Dear sir/Madam,
I, Me. Vipul Pobari, have saving account (No.[protected]) with Axis bank Junagadh Branch for many years.
When I opened an account, I was told to maintain Account with Average balance of Rs.2500 or Rs.5000.
But, I have observed my account statement recently, I have been charged for non maintenance of average balance. I inquired at branch, I was told that I have to maintain average balance of Rs.10000/-. I wanted to know, how can bank change the rules after giving different information of rules and regulations while opening customer's Account. Tomorrow it might be possible that you make average of 50000/-, what we are supposed to do? One shocking thing I observed in my statement is I have been charged for Debit card for Rs.345/- which I have not at all since last many years. Please stop fooling and cheating customers otherwise very soon you have to close down your business.
I humbly request you to reverse all the charges immediately otherwise I have no option but to close all my family members Account with your bank.

    I have payment paytm through axisbank debit card from 28dec. But payment can't completed. And this time 600rs debit in axis bank account. But till date money not credit in my account. 6 time i am calling in customer care but 1st time customer executive say meet your home branch. 2nd time i meet home branch and bm said contac to customer care. 3nd i m call customer care exudative generate query number 27505096 and told solution in 120 day.
    4nd call 125 day later new query number 30647989. 5nd call customer care exuctive we have some problem so wait 29 may.

    But can't understand axisbank what will do. 150day later can't solution my money problem. Customer care executive services very poor.. This time small amount but axisbank provide this type of services...

    Please resolved my problem and amount credit in my accounrt

      Yesterday i made a payment to buy an apple laptop... Money was debited but the order was not placed... This purchase was made on the flipkart site... It showed that "your order didnot go through"... But the money was debited from my bank account... The payment was mae through rupay debit card... I haven't received the refund yet!! I want to know my refund status... And i want it be resolved as soon as possible...

        Dear Sir,
        ​I have done a AXIS UPI transaction of 80000rs from my axis Ac. No.[protected] (my custmer id is[protected]​) in my hdfc bank ac.[protected] with the tx id[protected] on dated 15/04/2017 time 19:30:06 through axis pay upi but till now 80000rs​ not received. My hdfc bank Ac.[protected] statement copy is attached. I have lodge the query against this ​through AXIS PAY
        upi on dated 15/04/2017 and complaint ​on dated 17/04/2017 Complaint no.[protected]​ through telephonic. Mrs Parveen give a TAT of seven working days. I have lodge a complaint again dated[protected] with reference number 30530993. they give a TAT of 2 working days. A complaint ​forward​ through customer care​again 21/04/2017(​complaint no.30603070​)​. Mr. akhtar give a TAT of one working day. I have lodge a complaint again on dated 22/04/2017 complaint no. 30621919. they give a TAT of 4 working days. As per telephonic conversation with Abid on dated 28/04/2017. He give me again a new TAT of 2 working days. Regarding this I have visited the concerned axis bank many times & give the complaint in written. But till now they have not give me any solution for my rltd. Complaint. again 2nd of may they have give me new complaint no. 30785258 and with a new tat. so please give the solution as soon as possible.

