I faced one issue during the axis bank transaction on date 24/02/2017. I did 3 transaction on which one transaction was declined by the atm. When i checked my account status i found this money (1000$) was debited from my account. & i checked with axis bank they told be transactions was successfully done so they can not return my money. So can you please help me this issue on priority basis. Also in the atm receipt was not coming even for a single transaction.
If you need any further information please let me know.

    Your kushalnagar branch.

    I have applied for swiping machine around two years back. Since last one year i have not using the swiping machine. I had informed the concerned branch to remove the machine and close my account. But the bank had not taken any
    Action. So, now my account is showing minus account - rs:12844.38 /- on:29.04.2017.

    So i request you to take immediate action and close my account and remove my swiping machine.

        Who the hell they are working in the team, really irritated me like anything. Continuously call is forwarding... No one is giving me the proper response from the customer care, first i spoke with susheela, next rehman and the finally ishika... Bloody b... Simply they redirect the call without proper answer.

        Is they are working or playing with the customers??? If they can't able to answer the customers query then why they are recruited. Just close the bank & sit at home.

        I just hate to be a axis bank customer.

            Hi this is debarshi acharyya. As on 14/04/2017... I have submitted the documents to the bank executive sayan ghosh phone number: [protected]. For opening of a reimbursement. With where my salary account is with as axis bank sector 1 salt lake kolkata. The person made a commitment that the account would be opened in 14 days. Since then following up with the person and so far no correspondence from the bank has not been sent to me. I have called the person he informed that it would take 2 month and as he has informed to me this before. I need it with immediate effect as i would be travelling. If the account would not be opened in another week then this time i need to raise it to the banking ombudsman for making false promises as the other other colleagues of my office with other bank are able to opened the account with other bank.

                I have a personal loan account with Axis Bank - PPR[protected] due to some unforeseen situation I lost my job 2 months back and was searching for a job. As a result of which I could not pay the EMI. I was speaking to one lady representative Nisha. She claims that she is the Head of the Legal Department. I spoke to her on 13th of April'17 and she told me to make a minimum payment of 1 EMI & others will be taken care by bank and we shall give you easy EMI options. On 15th April'17 I get a text message from one of your recovery agent from # [protected], the message goes like this "Sir, don't you feel ashamed that you give commitment and don't pay. Feel ashamed." 5 minutes later another message comes from him "sorry sorry so sorry for the message it was meant for a another customer". The first message was already seen by my father-in-law, mother-in-law. I lost all my respect that moment. On top of all this when I asked him to communicate decently, he says my manager Nisha has approved me to send this message to all the customers who don't pay their loans. He clearly told me to do whatever I can as nothing will happen to him as Axis bank has given him the rights to do this type of recovery. This lady Nisha from legal team from # +[protected] & +91-[protected] harassed me mentally & verbally almost daily. The words she used was I will abuse you, your wife and your parents as you have not paid the loan regularly, when I ask her to speak decently, she tells me that I don't care about anyone. I am the head of legal team and you are a customer who has to be treated like this. She said I will keep abusing your parents until you pay the loan. She clearly told me go and complain to the CEO of Axis bank, I don't care about it. He can not do anything to me. I would like to know what type of representatives you have in the recovery team. I have all the documentation needed, the messages she and other guy had sent. The call recordings are there. I would like to go to the consumer court with the help of human rights commission. But before that I would like to give bank authorities one chance to handle this situation & solve it for me. I am embarrassed to the core by the behavior of your bank employees. I want to speak a higher authority who has the power to listen to me and punish these 2 representative or I will go to the Consumer Court, human rights, social media & TV media with all these evidences. I was in touch with you guys and is this how you take authority in your hands and harass your customers? I will give bank only one chance to reconcile with me by punishing these representatives for their atrocious behavior or I am taking this matter to public eyes. I am not joking, I am serious.

                Axis Bank - One person has taken the loan and used my home address. That person doesn't stay at my address anymore. he is not at my address since more then 5 years, still bank is processing his loan without proper verification.
                now recovery agents are threatening me and my family for the payments. we have already shared the details of person and his native place address to recovery agents but still they are harrashing us.

                My name is Neha and I have been a customer of axis Bank since 2012. Due to a temporary salary cut I was unable to make my credit card due payment for the month of July. My due date was 5th and I started recieving calls from the bank soon after starting 13th. I mentioned it to the caller regarding my situation and asked them to give me time till end of this month. I was informed about the late fees and the call was ended. But soon after the bank started calling me every other day for the same reason. Even after making the part payment of the June they are continuously calling me and my father for the payment. This is totally unacceptable move from the banks part for just one late payment. Till date all my records are clean and I believe banks should not harrass anyone like this single late payment. I am deeply dissapointed and extremely unhappy with the service. During such difficult times, banks should definately act a little empathetic towards their customers at least.

