Credit Card Duplicate Transactions and Fraud transactions showing in Statement

I have done single Transaction(15, 806) through credit card at Varun motors Pvt ltd at hyderabad on 03 December 2016, But in Current credit card statement showing Two times transactions done same amount .
And Statement generated Transaction showing wrong date formats way
When I Call to customer care they are asking me to submit dispute form and saying to fix issue 4 months of time . From Merchant(Varun Motors Pvt Ltd) side there...

Dear sir,

My name is Brijesh Barot. I m from vadodara. My contact number is [protected]. I have opened my salary account from axis bank since last 40 days. I had given all my requried document to the axis bank executive. Even they give me instant kit (Cheque book/ATM card/pin no). Axis bank gave me A/c no : [protected] in instant kit. But unfortunately my account is not activated yet. Even my Rs. 28181/- cr in those non activeted a/c. I took follow up with Axis bank regularly but they people do not given proper answer. I m middle class salaried person. I want ur help. Plz help me.. plz plz plz plzz... I m very much worried...plz sir

Other customer get money buy cheque through but i get answer time is more than over for the bank timing and one staff is speak very rude behavior with me. I am also be a ABM for the EQUITAS SMALL FINANCE BANK employer.

The following reply given by me to your latest email and the reply since forward by me to your following email ID have been returned to me undelivered: '[protected]@axisbank.com'. It seems you have put in place most deplorable one-way communication system . I would like to draw your attention for addressing the issue referred to in my following reply letter. In the process of lodging my complaint, by mistake I have unnecessary given my email ID etc. in your For Discounts, Coupons & Offers option

    '1.I do not understand why you are flooding my email box with your emails asking me to validate my non-existing Axis Bank Account. On Dec 27, 2016 itself, I received 16 emails. I do not have any account in the Axis Bank and have no connection whatsoever, not even remotely with the bank. I wonder from where you have stolen details of my email ID and mobile numbers.

    2. I have been receiving savings transaction details pertaining to Savings account 04138 to my mobile number[protected] which does not pertains to me. This has reference to one such sms I received on Oct 27, 2016. Long back, I complained to your customer care centre about this. For some time, no sms was received and there after, the story repeated.

    3. Day in, day out, we have been hearing a lot of shady dealings, the Axis bank has been engaged in. Please take notice that in case if you do not delete my personal details from the records of your bank, I may be compelled to take legal action against you.

    I have deposited TDS Challan of Rs 1370 via Cheque 226877 of SBI Collectorate Branch Satna on 06.12.2016 in Axis Bank Ltd of MP & they credited amount in their account on 17.12.2016 but till today they not pay TDS on our behalf so please order them to pay TDS Penalty

      I tried to connect CCE axis Bank last30 min, when i connected with him he kept me on Hold for 10 min than he said i can not help you please send m e sms, when i tried to inquire he cut the call, i am fedup with this.

        Three monts before 32000 were withdrawal from my Axis debit card. My debit card was with me and only I know the details of debit card. I contacted axis bank and raised the fraud complain. Three months passed still there is no refund provided. I keepon contacting them and each time they say work is in progres. Now I think this fraud is done by Axis bank itself.

          i m a regular customer of Axis bank,
          On 8th dec 2016, i make a payment of Rs1400 on POS,
          But Rs 1400 deducted two times from my account,

          For the same i registered complaint to toll free no, they give me refrence no 27203949 and assured me that your amonut of Rs1400 will be credited ASAP.

          But till now there is no response from their side,
          i called 100 times to customer care, they just provide me same complaint no and said we will credit the amount ASAP.

          Very poor service i have ever seen..

            I have visited Axis bank, Anand Nagar branch, Ahmedabad at 1:45 pm 27/12/2016. I have requested for DD by paying through cheque and been told me to receive it after 1:30 hours and gave me blank receipt with stemp on it. When I reached bank again then I visited same counter no 8 where around 3:25 pm the lady to whom I submitted my request wasn't there and another lady from same counter asked me to check with counter 8 where I presented the same receipt which received earlier and she said "what is this"? Which was a mistake by earlier lady, And I had to visit multiple counters to just receive a DD. I would insist there is lot needs to be improved while consulting customer.

            In Mangalagiri staff are behaviour is worst, they said wrong communication . I applied 50 days back cheque book but I didn't receive. they saying every time wrong communication .today they are say to me your not eligible to cheque book.

              Dear sir/mam,
              I am madhu bala working in delhi police and a axis bank customer went to shahdara branch for withdrawl of money from my bank account. According to comissioner of police message people of delhi police are allowed to go in a separate line in order to get money from bank, so that there is no inconvenience in police work. But this lady named ruchi arora from shahdara branch working as assistant vice president, (Branch head) denied me from entering the branch saying that no such order has been placed and we don't follow commissioner of police order and hence no line for delhi police will be formed separately. When i told her that i will file a complaint regarding her behaviour, she said you can do anything, i am not
              Cared of anyone.
              Therefore it is a request from a customer to kindly tell your staff to behave properly otherwise you will completely lost people's faith in your bank.

