    i was used my ATM on 17/01/2017 at SBI ATM Durg for withdrawal Rs10000.00.
    I have not received amount but received a ATM slip which is showing withdrawal Rs10000.00.
    Complaint made with Axis bank Durg, but neither my account credited nor received any response till date.

      Hi

      Myself Nithin RameGowda, employee of VMWare Airwatch. I had applied for a loan in axis bank through a telecaller named shwetha with phone number ([protected])
      on 9th of January. She calimed to be from Axis bank and said she would help me with the entire process of loan. She farried back and forth for alsmot 2 weeks and said
      my loan eligibility is only 8L 80K and i confirmed to process the same almost 5 day back. She sent a person to collect my cheques and the person asked for my photos as well.
      Later she called me up and said the photos not required hence the documents has been void and she/her team memeber would forgery my signature. I strictly denied for the same.
      Now they have my cheques and are not responding to my calls. I am raising this complaint to take a strigent action on them and stop any loan/relation with Axis bank to me.
      I have also raise a police complaint as i am still not sure that they are from axis bank.
      Request you to look into this matter on priority and close this at the earliest and return my cheques.

        2 Weeks before i have created a account in axis bank.I have received only welcome kit from axis bank.Still Now i didn't get any ATM Pin.If i call to axis bank customer care also, i'm getting message as "ur mobile num is not registered'.I visited near by axis bank also, they got CIF id and said it will be activated on 24-Jan-17.But still i didn't get any information.If i call customer care also they are not responding properly.Please help on it.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I am writing an email to you in regards to my personal loan my reference nos is [protected] my loan got sanctioned on 6th Jan 2017 as BT to Kotak Mahindra Bank, and i have received the forclosure letter as on 23d January 2017, Since 6th January 2017 to 22nd January 2017 it has been informed by the sales executive from Axis Bank loan centre (Sanpada Navi Mumbai ) that the day i will receive the foreclosure letter from Kotak Mahindra Bank the next day i will receive the DD payable to Kotak Mahindra Bank and rest of the amount will be credited into my account but to my surprise the sales executive informed on 23rd January 2017 that i will get the DD latest by Wednesday before 2 pm and i will handover the DD to Kotak Mahindra Bank and should take the receipt of the same to show it to the Axis Bank loan Centre and then I will get another DD in my name that too Account nos of HDFC Bank account were i have my HDFC Bank Salary Account i told him that y dont you stick to your commitment ? which you have said earlier and now you are telling me a different story he is saying that your not taking fresh loan your taking a balance transfer so the remaining fund you will get in your name. On 24th Bank 2017 I have received an call from Axis Bank Customer care Bangalore stating that I will get the DD latest by 27th January 2017 and the rest of the money will be credited into my account. Till date i have not received the DD payable in the name of Kotak Mahindra Bank now my point is that i have not received the credit in to my account i have not used the money for 30 days and i got the message that my first emi will be dated 5th Fen 2017 this is absolutely wrong, and y did i get the wrong statement and commitment from the sales executive.Awaiting reply at the earliest.

                Security Guard says us that we have to send the mail for watching tv. We said we are bank staff, we showed our ID CARD, then also he argues us and says that we are vendors.
                Do something about this security.
                Security has no rights to talk with us in this language.

                  This is with reference to your e-mail dated January 18, 2017 addressed to Reserve Bank of India regarding part payment not credited in Personal Loan Account PPR[protected].

                  We wish to confirm that we have received the part payment of Rs.65000 to be credited in the aforementioned Loan account. However, inadvertently the amount was credited to another loan account with a value dated of January 3, 2017

                    I can't open my axixbank mobile app after a long time. too much loading and then not open. it's occur since 3 or 4 months. I use my jio number to open my axixbank mobile app and my register number on app is idea number and I can't do anything when I run this app so plz solve my problem as possible.

                      Today I got four messages relevant to hidden debit card usage charges with reference TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT XXXXXX.
                      Why Axis bank took these charges for the Transactions that I did in December-2016.
                      Axis bank first sent message that "all charges on debit /credit card have been waived off till 31/12/2016".
                      And suddenly today I got messages of money have been debited from account for using debit card in December-2016.
                      I would like to ask to Axis bank that why you debit such money if you have waived off charges???
                      It is disappointing general public who was involving in digitization process. It affects digitisation.

                            I have not used my debit card yesterday anywhere. But it is charged with 11.50 rs and given an info as TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 051216.

                            why you people are charging like this? I had only 13.72 rs in my account and now you have taken 11.5 and now my balance is 1.62rs. This is horrible.

                            Also, you have charged 15rs as Consolidated charge, what is it?? Why do you charge like this?

                            BANKS ARE ALWAYS CHEATERS. AS WE HAVE SEEN IN DEMONETIZATION.

                              Sir, i want to open current account in axix bank in jaunpur. Bank employee collect my pancard, my tin number, my photo, my cheque of 11000. Its on 2january 2017 but till now bank not open my account. Plz resolve my problem. When i asked about my account they told me that banker is on leave when he come he open the account. And i asked when he come reply me they do not come.

                                Please refer my home loan top up a/c no, ltr[protected]. I was unable to download the interest certificate for 16-17 as no data was available. When got in touch with their centralised helpdesk, they told that they do not provide any interest certificate even if the the top-up loan is for the same property for which the loan is taken. Hence i am at loss as i need to furnish this certificate for availing it benefit.

                                If all other banks can provide this certificate why axis can't?

                                  Myself Gobindalal Bhattacharyya and my account number is [protected]. 16/01/2017 I'm trying to withdrawal Rs-4000 in Icici ATM but I'm not received any money and balance was dedicated.

                                  17/01/2017 I called customer care and raise a complain [protected]. Today when I call the customer care they inform me that the transaction was successful but when I didn't receive any money than how its possible?

                                  Today when I told the problem than they raise one more complain that is [protected] and inform me I have to wait 17 days but its too much time.

                                  So do the needful as soon as possible.

                                    Very bad experience with axis bank home loan account.
                                    First of all they are very unprofessional and they never pick call and respond to emails.

                                    They don't have any systematic system of dealing with loan account. They had delayed all the payments because of it i suffered with huge interest form my builder. I asked many time for all receipts and transaction details of my disbursement amount but they failed to provide me.

                                      I applied to open a salary account (a/c no.: [protected]) in axis bank (branch safdarjung enclave & ifsc : utib0001358) in november.
                                      My uidai no.[protected]

                                      My last 2 month salary is stuck in the account i cannot withdraw any as account is blocked.

                                      The bank manger told me that my account is blocked because wrong name of my father and birth date in uidai card.
                                      I have submitted my updated uidai card in the bank 2 weeks ago and from then every time contacted some one the bank ;told me that my request is in process.
                                      Also when i asked how much it will take they do not tell specific date and time.

                                      Please look into matter and resolve it. as i am in dire need of my money.
                                      Or please tell what should i can do to withdraw my salary money.

                                        At the time of application submission to personal loan, promised 3 days of disbursal, but its been 14 days and not yet processed. I am having an axis salary account and also an axis bank home loan. All approaches tried. Logged complaints through their portal, called customer care, but everything in vain. No response from their side. Had registered a complaint in their website a week back. Till now no reply. Today raised another. As usual no reply
