( ICICI and SCB as well )

This is extremely disgusting customer service from a reputed bank like Axis. It's an example of sheer negligence and miscommunication by the bank's customer service desk at Kolkata.

Because of this process lapse ofAxisr bank's mechanism, my CIBIL history might be getting impacted for this overdue of 1 EMI. I have never defaulted on a single repayment in my entire track records with Axis and other financial institutions as well.

Being a banker, I will keep this highlighted to consumer forum and social media as well.

Axis Bank authority to ensure the following to be done on utmost importance and without fail.

1) I will not pay any overdue / bounce charges related to this incident

2) my CIBIL history should not be impacted due to this callous behaviour of Axis bank

3) ECS to be debited from my SCB account going forward

I need a confirmation within next 24 hrs.

    I'm somnath kharwar my account in chitranjan park delhi.
    I was check deposited in branch axis bank greater noida check no. 764954 unfortunately check was bounse than i went to branch three times for took the check but branch employe they did not give to me check and he said to me your check came here than i call you.
    But employe did not called to me or otherwisw no send any massage and he send my check at home addres on[protected]. And check has not reached my at home address.
    O where is my check pls find out and given to me

      I have a college a/c (Current account) in axis bank brari nambal, muniwar, srinagar branch. Their is a girl bisma (At the teller counter) at your branch.. She was handling other customer at other desk but when i told her that i have to deposit a cash then she came at the teller counter. After depositing a cash in my current account, i told her to provide my statement but she refused to provide me a statement at teller counter. I even told her to provide my statement in my official registered email i'd and she agreed first but she didn't provide me yet. Even branch manager agreed also to provide my statement on my email but she didn't.

        Sir, I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs 10000/- from ATM of state bank of india at 147 AD Regt Ambala Cantt, Haryana on 02 may 2017 at 11:15:08hrs. Due to fluctuation of power the amount was not ejected from ATM but the amount of Rs 10000/-debited from my account no. ([protected]). Hence you are requested to resolve this problem and credit the same amount at the earliest.
        Your kind cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.

        Sir, I try to withdraw amount of 10000 rupees from state bank of india ATM at 147 AD Regt Ambala cantt on 02 may 2017 at 11:15:08hrs. The same amount debited from my account no.           Someone has taken 8000 rupees from my debit card but branch has not taken any step .please give a look towards it . i have complained to the branch immediately but they have not taken any step towards this.my condition is poor and this amount is very valuable to me please take steps towards this.the branch should take action towards this.a temporary credit of 8000 should be tranfered to my account till solution of this case.we are hopefully waiting to get this amount as i am managing my family.so please give attention to this case and quickly solve this problem. thanks.

          My tid no 96317567 i have swipping machine n i did swipping on 27 april, 1 may, 2 may of 2017 . The amount is not credited in my account the customer care guy is telling from their side its clear n they are tell its a technical issue . so please do check this issue

            This is complaint regarding the loan agreement no as above processed at axis bank rac gurgaon;

            It has been 12 days since we emailed the complaint to axis bank:

            Axis bank has not been able to resolve the complaint to we are approaching banking ombudsman and axis bank higher authorities and also blogging this on internet for poor services given by axis bank, wrong promises given by axis bank, and careless mistakes in our home loan application;

            Email response to our complaint by axis bank:

            We confirm receipt of your email dated april 30, 2017 at the nodal officer’s desk regarding delay in loan processing.

            The said complaint is being investigated by the undersigned and we will revert with the status of the case by may 8, 2017. The reference number is 14638011.

            I demand response and resolution of this complaint urgent;
            And i am already putting this complaint for resolution to internet consumer protection forums and banking ombudsman in parallel highlighting poor services and inefficiencies of axis bank processes;

            Complaint no 1
            Axis bank has acted inethiclly and like a cheat in loan calculations;
            Gurgaon rac axis bank has cheated customer by giving cheque to idbi on 13th april and charging custoemr intereest since 12th april 2017;

            Details - the balance transfer cheque was provided to idbi bank on 13th april and not 12th april as axis bank lawyer was not available on 12th april so why we are charged interest for 12th april wrongly and in - ethnically by axis bank (This si a cheating or fraud by axis bank, please correct asap)

            Complaint no 2)

            Loan emdate was ticked as 5th of every month by us (Customers on loan application form); axis bank made caeless mistake by sending em letter with emi date as 10th april;

            Complaint no 3) i called up axis bank custoemr care to prepay the loan amount ; howveer agaisnt rbi policy axis abnk told me that prepaymeent of loan si possibel only after debit of first emi whci si einethical nd wrong (I was todl hiel processing loan that i can prepay loana nytime and without any charegs); but axis bank agaisnt policy fo rbi craets obstacles and constrints for custeomrs to prepay the loan;
            Stopping customers to prepay laon to reduce the interest is highly shameful and inethcial and agaisnt rbi policies;

