Today, I had gone to deposit cash in your Axis Bank's Pawta, Jodhpur branch, but due to the fact that our account is of another branch, your bank refused to take cash whereas there are no rules that the other branch's cash is not The branches could not deposit.

We opened the account of our Trust A/c with hope in your this Axis Bank that the cash donation of our cash and Trust could be deposited by any branch of the Trust in Rajasthan but nothing was found except for the dismay from your bank.

    I am not a customer of Axis Bank. However, I got a call from one of their Telemarketers today i.e 1st May 2017 at 1:06 pm which I did not pick as was busy, again got that call at 1:09pm, the lady introduced herself from Axis Bank and was offering Loan to which I said I am not interested and kept the phone down. At 1:29 pm again the same lady called and I told her irritatedly that have already indicated my dis-interest so why is she calling again . On this that lady had the guts to say ' AUR CHILLA LE' .

    I just could not believe my ears. I think the bank can least do is to provide courtesy training to their elemarketers. The number from which this lady called was [protected]. I hope to see some action being taken against that lady telemarketer.

      Non crediting of my salary in stipulated time.

The bank has deliberately failed...

      आज तक मैने जिस भी शिकायत या जानकारी के लिये कस्टमर केअर अधिकारी को फोन किया तब तब सभी अधिकारीयोने उलटा जवाब दिया ...ये बहोतही फालतू किसम का बँक है . बँक के कर्मचारी या अधिकारीयोंको कोई भी जानकारी नाही होती है. हमने इस बँक मी खाता खोल कर बहोत बडी गलती कि है. आज तक मैने मोबाईल app. से बहोत सारे कार्ड payment किये है ज्यादातर वो फेल हो जाते है. या कूछ ना कुछ दिक्कत आती है.

        Hello
        I am a priority customer of Axis Bank. My account is at Andheri Branch. I live near Vasai in staff quarters of a residential school. I work here as a professor.

        I have bought a flat in Jaipur. I wanted to take home loan of Rs 25 lac for that so I contacted nearest Axis bank branch i.e. Vasai in 3rd week of March. I met Priority Account Manager Mr. Vikram Kanade there. He told us that Sandeep Tripathi is the person to be contacted for home loan. Mr. Kanade gave me the list of documents to be kept ready & then they will send axis bank representative to our residence for collecting the same.
        Monu Chaubey came for collecting the documents. I gave him ITR forms but he insisted on providing Form 16. I provided him that, but after some days he asked for residential proof. I provided him that too . He didn't start the processing of loan till that time. Although I made him clear that the date of payment is 30th April. There was unnecessary delay from his side. It was only after my contacting him that he came up with another required document every time. So he demanded for my marriage certificate as he had written my wife's name as co-applicant on the loan form. Again he delayed for some days and asked for clear copy of marriage certificate.
        Due to his irresponsible behaviour, I stopped contacting Monu Chaubey. I was in contact with Mr. Sandeep Tripathi & Mr. Vikram Kanade. They were also least bothered. I had to contact them again & again. Then they again raised another concern. My company's name is "IITians Pace" & on salary slip it is "Pace Education Trust". So they told me to provide a letter from my company for verifying that both are same entities. I told them to send their representative to my head office in Andheri for verifying the same. He sent someone to my head office who demanded for new salary slips. That too was provided. Then, again new demand came up. They wanted my residential proof too from my head office which I had already provided.
        I am very much disappointed that no one is clear enough about all the documents needed at the first place. Payment date was 30th April and your people are still not clear what they want so Now I don't want loan from Axis bank. Also I will like to discontinue my salary account in Axis bank.

        Many banks were ready to give loan to me but I chose Axis Bank but and that was the biggest mistake. The kind of trauma i had to go I can't explain that.

        I hope that Axis bank will improve their services so that customers like me don't feel cheated.

          I'm have recently opened my salary account with axis bank. I have registered my email address with bank at the time of opening the account. The account was opened nearly a month back. I'm receiving mails from bank. But whenever i try to send mail to customer service i'm receiving an auto generated mail stating that the mail id was not registered with bank. I have visited the bank regarding this and they are telling that the mail id is registered and contact customer service through phone. I have contacted customer service through phone several times, but this is not getting solved.

              I recently made a recharge of rs.293 for my airtel sim. On completion of the process the, when it asked for the netsecure i confirmed it correctly. Still instead of getting 'recharge successful' i got an 'alert' message saying "transaction process failed" and 'transaction under process.
              I don't know what was that for..
              But when i checked the recent statements and my balance, there was 293rs debited from my account. Please respond as fast, because i am afraid of further recharges..

                  Mobile banking was working fine. Suddenly stopped working after Axis bank decided to upgrade to Lime Wallet. When contacted Axisbank, was told the phone number was not updated through a secured channel.

                  Help me understand.

                  You still continue to call me, send me SMS alerts at the same number thats was updated through insecure channel. This insecure channel happens to be your bank representative since the number hasn't changed since account opening.

                  Also to add insult, your systems do not receive my emails-they bounce back saying my email ID isn't registered.

