TILL NOW NO ACTION Axis bank pallavaram staff is mannerless! I have a current account in pallavaram branch axis bank i have this account for more than 7 years i gave my pan card xerox but till now its not activated and i am not getting message alerts too... I spoke to customer care axis bank they never took my query and told me to visit branch...6 7 times i visited axis bank pallavaram branch i met anantha narayanan who is not capable for his designation when ever i met he will speak like an illiterate and he knows no manners to answer my query...He will not respond any1 and he behave like an ias doing favour for us he never ever botherd(1s i recorded his behaviour in my mobile can sent to head office if needed)to update my pan and he insit me to call customer care...And customer care will tell me to visit branch...Even an un reputed banks doing job properly i wasted my 7 years transaction in this branch i am so fed up...     this is second time in a month i recharged my mobile with mobile banking...but did'nt get balance..and still debited 160 from my account...got msg will get within 4 working days...but its been a 5 days..plz give my balance back or i'll complaint further ...which is necessary...first time i got back my balance...but did'nt get this time..so kindly do some

      I had never expected axis bank employees to behave in such a way. A particular desk is allotted in every branch of axis bank for updating the passbook. I went to the Sakchi branch of the bank in jamshedpur to get the passbooks updated. The bank employee sitting there was doing some other work at the passbook desk. On giving him the pass books he very rudely told me to keep the passbook and come back after some time. As it was already 3:10 pm(bank closes at 3:30pm) so i asked him how much exact time it would take, speaking even more rudely he said that it would take 20-25min. I sat there and waited for him to finish his work but to my shock he was just doing some of his own work on the computer and wasn't in a hurry at all to update my pass book and lemme go. Feeling very insulted after sitting there for about 15-20 min I had no other option but to leave the bank without getting the passbooks updated. Really disappointed by this behavior of the employee.

        I had some an emergency and applied for PL in axis bank on 23rd July for 80000 as i had salary account there i thought it will be easier to process.. some executive called me and told he will collect the documents. morning 9 o clock he called me and told he will come at 11. till 1 o clock he dint turned up. again called to customer care they arranged for some other executive he came and collected the document on 24rth July. I told them clearly that i want money by Tuesday then only take the request otherwise i will look for other options. executive told they will process it and i will get it by Tuesday. executive messaged me on Saturday i.e 24rth July saying he has logged the request but he dint send me any application id or any acknowledgement to track the PL status.Monday I call more than 3 Axis Bank executives including Manager just to Check the status of the PL but nobody answered the call.. If they are not able to process it on time I can arrange it from somewhere else as I had emergency . but whole day i was calling customer care, mailing PL department i dint get any response. even they called to reference number which i had given. they had assured me to process the PL by tuesday and tuesday morning by 12 o clock axis bank executives are calling me for some documents which they had forgot to take that day. I request you to take a serious action as these people are screwing our life. If they cant help their own customers and they are not capable of doing their job properly they should not be in this business.I request you take a serious action as i have suffered a lot from these people. Thank you for your consideration.

          i am mentioning the service request numbers for your reference refer them. 1, SR number 16134608 date 9 July 2015, 2, SR Number 16312157 date 17 July 2015 3, SR Number 16415906 date 24 July 2015 The executive said they will resolve and raise it to the highest authority but i wonder if Axis authority takes almost a month to react . i heard Axis is one of the best banking services but this indecent showed how worst they are. I am yet to receive a call back, everytime i have to call back them and ask for the update . worst customer service. Now lets see if they react on this post or not . if not my next step would be filling a personal suite against them. SR Nagar Branch guys if am not getting resolution get ready to face the consequences . Thanks ! Bala