            Complaint no 4) inethicla committement on emi debit;
            We were told by axis bank gurgaon agent that our emi will debit fom our salary account which is in hdfc abnk; but alter confirmed wrongly that emi will debit from axis bank;

            Complaint no 4: wrong committemnt and statement by sales (Rac guragon axis bank)

            The guragon rac agent opened our axis bank with laon application stating the account will be zero balance and tehre will be no charges on the account and account will be having netbanking ; howveer when axis custoemr care called us on account; they told about debit card charges so we said no to debit card;
            The customer care alos told us about minimum balance which we need to maintain; proviing guragon rac axis bank as liars; this si mistake of mr anil kumar and his agent from gurgaon rac;

            We will not tarnsfer any mone toa xis bank tillw e get netbanking facility in axis bank; and we are not responsibel for any eni bounce from axis bank because we have always tl that emi should debit from our salary account in hdfc bank;

            We do not have anyway to do entbanking and validate if we tarsnfer money it is properly credited as we do not have netbanking acces & username/password provided by axis bank

            Compalint no 5) gurgaon rac axis bank are liars and inethical;
            Axis bank si an inefficient and bad bank, i recomemnd readers to never take any services or loans from axis bank;
            Axis bank rac gurgaon is full of shameless, misbehaving employees;

            Details: axis bank officials including (Mr anil kumar from rac
            Guragon) are non courteous and very unhelpful to talk to... I will not
            Suggest axis bank to anyone due to its poor services; please improve on this aspect; we were told that we can conatct axis bank sales for any issues or problems regarding our axis bank loan account; but tehre is no resolution or help provided by either anil or sumit as we face the above challenges;
            To sahme axis abnk this complaint si also posted on vaious internet sites.

                I have transferred amount by net banking to may sisters account via imt by net banking but amount has not been deposited to my sisters account. I have received message from axis bank regarding debit of amount from my saving account from axis bank. My sisters account is in bank of maharashtra. Bank of maharashtra says no money has been transferred. Situation is amount has been debited from from my axis bank account but not got deposited in account of my sister in bank of maharashtra.

                      Hello sir, i have applied an credit card in 2007 in uti (Now it is axis bank). It was delivered to one of my room mate and he was used the card without my knowledge. I got transfer and came to chennai in three months.in the mean time i have not received any bills or message. When i tried to apply loan now and came to know that your axis bank credit card balance is there and it affects your cibil scores.
                      Now i am in an critical situation and i told that i can pay something to close the card, i visited almost all the branches in chennai to close it. All are telling that it is pune card so they can't get this information.

                      Please help to close this card and i got the card number from my cibil as [protected]

                          I had accidentally blocked by debit card (No #5346 xxxx xxxx 2669) while accessing online banking facility. When i tried to reactivate it online again, i could not find any option to that. I called up the customer care service and the banking officer instructed me to visit the bank.

                          I visited my nearest branch (Branch id : 1884) i. E jessore road, shyamnagar, rodkol, kolkata : 700055 on 29th april 2017. I was assured that my card would be activated by 3rd may 2017. Its 5th today and i can see that my card is still hot-listed.

                          This is very disappointing from an esteemed bank of yours. While other banks provide the facility of reactivating debit cards online, axis bank doesn't. I am a working woman and it sis really a big harassment for me to visit the bank time and again without any solution.

                          I therefore request an immediate action in this regard. Everyone knows the importance of debit card in today's world and such grievances are expected to be solved immediately.

                              A refund of 15999 rupees was successfully processed on 22 april 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my axis bank account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                              I have called the axis bank customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                              kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                              Hi All,
                              I have been banking with axis since its u to days. . Moreover I am NRI priority customer and their burgundy customer etc.. I am total shattered when I came to know about axis carelessness in their service. . I was charged us otitis for my home with penalties standing to 20 to 30 thousands and later RAC chennai people said they will waive off all charges but they did not do the same. I have to close my loan by doing good foreclosure and now I am facing stupid issues in cursor card as they put unwanted charges and Standing instruction of payment without my consent. . I went to branch manager to waive off that.. likewise everyday issues creep in with a is a lot. Pls be careful. Today I will close all my banking with axis and 7 of my relatives who banking with them since 15 years will also close within this week.

