I have written to Axis Bank branch Manager at Vakola and also visited him several times. But, I have got no response.

    I have transferred some amount through payzap app to another bank account. The transaction got failed and the amount is not added to payzap app also.. The amount is not credited/refunded to my account.. I have complained twice but there is no response from them for past 10 days.     I was facing a problem of my which was not refunded till now but in IRCTC website it shows money was refunded status, just 2 days ago my account was debited 200/- for bounce charge what it means please solve my issue as early as possible.
    Why are these charges are held in my account.

      My axis salary account has debited 747rs in name of Consolidated DP charges on April 15th 2017 and I had spoken to customer executive, they are saying taken money for Demart account but i have never ever used or enabled Demart options.

      Why Axis bank applying hidden charges ?this is motivating to close Axis account asap.

      I have received massage for debit rs. 747.50/- from my a/c on 15/04/2017 for consolidated dp charges.
      I have not aware this type of charges & i have never apply for demat a/c. I have also inform to branch but not satisfied reply by them. So please do the needful & re credit rs. 747.50 to my a/c

        I opened a salary account 2 year ago. Axis bank deducted my Rs 747.50, two days ago from account 49348007 for Demat account No. [protected]. But i never request for the demate account .

          I requested for List of documents & foreclosure letter on 5th March'17. I confirmed that request has been submitted and I would receive the same by 31st March'17. It was confirmed that same has been couriered through Blue Dart Courier via POD No: [protected] on 22nd March, 2017 which I did not receive. I again requested for the same and again it was confirmed to me that I would receive the same by 24th April and still I did not receive the documents. Axis bank is unnecessarily delaying the request to avoid loan transfer. This is unethical trade practice. I want to transfer the loan as I am getting better ROI from other banks which AXIS is delaying.

            We paid and cleared payments but axis bank credit card cheating!

            Beware :-
            All the persons using axis bank credit card please beware and don't go for emi and get unwanted charges...
            Axis bank is a cheat bank like everyone knows they opened 40, 000 fake accounts while demonetization problem was there...

            I am d. Rajasekaran credit card holder of axis bank i am using axis credit card for more than 4 years i am paying everything on time...
            I have records of all payment from the beginning but recently axis bank charged me rs.65, 000 as a charges alone...
            Reason is i used card and they asked me for emi conversion and i told them ok and they converted rs40, 000 + 40, 000 = rs.80, 000 into 0ne year... But after converting i paid that amount within two months and i cleared it...
            And again i started using it as normal... But in the beginning of 2017 they sent me a charges of rs.65, 000 telling me that its a charges for the amount i used and converted as an emi years back... I am so shocked and its a huge amount that axis bank calling me and threatening me to pay... I already paid around rs.25000 again they are threatening me and forcing me to pay and sending different persons to collect that amount on the spot...
            Axis bank credit card persons threatening me for months and forcing me unwanted for which i paid and cleared already...

            I am mentally disturbed and its a hectic feeling is i paid and cleared all my emi before duration and they are charging me and cheating me..
            Threatening me by sending collection people...

            Axis bank have top solve my problem or else i will go to grievance act and prove everything... This is my next step...
            So please try to clear my problem i paid rs. 25, 000 already as a charges...

            Axis Bank debited 747 RS as a consolidated DP charges from my account without giving prior notification to me.

            I am not aware why they deducted such high amount

              Calls from different numbers are being received almost regularly for credit card. Each time i had to confirm that i do not need credit card. Nowadays it has become irritating. I am surprised to see that even after categorical denial from my end that i am against using credit card in principle as i have so far (Presently i am a senior citizen) managed to fulfill my requirements without credit card. Where to approach so that these phone calls are stopped. Thanks.

                As per my discussion with Axis bank, Shikrapur branch-operations head Mr. Dipak, on 18th March at Shikrapur office, I clearly mentioned in the written request given to them that, even if by mistake my Demat account got activated, please discontinue it with immediate effect. It has been a month since I submitted the written request personally to him (refer attached pic.) and still it hasn’t been done. In spite of not using Demat account, in last 35 days, total 829.41 Rs. debited from my account as consolidated DP charges. I even don’t have user name and password of the said demat account no. and don’t want to use it in future also.

                Hereby, I request you once again to get my demat account deactivated, if it is still appears as ACTIVATED in axis bank systems, and reimburse the amount deducted in March & April, 2017. As per their email, it is CDSL demat account no. 13XXXXXXXXXX8024.
                02 times deduction and that too of considerable amount – 829.41 Rs. in last 02 months for the account that I was never aware of, have never used and never been informed of by Axis bank in last 15 months, is something inexplicable and not expected by me at all.

