I am Sathish kumar I have been approached for the personal loan in Axis bank [ loan application number [protected] and it is declined without any reason. I have been Submitted all necessary documents to Axis bank representative after submission the documents and verification. It said that the loan application has been rejected I have given all the required documents for the personal loan which are mentioned by the bank person. i want to know what is the reason to reject my loan.

I had to raise a quick loan during my wedding. Faircent staff were very friendly, they explained the processes in detail, and helped me realise my loan in 5 days. I am very happy with this timely loan. I want to recommend Faircent to all my friends.

    This is Aravindhan R holding an axis loan for chennai property PHR[protected].
    Loan sanctioned- 25lakh
    Amount disbursed- Rs-2094500.
    Since builder stopped construction at 80% stage. Property yet to complete. I am paying emi since feb-2015.
    Loan sanctioned date- 23/12/2013.

    Please stop further payment and freeze my loan amont to Rs 2094500/- and reduse my emi accordingly. I stay in Bangalore visited Sahakarnagar branch, they did not take my request as the property is in chennai, and guided me to send mail.

    Please process accordingly.

    My present emi amount is Rs 27249/- also i request to guide to increase my tenure period to 20year from 10year.

      My name is Shakti Singh (Customer ID[protected], Phone: [protected], [protected]) I’ve complaint against the employees of Axis Bank, PLOT NO. 3107 MOHALLA-MURLI JOT IN FRONT OF KOTWALI, Basti, Uttar Pradesh, PIN 272001.

      Mr. Brijesh Singh, several other employees and the bank manager were pressurizing me to get a Max Life Insurance Policy. When I kept denying, they promised me to give Home Loan and finance my already bought car at 10% interest rate. Still, I was not ready to buy Max Life Insurance Policy because they had done same type of cheating with my mother, Mrs Vineeta Singh (DOB 01/01/1967), by issuing Max Life Insurance policy no[protected] on the pretext of giving her car loan(which I got cancelled after realizing that they've cheated my mother).

      Mr. Brijesh Singh asked me to visit bank on June 30, 2016 and informed me that the bank manager wanted to talk to me regarding the loan. When I visited the bank, they started forcing me to buy Max Life Insurance policy. Mr. Brijesh Singh, Mr. Khalid and the bank manager said, "Look, today is 30th June and bank quarter is ending. Our work is evaluated for each quarter and we need you to buy this insurance. If you buy this policy, we'll give you home loan and refinance your car at 10% interest rate". After a lot of arguments, I signed on only one page of the document and walked out of the bank without giving them OTP for payment. My Max Life insurance policy number is[protected].

      After that, at around 7 pm Mr. Brijesh Singh called me and informed me that my life insurance policy had been issued. Next day on July 1, 2016 Mr. Brijesh Singh (Phone: [protected]) kept calling me to give him OTP for policy premium payment. After believing his lies and for the sake of home loan I gave him OTP. After that Mr. Brijesh Singh informed me that I needed to say "Ok" to everything asked in a confirmation call from Max Life insurance and gave me some other information to say on the confirmation call.

      Since then 6 months have been passed but they neither gave me home loan nor refinanced my car at 10% interest rate. I complained to Max Life insurance but they did nothing against these people because I had confirmed everything on Confirmation Call from Max Life. I request you to kindly consider following points while addressing my complaint-

      Policy document was not filled in my presence.

      They didn't inform me about actual meaning of ECS payment.

      Mr. Brijesh Singh misguided me at every step. From what to say on confirmation call to home loan.

      Is there only one signature required to buy a life insurance policy? Because there is only one signature of mine on the policy document.I'm also not sure whether I signed on that particular page or not.

      Do they have the authority to issue policy without elaborating terms and conditions or at least main features of the policy?

      I was also misguided about the 15-day free-look period.

      Me, my mother, my sister, all o[censored]s had priority bank account with Axis bank and really liked Axis bank services, but we're forced to stop banking with Axis bank due to these unethical people.

      I request respected MD Ms Shikha Sharma to at least take some action against these people. I know it's now impossible to get my money back. It's gone! But I request you to take some actions against these cheaters so that they don't repeat this with anyone else.

