On 11th of Jan 2017 I did transfer Rs. 300 from ac no. [protected](rishi pradhan) to ubi bank but it has not been transfer yet but my balance has been deducted from my a/c.. So I'm sending you the success receipt.. So please look after the matter.. Thank s.. Also I want to know about my insurance given by the bank when I first opened my account.. Service is becoming pathetic.. So my problem is not solved by tomorrow I'm going to close my account and my family too..

I did transfer rs.300 from my a/c. [protected], name: rishi pradhan to my ubi a/c [protected]..same name.. Rishi pradhan.. So I would like to solve this issue as soon as possible.. Regarding service it is getting worst day by day.. If it's not done by tomorrow I will close my account also my family member

    My credit card expired on 01/17 and have not received my new card. Last month I received a message to update my address thru app. I download the app and many times could update the details. Then I called the executive on phone to solve the issue for which they replied that our technical team has solved ur problem...a damn fake assuarance...axis bank finally made me fool...if I have not downloaded the app and followed old method I might have changed the address without problem..customer with loyalty will be ignored than culprits...so finally let me know how my problem is resolved...expect this time it is solved by knowledged person

      Myself Ravindra Bawlekar, I have Home loan in AXIS Bank PHR[protected].
      I need PANTPRADHAN AVAS YOJANA - Credit linked facility which availed benifit of Rs. 2, 20, 000/-
      but when I contacted with Loan center & Customer care then they are not providing proper information. I suspect that they are hiding this facility from the customer . So please look into this matter.

      Each every thing they did is fraud.

      Even I try a lot to get this offer. But they have not replied any thing.
      So is there any progressive from your side.

        Dear Sir/ Madam,

        This is to inform you that, I have recently opened Current Account with Axis Bank Barakhamba Road Branch, New Delhi. MY Account No. is [protected]. I am not satisfied with the services of the Bank at all. First of all, Branch is not clear about the norms for opening Bank Account due to which it took 3 month to open a simple Current Account. Secondly after 3 month though Branch is able to open the account but in the PIN Confirmation letter my Name was wrongly mentioned as Satish Gupta & Co instead of Satish L Gupta & Co. I communicated this very facts to Branch Head(Marketing) Mr. Dharmendra Sharma. then he confirmed me that my account has been opened with Correct name but there may printing error on ATM PIN Confirmation letter.

        But now I am quite surprise that on cheque Book and ATM CARD( Received yesterday) also My firm Name is not correctly mentioned (i.e L is missing in Firm Name). I am surprise to know that Basic check and Balances are missing in the Bank leading to undue hardship on the customer.

        Pl do the needful and let me know to what to do. I am in urgent need of Cheque book.

          I opened a new joint account with my wife in axis bank branch brahman majra, ludhiana. intally i deposit the Rs. 4000 dated[protected]. when account open with receipt no.[protected].i receive the well come kit. my account no is [protected]. i have also a hard copy of this receipt but till[protected], bank this amount not credit in my account.further deposit money show in my account but first deposit money 4000 not show in my account. please credit this amount in my account.

Now i am not able to get paper roll even after complaining many times to local executives and also through phone service. They always give false comittments and zero service. Its frustrating that i have to keep on begging for the paper rolls through all different modes and channels. I need paper roll desperately.

              Since last 4-5 months i have call lots of time customer care no( [protected])., and complaints, discuss, and urge for the same, to reissue my credit card as it was block before due to security reasons by the bank. Each and every executive is from customer care giving my fake assurance to resolve my query with in 48 hr or 24 hr. but there is no solutions till now . some girls executives disconnect the call between conversation. How? THEY COULD DO THIS. there is no responsibility at all.

              finally i use this way to talk to them.as am totally fad-up with kind of service from axis bank credit card service deptt. there is no reason to hang my work . for delay this . (till now what is am confirmed with recent conversation with executives ) but no further move on towards my work.

              so my lazy axis bank executives (spl. credit card dept.) Reissue my credit card .as you all, already waste too much time for this little smooth work.

                Last month Amount has been debited multiple times from my Axis bank debit card from anonymous merchant. I have requested Axis Bank to address this issue and get my money back (around 1000 INR). But still i am not getting any fulfilled response from them.

