​I have a savings account in Axis Bank, Golpark, Kolkata. My account has been debit frozen for last 2 weeks siting KyC document updation. Account was frozen most probably on 19-20 Dec 2016, which I was not even informed. 23rd Dec 2016 I went to bank submitted my KYC papers. There was no change in any KYC information. I was told that my PAN card is not updated. Filledup form for the same. Later I found out it in online account that it was already updated. It is 2 weeks now, I do not have a single money to pay bills and pay for doctor fees and other daily chores.All cheques are getting dishonoured and wednesday I am to relocate out from my city for job purpose.
Not able to get any updated from anyone.

I have raised Grievance Redressal - First Level request as well - 1460848.

It's been 2 weeks now and I cannot do any kind of transaction nor any cash is available with me as I will not be able to use the debit card also.
Requested to issue cheque book on dated 21 dec, request id was 5OFTLRJS8584 but till to date no response received

I am a priority acc holder of Axis Bank Sec 16 Noida.

Have got a new credit card, but it pin is not activated.

My cash limit of Rs 34000 is too low as well

    Hi team,

    I have purchased of 1500 rs. on 22nd dec., 2016 at 1 PM. Due to network issue, merchant has done multiple swiping through my debit card. 1st transcation got failed and 2nd went successful.

    When i checked the statement, i can see 2 transaction has been made on 13.47pm & 13.48pm on 22nd dec. for the same purchase.

    As suggested by axis team. I am sending you Cardholder Dispute Form with required information filled. Also find the supporting Screen shots of SMS and bill eSlip of Merchant and Amount deduction SMS screen shots of my mobile.

    Please feel free to contact. its an urgent requirement. Hope you understand my concern.

    when I called customer care they are asking 120 days to refund. what the hell is this. r u taking customer money as granted?

    I want to cancel my credit card which i apllied few days ago because i didn't actually knew the proper terms and conditions of vistara credit card. I want to change it to my zone or something else. First i need to cancel it.
    Its been 10 days after depositing icici cheque. These stupid tirupur main branch people are very lazy in clearing those cheques. Axis Bank Su(k$. All these private banks are nowadays acting like public sector banks.i just hate this corrupted country. !nd|@ sucks. Atleast British people would've made this country better.

      I called customer care, , firstly they didn't picked the call for almost 1hr, after picking the call the care person disconnected the call . then again i tried calling for another 1 hr, , person picked the call, asked if i am calling from registered phone, i said no then he said type your card number and pin.. after that the care disconnected the call.

      I always keep proper balance in my a/c ..even advance balance is there .

      There is no intimation given from Bank side .

          I am a loyal customer of Axis bank and have taken loan from the Bank and was paying in for the past 3.5 yrs.
          A Axis bank employee by Name Hariharan of Kodambakkam Chennai Loan Department has contacted me and used Abusive Language against me and behaved in a very uncivilized and uncultured manner.
          I have planned for a Car Loan from Axis bank and now i have reverted that decision due to this employee behaviour.

          I Request for a immediate Apology and action against this employee.

            we have two savings accounts in Axis Bank Tilak Nagar Jaipur
            I made a request in your branch regarding non registration of my mobile numbers and issuence of Atm card pin of these two accounts.This was done on 13.12.2016. I met branch manager to sort out the issue but till date no help was sought.
            i request you to sort this out this problem with in 48 hrs otherwise action would be taken from my side.

              i gave Rs. 5000/- on 16-DEC-2016 TO open my account but my account opened on 20-dec-2016 and without my Rs.5000/- balance and i put Rs. 3000/- to my account and they took Rs.575/- without my knowledge. the account opening professional in axis bank namakkal didnt told me that Rs, 575/- charges. and till now they didnt put my amount Rs.5000/- to my account. whenever i called they are telling some reasons. so please kindly take steps to add Rs. 575 and Rs. 5000/- to my account. thanks

                My name is Anirudh and I did a transaction of Rs 5000 on 26th Dec through mobile application.I mistakenly added IFSC code of Punjab and Sindh Bank on Punjab National bank A/c..Moreover it got registered and later my transaction also get successful and later I came to know that mistakenly I have added the wrong code because the money didnt got transferred to that A/C...
                I have been trying to call the Customer care representative but my all attempts failed as every time a song starts and later call gets disconnected
                Please look into the matter as till now the money didnt get refunded in my account

                      Let me explain you the full story behind my issue.
                      I had called your customer care representative in 2015 to close my Credit card as I was about to travel oversea, your customer representative confirmed me that my card is with no more outstanding and the process of card closing will be taken care at your end (Bank Side). All of sudden in 2016 October your team is calling me and telling me I have to pay the outstanding amount, which I have not used at all you can check the same on my credit card statement as well. still, to not disturb the bank process I agreed to pay the same I made the payment from a gateway, your team didn't receive the payment ( normally it takes 3 workings days for the same) then again asked me to make the payment and confirmed me over a phone that excess payment will be refunded me back as they want to close the issue as early as possible again I agreed for the same and the payment of 10645/- was again made by me. Now when I am asking for the refund your team is refusing for the same, they are saying they cannot refund the excess amount back to me. This is fraud game your staff playing just to get the incentive for the work done from their side. If want my money back because I have already paid for the amount which I have not used and still with this false information you are making fool out of me? this is really not acceptable. If I do not get my money back I will file the police complaint against Axis Bank and customer representative Ms. Deepali I have all the transaction history and legal proofs with me. When I am asking for credit card statement for the final update they are not providing me the same. You cannot just fool the customer. This Girl was unnecessarily calling my people and spoiling my name whereas I have already said in my 1st email I will be available only over email and is ready to help in any case. why had all this fraud done answer me? i will go legal way if you do this again i want my money back .