          I have applied for instant debit card in axis bank (Nandhanam Branch) on 03/01/2017 and they gave the tat time of 24 hours but it was not activated then i have registered a complaint on customer service team to Mr Kiran he said a tat time of 48 hours again even it was not activated then after continues complaint it was activated on 09/01/2017 but they have debited amount of Rs. 230 for debit card charges on 02/01/2017 and again they have debited Rs. 575. I have tried to ask details for it to Mr. Chethan but they are not responding for it and just they are keeping on hold and disconnecting the call

              Dear sir
              i am your one of the oldest customer and having saving account and also having credit card which no [protected] up to date 2/1/2016 my outstanding is rs 26886 after including interest also and i fail to pay my outstanding on that time for this i already mail to your credit card department by email why i fail to pay the bill and agree to pay interest also but your credit card department put my account on lien and when i submit my money on date 4/1/2017 rs 10000 the debit my amount without any information and my account showing -16606 rs as on date 15/1/2016 ok i agree that i am fail to pay my bill then you take my money but on date 16/1/2017 when my salary credit to my account they again take 24886 rs with out informing and not giving any statement of my credit card how much interest thy charge to my out standing bills.
              sir my request is that only they deduct 26606 rs to my account instead of 34897 rs and rest on 2/2/2017 which is my due date because to survive the family, children education and many more other expensive, i am not denying that the EMI is oustanding.

                I Have a current account on Desire Hair and skin Clinic, acc. No. - [protected].
                A month back I had applied for a debit card so that I can keep a check of my transactions and for my convince. I have been regularly keeping an update with the branch people but they always pass the blame to some head office. I am very disappointed with such service.

                  I have used my debit card in a restaurant where my money was deducted but they denied to accept any money from my side.
                  My money was deducted more than one time within a two days.
                  I have fill the dispute form more than three times but there is no response from customer care (Mumbai branch) as well as bank in ahmedabad.

                  All time they just copy and paste the same template of apologize to me.
                  This is very frustrating to me now.
                  Now its almost 20+ days and there is no positive feedback from bank or customer care guys.

                      I have raised a request for issuance of cheque book and its been three weeks still i did not received it. When I call the customer support number they say its not dispatched still and they say we don't have any system in place to raise a complaint. Axis customer support representative was repeating the same thing again and again, when I asked to register the complaint, she simply said that she can not register the complaint and when I have asked her to transfer the call to her senior, she disconnected the call. This is very rude.

There was also huge no. of interaction has been done between bank operation head, branch head also.All details like tid no. mid no. amount have been mailed.

                          Dear Sir/ Madam,

                          This is to invite your intervention on the threatening calls/ Harassment calls made by bank employees/ agents on credit card payment. I have asked the caller not to abuse, not to say bad things on family and not to threaten me in any manner. The same was conveyed to their customer care executive also on 10th Jan 2017 and she has assured that it won’t be repeated and also mailed them about the same. But again today their recovery person is at my door step harassing my family. It was also cleared to both the culprit and the customer care that we will log a police complaint and also approach consumer court forum if this continue.

                          Dear Sir, I have informed them earlier also that since it is a huge amount for me please settle the amount and give me nominal EMI which can be affordable to me. But still Iam getting continuous call for minimum payment and every month the total outstanding is found increasing tremendously.

                          Since I am in financial crisis and not having the capacity to clear-out this huge cumulative amount, request your intervention to close the card permanently.

                            November 2016 I was applying a personal loan from your company, which is sanction on December 6'2016. But your concerns manager didn't disbursement due to some lesser amount, after that your executive told me if you would done within 6 th january 2017 then it's disbursed, but on 3rd January 2017 your executive told me you have to again give me all documents I will again apply your loan application then again I had submitted all documents on 7th January 2017. Yesterday when I called up your executive he told me that my application was rejected. If previous month your credit team gives me approval then why after 1 month your credit team rejected? It's horrible service. Your executive due to login target again doing fresh login but didn't disbursement previous sanctioned loan. Why am I suffered for all of this that reason my cibil report and cibil score also going bad. If that's kind of service you people doing with customers then please it's serious issues for me. I have to move legal action against your executive also for your credit team.

                                Hi team, I joined a company and my salary account was opened. I was given a kit containing debit card and rest of the things. Its been 15 days I was given this kit, salary is also credited to my account, but I could not make any transactions, could not pay bills. When I visited the main bank in hyderabad, they told me that account will be opened by the same day evening or in the worst case the next day morning.

                                But the account was not activated yet. I again went to the bank next day, again they said that account will be activated with in 2 hours. But its been 2 more days my account has not activated.

                                I hope, this forum will take necessary action and will not be repeated for new customers again..

                                  I have visited the bank thrice only for updating my phone number in internet banking. clearly i have mentioned the bank employee my new phone number is not updated and i receive OTP to my previous number. whenever i visit the bank, they assure me it will done. but still it is not resolved yet.

                                      I opened my pension A/C in Axis Branch Panvel .As per rule i submitted Life Certificate in Axis Bank Wakad Branch {Pune} in Dec 2015. Again i Submitte Life certificate in Axis Branch Vashi{Navi Mumbai}.on dt 22.11.2016.But yet my pension not released.
                                      I sent my mail to Axis Bank Web Query regarding why my pension yet not released. My mail{ Acknowledge Mail[protected]}.As per there message complaint will be solved within 2 days but till today my problem not solved.
                                      So i request you please solve my problem.