As i need the amount asap for some urgent purpose i applied it in AXIS. they promised me to process in 4-5 business days. till now it shows under process though i have gone through all the verifications several times. Application Id - 3180201 (Below is the status) Your application id 3180201 is under process. For any further queries, you may contact : BANGALORE RAC at[protected] .                   i've been a customer with axis bank for the past 4+ years, now i'm staying in foreign country. i wanted to try Axis bank home loan to buy a Home back in India. i was trying to reach some one who can answer my questions. 1. i tried to call their international call center, looks like they don't support Home loan and i was given [protected]@axisbank.com email as contact. 2. when i emailed requesting details of home loan, they said they cannot call me on overseas and need an Indian number. ans also i was given a list of questions to be answered (Copy & Paste text that they use for all loan requests). i replied to those questions as well. 3. after i gave my indian representative number, they called her and asked more questions that she cannot answer. Since i'm the once who is buying loan and i want to speak to them, i bought an Indian mobile number with Call forwarding option. so if they call on that number it would re-direct to my cell number and i can speak to them in person. 4. when i gave my india number, i got a email response that you can only buy property in india ??????? GROW UP. i'm asking loan to buy property in india only. is this related to my question. and i was asked to provide an "iorder", , , what is an iorder????????? 5. after this terrible experience with the loan department, i asked them to close my Loan application. again i'm getting the same (Copy and paste) questionnaire for second time. do you guys keep track of all email communication with your customers??? or do you read all the communications before replying to them

                    My cousin brother had taken a loan from FEDERAL BANK, sulthan bathery branch, kerala in 2013.for this loan he doesn't have any dues .Now he has applied for another agricultural loan from AXIS BANK.when he checked with the manager of axis bank branch he told him that for your CIBIL account they are Filed a suite and you are not able to take the loan with this error.what is this CIBIL error they are getting.how it happened .He doesn't have any other loan dues in any other branches.intially i thought it was a software mistake.but yet they have not sort out this issue.waiting for the response please help me.

                      Axis bank member open my account & told me that we will give you personal loan but they wasted my time & told me that you are not eligible.Then I decided to close my account.I filled up the closing account form.After 2 days telecaller called me that dont close your account we will forward your request to loan dept.Again i got a call and he arrogantly told me that your company is not listed. Yes i know that there are some banks conditions but if one employee know that bank cannot give loan then why other wasting my time. I applied to so many banks but every bank saying me different reason and rejecting my application. pls help me.

                                  I am using Axis bank credit card from last 3 years in june month 2015 I got bill 7073 then I paid 7200 on 04-July-2015 with my icici bank account cheque ( cheque no:542972) amount debited from my account but it is not reflected in axis bank credit card statement. Still Axis bank asking to pay the amounts. After communicating so many times they are not responding.I have all email proofs.

                                    Dear concerned, Loan App id : 3165832 Name : Somnath Sahoo Plz take time to go through the email trail. The Personal Loan department at Saltlake sector-5, West Bengal rjected my application for personal loan due to my civil score being "ZERO". Many times i tries to explain to them that this is the first time iam applying for a loan then my civil score should be "ZERO" but they didnot care & due to this iam still in a big problem.The loan was applied on 13.07.2015 & rejected on 16.07.2015. Is there any such rule that a new fresh customer with a axisting salary account for 3 years cannot apply for a loan ??? Sir, please understand that the email sent to so many people, including but has failed to generate any positive response from Axis Bank. I understand that AXIS Bank only provides services as per account balance / sum as per salary slip. I request that a Senior Level Person be deputed for the case to find out why if iam really not eligible for a personal loan. Also, I would request you to please keep me in loop for the entire process to let me understand why and how the process is being taken forward. I m really worried about my future with Axis bank ( Please understand that this was the first account opened at the start of my career and such a response from Axis bank might make me think twice before doing any further business with this account). If in times of need/urgency i donot have my banking partner for me then there is absolutely no use of banking with AXIS BANK.Is there any such criteria that only high profile customers can avail loans. What knowledge/lesson i gathered yesterday from atleast 7-8 banks is that "had my account been with them then today my problem would have been over for sure. I am not getting any bill statement on my address, and when i have talked to customer care, he said that they are sending the physical statement to my address and someone has taken that and have signed, but i have not signed anywhere and have not got any statement. So how other person have signed and have taken my statement even address are ok at their side that i have confirmed, how they can give my statement to other person. They are telling they have send but i have not get anything, so who has signed and taken my statement. For that i have called axis bank 3-4 times. They are sharing my secure information (statement) with someone else. I request you to take some action that no customer should be treated by bank in this manner.