                                I, Me. Vipul Pobari, have saving account (No.[protected]) with Axis bank Junagadh Branch for many years.
                                When I opened an account, I was told to maintain Account with Average balance of Rs.2500 or Rs.5000.
                                But, I have observed my account statement recently, I have been charged for non maintenance of average balance. I inquired at branch, I was told that I have to maintain average balance of Rs.10000/-. I wanted to know, how can bank change the rules after giving different information of rules and regulations while opening customer's Account. Tomorrow it might be possible that you make average of 50000/-, what we are supposed to do? One shocking thing I observed in my statement is I have been charged for Debit card for Rs.345/- which I have not at all since last many years. Please stop fooling and cheating customers otherwise very soon you have to close down your business.
                                I humbly request you to reverse all the charges immediately otherwise I have no option but to close all my family members Account with your bank.

                                  I have payment paytm through axisbank debit card from 28dec. But payment can't completed. And this time 600rs debit in axis bank account. But till date money not credit in my account. 6 time i am calling in customer care but 1st time customer executive say meet your home branch. 2nd time i meet home branch and bm said contac to customer care. 3nd i m call customer care exudative generate query number 27505096 and told solution in 120 day.
                                  4nd call 125 day later new query number 30647989. 5nd call customer care exuctive we have some problem so wait 29 may.

                                  But can't understand axisbank what will do. 150day later can't solution my money problem. Customer care executive services very poor.. This time small amount but axisbank provide this type of services...

                                  Please resolved my problem and amount credit in my accounrt

                                    Yesterday i made a payment to buy an apple laptop... Money was debited but the order was not placed... This purchase was made on the flipkart site... It showed that "your order didnot go through"... But the money was debited from my bank account... The payment was mae through rupay debit card... I haven't received the refund yet!! I want to know my refund status... And i want it be resolved as soon as possible...

                                      ​I have done a AXIS UPI transaction of 80000rs from my axis Ac. No.[protected] (my custmer id is[protected]​) in my hdfc bank ac.[protected] with the tx id[protected] on dated 15/04/2017 time 19:30:06 through axis pay upi but till now 80000rs​ not received. My hdfc bank Ac.[protected] statement copy is attached. I have lodge the query against this ​through AXIS PAY
                                      upi on dated 15/04/2017 and complaint ​on dated 17/04/2017 Complaint no.[protected]​ through telephonic. Mrs Parveen give a TAT of seven working days. I have lodge a complaint again dated[protected] with reference number 30530993. they give a TAT of 2 working days. A complaint ​forward​ through customer care​again 21/04/2017(​complaint no.30603070​)​. Mr. akhtar give a TAT of one working day. I have lodge a complaint again on dated 22/04/2017 complaint no. 30621919. they give a TAT of 4 working days. As per telephonic conversation with Abid on dated 28/04/2017. He give me again a new TAT of 2 working days. Regarding this I have visited the concerned axis bank many times & give the complaint in written. But till now they have not give me any solution for my rltd. Complaint. again 2nd of may they have give me new complaint no. 30785258 and with a new tat. so please give the solution as soon as possible.

                                        I am S.Saroja, your customer since 2006. My account No. is [protected]. This is my salary account. While opening my account in 20016, I have submitted all the details and also submitted the copy of my PAN No. to you. From 2 days, I am trying to transfer funds to my Syndicate Bank account to pay my society dues. The transaction failed. I have called your customer care service toll free no. on 02.05.2017. They have informed me that the server is down and will be repaired in 3-4 hrs. Yesterday, i.e. on 03.05.2017, I tried to transfer the funds again. I received the same message that the transaction has failed. Then I presented a cheque to my staff society, who has presented the cheque to Syndicate Bank. Today, i.e. on 04.05.2017, at 13:20 I received a message from your Axis Bank that "the cheque no. 366451 issued from your a/c no. 00056898 has been returned unpaid on 04.05.2017. If you have any query, please contact your branch. I contacted all your Srinagar branch no.s. There is no reply from your branch. Then I called your customer care service toll free no. again. After lots of persuation, they informed that my account is freezed. Reason not known. Then I called Ms Rehana, and got the Srinagar branch operations section no. When I enquired they said that the branch is under rennovation therfore, no landline nos. are working and they do not know the reason for return of cheque. When I told that customer care centre told me about freezing of account, they said that my account is freezed.
                                        Since, this is my salary account, I gave all documents, including my PAN no. to you at the time of opening of account. Second thing, If you do not have my PAN no., you should have informed me by SMS. I never received any SMS from you. 3rd thing, I have made a payment on 12.04.2017, which was paid successfully. If my account is freezed, how you have made that payment. If my account is freezed, I should get the intimation about it. I did not get any message from you.
                                        If I do not make the payment to my society, they will charge interest for the amount. Who is responsible for the loss.
                                        If this problem is not solved immediately, I am going to take you to Banking Ombudsman and I am willing to close my salary account with you bank.
                                        As requested by the branch I have once again forwarded the copy of my PAN no. Expecting immediate solution to this problem.
