I, Mohit Chauhan, having a 3 in 1 account in axis bank patrakarpuram branch lucknow. I had to return 3 times from their branch owing to unavailability of branch manager Prashant or negligence of locker head swapnil or for some other foolish reason of them. These people do not want to work but get paid for warming their #####. Later, being fed up of this branch officials when I went to bharwara branch the branch manager and sales manager both argued that we can allot locker only if you change your account to our branch and do some investment like term plan Etc. What cheap kind of public is axis bank recruiting?

    I got call from Axis Bank Regarding Personal Loan, I Accepted and Submitted all the Document and it has been Sanctioned. My application No.5916560 for 36 month EMI.

    But Now the Issue is Today I got SMS Your First Month EMI Due on FEB 10 2017. But Still I didn't credit your amount my Account Already, the EMI Started.
    For First EMI Is Debited for 9-10days, it is not fine. then I try to contact your Axis Bank loan personal [protected] her no. is Diverted this is the way your persons are working . I don't want your loan just cancel my loan

    AND VERY IMPORTANT AM RESPONCABLE AND AM NOT GOING TO GIVE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGE I DON'T WANT YOUR AMOUNT. AND I WILL GOING TO GIVE COMPLIANT AGAINT YOUR BANK TO RBI AND ASWELL AS TO CUSUMERCARE COURT

      I gave my documents to Axis bank railway road gurgaon branch along with checks for opening a savings account. It has been two months but my account has not yet opened. The employees at the branch are giving me different answers like technical problems, two customer id's created, waiting for system to generate id and so on. It seems there is a fraud happening at this branch as employees are not giving the information to customers. Their nodal officer is not replying to my query.

        Hi Team,

        I have taken a personal loan from axis with my HDFC salary account. My ECS will be deducted 5th on every month from last 4.2 years with tenure of 60 months.

        LOAN AC No: PPR[protected]

        Now this month i have seen Rs.550 is debited and credited on 23 rd of january with some axis ECS reference when i do not have any balance in my account which costed a bounce charge of 380 from HDFC.

        I am attaching the HDFC statement, so that you can check the transactions of ECS on 23rd which happened twice with Rs 550.

        I have called AXIS customer care and they have not given any proper response

        Please rectify and please have some answer on this bounce charges.

        Again there is a deduction of 380.70 on 08 fefb, itseems the two deductions were made against the two transactions happened on 12 jan17.

        Attached the bank statement for the reference. check the transactions on 23rd jan for Rs.550

        Please update on the same.

          I directed to inform on behalf of my sister-in-law who is a NRO A//c holder at the above noted Branch and when she visited to draw the cash, there was no cash in the morning of 31.01.2017 and when inquired about the Cash from Branch Manger, he expressed his inability to help and he further told me that the Mumbai Branch which manages the Cash in ATM, they had back hand information and when Cash will be loaded he is not in position to inform me. He further advised me to visit any other ATMs installed in near by area.

          I was able to locate Kotak Mahindra Bank in the Green Park Market when I tried to withdraw Rs.2000/ no cash came out. After few minutes I tried again & Rs. 2000/ came out with the closing balance of Rs.8 thousands some thing. I want to inform you please ensure that Rs.2000/ was withdrawn and there should no duplicate withdrawal from the A/c .

            Full Incident - I have done transaction of Rs 640 at INOX LEISURE LTD Kachiguda Hyderabad

            Request - Inquired to refund but customer service promised different versions no proper resolution.

            First Call to Customer Support - 24 hrs

            Second Call - 7 working days

            Third call after 7 working days they now say 120 days to investigate and refund the amount

            I received email asking for the feed back with out providing the refund and emails says " temporary credit on your savings account for the disputed amount has been initiated " which never happend and false information is provided after 7 working days.

            Fourth call - It seems this refund is not taking place because of demonetization, this was told by the supervisor ( Nazia ) of the customer service department.

            Atleast no call from the banking to check and update us neither we should keep hearing to IVR for almost 20 min then we get to hear these different versions turn around days to solve and refund the amount

            Request to update AXIS BANK higher management about their banking process and ensure my refund is initiated

                I am an account in City Center Gwalior Branch, A/C No [protected]. Till date i am not taken any loan or not giving guarantee to any one for any loan, but regularly your customer care center/ loan recovery team calling me for 5-6 time for recovery of loan.

                I already given complaint in written to Branch manager Gwalior and Pathankote but no action taken.