                    I have swiped my debit card in brand factory on saturday but the transaction failed for first time so i have swiped again the thing money deducted 2 times from my account. Till now i didn't get my money back.

                      Hello,
                      I have transfered 2500 from my axis account on 23rd dec 2016 via mobile application to SBI account. The money is deducting from my account and the receiver has also received a sms alert in his mobile. But while checking the balance, it is not yet added and there is no such transaction of credited in his SBI account. Please go through it. I have call several time to the customer care of both bank but they didn't solve out my problem. Its horrible.
                      How can it is possible?
                      1.Right account
                      2.Money deducted from axis
                      3.Sms alert receive by The receiver in his mobile
                      4. But no such transaction seen in his mini statement plus no money credited

I would also would want to bring to your notice that I am not aware of any service and hence, confidently claim that I have never subscribed for the service even by mistake . I kind request you to refund the deducted charges at the earliest.

                            Provided credit card, taken statement bill, paid joining fees, but they disabled credit card without intimation

                            They are saying that certain processes which they should have executed before assigning credit card are not finished yet

                            Weird justification

                            They took this decision by them self in single room n they felt customer should not be made aware about this (I did not receive single email or sms - no intimation at all)

                            My problem is i[censored] dont want to give service you should have courage to initiate refund n close my card

                            But axis bank seems to have forgotten to follow their brand statement

                            On call today with axis bank 24th dec 2016 from 12.25 onwards, still people are finding procedures to resolve this issue

                              I have a complaint about axis bank branch, connaught place, p block ( new delhi) . I had gone to this branch on 19/12/2016 for depositing my old currency notes. I had my university exams till 19 th of December because of which I could not deposit the money earlier. At the bank, I was told that my pan card and phone number was not updated to my account. The phone number registered was that of reliance mobile which is out o[censored]se now and hence does not work. So, I had submitted the form for updating my pan card and phone number along with the self attested photocopy of my pan card in the same branch I.e. in axis bank, connaught place branch ( P block), New Delhi on the very day I.e. 19/12/2016. I was verbally assured that it would be updated within 48 hours by a staff member but it has not been updated till date. A lot of inconvenience has been caused to me because of this. Since my vacation had started from the next day I.e. 20 th of December and my tickets had been booked earlier, I was out of Delhi and could not go to the bank again. Despite being assured that the update of my pan card and phone number would be done, I has not been updated even after a lapse of 96 hours. Ultimately I had to deposit the amount in my father's account in some other bank.

                                I applied for a Personal Loan, which took 2 weeks to process.
                                As it was a loan transfer, i was supposed to get a DD for Citibank.
                                I had already provided details about the loan amount and the Payee name which was Citibank NA

                                Even though the information on the DD received is incorrect, after contacting the bank representative it was informed the information was never received, but the how was the loan processed.

                                I have again communication to the representative at "chetan.[protected]@axisbank.com"

                                also i did contact the Call center were i was informed by Khamran Nisa, that there is no information available and when i asked to talk to the supervisor, i was informed the Supervisor is unavailable.

                                I am also being informed the loan is already started and that i would need to pay the interest from today, which is not acceptiable as i have not received the loan amount in total and the DD information is incorrect

                                Please advice what is the next step and who do i need to get in touch with

                                    Sir I apllied for personal loan from axis bank then one o[censored]r executive called and collect all my photo copy of key documents with self attested .then after two once again he called me and he said that sir ur laon has been approved amount:249065 rs at interest rate of 13.75 percent
                                    Emi :67775 duration:48
                                    And yesterday he collected my blank checks and took my signature to all documents including blank check then also he gave loan acknowledgement form with above mentioned interest rate and amount
                                    But after few hour ie yesterday 1:43pm hrs I got mesg from ur axis bank is ur loan has been approved with interest rate of 18.5 percent emi:7382 rs,
                                    Then I called to ur executive regarding interest clarification name called :RAJU
                                    But he was not answerd my call so plz tell what shall I do ...

                                      Complaint against Axis bank for missuse of documents collected for credit card application.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have applied for Credit card at Axis Bank, Hadapsar, Pune branch in the month of September and have submitted all the documents to the branch but till today there is no update on the application even after so many reminders to the bank.

                                      I have escalated this to the asst. oprn. manager, Operations head and Branch head as well but till today there is no update except 1 excuse that give us few days and we will get back to you.

                                      Finally i had to send Axis bank branch head and Vice President, Pune a personal notice but there is no response on the same too.

                                      I have requested them to return my documents at the earliest which includes last 3 year IT returns, Copy of Pan Card, Copy of Aadhar Card & Address Proof with the appropriate reason for denial but there is no response at all.

                                      In the current scenario of Currency demonetisation, i have a very strong feeling that my documents have been misused by the bank hence they are not ready to return the same.

                                      I request you to please look into this matter and help me in this regard.
