My Name is Venket I am following with Axis Bank Pune since 2 months to reimburse my last loan amount around 6 lakhs . Due to this i am not able to take possession of my house on time and facing lot of issues due to builder demanding the interest on delay by AXIS BANK . And also i am loosing the rent for these period . Overall it is huge loss to me and i am not able to get any justice from AXIS BANK even after escalation to the top management....

The instance of hoodwinking came across on[protected] at 11 to 12 Noon at Axis ATM at Azadpur village in broad day light. Guard are not present whole the day. one to three person are in every time .On the same day one stranger trick fully changed my ATM card and withdrawn my money about Rs 15000/-. Police complaint on dt 8th sep 15 are attached

    I opened an account with Axis Bank against the loan account where the executive told me that there would be no need to maintain the average balance, but the bank continuous charging me for the not maintaining the required balance in my account...now i request to waive off my charged amount...

      Six manth me yek bar koi bi charge me beniffit milega aisa card lane ke time me bole aur actually me diya nahi. Card ka payment due date ke din kiya isaliye bolata hai ki interest rate lagaya actual me due date ka day khatam bhi nahi hou tha jab payment kiya ta . Fir bhi intres rate liya .

        Every other day I get calls from this bank for personal loans. I am not a customer nor have I approached AXIS bank for loans. Repeated reminders to stop this call by email and by phone have gone to deaf ears. I am already registered for DND with Vodafone, but to no avail. I really wonder who is the ROGUE who peddles customer data to other financial institutions. It is really a shame that a reputed bank buys data from questionable sources for marketing purposes. This bank does not even have a DND registry.

          I lost my 280 rupees unnecessary from my axis salary account without my knowledge or notice, reason consolidate it looks like they're trying to steal without knowing to customer at least axis should have manners or shame to deduct without knowing to me, I curse them they should never improve in this competitive market soon shut there doors and walk home ., ...I suggest or request people of India not to entertain such kind of looters in our country.             Myself Vikul Gupta, having account in axis bank. ( A/C No. [protected]). I am using credit card ( Card No. [protected]) of axis bank. I got an email from bank that 5$ (around 344.54 Rs.) was spent from my credit card but i didn't do this transaction. I talked with Customer care, they said that this transaction was done by bank and bank will call me. I am not able to understand that how can bank do this. in future they might be spend 5000$ from my credit card. For a common person this is really very bad experience. This is not acceptable at all.Request you to please intervene.
            Now i got multiple emails from bank side that 4 new transactions was done on my credit card.

            i am not able to understand why its happening.
            Please guide / help me into this.

              Dear Guys, Fortunately, Day before yesterday i have checked my net banking. There i can see 19/09/2015 - Consolidated of DP Charges - Rs 454.75 has been deduced. After that, i have called to customer executive and asked the details. She/He said, reason of Demat Service changes. 6 Months back, i went to Velachery branch and filled the cancel request form. I asked the acknowledgment for that action. He said, there is no ACK for this process. you can go.we will cancel your demat account. Useless fellows, they didn't moved my request. If i asked again i got a irresponsible answer. Upcoming days, Axis bank service too worst. I am pretty sure, they will lose a customer trust.                 Axis bank of M.V.P.colony has informed me in June '15 that I am one of the selected customers for the gift of a Travel Bag provided I deposit an amount of Rs 25000/- before 30th of June .Accordingly I deposited the amount by the due date. But so far I have neither received the gift nor any message from the Bank even after nearly 3 months. My s.B.A/c No:- [protected]

                  Dear Axis bank Team I stay in virar west. Atm next to station gaothan road is not functioning in the terms of electricity back -up, a.c is not in operation mode., no receipts, 100 rs note not available, Atm machine damage, no cleanliness. Kindly look into this matter ASAP & get it resolved. I have made a complain to virar branch But no improvement.

                    Greetings of the day !! Further matter is that I tried to withdraw 47, 000 from axis bank ATM, Palwal(Haryana) on 3rd oct-2014.But I didn’t receive the amount & still this amount get deducted from my axis bank account.Then I contacted to axis bank & also lodged a police complaint.I am trying regularly to follow axis bank, but I am not getting any response from them.Axis bank is telling me that your transaction was successful & we can’t return your amount & can’t do anything in this matter.This is mistake of axis bank & I have observed many draw backs from their side, i am stating these drawbacks (1) There was no security guard at the ATM during my transaction.Peoples were rushing there frequently.Acc to rule, security guard must be present there 24 hours.They have no answer of it.This is bank mistake. (2) I got only single message on my mobile that” your account is debited 47, 000/-” while there should be three messages of 20000, 20000 & 7000.Because Atm machine was clearly showing that u can’t withdraw more than 20000 in one time.according to rule, i should get three messages with three different transaction numbers, but I got only one message with one transaction no.They have no answer for it.This is bank mistake. (3) CCTV footage was of very bad quality, nothing was observed & no one was identified in footage, They are not providing clear & good quality footage.This is also bank mistake. (4) There was some mistake in ATM m/c.Its buttons were very hard to press. I am very much depressed from their response, having a hope from your side if you can help me.Its a humble request to you to do needful in this matter & help me to resolve the matter.                       On 18/09/2015 my son anirudh deposited a sum of rs. 20000/- cash in my saving account no.[protected]. In the evening at 06-11 pm i got a message on my regd. Mobile no. [protected] regarding debiting of rs. 200000/- from my account. When i checked earlier messages and was stunned to see that at 1.34 pm a sum of rs. 200000/- is shown to be credited in my account. No intimation was sent to me regarding any mistake by bank official. It means our accounts are not safe in this bank. Any bank official can make any transaction of deposit or withdrawl in anyone's account. In the circumstances explained above stern action must be taken against erring official.

