My account suddenly went to (-157.47) if check in mobile application. If check in internet banking it should +147.47 and the SMS which I received via text it says i have +308 in my account. I visited branch my home branch (bhagal)and asked same to the employee of AXIS bank at branch then, the answer which i got from him is pathetic. Very rudely he said that you are charged for debit card, i asked him, "i'm using this account from since long back, i never got charge then, i got charged now" Rudely, he answered that, you should read the form while opening the account. The way he was talking to is like, I made a mistake that i asked him why my balance is in negative. he dont know how to talk to customer. Very very poor customer service provided by AXIS bank. really very poor.

    Dear Sir,

    I am writing this mail to bring to your notice that the problem I have been facing with Axis Bank.
    I am having a personal loan with axis bank.(Loan No-PPR[protected], Loan amount-150, 000 and EMI-3850/pm). Fifth of every month the emi amount of Rs.3850 is been deducted from my account through ECS mode.
    In the month of October 2015 due to my financial problem I wasn’t able to make the payment on 5th October and in my account it was showing as lien amount of Rs.3850. On 16th October 2015 there was a credit of Rs.20, 770 in my account out of which the lien amount of rs.3850 got cleared.
    But now I have been getting lot of calls from Axis bank to make the payment for loan emi.The amount which has been deducted from my account Rs.3850 has not been payed towards loan emi.and is not reflecting any where.
    I kindly request you to look into this matter and help me in this.

      I am santosh patil from pune. last few days i am getting lots of messages from axis bank credit card dues & i am not using any credit card from Axis bank and its very irritating to handle this because i am a marketing professional working with reputed company and its very irritating to getting this messages in between my important work.
      I have complaint Axis bank customer care about it and they reply me with this will not happen again but still i am getting messages.
      please help me out because its like harassment of my freedom.

            Sir, i visited axis bank branch on 28th oct 2015 to submit my VAT. I stood in the line for almost 45 minutes when my turn came to submit my tax your teller told me that you are standing in line for 45 minutes dont you know how to fill the form. sir neither worked in the bank nor i i am a CA. Then operation head of the bank mr atul mehta came to me and told teller not to take my VAT. instead of solving the issue he chose to refuse me the service which i am entitle to. basically he kicked me out of the bank. so i am complaining about mr atul mehta ... 1, that he refused fundamental service to customer. 2, he failed to do his job letting customer down to cover his staff member.. 3, did not consider the interest of AXIS BANK. sir i hope you will look into this matter very seriously and take the appropiate action against mr atul mehta. sir i seriously doubt that mr atul mehta is capable of running this branch and further this prestigious institution.

              I Miss Priyanka Jaiwal has opened an account with Axis bank which was a Salary account. I have got an insta kit which i have used for 2 months and suddenly the card and account has been blocked. My salary was credited to that account. On asking the callcentre they had asked me to visit the branch and when i visited the branch they are saying that my account has not been activated. So if that is the case. i told them to give my money and close the account they said that they will do it and now nobody is responding properly. this is a pathetic service. so i am lodging this complaint.                 I applied for AXIS BANK YOUNG BANKERS PROGRAM 2015 in the month of june . After clearing the interview we were suppose to submit an amount of rupees 10, 000 as caution money on the name of MANIPAL GLOBAL EDUCATION SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED . I submitted the caution money at the Axis bank branch, MG road on 1 august 2015 . Due to some prior commitments it was not possible for me to continue with the ABYB program and on 13 august i informed this problem to rahul kumar whose email id was given to us .I was asked to wait for some time as refund will be processed once the admission process is over by next month i.e. after august .On oct 12 i received a mail from the ABYBP FACILITATION TEAM to submit my bank details for refund of caution money.On oct 13 i mailed them all my bank details. On 23 oct i mailed rahul kumar to know the status of refund of caution money but till date there is no reply from there side as to how much time it'll take in refund process . Now i just want that Axis bank refunds my caution money as soon as possible.

                  I'd like to describe my harrowing experience with Multi Travel Currency Card

                  Hi,

                  I bought card no.[protected] on October 10th From Lakshmi Elecrtonics RP road.

                  The card was not loaded with the Dollars till October 18th and I was abroad with no access to my funds that deposited with him for the exchange of $1541.

                  The dealer failed to provide the balance to bank and I suffered heavily...

                  Now, on October 18th I got this mail which made the card had only $400 as balance.

                  Q.1 Why was the full amount not loaded by the BANK or the DEALER????

                  Q.2 The card details are still not accessible from Web and nor the balance provided by call centre?

                  Q.3 The card is not accepted at POS like Avis Car Rental on physical swipe machine and even in UBER the card details are not accepted???

                  All this caused heavy loss as I needed to borrow funds from abroad and suffered 6% exchange rate differential. My funds were blocked in the card and the dealer that failed to load the card after 8 days of providing him the funds as evident from the email.

                  Kindly look into the complaint and cancel the card and reimburse the full amount without any deductions from the $1135.28 that was balance on Oct 30th when I returned to India.