          Dear Sir
          I am S.Saroja, your customer since 2006. My account No. is [protected]. This is my salary account. While opening my account in 20016, I have submitted all the details and also submitted the copy of my PAN No. to you. From 2 days, I am trying to transfer funds to my Syndicate Bank account to pay my society dues. The transaction failed. I have called your customer care service toll free no. on 02.05.2017. They have informed me that the server is down and will be repaired in 3-4 hrs. Yesterday, i.e. on 03.05.2017, I tried to transfer the funds again. I received the same message that the transaction has failed. Then I presented a cheque to my staff society, who has presented the cheque to Syndicate Bank. Today, i.e. on 04.05.2017, at 13:20 I received a message from your Axis Bank that "the cheque no. 366451 issued from your a/c no. 00056898 has been returned unpaid on 04.05.2017. If you have any query, please contact your branch. I contacted all your Srinagar branch no.s. There is no reply from your branch. Then I called your customer care service toll free no. again. After lots of persuation, they informed that my account is freezed. Reason not known. Then I called Ms Rehana, and got the Srinagar branch operations section no. When I enquired they said that the branch is under rennovation therfore, no landline nos. are working and they do not know the reason for return of cheque. When I told that customer care centre told me about freezing of account, they said that my account is freezed.
          Since, this is my salary account, I gave all documents, including my PAN no. to you at the time of opening of account. Second thing, If you do not have my PAN no., you should have informed me by SMS. I never received any SMS from you. 3rd thing, I have made a payment on 12.04.2017, which was paid successfully. If my account is freezed, how you have made that payment. If my account is freezed, I should get the intimation about it. I did not get any message from you.
          If I do not make the payment to my society, they will charge interest for the amount. Who is responsible for the loss.
          If this problem is not solved immediately, I am going to take you to Banking Ombudsman and I am willing to close my salary account with you bank.
          As requested by the branch I have once again forwarded the copy of my PAN no. Expecting immediate solution to this problem.

            Sir, I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs 10000/- from ATM of state bank of india at 147 AD Regt Ambala Cantt, Haryana on 02 may 2017 at 11:15:08hrs. Due to fluctuation of power the amount was not ejected from ATM but the amount of Rs 10000/-debited from my account no. ([protected]). Hence you are requested to resolve this problem and credit the same amount at the earliest.

            AS There are always connectivity problems in bank we cant deposite or widraw our cash from the bank and this problems always occur in the bank and as they dont respond to us

              Hi

              I had a very tough time with axis bank in addressing by credit card issue for an unauthorized payment on my card in aug 2015. No care taken by axis bank to address my concern. I spend lot of time to explain to many officials on axis bank. But they listen for that moment and no action taken for almost 2 years. But they promptly call for payment due of that amount alone frequently and pester me. They are insensitive to customers.

              There are also false statements by the bank that there were transactions on the card by mar 2017, when i blocked the card 2 years before. How can this happen? This is ridiculous.

              I strongly recommend for poor customers not to go for axis bank at any point of time.

              Finally, i got fed up and paid the amount, even though it is not my transaction, just for my peace of mind. I have received the confirmation by axis bank as well by sms.

              Axis bank - pls close my credit card immediately. My card details.

                        Dear Axis bank Team,

                        My query is still not resolved. I had followed up since 7 years to address my issue. Unfortunately until today my concern is not addressed.
                        There was an outstanding amount on Axis Bank Credit card account in 2010. And I had cleared complete amount on 5th Jan 2010 including the penalty you had levied. Since then I am following up to update the status in CIBIL, however unfortunately your status still shows as "written off suit filed" status even today.

                        A/C no. [protected]

                        I am also attaching the screen shot of latest CIBIL report.

                        At least now, please take necessary action to remove "Written-off" status. Since it is impacting my loan eligibility status.

                        Hi Team,

                        Yes, I had received proposal to pay Rs.60, 000+ for clearing the CIBIL status from "written off". I remember correctly, difference amount of Rs.1685.40 I didn't make was due to the fact, that was Card fee charged on my credit card in 2008. This amount was later became 4 times in 2.5 years i.e. Rs.6355.00 after adding huge interests and penal charges. Please beadvised, Axis Bank CC collection Manager in Sec-Bad clearly told me that after paying the said amount I would get the CIBIL status clear. But Axis Bank failed to stick commitment despite making complete payment. I was shocked to see proposal to pay Rs.60000/-

                          We wanted to open a current account and submitted all my documents on 6th May with Axis Bank and we were assured that it will take 4-5 days to open a current account.

                          Company Name : FOURTHPOINTER SERVICES PVT. LTD.

                          Branch Location : Sector 18 NOIDA

                          After almost 18 days on 24th April we were informed that there is issue of Name mismatch with axis personal account. (Although I think this should not have taken this much time and on the same time it`s not our fault as we had submitted the document with correct details) . We were assured again that with 1-2 days your account will be ready to use. Its 2nd of May now and I still do not have the account details.

