Today on 22nd January to withdraw cash from other than axis bank ATM, but it declined to process the transaction, then i tried to transfer the fund thru Net Banking, but it also declined with a message "we are having difficulties in processing your request, pl try again". Kindly advice, is there any issue with the Axis Bank or my Acoount # [protected]

    Sir I hold an saving acc in your bank and my acc no is [protected] in Bhiwani branch, Haryana. Sir i used my debit card in Axis Bank ATM situated near Bhardwj Hospital, Rohtak Gate, Bhiwani at 12:05 am of 22nd January to withdraw amount of 10000 . Sir as i enter the amount in atm, machine start counting amount and suddenly it stops due to power failure and i did not receive any cash even then a amount of 10000 has been deducted from my account.so it is requested you to look in to matter and recredit 10000 rupees in my acc.

      I have already completed closure formalities with AXIS bank, Sion branch in May 2016.
      Still account not closed and charging me negative balance.
      I personally met the manager on 2 occasions and also called him a couple of times to request to resolve this matter and close the account and not to trouble me by charging negative balance which will hamper my reputation in financial world. I also spoke to the ombudsman for the same and requested him too .
      Inspite of requesting repeatedly to the manager and the ombudsman, still I happen to recieve sms daily showing negative balance which has reached almost 5000/- now.
      Its totally unprofessional on the part of the bank to behave in such an irresponsible way.

      Kindly intervene and resolve.

          Dear Team,
          I have credit card with Axis bank from last 4+ Years. I was unable to pay minimum due for 2 months of Axis Bank credit due to very serious medical and financial crises. I got my salary suddenly that completed vipe out. I called customer executive credit card Mr. Gaurav and Mr. Akshay(Both are senior person at customer care credit card department of Axis Bank) and requested them thousands time to debit my minimum amount what ever it is and retain my some part of my salary so that I can survive for the month. I requested Axis Bank Customer Executive to give relief by deducting the minimum amount and deduct the next amount in my next salary. Executive of Axis Bank literally said go to hell, we don't care.

          Again I am requesting Axis Bank to debit the minimum amount and then left out the some amount so that we can survive and you can reduce the same amount in next month.

              I am receiving a call from number +91-[protected] stating that " they are from Axis Bank Credit card department and my card is in open status Hence in order to close they were asking my CVV, Expiry date and card number. I have not shared any details.

              Kindly check at you end and can you trace the person please. This is happening on daily basis though I ma declining to share.

                Im ramya an engineering graduate..I have applied for personal loan in axis bank on 5th jan 2017 executive has visited my company and said minimum age is 25 years..I said ok and searching for better banks..on 9th jan 2017 jyothi from axis bank from jayanagar branch bangalore called me and said im eligible for personal loan and sent executive to my company verified all my documents and after 1 week mental pressure to me they are telling no loan avialable..jyothi had pressurised me mentally I need severe action to be taken on her..call back to my number [protected] in prior..il take this on serious note and take it to #CONSUMER COURT# dont play with customers life..AXIS BANK SERVICE IS WORST

                  I had tried to book a railway ticket by using axis bank gateway(payment mode) on 14 jan 2017 but my booking was failed, and 970₹ had been deducted from my A/c.
                  On 17 jan 2017 my money was refunded to axis bank but still not transfered by axis bank to my VIJYA BANK ACCOUNT.
                  I have attached a pic showing the failed transaction with my transaction ID.

I have submit written application for the same on dated 06.01.2017 but till now not any response of AXIS bank side.

                    Finally I have take legally action of AXIS Bank Rudrapur (U.S.Nagar) after this complaints and close all bank accounts as Soon as possible.

                      I have an AXIS Bank Saving Account in Axis Bank. Acctt. No. is [protected]. On 07.01.2017, a command for withdrawing an amount of Rs. 4500/- from the AXIS Bank ATM situated in Police Station Sarita Vihar, New Delhi was ordered but the amount was not withdrawn. In fact it was shown on the screen that the limit of withdrawing of Rs. 24000/- per week has been exhausted. No text message was received on my phone. On 10.01.2017, I noticed that an amount of Rs. 4500/- has been debited from my account. I immediately reported the matter to Customer Care, AXIS Bank (Complaint No.[protected], dated 10.01.2017), who assured that the amount will be credited to my account within 7 days but the amount was not credited. Accordingly, I again made a complaint (No. [protected], dated 16.01.2017), wherein I have been assured that the amount will be credited within 17 days. Till date, the amount has not been credited to my account. The discrepancies has taken place due to technical error on the part of Axis Bank and I have no role to play in this but I am being victimized in the matter. I have already made two complaints but in vain. This is my salary account and amount of Rs. 4500/- matters a lot to me but the bank is not paying any heed towards my complaint. I again request the bank to cross check the details and credit the amount to my account at the earliest.

                        I received reply for my 11.01.17 mail. But from mail I understood that they given reply blindly without reading my mail. Also understood that whatever treatment given by their staff was as per bank customer service protocol that includes Branch manager using bad word towards customer and throwing papers on customer face. Axis bank thought that whatever service given by them customer should accept that service without any complaint. I wrote them for explaining my points which was raised in my previous mail and as per their practice even after 6 days I have not received their reply. I am totally disappoint with their customer service.

                          I had scheduled my two NEFT of 3259/ & 16743/- to process on 2nd Jan, but I received SMS from axis (2Jan)that it is failed and please re-initiate.

