I doesn't have any axis bank credit card but one person called and told he is an advocat from axis bank and I took some money from credit card and now bank is going to take an action (police FIR) on me. Regarding the same I already inform to customer care also. I have a reference no.also, the no. is 17415881.

    Car Loan A/C No. AUR[protected] Since last three years my installment of Car loan being regularly paid through ECS, however since last three months the ECS was not raised for correction by the Bank and now they are declaring me as Defaulter and their agent calling me now and then without verifying their fault and mistake by not raising ECS for collection, already a complaint was lodged with Axis Bank bearing reference no. 10855057 however till date not sorted by them and their agent continuously calling me, kindly look into the matter.

      My last loan EMI was due in the month of July 6th for loan number ppr[protected], i called axis bank to confirm why the ECSwas returned and re run the ecs however they did not do so, neither they gave me the number for collections department to collect the money. and due to personal circumstances i could not keep the money in the account for long, then the ECS re ran on 14th and i again got returned charges from my account and axis too, Then the collection executive came i clearly informed him that i will be able to make the payment by 31st July he said ok, i asked him twice to check with the bank if there is anything extra i need to pay as in the bounce charges, the representative called the bank and informed me there is nothing i need to pay apart from last EMI which was RS 12724, despite of the verbal agreement the ECS was run again on 27th, luckily i was able to arrange the money before 31st other wise it would again got returned with charges on my account and axis bank bounce charges too, i called the collection executive Manoj :[protected]XX (not writing his complete ph num coz collection rep was not at fault) and told him the ECS ran before 31st and it has cleared please check with the bank that do i have to pay anything apart form the EMI, he again confirmed and said it all clear now. Suddenly on 13/08/2015 i gotta message saying there are RS 3456 charges pending on loan, also got a call from Axis rep saying if i don't pay this amount they will report it on my CIbil. This is a completely harassment, i am on fixed income by which i have to take care of many expenses. i would have paid in July itself however no body was interested in telling me the amount they kept on saying there is nothing i have to pay, this is very annoying i really don't know what to do, as i don't have any money left to pay them and they are ready to spoil my cibil for their mistake. i need your help on the same

        Hi, The axis bank customer care is so pathetic, in order to connect to an executive they put you on hold for 9-10 minutes, and start some waste recorded offers over and over again. Customer care is supposed to help customers to solve issues, not to create another problem.

          Hi, I am attaching the whole email thread and axis bank has not reverted back to me properly. The case has been closed without my permission. My first complaint has not been resolved to the level f my satisfaction and there we go, I have another issue. After having a tiring day when I tried to actually pay my credit card bill using the mobile app (that's what i usually do), my mobile banking app tells me that i am not a registered user and that I will have to register again fr the mobile banking..! Like really? I had been using mobile banking app since ages now and all of a sudden this issue? How difficult is it to provide a decent customer service? Seriously the levels are appalling. I am going to upload all the issues on twitter until and unless they have been resolved. I never had any such problem with HDFC bank or Standard Chat.               I have salary account in axis bank opening by my company.I m contract working in 2009 in.after company left me n told he is closed a axis bank account. After 6 year I checking atm card in atm 900 rs nagative balance.I go bank n told close my account but he is told diposite 900 rs after close account My questions to bank why 6 year not informed to me my account details call.why not informed to me my nagative balances.               very bad axis bank
              the bank will not call all its customer to inform them about their balance. A negative balance can arise for any number of reasons. SOme of the reasons are :
              a) salary is not being credited into the account and therefore it is not a salary account anymore. YOu should have either closed the account or maintained the minimum balance if this is the reason for the negative balance. You cannot have the cake as well as eat it.
              b) you have withdrawn money as overdrawing and not repaid.
              c) cheque bounce charges have been debited
              d) the bank has set off something you owe them elsewhere

              But in all cases the fault is clearly yours. Ignoria juris non excusat.
              But only one time call to costemer bank responsibility for minimum balance meitan ing.
              Why not infome to customer its nagative balance
              Every time call for credit card.loan etc but no call for negative balances

              It's froud with costumer.
              I suggest all people who account in axis bank.plese alert this froud bank axis.
              If the banks starts calling negative balance customers like you then the bank will go bankrupt. They will make calls if you are a high end customer. Seedha saadha customers with low balances are not useful to the bank. What will you do... you will close the account. The Bank wants you to do that. Who wants nonremunerative customers who waste the banks time and other peoples time.
              How can you defame a bank by calling it a fraud. The rules clearly state that salary account gets the status of salary account only when salary is credited. Every Bank in India follows this principle. So banks have to give facilities to you free of cost. Look here Mr Sanjay there is no such thing as a free lunch.
              Will it be necessary tp pay all the amount which is negative while closing account ?
              Or is there any way to get back that money?

[protected] NAME :- ADITYA AWASTHI USED AMOUNT WAS:- Rs.12000, now the out standing is Rs.19000. 3 MONTHS BACK I requested them to close my account of credit card and iI am ready to pay my usage.but they didnt, now on the behalf of that they blocked my account and my the lean amount is Rs.-39000 which is unjustified.this is mental harassment for me, i calling customer care but they are not giving me proper solution for this. pls help me into this matter., I can mail you the copy of proff.

