I have an AXIS Bank Saving Account in Axis Bank. Acctt. No. is [protected]. On 07.01.2017, a command for withdrawing an amount of Rs. 4500/- from the AXIS Bank ATM situated in Police Station Sarita Vihar, New Delhi was ordered but the amount was not withdrawn. In fact it was shown on the screen that the limit of withdrawing of Rs. 24000/- per week has been exhausted. No text message was received on my phone. On 10.01.2017, I noticed that an amount of Rs. 4500/- has been debited from my account. I immediately reported the matter to Customer Care, AXIS Bank (Complaint No.[protected], dated 10.01.2017), who assured that the amount will be credited to my account within 7 days but the amount was not credited. Accordingly, I again made a complaint (No. [protected], dated 16.01.2017), wherein I have been assured that the amount will be credited within 17 days. Till date, the amount has not been credited to my account. The discrepancies has taken place due to technical error on the part of Axis Bank and I have no role to play in this but I am being victimized in the matter. I have already made two complaints but in vain. This is my salary account and amount of Rs. 4500/- matters a lot to me but the bank is not paying any heed towards my complaint. I again request the bank to cross check the details and credit the amount to my account at the earliest.