                        I have received the card statement due on 30.09.2015 asking for payment of Rs.17, 698.68. I had paid by cheque no. 219776 for Rs.5821/- towards earlier statement and the cheque also was debited to my Axis Bank savings account on 28.08.2015 well before due date. In spite of the same I was charged penalty of Rs.600/-, interest of Rs.470.77 and service tax of rs.84/- and rs.65.91 - total burden Rs.1220.68 for no fault of mine. When contacted to credit card department in the bank I was asked to pay the full amount. When I resisted for the same they said once the amount of cheque is credited to card statement, we will revert but now you have to pay full. For no fault of mine, I received mental harrassment due to deactivation of card for non payment. Why the Bank should not be penalised for the same ?

                          I had raised a request for closure of my EMI, the customer care agent took a request and initated to close the EMI, he had asked me to pay 16000 as the pending amount. I wanted to close the emi as my min amount due was high around 5000 as i have other commitment and credit card I couldn afford this payment, he said i can make the payment imediately and it will be adjusted in the next bill. I made the payment and waited for a reduced bill, but to my suprise now i have recieved an bill with the min amount of 16377, saying the emi has not been closed, the previous amount paid was not adjusted. I found it difficult to pay 5000 itself, now i am forced to pay 16000 for the wrong information provided by the agent. - SR number[protected] and the EMI closure request number is[protected]

                              I doesn't have any axis bank credit card but one person called and told he is an advocat from axis bank and I took some money from credit card and now bank is going to take an action (police FIR) on me. Regarding the same I already inform to customer care also. I have a reference no.also, the no. is 17415881.

                                Car Loan A/C No. AUR[protected] Since last three years my installment of Car loan being regularly paid through ECS, however since last three months the ECS was not raised for correction by the Bank and now they are declaring me as Defaulter and their agent calling me now and then without verifying their fault and mistake by not raising ECS for collection, already a complaint was lodged with Axis Bank bearing reference no. 10855057 however till date not sorted by them and their agent continuously calling me, kindly look into the matter.

                                  My last loan EMI was due in the month of July 6th for loan number ppr[protected], i called axis bank to confirm why the ECSwas returned and re run the ecs however they did not do so, neither they gave me the number for collections department to collect the money. and due to personal circumstances i could not keep the money in the account for long, then the ECS re ran on 14th and i again got returned charges from my account and axis too, Then the collection executive came i clearly informed him that i will be able to make the payment by 31st July he said ok, i asked him twice to check with the bank if there is anything extra i need to pay as in the bounce charges, the representative called the bank and informed me there is nothing i need to pay apart from last EMI which was RS 12724, despite of the verbal agreement the ECS was run again on 27th, luckily i was able to arrange the money before 31st other wise it would again got returned with charges on my account and axis bank bounce charges too, i called the collection executive Manoj :[protected]XX (not writing his complete ph num coz collection rep was not at fault) and told him the ECS ran before 31st and it has cleared please check with the bank that do i have to pay anything apart form the EMI, he again confirmed and said it all clear now. Suddenly on 13/08/2015 i gotta message saying there are RS 3456 charges pending on loan, also got a call from Axis rep saying if i don't pay this amount they will report it on my CIbil. This is a completely harassment, i am on fixed income by which i have to take care of many expenses. i would have paid in July itself however no body was interested in telling me the amount they kept on saying there is nothing i have to pay, this is very annoying i really don't know what to do, as i don't have any money left to pay them and they are ready to spoil my cibil for their mistake. i need your help on the same

                                    Hi, The axis bank customer care is so pathetic, in order to connect to an executive they put you on hold for 9-10 minutes, and start some waste recorded offers over and over again. Customer care is supposed to help customers to solve issues, not to create another problem.

My first complaint has not been resolved to the level f my satisfaction and there we go, I have another issue. After having a tiring day when I tried to actually pay my credit card bill using the mobile app (that's what i usually do), my mobile banking app tells me that i am not a registered user and that I will have to register again fr the mobile banking..! Like really? I had been using mobile banking app since ages now and all of a sudden this issue? How difficult is it to provide a decent customer service? Seriously the levels are appalling. I am going to upload all the issues on twitter until and unless they have been resolved. I never had any such problem with HDFC bank or Standard Chat.