                    Dear Officer Consumer Forum Maharashtra India Dear Sir/Madam I Abhilash Sinha a resident of Navi Mumbai have done the credit card payment twice to Axis Bank on August 26 2015. Being middle class citizen an amount of around INR 32000 is a big deal for me but the officials from Axis Bank is not cooperating with me properly. Since then I am behind them for my refund but they are treating it in a very negligent way despite by giving them the signal of complaining in the Consumer Forum. The details of the incidents are as follows: 1. I called on the Axis Helpline no. & told them about the incident & they said don't worry it shall be refunded back you need not to do anything - August 26 2015; 2. I waited till Sep 4 2015 as there were no response by their side I spoke to Miss Bhavana reference no. "17135759" as registered by AXIS, she asked me to send statement & cancelled cheque I confirmed with her many times that the "credit card" statement & the "cheque of the account on which I wish refund"? she said yes & I sent the statement. Acknowledgement no. is[protected]; 3. I waited but when got no response by their side again I called up Helpline no. then I spoke to Miss Madhuri then Miss Prerna & then Miss Premlata from Escalation department of Axis Credit Cards. Then they trio asked me to send that copy of the statement from where the amount got deducted & cancelled cheque of the same bank; 4. I again sent it & the acknowledgement no. is 10950156 but in vain; 5. I again got fed up & called & resent the scanned copy on September 8 2015 but in vain; 6. On September 10 2015 I called up helpline no. @ 1227PM & spoke to Nivedita & she said you sent the mail on Sep 8 so you have to wait till September 11 2015. On the contrary they commit in mail to revert in 1 working days time. Then on September 10 2015 itself around 2 PM I got this mail :- Dear Mr Sinha, We refer to your appended email regarding refund of an excess amount. As per Aixs Bank norms and policy we cannot process refund. Kindly provide payment proof of Rs.32, 630.14/- with proper bank statement and cancel cheque copy. Kindly provide correct bank statement of Online payment. We request your co-operation in the interim. Regards, Suraj Kamble Customer Service – Cards Axis Bank Is this the service AXIS BANK providing by annoying the customer whom did they say on advertisements “valuable”. I wish to raise complaint against them & some stringent action must be taken against them as 32000 rupees is not a small amount for any middleclass person. Due to this negligence my EMIs could get bounced then the loss of CIBIL score, my trauma, mental tension shall be borne by AXIS bank. For AXIS Bank - Change your tagline from “BADHTI KA NAAM ZINDAGI” se “LATKANE KA NAAM - AXIS” If this letter is not going to be considered seriously then this matter shall go to the press & media.                         Hi this is swaroopa axis bank customer care service is worst part they are not at all responding and ghey taking my call in hold .coming to my issue my brother is having a axis bank account so he got gift card of rupees 500 and 1000 he gave it to me few month back but I forgot those cards, today I have seen them and on the card it has written from 9/14 to valid 8/15 and I went to a grocery shop I used these card but it didn't worked.is there any solution or not???? Can u please reply me back

                            Today i went to Axis ATM to withdraw the cash from Krishnadevaraya nagar ATM, near yellareddyguda. It shows as timeout & my account got debited the amount & i dint receive the amount. When called customer care, they r saying that they need 7 working days to return the amount. This was not my mistake, it was the bank mistake. If i dont pay my bill on time, they will charge the extra amount as late payment charges. Why cant we ask the same if they dont return the amount with in an hour. I need the amount on time or else let them pay the charges or else i want to file a complaint on axis bank.

                            When we fought with the customer care they credited the amount to my account in an hour. There is no issue with the bank now.

                                I got my axis bank account activated from office n got my bank kit same day. But my account was not activated for the next ten days from that sales person suffer, I called him literally 10 times to get my account activated. After he called me that he activated my account, later I went took atm to withdraw cash n my card is not read by machine n then I try to use Internet banking n it says mobile number not registered. So, I could not withdraw cash either way. Then I called axis bank customer service n 5 times they disconnect the call afterafter waiting. And 3 times I was given irrelevant information, the guys don't know how to solve the problem! I ended up wasting my time n energy on this stupid bank n still without any result. The contact number of that sales person is [protected] and his name is Manish. Please help me regarding this!

                                  Axis bank me machine me depoist karne ka ad 24x7 hai lekin deposit hota hai only bank hours and 3000 se below ka sms nahi aata jo ki charges deducted hota hai 15 rs for three months after four transation he is decuted rs 20 but no show in atm machine slip and no show in sms means no transperency in bank no talk custmer as easy way only say is this is bank policcy

The card is blocked by month February 2015.. that date balance is 21000.00.. and i pay the amount of 10000.00 cash for your bank collection agent mr.ramakrishnan.. he give the receipt and the payment is not to debit my card account and i contact the branch in many time but you not responsible and last month mr.Prabakaran and one lady call from your branch tell to pay the minimum due amount of 2700.00 and i pay the money in mobile transaction and this amount is not to receive in my card account.. yesterday message come to mobile your balance in 21382.00 i dont know the balance i need the clear details of the transactions.. please to clarrify this it is to cheating ...any body of axis bank branch is not to responsible for my phone calls ... the card is blocked before six months but the interest is monthly near by 2000.00 what is the amount please to clarrify as soon and i will pay the money... if its not clarrified i dont pay the money..

                                      I am an axis bank Credit Card holder(Credit Card No - [protected]) . Today(30/08/2015) I made a purchase of Rs. 11598 from the Raymonds Showroom (M S ARPIT Ultadanga Branch) on 19:05:00 . So I paid using this Credit Card, but the amount was not credited to there account. Yet the amount has been deducted from my account as I immediately received a message in phone( [protected]). Thus I was forced to pay in cash. So I would request you to consider this problem of mine as soon as possible and refund my deducted amount. Thanking You, Abhijit Kumar Paul.

                                        Hello Team, I am waiting any response from axis since last 15 days. Kindly help me with the status on my application asap. I called the customer care but they said that they are unable to fetch any details...after that they told me that they will update me after more 10 working days.