                          I have 25 employee and there salary (Approx. 5 Lakh) was supposed to be in there account by 1st May but due to my decision of choosing axis as my bank, I was not able to do so.

                          Please help me out as I have tried everything on branch level but still struggling to get it done.

                              I had tried to book two tickets from patna rajendranagar t (Rjpb) to bhagalpur (Bgp) for 03 apr 2017 dated on[protected], but due to some reasons tickets were not booked and a sum of inr 730 was charged on my axis bank credit card from my axis bank saving account.

                              The amount has been deducted from my saving account via credit card on[protected].

                              Till today, i have not received refund into my account. So, it is my humble request to you to take necessary steps to refund the amount.

                                I have been a highly dissatisfied customer of AXIS bank as i feel i have not been treated fairly. i was promised call back multiple time by different supervisors, and given assurance just to get me off the phone whenever i have called customer care with my request.

                                I have requested for a check book on multiple occasions on multiple calls made to customer care however no one seems to even be doing something about having one sent to me. Despite the fact of explaining the level o[censored]rgency i have been given multiple reasons for the delay and now i have been told that no request has been raised.
                                What is happening?
                                Is this the service level you provide to customers? am i not eligible for a check book and why cant someone simple mail out the same to my home address??

                                I request someone from the concerned team to contact me at the earliest and have a check book sent to my home address, or the next complain will be directly to the Head office marking whosoever needed in higher management.

                                  Two orders of pillow cushions were cancelled on 21st April in Amazon by me and I got the mail on 24th April saying that whole amount has been refunded to you. if not then contact to your bank customer care which I did thrice but couldnot get my amount refunded. each cushion costed Rs.279/-.
                                  So kindly get me done by this.

                                    Hello i am veerpal my axis bank account no is [protected]
                                    Your bank deduct near about 502 rupees from my account... When i call to bank or customer care they told me that i have less then 10, 000 in my account that time but when i check my deatil i already have 10000+ in my account. Now they dont reply dont refund my money... Very poor services of axis bank am totally dissatisfy

                                      I want to make complain about axis bank credit cards.
                                      My name is nandakishore is using axis bank credit cards almost 1.5 yrs.
                                      On 14th feb 2017 there was call from delhi sending contact no. [protected] / [protected] and contact person name ms. Vanisha sharma she call behalf of axis bank
                                      And ask for ms. Priya and told that holding ypur money for upto 45 days rs.8394/- and also told that you will receive back this payment in 45 days. Please i request you sir note my complaint and help me to get my payment for rs.8394/- & again in march they called me that unknow person [protected] again they said holding your money upto 10 days we will revert you again totally 16788/- rs

                                      I dont understand that how this can get our bank personal details and also i want to deactivate my axis credit card i don't want this card.

                                        My name sandeep mishra & your faud employee of hdfc bank or now she is join axis bank her name archana mishra branch - ground floor, unit no. G-21, g-22, g-23 & g-24, sector 49 & 50, rosewood city, eros city square, gurgaon, haryana, pin 122001, archana mishra she is my wife but last almost 2 year she is not staying with me and now she file a divorced case after 2 years when think was settled but i will tell u her whole story for this job selection her jiju working in hdfc bank that time or refer to her for this job & ask me for this selection you have to pay me 70 k amount that time i said no i don't want to give you sach amount but my wife archana mishra take funds to me for some personal use, i know you cant belive on words or mail so i can tell u her most fraud certificate she have fraud certificate of experience or mba, you check from internet or find there is no collage, she pay the amount for this certificate for some body in her family and i have proper mail from her personal id. Now her jiju mr aksey tiwari join kotak mahendra bank and quit hdfc bank. I want to suggest you to please issue a letter to him regarding this fraud, then file a complaint against her to the police department and then you issue him a chargesheet, and conduct domestic enquiry in respect of the charges levelled again her and arrange the proof regard the fraud in support of the charges levelled against her she dont have any exp in banks or she worked with water testing department be four this job but her jiju say give me money i can settled by hr department in gurgaon haryana please help me out for this thing or i can show all prof.