Ana payment confirmed to loan department but one person is I am asking about this loan and this person is I don't know but he is continuously calling atlis one hour but this time I am in hospital and I'm not able to call but this guy is very rudely spoken to me I am very sad to about your service and this person.Again he told your hand was caught on doctor he is asking and this time doctor is cry to me why this type of recovery and I am already paid to loan amount .pls help me and my writing is not correct but understand my meaning and help as early as possible

                  I have taken personal loan from axis bank and paid emis. Only 3 were pending and asked the collection executive to collect but not collected. All of a sudden received a notice from advocate to pay 108000.

                  This is completely unfair. Please help in this regard.

                    On 19.4.17 i visited a cooperative store at eluru city and purchased one ceiling fan for rs1, 504/- and offered my debit card. They swipped and i got debit message but receipt was not generated. Again they swiped and receipt generated. There is a double debit of rs1504/- on 19.4.17. Please reverse the same as one transaction is failed.

                      I have submitted fill up a/c closing form with cheque book & debit card on 4-4-17. But till now account has not closed. So please close the account as soon as possible. Within ten days axis bank account will close after submitting form & others documents. So why are you late in my case?

                        I have opened an account in Axis bank location near MTH compound Indore around 1 and half years ago at that time one executive of axis bank opened my salary account as well as demat account forcefully by saying that it is free for lifetime .I haven't done any trading yet but on 15.04.2017 I have received a debit message of Rs 747 for Dp charges from Axis Bank.On asking Axis Bank MTH branch Mr Ravi Vyas who is the branch head . He said they do not have tracking who opened the Demat account and the way they communicated to me is really very harsh.Kindly help me to get my money back.If it wouldn't be done it would be really hard to trust Axis bank again.

                          I am student and living in nande village pune (Near symbiosis college). Problem is that the atm in nande village is not working for seven days. This is the only atm here and number of students living here. They are totally dependent on this atm. This problem has occurred several times. I think this is due to negligence. Please do something for us as we are living far from our parents

                              Applied for a credit card. Got approved. Stupid representative put the wrong address for communication even though he came in person to my office. The card has not been delivered yet. Customer service is useless. Whenever i send an email they say mail to [protected]@axisbank.com but that mail id doesnt even exist! Customer care asked me to update through the app which doesnt work because they dont accept the document even though its correct. I dont have the time to go to the bank now because you screwed up! Dissapointed with axis big time!! Been with them since the past 6+ years. Horrendous!

                                I can see there are lot of service charges put on my account without any
                                intimation, This was zero balance salary account & if this has been
                                converted to a saving account then customer should get a intimation about the
                                same follow with the charges details.

                                I have made citi bank credit card bill payment from Axis bank on April 29 Rs 5000, It shows success but not credited to account its been more than 5 days.                                   It is for the last 30 days since I am being taken for a ride by your Vallabh Vidyanagar branch saying that we have never opened an online demat account for an HUF. I already possess one HUF manual account in the name of Rameshbhai Shankerbhai Patel HUF. In the days of digitization, i also cannot link my RSPatel HUF demat account with my savings bank account. Please help me in doing these things.

                                  I am Abdul Rizwan, having trouble in logging into my axis mobile app. The error is - update your mpin it is 12 months old, then i am doing ok, the next window is showing - we are currently unable to process this request.

                                    I having Saving Account in Axis Bank and facing similar problem. I don't have Demat Account as well.
                                    Why Axis Bank is charged the amount of 747.50/- as DP Charges to my saving Account.
                                    No intimation regarding why charges are applied to my account.
                                    No response to my mail when I have mailed to Dp.[protected]@axisbank.com
                                    Customer care team is not ready to provide phone number to discuss with DP team.
                                    I have decided to close my saving account.

                                      Dear madam/sir

                                      I have hdfc bank visa debit card (Card no. [protected]). I tried to take out money from axis bank atm (Narration : 436303xxxxxx6281-swcw5016-jajapur) on[protected] at shree sarawati talkies. During transaction, atm was switch-off due to sudden power failure.

                                      Meanwhile, no money came out from machine but rs. 500 has debited from my account.

                                      Till date, money is not reimbursed in my account. Request you to deposit the money i. E. Rs. 500/- in my account no. [protected], ifsc code: hdfc0000437.

                                      The turn around time for auto reversal of failed transaction is 1 working day. In case the amount does not get auto reversed please get in touch with your nearest debit account holding bank branch.