                    Me: Why are cheating with the customer? Before one month, called from axis bank executive regarding the purchase the credit card that time I told her that whenever credit card will be free without any joining charges then please let me know because I have already HDFC Bank credit card with lifetime free. She told me that she will take approval from your senior and they will approve then I will call back to you. After 3 days she called me with approval and told me you are eligible for My ZONE credit card with life time free there is not charge any joining free. So that I am agree and purchase the My Zone credit card. But now you have charged me the Joining fee of Rs 575 + Service tax. Why are you cheated the customer to complete your target? Hope, I will get good response from your end.

                    There are lots of conversion between me and axis bank by email. I am sorely describe here.

                    I am sorry to hear that you were mis communicated about your credit card being a lifetime free card. I apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this. Our records show that at the time of your application and while submitting the required documents, you had signed on all the documents thereby accepting all our terms and conditions. Unfortunately nowhere on the form that you have signed, is it mentioned that the card that is being offered to you is a lifetime free card.
                    Due to this we are unable to reverse the charges as well.

                      Subject: deduction of income tax from fdr’s in spite of submission of 15h

                      Sir,
                      It is respectfully stated that:
                      1. I am a senior citizen having a saving bank account in bulandshahr branch vide acctt. No.:[protected] in the joint names of my husband sh richpal singh as primary acctt holder and my daughter smt anju chaudhary.

                      2.in the same branch, i have got fdr’s amounting to rs.17 lakhs [approx.] in the joint name of sukhbiri{myself as primary holder} and mrs. Anju chaudhary vide customer id no.[protected].

                      3. On 22nd april 2016, i have submitted form 15 h regarding the fdr’s for the financial year 2016-17 in hard copy and its receipt is with me with bank stamp & signatures.

                      4.in spite of submission of 15h form, income tax on all fdr’s have been deducted in fy 2016-17 by the bank.

                      5. When i contacted branch officials including your branch manager mr. Akshay & other officials repeatedly about the deduction of the tax, they told me that it is not their fault but of the system failure and they can, t help me in this regard and further i have to file my return to i t dept. For the reversal of tax.

                      6. Now, on april 26 and 27 when i approached again for the submission of form 15h for final year 2017-18 then my customer id is being shown as invalid and the bank officials refused to give a receipt of form 15h on hard copy submission.

                      7. When i enquired why my income tax was deducted in spite of submission of 15h, they told me that it is not their fault but system fault and due to the same reason they are unable to update form 15h online.

                      Grievances:

                      A. On these points i have contacted your local branch repeatedly for 3-4 days but i could not get any satisfactory reply from their side and every time the system is being blamed. Further they are not ready to give any receipt of 15h form now, so i am raising this issue with you as last alternative otherwise i have to close my fdr account with your bank because my money is not safe with you.

                      B. Why the income tax had been deducted inspite of submission of form 15h and who will be responsible for the fault & how it can be reverted back to my account.

                      C. Why my customer id is being shown as invalid and i am unable to file 15h online.

                      D. The bank officials are unable to provide form 16 of fy 2016-17.

                      In these circumstance, kindly do the needful to redress my grievances at the earliest so that my income tax may be reverted back to my account and form 15h may be submitted for my id for this financial year 2017-18. I am writing this request with the hope that matter would be settled at this stage only otherwise i have to approach further channels like banking ombudsman/ consumer courts for the redressal of my grievances and to close my fdr’s with you.

Last week i recharge my tata sky dth with mvisa with axis bank app but still no recharge & paymeny of rs 285 cut by bank pls reverse my payment as soon as possible.                           Recently I have came to know that my Axis Bank salary account is an SBAGT. In which I have to maintain a minimum balance otherwise it's chargeable. How ever I am an employee Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company and please check since 2006-07 F.Y. I have received a regular salary in this account.
                          Please review and change the ac type as zero balance salary ac.

                            Hello I'm an axis bank account holder. on 29.04.2017, I've got a call from axis bank chennai kodambakam branch. one lady named 'dhanu' has called me to share some credit card details and asked for my proof through call. as l was uncertain about the call I refused to share any of my personal and asked for axis bank executive to meet me. she again called me and spoke in a worst manner that I've never ever heard from any of the reputed organisation. I was about to get a credit card but the impolite talk of your staff led me in closing of my account now. is this your customer service. Please appoint some educated and civilised staff in your bank.

                              I faced one issue during the axis bank transaction on date 24/02/2017. I did 3 transaction on which one transaction was declined by the atm. When i checked my account status i found this money (1000$) was debited from my account. & i checked with axis bank they told be transactions was successfully done so they can not return my money. So can you please help me this issue on priority basis. Also in the atm receipt was not coming even for a single transaction.

                                I have applied for swiping machine around two years back. Since last one year i have not using the swiping machine. I had informed the concerned branch to remove the machine and close my account. But the bank had not taken any
                                Action. So, now my account is showing minus account - rs:12844.38 /- on:29.04.2017.

                                So i request you to take immediate action and close my account and remove my swiping machine.

                                  I am unable to login for net banking, as i forgot the password.

                                    Who the hell they are working in the team, really irritated me like anything. Continuously call is forwarding... No one is giving me the proper response from the customer care, first i spoke with susheela, next rehman and the finally ishika... Bloody b... Simply they redirect the call without proper answer.

                                    Is they are working or playing with the customers??? If they can't able to answer the customers query then why they are recruited. Just close the bank & sit at home.

                                    I just hate to be a axis bank customer.

                                      I am facing problem while making payments online through my debit card against my account number [protected], an error occurred that my mobile number is not registered with the bank kindly contact your nearest branch.