                        I have a salary account No [protected] with Axis Bank Ltd, Bettiah Branch Office (630). Occasionally I have to issue cheques to someone for payment and sometimes I also withdraw cash through cheque. When I draw cash through cheque, there is nothing observation about my specimen signature but when I issue cheque for someone, it surely rejected by bank stating signature differ. This is trend of your bank staff at Bettiah BO.

                        On 19 Dec 2016, I insured my bike with National Insurance Company Ltd and issue a cheque bearing No 131620 for Rs 1117.00 and it revealed in the evening on 23 Dec 2016 that my cheque has been bounced/returned by bank stating ‘Drawer’s signature differs from the specimen on record’ hence my bike insurance has been cancelled accordingly. Now I am attaching scanned copy of cheque and rejection memo of bank for reference. In this situation, what action I have to take now, please advise me earliest. Thanks.

                          I am totally dissatisfied with AXIS Bank with regards to the service and the compliance that bank needs

                          to follow while imparting information to the customer.

                          MY ZONE VISA PLATINUM card of Axis bank([protected]) was offered stating as life time free card

                          But annual fee of Rs.944 is billed and statements have been send across for the last six months
                          with the Service charges billed. There has been no response from the customer care division when
                          called for the same...or contacting the nearest branch in person for clarification..and i m not pay any charges

                          So expecting for the reversal of the charges and as well as the annual fee billed with the card
                          cancelled.

                            I have Axis Bank Salary Account from more than 5 years. On 24th Dec 2016. Axis Bank had levy a sum of Rs. 402.50/- (with service tax) and debited it from my account with out my concern. After asking the reason from the employee of the axis bank, we came to know that there are some new guidelines pass by the RBI on Salary account.

                            On enquiry with other bank, we came to know that there are no such guideline given by the RBI. if they charge anything, they have to inform their customers before earlier.

                            kindly request to get the reversal of deducted amount.

I had given all my requried document to the axis bank executive. Even they give me instant kit (Cheque book/ATM card/pin no). Axis bank gave me A/c no : [protected] in instant kit. But unfortunately my account is not activated yet. Even my Rs. 28181/- cr in those non activeted a/c. I took follow up with Axis bank regularly but they people do not given proper answer. I m middle class salaried person. I want ur help. Plz help me.. plz plz plz plzz... I m very much worried...plz sir

                                I go botad axis bank branch near St depo paliyad road botad 364710.

                                Other customer get money buy cheque through but i get answer time is more than over for the bank timing and one staff is speak very rude behavior with me. I am also be a ABM for the EQUITAS SMALL FINANCE BANK employer.

The following reply given by me to your latest email and the reply since forward by me to your following email ID have been returned to me undelivered: '[protected]@axisbank.com'. It seems you have put in place most deplorable one-way communication system . I would like to draw your attention for addressing the issue referred to in my following reply letter. In the process of lodging my complaint, by mistake I have unnecessary given my email ID etc. in your For Discounts, Coupons & Offers option

                                  '1.I do not understand why you are flooding my email box with your emails asking me to validate my non-existing Axis Bank Account. On Dec 27, 2016 itself, I received 16 emails. I do not have any account in the Axis Bank and have no connection whatsoever, not even remotely with the bank. I wonder from where you have stolen details of my email ID and mobile numbers.

                                  2. I have been receiving savings transaction details pertaining to Savings account 04138 to my mobile number[protected] which does not pertains to me. This has reference to one such sms I received on Oct 27, 2016. Long back, I complained to your customer care centre about this. For some time, no sms was received and there after, the story repeated.

                                  3. Day in, day out, we have been hearing a lot of shady dealings, the Axis bank has been engaged in. Please take notice that in case if you do not delete my personal details from the records of your bank, I may be compelled to take legal action against you.

                                  I have deposited TDS Challan of Rs 1370 via Cheque 226877 of SBI Collectorate Branch Satna on 06.12.2016 in Axis Bank Ltd of MP & they credited amount in their account on 17.12.2016 but till today they not pay TDS on our behalf so please order them to pay TDS Penalty

                                    I tried to connect CCE axis Bank last30 min, when i connected with him he kept me on Hold for 10 min than he said i can not help you please send m e sms, when i tried to inquire he cut the call, i am fedup with this.

                                      Three monts before 32000 were withdrawal from my Axis debit card. My debit card was with me and only I know the details of debit card. I contacted axis bank and raised the fraud complain. Three months passed still there is no refund provided. I keepon contacting them and each time they say work is in progres. Now I think this fraud is done by Axis bank itself.
