I am an existing customer of axis bank, however i was not allowed to withdraw money from axis bank atm

Reason : because that atm is owned by welspun india limited facility

If i am an customer of axis bank, they why should someone deny me its service to withdraw money

Requesting you to please look into this asap

Respected sir, i inserted my atm debit card(Axis Bank) at SBI ATM gangapur road nashik dist. Nashik on 20/11/16 at 15.00. but at the time inserting card screen display shows card not properly inserted after that my account is debited by Rs.2500 from my saving account.so i do online complaint about transaction but i cant got reply from bank, finally at third time complaint bank says SBI send us mail and give answer your transaction was successful,...

The transaction failing for Replacement debit card.

I have sent the transaction failed screen shot to customer care on Dec 6.

They need to get back 2 bussiness day, they didnt come back.

I have called the issue customer care and again they wanted 2 or more bussiness day with the refernce of 26922356 and representative name Vishal Gupta .

They didnt show up and sent again the mail...

Sir, I purchased some goods within my limit and also paid regularly on due date with said amount of course there may be late one or two times still I completed my due amount on time but they demand more I am in confused and harash please help me .I want to know about my whole stanzaction with my credit card and what is my actual purchase and how much amount I have already paid and what is the due amount till now....

The account is my wifes account where she just received an sms that her account has been debited by Rs. 6700. Someone has purchased something from Itunes and my wife is not even using any apple product. I have been trying to get customer support from last 1 hour but no response is coming.
Can you please check and get our money back.

I was an account holder of A/C No."28607108" which I have closed in Aug'15 but I am still receiving SMS from the mentioned account. I have also reported this issue to the branch 4 -5 time but nothing have been done.
I request you to please take the necessary actions and close the account as soon as possible.

Please give me the transaction details of A/c no: [protected] of sync account transaction of rs 2250/- on date 13th Dec 2016.from my account it is deducted but the beneficiar is saying no amount received .so plz clear me on urgent basis....

Humbly submitted that I am, a senior citizen and CMD of my company Savlight Tech Pvt Ltd set up at D-36 A-1 Mansarovar garden new Delhi 110015. I visited your branch at C- 56 MSG ND on 15 16 and 17 just to get my cash from my account but every time I was sent back but when on 17.12.2016 at 3.pm I asked branch head for cash she kept me waiting till 4.30pm and then again refused and said there is no cash....

With reference to the subject on date - 12.10.2016 at 21:25 hrs i withdraw 1000 rs from Bank of Baroda ATM from Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad but due to technical problem i did not receive money but bank has deduct my money from my account. On talking to customer support guy he said it is for violation of minimum balance in the account.

My balance has never went below minimum. On top of that I have a very big Fixed Deposit in my account which should be treated technically as part of my balance itself.

Kindly request you to please do support me to close the unused current account which was opened one year back. The charges are getting accumulated to 25000 which is unjustified to pay this amount.

I m getting late payment charges high I.e 300 late charges on due amt of 900 only. Like wise in September month of late payment of credit card amt 900/_ late payment fees due was 431/_ which are charges high. MY CREDIT CARD LAST NO. IS 6091. I opened an savings account with axis bank on 31st Oct 2016 in Ramakrishna road, Salem branch, 636007. But till today my account has not been activated. When I enquired the home branch, there is no proper response from their end as to why it is delayed. Its been since 48 days and there is no such confirmation call/sms to my number regarding activation status. Should I wait for months together for this activation?