                  I am using an axis bank credit card[protected]*3141.
                  While i am using card for utilities, you people are converting even small amounts also into emis and charging unnecessary charges without information.
                  Twice you people called me in last billing month and asked about emi convertion for my utilities and i clearly mentioned that i am not interested and paid complete amount of last month bill.
                  Before last month also they are converted small amount of irctc bill for rs.2895. I ignored.
                  Again this month converted two utility bills into emi with out information.
                  Hence i am requsting you to pls cancell above said conversions and send completebill amount with out any charges.
                  And also pls credit what you have charged from me along with emi convertion chages into my account.
                  Otherwise i will take serious action on this regard

But nowadays your bank employees disturbing me by saying that i have to settle my balance account for rs 50, 000/=and above. Though i have settled my amount you were disturbing me. If you repeat this again, i will go to consumer court. Take action to solve it. I hope you will take action to solve it. I had respect on your bank but now... You were disturbing me for about 8 years. I have already sent these details to your bank but there is no response from your side.

I didn't understand this if it's valid then need clarification on this transaction. In every shopping shopkeeper deducted 2% of billed amount and SMS, debit card even credit card required charges automatic deducted from my account then why it's happening?                                 This mail is an top up for the complaint raised on 16th April 2017 on your website, complaint id: Axis Bank Complaint Status Update [ID: 1537403].

                                I have explained myself about how much harassments I'm goin through in daily life because of the axis bank credit card false dues / lien added to my card's account. I am trying to settle down the lien due with axis bank as explained in previous mail and current mail too, as it wud be easier for me to pay 3000 rs to directly settle down the credit card and cancel the service aftr the settlement.

                                Every month axis bank is goin on increasing the lien amount for the credit card account shown as attached below a photo. Please help me to settle down my due lien by accepting 3000rs and let me surrender the card to axis bank.

                                  Hello sir. Mr dheraj kumar in axis bank malout misguide me and open my account in axis bank. He said that i want to achieve my target please open your account through mine. He open my account then he give me cheque book and atm. Then he said please give me one cheque with signature then i say why? Then he said i deposit 10000 in your account now i will back. Then i go to bank and trace my account they said your account is current account. How can they open my current account. Everyday bank send message me that your current balance is -9000. Please set my account. My account number is 16363913 in malout axis bank branch.

                                    I have submitted my dispute entry form alongwith copy of police complaint to the axis bank-panvel branch, raje complex panvel on 27/03/2017.

                                    Fraudulent transaction happened from 12/03/2017 to 23/03/2017. Form already submitted to axis bank panvel branch.

                                    Till date i have not received favourable reply from bank.

                                    Requested to look into the matter and do favour for me.

                                      I have Axis Bank account and personal loan.

                                      A) I received an message on 17 Mar 17 which mentioned ₹ 15/- will be deducted from account for VAS i.e. for sms alert of account transactions.
                                      I felt this is waste of money, as there are no prompt sms alerts and anyways as I have Axis app. I can check for details if required. Hence, as mentioned in sms i sent sms to concern number in required format. Still money is deducted for said service, whereas it has to be stopped.

                                      B) I can see deduction of ₹ 575/- from my account on 13 Apr 17 against personal loan. Although proper emi for personal loan is deducted this is additional deduction. I tried calling cust care twice and for my surprise, whenever I chose for loan option i get reply this is incorrect number. Same happens after speaking to customer care executive. When I spoke to executive and asked for this specific query, the person informed me that it will answered by loan dept. Hence my call was transferred to again hear this is incorrect number.

                                      Staff present at burhanpur location is too pathetic in handling customersand no wonder axisbank will loose its customer.They work like they are the god and dont have common sense

                                        Hi am Vijay went to Axis bank ATM to withdraw certain amount but after completing all the details like entering pin, amount at last should get the amount to take it, suddenly power cut dont know what happened. Did not get any amount from the ATM. Got a message that you withdraw certain amount. After two days when i give a call to customer care they are saying that if give a complaint then only will do the process other wise not possible. Today raised a complaint will see when do they resolve? When axis bank people load the amount in it and there will be mismatch in the transactions on that day how come they are checking clearly? Each and every bank is running only on public amount. But they act like that is their amount. This is not good with customers.

                                        Got the number from customer support to look into the issue 30572839, but when i have given a call find out the status for customer care they said that unable to find the ATM ID so need to approach any axis bank, so today 24th April 2017 given a request to Banjarahills branch Hyderabad with written format and also by filling the details what they requested in another form. Transaction date is 18th April 2017 around 2:30PM at Mehidipatnam branch, ATM also in the same branch where i was done with drawer process.
                                        Hope that Axis bank people will do the process ASAP and credit the amount in my account.
                                        The card has validity till 2019.I wonder what's this means of sending another card...