                I already given more than 100 times to Axis Bank customer care from where they call, they assure me, next time call will not come. But the problem remain same.

                This is my gentle reminder, I already given complaint in their web site, but no result comes out.

                  I have been using Axis Bank credit card since more than 5 year with out missing any payment date. The card was schedule for renewal in Nov 2016. Not sure what happened. They suddenly changed my address to a different city and send the new card to the wrong address even after given the complain regarding address. Till now now one given me a answer why this happen, may be they are trying to do some fraud transaction in my card. Again they changed my address on 24th of January without even my permission. Not sure which address they have changed now. I called them more than 30 times and no one is giving proper answer. every one saying wait for 5 days but id already passed 25days. I have attached all the details.

Last year in the month of april they are saying that they have transferred the money i.e Rs. 70000, through axis bank, Muzaffarpur branch, bihar against a UTR no. And after so many days of occice work, the people of my institute had shown me the statement of this account, in which no money has come by this UTR number.                       I was using net banking for shopping in bigbusket and my transaction was unsuccessful twice and money got deducted both the time from account. After 1 week money got credited for one transection only i haven't received the money for the other transection yet.                             I have Indian overseas Bank account No.[protected] in Secretariat, Chennai-9. On 16.01.2017 at 10.00 hrs, I made withdrawal of Rs.4000/- in Axis Bank ATM ID No.CWAC00604 (record No.3569) in Secretariat campus. I got a receipt stating that “Transaction declined 072” but the amount debited from my account. I complained in my branch on 23.01.2017 as advised by the Branch manager to lodge the complaint after seven days. But till date, after lapse of 14 days, my amount not reverted back.

                              From last fifteen days I give a request to Mr pawan kumar and team of a loan repayment schedule but they will all off customer service team of loan department misguided me . And not give my schedule either on mail or in hard . Whenever I visit to branch they will also misguided me . And not help me . Right now due all these situations I will face many problems from your loan department team also they will put my phone on hold for a long time and disconnected my phone . Can I know is that axis bank policy to handle customer or misguided customer ?? Why axis bank executive misguided me or also till now I am not received my personal insta loan schedule either on mail and hard . Also I submitted my documents of credit card to Mr vikas in manesar branch on Monday and no proper response ftom Mr vikas side . Is that axis bank service ??? Why axis bankWhy axis misguided to customer and not understand the value of time . Last fifteen days Mr pawan k not understand the value of time . Pl I request to axis bank help me and give my loan schedule as soon as possible on mail or in hard at my register mail address .Can I do a mistake to open account in axis bank or to take a insta loan to axis bank .                                 I have trouble shoot with login my account please verify that soon as possible, , ..., ..., ...

                                Why would I get Charged for an Additional amount without any info. Inspite of I am not using my debit card in any shopping or any other place. Axis bank have deducted unwanted money. What is the resonance to debit these amount kindly reward me.

                                As we have checked and found that the amount has not been charged by us.
                                As per your bank statement also the amount has been charged by PAY U not by MMT.

                                  I never seen such worst banking support,
                                  from the day one am suffering becoz of AXIS's technical support, such a worst technical support from a big banking sector,
                                  henceforth will never suggest anyone for your bank support, am going write my painful story in facebook & twitter,
                                  I have registered mail ID and many times I explained(Begged) AXIS team to update my mail ID ( 3 to 4 times customer care & many times through mail ), I received all my attachments, welcome letter, all previous communications through the same mail id, still axis team reverting that my email id not registered
                                  Revert me which bank asking customer to visit main branch for small home loan statement, I visited NO.28 & 28A, MELA RAJA VEEDHI. MANNARGUDI, DIST.TIRUVARUR, TAMIL NADU, PIN 614001 and they said I have to visit main branch trichy, axis website don't have option to download this statement & mobile app also same, then how customer will get this statement
                                  this is an urgent requirement and your team not even supporting in all direction

                                      I used my debit card to withdraw a sum of 4000/- and 2000/- on 21st January 2017 from Mumbai people's cooperative bank, Fort branch ATM, But the money didn't come out of the ATM. The money was deducted from my account and had still not been refunded. Please look into it and get the money refunded into my account.

                                        My name is Anurag Gupta. I am using Axis bank Credit card since2012. Bank is charging interest on whole the amount after Due date even if I pay partial due amount within the due date. Why should a customer pay the interest which already return to the bank. This happening in every statement. The bank is saying if even a penny of due amount is left to pay within due date then the interest will be charge for whole the amount.
