Hi team, I joined a company and my salary account was opened. I was given a kit containing debit card and rest of the things. Its been 15 days I was given this kit, salary is also credited to my account, but I could not make any transactions, could not pay bills. When I visited the main bank in hyderabad, they told me that account will be opened by the same day evening or in the worst case the next day morning.

I have visited the bank thrice only for updating my phone number in internet banking. clearly i have mentioned the bank employee my new phone number is not updated and i receive OTP to my previous number. whenever i visit the bank, they assure me it will done. but still it is not resolved yet.

My credit card expired on 01/17 and have not received my new card. Last month I received a message to update my address thru app. I download the app and many times could update the details.