                          So I did it again (two NEFT) on 3rd morning. Later I received sms that 4 NEFTs are processed. Almost 40k deducted in place of 20k. So I raised a complaint[protected] with axis, they agreed it was due to technical error & they will look into it.
                          Its been 16 days now but no response yet even after multiple followups.

                            Axis bank doesn't have facility to prepay loan amount through online. They will give long process and very hectic to do prepayment. Like older days they expect to do in hard copy and in-person. How come they didn't have this facility. even you can get loan and open account through online but can't do loan prepayment.It look really idiotic.

                            many other bank have this facility. This look like necessarily they didn't want to provide this facility because it could help them to avoid prepayment from customer.

                              First of all I want to complain that the particular Navsari bank is the worst service ever. From last 45 days I am giving the application for new ATM card and they are suppose to like we are nothing for them. They even don't response. The manager and all the staff is worthless. You don't know how much urgent it was. Every month I am having transfer of more than 20k.
                              But you guys didn't help us. I am from navsari. I required an ATM card urgent. As past I have the ATM card but someone used that card and make transaction so for that I deactivate that ATM card. But now I want new ATM card for that I had done everything from last 45 days.

I have been Submitted all necessary documents to Axis bank representative after submission the documents and verification.                                 I had to raise a quick loan during my wedding. Faircent staff were very friendly, they explained the processes in detail, and helped me realise my loan in 5 days. I am very happy with this timely loan. I want to recommend Faircent to all my friends.

                                  This is Aravindhan R holding an axis loan for chennai property PHR[protected].
                                  Loan sanctioned- 25lakh
                                  Amount disbursed- Rs-2094500.
                                  Since builder stopped construction at 80% stage. Property yet to complete. I am paying emi since feb-2015.
                                  Loan sanctioned date- 23/12/2013.

                                  Please stop further payment and freeze my loan amont to Rs 2094500/- and reduse my emi accordingly. I stay in Bangalore visited Sahakarnagar branch, they did not take my request as the property is in chennai, and guided me to send mail.

                                  Please process accordingly.

                                  My present emi amount is Rs 27249/- also i request to guide to increase my tenure period to 20year from 10year.

                                    My name is Shakti Singh (Customer ID[protected], Phone: [protected], [protected]) I’ve complaint against the employees of Axis Bank, PLOT NO. 3107 MOHALLA-MURLI JOT IN FRONT OF KOTWALI, Basti, Uttar Pradesh, PIN 272001.

                                    Mr. Brijesh Singh, several other employees and the bank manager were pressurizing me to get a Max Life Insurance Policy. When I kept denying, they promised me to give Home Loan and finance my already bought car at 10% interest rate. Still, I was not ready to buy Max Life Insurance Policy because they had done same type of cheating with my mother, Mrs Vineeta Singh (DOB 01/01/1967), by issuing Max Life Insurance policy no[protected] on the pretext of giving her car loan(which I got cancelled after realizing that they've cheated my mother).

                                    Mr. Brijesh Singh asked me to visit bank on June 30, 2016 and informed me that the bank manager wanted to talk to me regarding the loan. When I visited the bank, they started forcing me to buy Max Life Insurance policy. Mr. Brijesh Singh, Mr. Khalid and the bank manager said, "Look, today is 30th June and bank quarter is ending. Our work is evaluated for each quarter and we need you to buy this insurance. If you buy this policy, we'll give you home loan and refinance your car at 10% interest rate". After a lot of arguments, I signed on only one page of the document and walked out of the bank without giving them OTP for payment. My Max Life insurance policy number is[protected].

                                    After that, at around 7 pm Mr. Brijesh Singh called me and informed me that my life insurance policy had been issued. Next day on July 1, 2016 Mr. Brijesh Singh (Phone: [protected]) kept calling me to give him OTP for policy premium payment. After believing his lies and for the sake of home loan I gave him OTP. After that Mr. Brijesh Singh informed me that I needed to say "Ok" to everything asked in a confirmation call from Max Life insurance and gave me some other information to say on the confirmation call.

                                    Since then 6 months have been passed but they neither gave me home loan nor refinanced my car at 10% interest rate. I complained to Max Life insurance but they did nothing against these people because I had confirmed everything on Confirmation Call from Max Life. I request you to kindly consider following points while addressing my complaint-

                                    Policy document was not filled in my presence.

                                    They didn't inform me about actual meaning of ECS payment.

                                    Mr. Brijesh Singh misguided me at every step. From what to say on confirmation call to home loan.

                                    Is there only one signature required to buy a life insurance policy? Because there is only one signature of mine on the policy document.I'm also not sure whether I signed on that particular page or not.

                                    I was also misguided about the 15-day free-look period.

                                    Me, my mother, my sister, all o[censored]s had priority bank account with Axis bank and really liked Axis bank services, but we're forced to stop banking with Axis bank due to these unethical people.

                                    I request respected MD Ms Shikha Sharma to at least take some action against these people. I know it's now impossible to get my money back. It's gone! But I request you to take some actions against these cheaters so that they don't repeat this with anyone else.

                                        I have applied for instant debit card in axis bank (Nandhanam Branch) on 03/01/2017 and they gave the tat time of 24 hours but it was not activated then i have registered a complaint on customer service team to Mr Kiran he said a tat time of 48 hours again even it was not activated then after continues complaint it was activated on 09/01/2017 but they have debited amount of Rs. 230 for debit card charges on 02/01/2017 and again they have debited Rs. 575. I have tried to ask details for it to Mr. Chethan but they are not responding for it and just they are keeping on hold and disconnecting the call
