sir, My name is Ayan Ranjan Ghosh loan a/c no PPR[protected] .previous RS400000/-loan already closed 16.7.2015 iknow by massege.Top up loan sanctioned RS490000/- but till date disburse amount not received by your end.Mr gaurv das, said the amount already disburse 17.7.2015 through neft of my S.B. I account. I already sent my bank passbook uptodate copy by mail MR.gaurav das mail id. ialso complain this matter MR S.Kundu team manager personal loan department. please solve this matter urgently and oblige.       I am using Axis bank credit card from last 3 years in june month 2015 I got bill 7073 then I paid 7200 on 04-July-2015 with my icici bank account cheque ( cheque no:542972) amount debited from my account but it is not reflected in axis bank credit card statement. Still Axis bank asking to pay the amounts. After communicating so many times they are not responding.I have all email proofs.

        Dear concerned, Loan App id : 3165832 Name : Somnath Sahoo Plz take time to go through the email trail. The Personal Loan department at Saltlake sector-5, West Bengal rjected my application for personal loan due to my civil score being "ZERO". Many times i tries to explain to them that this is the first time iam applying for a loan then my civil score should be "ZERO" but they didnot care & due to this iam still in a big problem.The loan was applied on 13.07.2015 & rejected on 16.07.2015. Is there any such rule that a new fresh customer with a axisting salary account for 3 years cannot apply for a loan ??? Sir, please understand that the email sent to so many people, including but has failed to generate any positive response from Axis Bank. I understand that AXIS Bank only provides services as per account balance / sum as per salary slip. I request that a Senior Level Person be deputed for the case to find out why if iam really not eligible for a personal loan. Also, I would request you to please keep me in loop for the entire process to let me understand why and how the process is being taken forward. I m really worried about my future with Axis bank ( Please understand that this was the first account opened at the start of my career and such a response from Axis bank might make me think twice before doing any further business with this account).               I started a recurring deposit accnt with axis bank upper govind nagar branch in Malad East Mumbai on 15th of June which was supposed to b linked with my savings accnt for auto credit on 15th of every month as been instructed to the bank but the July month amount is not yet been credited and I hv been constantly msgng to pls chk in the system but no response as I hv shifted to overseas so can't visit the branch and it's sad on the service part I feel to close the accnt with this bank as on past also I hv the same experience.                     Respected Sr/ madam, There are four transactions of Rs 16070/- done on my credit card by unauthorized person, he represents himself as employee of axis bank & he has already having my secured information with him. within 6 min all the 4 transaction has been completed & only once OTP has been received on my mobile. How the software of axis bank validate all the 4 transactions within six min? how my VBMC password is hacked by another person? i have never disclosed it to any one. how my secured information is made available with the person on my phone call? how bank allows frequent transactions done on different IP address with out giving alert call to me from bank? I am just waiting and waiting. I have been a loyal axis bank customer for 4 years and it seems like the bank is not interested in their customers anymore. This is intolerable and very frustrating for me. I want full compensation of my waste of time and my account to be activated soon.

                              I have been provided with 2 Axis Bank Travel currency cards by my employer when I went to Onsite some 7 years ago. At the time we were informed that the card is free for usage. Now i have received an email from the Axis bank informing me that i will be charged 5 pounds every year for inactive accounts. So when I contacted the customer care for the Card account closure, they asked me to go to the nearest branch for the card closure. But when i went to the branch office, they asked me to send an email to the ID, travel.[protected]@axisbank.com as they cannot close corporate cards. But when I sent an email to this ID, they again directed me to go to the branch to close the cards. Now I don't know how I can close the cards. My email ID is [protected]@yahoo.com.

                                    I am “Eram Fatima Asgarali Virani” one of customer in past in 2011 having a salary A/c. I got credit card on the same and was regularly making payments on it. Due to family emergences I have been abroad because of which I delayed the payment and my card got cancelled. It impacted my CIBEL as well but I understand that was my fault and irresponsibility from my family. I courtesy called Axis back as I did not wanted to just settle the card as I got that option of 10000/- however I wanted to pay that in full so that again my CIBRL goes well and I again can be a part of Axis bank customer base. Hence I was personally following up with one of your Collections supervisor and made payment of 19000/- and paid that card in full. I have the receipts as well along with me in April. Now its July and that still not has been updated nor I have received any NOC which I was promised. I been to couple to your branches but they are so lazy that they want me to call your customer service and when I call your customer service all the time either they disconnect, or your system does not work. I and been banking with ICICI since 2010 and still happy as their people speak about the brand and you guys don’t. I and also been complaining about the same to consumer forum with marking you guys an email. I hope you look into the matter and get me resolution asap.                                       Recently I logged into my internet banking and I saw that bank charged consolidated charge of Rs.775 and service tax Rs.102.from my account. To know what was i charged for i called mr jai from axis bank dombivili east branch, but he didnt picked my phone as he was aware of this fraudent, i tried calling him for 3days but he didnt pick my cal nor he replied to my message in which i have text him whole details, finally i reached the bank to enquire about the same. I talked to the branch manager and explained him that i was offered zero balance accont by mr. Jai from your bank, manager replied me therw is no such scheme of zero balance i will be charged for the same. Basically mr. jai axis bank employee made me fool for completing his month target. I opened current account in axis bank with a faith but now i would like to close my account with this bank god now what other charges this people will introduce to complete their target.