                  On 31 dec.16 due to cash urgency I went to axis bank vikhroli - west branch for taking amount of 10, 000.00 from acc.no. [protected]. cahier giving 2000X4 and 500X4. requested to give 2X2000 and rest with 500 but she denied then went to branch manager who designated as VP but he also misbehave with me called be nonsense and through his visiting card and account closing form on my face and told me that axis bank not required customer you close your account and get lost. I write to Axis bank but they not replying my mail. I raised six point. 1.- is it true that axis bank don't want customer? from their behaviour now I under stood. 2. is it my fault that I used axis service since last 15 year bank account and credit card ? 3. is it my fault that I went to bank for getting my money and seeking help from him? 4. Have you recruit such a arrogant branch manager in branches? Now I confirmed that all staff in axis bank are such a useless that they don't have time to resole the customer problem. 5. should I close bank account and credit card service? 6. Branch manager not bothered about higher management as he informed me to complaint anywhere nothing can be done with me and no one aske me for that? 7. He threaten me that he will complain about me to higher authority now I want to see what action you are going to take on me. Now I am seeking help from RBI. now see what will happen.                     I hold two credit cards of Axis bank, i was travelling for a while, and was to delay the payment this month. I have informed the call centre accordingly. Subsequently, they have been making more than 8 calls per day on my mobile number and the office board number, on completing the payments, i have given them the transaction ID, i have a message from Axis bank saying they received the payments, but the calls continue. This is absolute harassment, i have informed the call centre that they are harassing me with these calls but strangely they don't seem to understand. It is frustrating, my work suffers due to this and height of torture. I intend to cancel both the cancel both the cards, but i am told that my credit rating will suffer though i have never left any payments unpaid.
                    The calls come from a hyderabad call centre number

                              I had made a settlement with Axis Bank collections team who issued me a settlement letter after which I had made the first payment too and now I am told by the bank that there was no settlement made. My question is.

                              A) If a settlement was not possible then why was it offered in the first place after harassing me for a month.

                              B) Why was a settlement letter issued if the offer was not accepted by the bank.

                              C) Why was I provided with the office address (Email) to come over and make payments.

                              D) Why was I issued a payment receipt against the settlement payment made.

                              Attached are all documents for review.

                              My next payment date is on Feb 1st 2017. Please help. Thank you very much.

                                but till now I didn't received my welcome kit.i log a case 25 days ago they told we resolve with in a 2 days but no response I again sent reminder mail then told we will update you, but still no one Is giving resolution of my problem.

                                  A disgusting and most frustrating Branch Head we have ever come across.
                                  We have made several request to mail us the weekly statement so that our accountant can reconcile but, due to their non co operation we are not in a position to complete our own books of account.
                                  If there is no action then perhaps we will be compelled to CLOSE our current account and open with a bank who can respect their client requirement.

                                    Axis Bank executive Mr. Ravi Jagtap, Mobile No- +91 [protected] is called me up today morning and he argue with me in very bad and ground level language, also he was shouting on me in very wrongly way, i have tried to explain him about my problem and also about the date of repayment, but he was not in listing condition. He was constantly using bad wards against me. I felt very bad.

                                    As per the reputation, goodwill and service of Axis bank it is not a right way to communicate with any customer even he has not eligible to pay some dues, there are some other way like legal process to recover the same. but before that take confirmation from their side and not to use bad way, it has to directly impact on bank.

                                    As per my opinion, Axis bank has to check earlier records of customer if it is good then take some other normal way to solve deputed matter and not to handover directly to third party for the same.

                                    Again i will request you to, please give me some period as per my request and please inform to your executive to stop all these nonsense things which he has done with me.

                                    Kindly consider this mail as an official complaint against your executive.

                                    After submitting my first complaints against Axis bank and executive of axis bank, after that they immediately LIN my axis bank account and balance showing in negative amount. This is not the right way to deduct any amount without permission of customer, i am really unhappy with this things, and i will defiantly going to stop all relationship with axis bank also i will suggest to my corporate office for the same, this is very unprofessional way to behavior with customer.

                                      on 06/11/16 and 06/12/16 we swiped 2 different cards of our customers of rupees 22, 222 & 21, 084 respectively.                                         I didn't want titanium card and that was given to me and i was told the charge will be same as normal debit card by Reek parui, amtala branch. Secondly i called him regarding li issue as i dont want any li facility but again i was told thats a free service but i came to know that info is fake. And finally he uses abusing statement. Unbearable. Please place some deserved candidate as sales executive. He used "marachoda, porasona sikhechen?? " to me. Disgusting. Very poor service axis bank.

                                        But money got deducted waited for 24Hrs its not refunded