                    Hello Sir/Madam. My name is Sameer Mallik and I have salaried account with the Axis bank ltd. I am never ever happy with the bank's customer service. This time is height when I visited my home branch Malad Mumbai on 28 October. I enquired at the reception, how and where can I make DD. I was directed to the counter and then another counter and then another one. I was going round in the circle. Finally 7th or 8th counter was helpful. As I have account they did not take the cash for dd directly. I was asked to depoite in my acc n issue them a cheque to make dd. ( Is this rule by RBI that they don't make dd directly what if I had no account) I asked them what's charge but no one able answer. (Trust me) finally 200 rs was debited from my account next day. Then what's use of holding an account. Well, meanwhile (money deposited just waiting for DD) I also enquired about form 15 G. As I already carried this one a lady saw the form and askd me take xerox. I went out and made two more sets of it. I came back, filled up the form and tried to submit but all of sudden another lady rejected the form saying we don't take 15 G.. Whaaatttt???? Was she drunk or first lady?? I went to the manager and explained him that I was advised to submit form 15 G to save tds from the PF amount (more than 1 lakh) Manager agreed to it and asked me sumit the form at the same desk. New story arrives, a lady told me she won't accept the form which I had so she gave me different one ( Both are same) If that was the case, why the freak I was not told by a lady before sending me to make xerox copies..?? Why the hell I was not informed by the another ugly girl who sent me to the Manager's desk.. ?? Was the manager blind?? No he was not!!! I was called after 1 hour saying my dd is ready. While signing the register I just gave a glance on dd to make sure everything would b ok and then...Nightmare!!! I completely gave up of living in this world. It was mis spelt as solions instead of solutions. I didn't understand whom the hell illetrate people I m paying from my account. It took another 1 hour to rectify the spelling error. None of the staffs were able to gave first time resolution. Spent 2 hours of my life to make just a dd!!! And a lots of mis information.regarding 15 G form. I was robbed by the bank because they did not inform the charge of DD. Check out cctv footage from 12:30 to 2:30 on 28th Oct'2015. Before I close my account (no doubt at all ) I want composation for wasting my time, misinformed and theft my own money as well as an apology email from the bank to [protected]@rediffmail.com Regards, Mo.                       Hi i have Applied an Personal loan with Axis Bank, For amount of Rs 4, 00, 000/- with balance Transfer facilities from current icici bank. for lower interest on Axis. Plus an Top up of 1.5 Lakh, the documents were collected some 20 days from today 02/11/2015, Today I have received the message from sales Executive saying that it has been declined with low credit score of 215 minimum requirement is 264, Now question what is this score related i checked the Cibil score which was 765, there Are no Cheque bounces in the current personal loan from icici bank i use only one CC which the Payments are prompt with no bounces, the executive has collected the documents and cheques for the same yesterday saying that the loan has been approved and the balance transfer will be done today, However Now they have told its rejected. Now this has caused a lot of agony of giving all the documents and waiting for an update for 22 days the delay has caused an mental harassment as all the plans went up for an toss, Plus the cheques are still with them I need an compensation for loss time and loss of personal embarrassment which has caused an agony.

                          I have used Axis Credit Card [protected] from last two year and i have paid the due on timely and based on my payments they have encased the credit limit two times. Last 6 month before they have offered the 5 lakhs loan based on the credit card usage without verification of any documents and they have approved only based on phone call. Monthly Due is Rs. 15500 ( I have already paying Rs. 20000 EMI) . Three months brefore my father met an accident and finally he was death before 1 month. Due to this Personal Family problem i could not able to make the Credit card due on timely . Their collection agecny one person continoulsy called to me ask to make the payment . Finally i have arranged Rs. 40000 from my know sources and made the payment . That time he assured i will help for settlement . But after payment he was silent next one months. Now again he called to me and block mailed like " i[censored] will not make payment and i will complaint to your company ". Please note that i need some time to make the payment and i will difinetly settle the all amount once i got the amount ( i have planned to sell my land) . But theoer collection person continoulsy calling and use unwanted words. Please help me, Note : The loan was provided to me without any documents verification even when i paying monthly EMI 20000 (My salary 25000 only). Please help
                          i know very well about the unsecured loan terms and condition .. Till date i have not received any documents pertains to this Credit Card Loan. As per RBI rules that the bank has to be declared :Non Performing Asset NPA)" if the borrower not paid the installments last 90 days".. But in my cause they are not declared the NAP instead this one they have constinously charged the interest for interest ..Please help me from big trouble.. Due to unwanted interest only disturbed me and not given willness to make the payment.

                            Axis bank is not bank it's an joke. I wanted to say many abusing words against bank. I totally frustrated. They are testing customer patience. They are playing with customers.. axis bank is worst and worst bank. No one will understand your problem in this bank. I have axis bank multi currency card On 1st of October i made one transaction of rupees 72000inr (4000aed) from dubai. They deducted my amount but I didn't get the money from atm. I am student here and this amount was very important for me from 28 days i am explaining my problem but they are not understanding. Then today i get one more mail again they are asking for 47 more days. Fully worst bank. I will never use again this bank atm and all.

                              Hi, Today i got a call from [protected]. They informed that they are calling from axisbank and want to know the contact number of some third person who has taken loan from them. I dont know how they got my number. While giving that person the loan no one verified from me. Though i knew the person I refused to give because i wasn't sure that the call is from axis bank only.
                              I disconnected the call many times, but the lady kept on calling . and finally she told in her rough voice " number nai dena to paise de do"(if cannot give number then pay on his behalf). i was literally irritated by the way she talked to me and the rudeness she showed. I want to make a complaint against her. Is there any way i can proceed here. I never expected such kind of gesture from axis bank, i am a salary account holder in axisbank from last 3 years but never got any such rude call from them, but today i am highly pissed off. I am going to close my salary account there and will go for some other reputed bank who has some polite employees.

                              Need some suggestions on how to proceed further with the complain as i have only the phone number and the voice recordings.

                              P.S. If not here i'll surely register an fir against axis bank for mental harasment using the number she called from. I have all the recordings on my phone.

                                      I have a Salary account in Axis Bank, in HSR Branch, Bangalore. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When I called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the Demat account which automatically get linked when you are opening your account. I am going to close the account asap. I request Indian Complaint register form to take necessary action if possible.
