As per my discussion with Axis bank, Shikrapur branch-operations head Mr. Dipak, on 18th March at Shikrapur office, I clearly mentioned in the written request given to them that, even if by mistake my Demat account got activated, please discontinue it with immediate effect. It has been a month since I submitted the written request personally to him (refer attached pic.) and still it hasn’t been done. In spite of not using Demat account, in last 35 days, total 829.41 Rs. debited from my account as consolidated DP charges. I even don’t have user name and password of the said demat account no. and don’t want to use it in future also.
Hereby, I request you once again to get my demat account deactivated, if it is still appears as ACTIVATED in axis bank systems, and reimburse the amount deducted in March & April, 2017. As per their email, it is CDSL demat account no. 13XXXXXXXXXX8024.
02 times deduction and that too of considerable amount – 829.41 Rs. in last 02 months for the account that I was never aware of, have never used and never been informed of by Axis bank in last 15 months, is something inexplicable and not expected by me at all.
